I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, more shenanigans take place which Midoriya and Yaoyorozu's situation intensify, as they try to deal with what occurred during the school festival…amid the rumors flying after the marriage booth scene…
And now a storm is about to brew…

Ch. 5: Hattatsu shita kanjō
The scene shifts inside the dorms, where Yaoyorozu and Midoriya arrived at the dining area as today is Sunday, and both glanced at each other before he blushed and looked away, clearly embarrassed at what happened yesterday while he muttered an apology, showing that he is feeling bad about the misunderstandings their classmates and other students got following yesterday's school festival where he and Yaoyorozu ended up at the Marriage Booth.
Both accidentally kissed due to some factors which resulted in many witnesses believing that Midoriya did that to get attention. Things got out of hands after a series of UNFORTUNATE EVENTS caused him and Yaoyorozu to kiss each other by accident which was caught on film and now those scenes are being spread via social media within UA Academy.
Yaoyorozu was also blushing at recalling those moments yet she knows that Midoriya is not at fault and she assured to him that he is not to be blamed and tells him that everything is okay.
"It's okay, Midoriya."
"Huh?"
"It's fine."
"But…I..."
"Don't worry about it."
"Are you sure, Yaoyorozu-san?"
"Yes. You're not at fault, so it's okay."
"I…I see…"
Her words soothed him and made him feel better, seeing that she is not upset and he thanked her for that, and both teens smiled while staring at each other, yet they unknowingly glanced at one another as attraction slowly formed between the two Class 1-A classmates.
By then Ashido and Hagakure appeared out of the blue and did a narration where Midoriya and Yaoyorozu would kiss again with romantic feelings, causing the other two to snap out of their trance and got flustered, where both blushed and told their classmates that they got the wrong idea and urged them not to put malice into it.
"W-wait…!"
"You got the wrong idea!"
"Oh? With you two staring with feelings…?"
"It's doki-doki all over!"
"Y-you got it all wrong!"
"Ashido! Hagakure! That's..."
"Midoriya likes Yao-Momo!"
"And they're going to do the kissy-kissy poo!"
Suddenly, Kaminari and Mineta appeared and COMICALLY strangles Midoriya, saying that he is now the talk of UA Academy as they showed him the Twitter and Instagram views where Midoriya kissing Yaoyorozu during the marriage booth and outside Heights Alliance are trending, with many students commenting that Midoriya is intending to woo her.
Then Mineta showed his Facebook page where it also showed that the UA students believe that Midoriya has SEDUCED Yaoyorozu where Midoriya is laid on the ground with Yaoyorozu on top, in a rather passionate position, and a jealous Mineta accuses Midoriya attempting to goad her into GOING ALL THE WAY with him.
Midoriya blushed deeper and frantically refuted the silly accusations resulting in the two boys to bicker in a hilarious way.
"Mineta!"
"So you admit it?"
"You got the wrong…"
"You can't fool me!"
"What?"
"With Yaoyorozu laying on top of you…you have felt her boobs! With the way you're embracing her…you intend to do the YOU KNOW WHAT!"
"You're wrong!"
"I knew it! You really intend to…!"
Yaoyorozu twitched her eyes at hearing Mineta's accusations and face-palmed at the situation while Jiro comforted her and tells her to just ignore Mineta's ranting, which the female vice representative nodded while stating that she feels sorry for Midoriya getting dragged into this mess though Jiro said that Midoriya seemingly did nothing bad and that the incident is just an accident.
Iida came and heard the commotion and berated Mineta for the baseless accusation and tells him to stop harassing Midoriya over the marriage booth incident, but Mineta said that there is a chance that Midoriya might seduce Yaoyorozu to GO ALL THE WAY with Midoriya given the trending footage that is spreading on Twitter and other various social media.
Midoriya and Yaoyorozu stared wide-eyed at hearing this and he told Mineta to stop making the accusations as it would give others the wrong idea since he has no intention of doing that, but Yaoyorozu became distressed that she grabbed her smallest classmate and started to strangle him, resulting in a rather hilarious scene.
"YOU PINT-SIZED PERVERT!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
"YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY THAT!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
"YOU DESPICABLE MANIAC!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
"I'LL GRILL YOU GOOD!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
Iida and Jiro became worried and tried to pry Yaoyorozu away from Mineta, and there Sero sighed and uses his Quirk to pull Mineta away, and told him not to cause any more trouble or else Aizawa might come here and scare the entire class.
As peace was restored, Midoriya was roused when his smartphone rang, and when he answered it, it was a video call from Melissa Shield, and there she greeted Midoriya and the two teens exchanged greetings, where Iida and Jiro greeted Melissa, happy that she paid a call after the American teen beauty asked how Class 1-A is doing.
As Melissa talked to Midoriya again, both were chatting happily while Yaoyorozu peered from behind, and for some reason she felt a bit of jealousy and insecurity, yet she appeared civil, and there Ashido came, and noticed it, where she whispered to Yaoyorozu and asked if she is getting jealous at Melissa for SWEET TALKING with Midoriya.
