Chapter 467.
"The magic was so dark."
(The Loud House.)
It's February 2 now and the recent events from yesterday are still marked and a bit scarring, for most of the town they have been ticked off knowing that someone used a trick to have Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato kill themselves, but they're justice is being dealt with and all thanks to some allies from the other dimension.
All the louds are eating breakfast and all seem upset, but two siblings aren't with them and they would be Lincoln and Luna. Both are still in their room and trying to calm themselves down after what had happened and told them they would go back when tomorrow comes.
Also up there is Jordan, she felt afraid of being alone and not knowing what would happen to Lincoln and Luna and they let her come over and stay the night, the whole experience was a near event of scarring proportions.
Leni looks towards Michelle. "So, any word on what our hero friends are doing?"
Michelle places down her own plate of bacon and drinks her coffee, and she recalls what Peter Harris told her. "Well, that idiot Ronaldo won't be an issue anymore. He's been dealt with and for what he did, it's a for life sentence and at the most formidable and durable prison around and to make sure he doesn't do anything, he's been put in some kind of chamber where he can't do tricks or whatever lame magic he's got."
"The location of this prison is not on the mainland, it's somewhere in the American territorial waters and heavily defended and also where Edison Carson has been held the entire time. No one can get escape and anyone trying to bail them out is next to nothing impossible."
Lisa recalls about this. "Hmm, what they're locked in is called the Black Tortoise. I saw the news of McKenzie explaining what it is."
"the Black tortoise acts as the most powerful naval, military and air platform for any situation and it is so heavily fortified that it cannot be broken down with ease, the whole thing is a living island and can be able to be deployed anywhere around the globe with Chrono-technology."
"That evil magician is gonna be locked in there for a long, long time" replied Luan.
"Thank goodness too. Some magician he was" said Lana. "He's no magician, he's a villain."
"And he's lucky he's in there! Or we'll be the ones to beat the crud out of him!" said Lola.
"Oh, I would love to do that!" said Lynn Jr. "He thinks he can do this to our brother?!"
"He made a terrible mistake abusing magic like that and he shall pay" replied Lucy.
Rita needed to stop this. "Girls, stop. This isn't gonna help. Also, I think what Luna did to that man was more than enough to make sure that magician got the message, and be glad that Lincoln and Jordan are back to the way they are now. So please, stop with this."
"I hope they'll be fine here" said Leni.
"Of course they'll be fine Leni" replied Lisa. "Luna will be here to keep an eye on them and they will need to handle their school work should it arrive here later."
Lynn Sr then comes down from the stairs and they all look towards him. Rita then asks her husband. "So, how are they doing?"
Lynn Sr sighs. "Well, I brought them some breakfast and it seems like all three of them are still unwilling to let each other go. That incident really put them in a bad and deadly situation." He sits next to his family. "They're really messed up and I don't know if they'll be fine."
"If there is one thing we know from Lincoln, Luna and Jordan. Is that they pull through, even after some horrible events" replied Lisa. "Might I remind all of you about the shark incident at the Aloha Beach Hotel and Resort?"
That one is something they all wanna forget, and then they recall when Lincoln had a mental breakdown seeing the shark exhibit at the Great Lakes City zoon, that was another thing they couldn't stand to recall.
"Well, we can only hope they can go back to the normal Lincoln, Luna and Jordan we know and love" said Leni. "But for now, we should get focused on what today has for us."
They all understand and go back to eating, the pets were also upset from this and they're going to do what they can to keep an eye on Lincoln, Jordan and Luna.
Michelle then recalls something. 'Should I tell them that the location where Ronaldo is being held is also the place where all the remaining Nazis' are being held prisoner? Nah. Chances those bastard Fascists are gonna be executed, tomorrow.'
While they all eat, the note on the fridge remains along with a box of CD's and they have some nee songs in them, this is meant for Lincoln and Jordan.
She's not wrong.
(Hours later.)
Luna, Lincoln and Jordan are still in the bedroom, all dressed for the day, well if they do plan to go out and do something. The only ones there to keep an eye on them are Patriot, Valkyrie and Bullets. The other avians are out keeping an eye on the other louds.
The pets are there to keep an eye on the trio and make sure no one comes in the house and does trouble and so they bring out the shades and look like the Secret Service.
Victorie on the other hand is confused at what the other pets are doing. 'Is this normal? What is happening?' She even sees Metapod has some shades!
Luna is sitting on the beanbag chair and sitting on either side of her are Lincoln and Jordan. All three of them remain quiet and watch the sky from the window. Leaning onto Luna and the rocker pulls them close to her and while Lincoln and Jordan hold hands.
The entire experience has burnt a very bad memory into them and neither of the three doesn't want to leave the other alone, they fear something bad might happen.
Luna nearly died, she couldn't been killed if she hadn't had gotten out of the car and done something to stop her ride, but that wasn't what hurt her. What hurt Luna, was knowing that her little brother/roommate was afraid of her and didn't wanna be around her. It felt like old times all over again, like back when Lincoln was always into trouble.
She was not going to let that happen again.
Jordan is not doing so well, she didn't like being scared too much and just ignoring her parents and brother and not being near her friends made her feel like the same shy girl from long ago and wanting to be removed from dodge ball was not something she would wanna do. That is dark and horrible, but it got worse when she nearly died, she wanted to kill herself and she didn't want to.
It hurt more knowing Luna was gonna get herself killed and she was not planning to lose her big sister figure.
But Lincoln, oh boy. He has it worse.
Being afraid of his sisters made him feel like he was nothing and that the past has come back to haunt him, permanently.
He didn't like being afraid of Luna and not being there for the other girls, he loves them and would never cast them out, even though they have had bad times, he still loves his family.
Being shy to his friends and the teachers and coach he knows and even not wanting to perform Dodge ball, and they got a bit game coming up on March.
A near death experience, now he has been through that way too many times. He can get over it, sort of.
He just didn't like it to the fact Jordan was with him and that they were both willing to go with it.
But after finding out that Luna was in trouble, that was something that has always made him concerned and do whatever it takes to save her life and keep his big sister safe. He was not gonna let anything bad happen to any of his sisters.
Especially to the one he is closest to.
But trying to commit suicide, now that was evil and cruel. They had no control of themselves and were stuck with this voice in their head to kill themselves. They were just silent watchers as their bodies just moved on their own, hand in hand and recalling standing at the edge of the school's roof.
Thank goodness Ryan, Gretchen and Hope grabbed them before it was too late.
Luna looks to Lincoln and Jordan. The duo look towards Luna and all three of them have this look of concern and pain.
They didn't wanna go through that nightmare ever again.
"You guys wanna see if there's anything to eat and drink?" asked Luna.
Lincoln and Jordan nod. They all get off the beanbag chair and begin to walk out of the room, but they make sure they're holding hands and try not to stray away from each other.
They reach the living room and see all the pets going around and keeping an eye on the place. Lincoln smiles seeing how loyal and responsible the pets have come so far. "Glad they're here to keep us company.'
As they make their way to the kitchen, they see a note on the fridge and they read it.
"If you guys are reading this and this must be Lincoln Loud, Luna Loud and Jordan Rosato. Now, we wanna say that we're sorry you guys had to go through with that and do not worry, that bastard is not gonna be released anytime soon and the Guardian has some plans with this dark magic he invoked upon the two of you."
"We looked up some information and this idiot known as Ronaldo T.G Steinsfield is actually jealous that you two have become popular at such a young age. The man has a history of hating young talent that makes him look less