Yaoyorozu blushed as she couldn't believe what she is hearing and deny the accusation, yet Ashido playfully teased her and asked why is she feeling insecure when Melissa is just friends with Midoriya, and a still-blushing Yaoyorozu shook her head as she deny the accusations despite the obvious fact that she displayed some jealousy.
"YOU GOT THE WRONG IDEA!"
"Really?"
"Really!"
"Then why are you feeling insecure towards Melissa…?"
"…"
"Then it shows that you're jealous!"
"N-no…!"
"Yes…"
Hagakure came and saw the scene and joins in on the fun, and there she asked Yaoyorozu if she really took a liking to Midoriya, and the vice representative was getting cornered and kept on denying the queries as Hagakure kept on pestering Yaoyorozu, saying that Midoriya is quite good-looking even if he's a bit shorter than Bakugo.
"Isn't Midoriya cute-looking, Yao-Momo…?"
"…"
"Although he's quite shorter than you…height is not an issue…"
"…"
"Do you like him…?"
"…"
"Come on…tell me!"
"…"
After Midoriya's call with Melissa ended, he turn around and there Kaminari is giving him the suspicious eye, and asked him who is he after: Melissa or Yaoyorozu, and as Midoriya appeared baffled, Kaminari showed the trending footage on social media, and asked him why he managed to steal a kiss from Yaoyorozu three times, twice outside the dorm area in front of other UA students.
Midoriya blushed as he deny the accusations while reiterating that what happened was accidental, though Ashido said the footage says a different tune and she playfully asked what was his first kiss like, causing him to blush further.
"Say, Midoriya…tell us…"
"…"
"What's your first kiss with Yao-Momo like…?"
"…"
"Did it feel special…?"
"…"
"Does her lips taste good…?"
"…"
Soon Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are backing against the wall as Kaminari and Ashido are pressing them for answers as they told the two that they are starting to like each other, causing the two teens to blush even deeper, and are having difficulty trying to refute the accusations, and tells the two that they are just friends and nothing more.
Ojiro and Sato sweat-dropped at the scene and wondered if they should intervene, feeling bad that Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are being pressed for something that happened beyond their control, though they commented that they might look good as a potential couple given that their vibes and behaviors are similar and compatible.
"I feel a bit bad for Midoriya…"
"Me too…"
"Getting into an awkward moment…"
"Yeah…"
"But if you look at it…they might make a nice couple…"
"You think so, Ojiro?"
"From my perspective, Sato."
"I see…"
Todoroki just stared at the scene in a neutral way before whispering to Iida to do something as the antics are getting a bit louder and it might reach outside the dorm and attract Aizawa's attention, which Iida realized that Todoroki has a point and went to intervene and told Ashido and Kaminari to stop their foolishness and leave Midoriya and Yaoyorozu alone.
Kaminari and Ashido were unwilling as they said that they only wanted some answers, but Iida told the two that their actions are bordering on harassment and that they should respect Midoriya and Yaoyorozu's privacy, and there Mineta interjected and assume that Midoriya plan on taking Yaoyorozu to some place and proceed to make out with her.
Yaoyorozu slowly loses herself and resumed in strangling Mineta, and this caused another violent, yet hilarious scene.
"YOU PINT-SIZED PERVERT!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
"YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY THAT!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
"YOU DESPICABLE MANIAC!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
"I'LL GRILL YOU GOOD!"
"GGGGAAAHHHKKK!"
Worried that things might get out of hand, Midoriya gently urged Yaoyorozu to calm down and not let Mineta's silly comments get to her, reminding her that she is the vice rep of Class 1-A and she should display maximum tolerance and not lose her composure.
Those words calmed her down and released her hold on Mineta, and she stared at him while thanking him for bringing her back to her senses, which he smiled and said it is okay, and as the two stare at each other, they unknowingly got attracted, and there Ashido decided to tease her again and whispered behind Yaoyorozu, telling her that she likes Midoriya based on the way she stared at him.
This caused Yaoyorozu to get flustered, and in her panic she went forward and loses her balance, prompting Midoriya to try catching her, but in the process they accidentally kissed, and both were shocked at what happened.
There Kaminari and Ashido pointed their fingers and said that what they saw just now is proof, while Ojiro and Sato were equally surprised, seeing that the kiss, while awkward, looked like a scene from a romantic movie.
"Whoa…"
"Did you see that…?"
"The kiss looked almost real…"
"I saw it…"
"And it looked almost romantic…"
"Do you think…?"
"Not sure…"
"Me too…"
Midoriya and Yaoyorozu are still in shock which took them several seconds before backing away, both blushing after feeling each other's lips and became more flustered and embarrassed, prompting him to make a quick apology, while Yaoyorozu was so flustered that she jumbled her words as she tried to assure that Midoriya is not at fault.
"S-sorry…I..."
"Um…ah…"
"It wasn't…well…that…"
"Ah…um…"
"It wasn't…I mean…"
"…"
"Please…don't be mad at me…"
"Er…it wasn't…um, what I..."

Hope you liked this chapter, as the comedic antics take the spotlight as some of Class 1-A are starting to suspect something between Yaoyorozu and Midoriya…despite the two constantly denying the accusations, and now the two teens wondered where this would take them…after the silly shenanigans and another accidental kiss…
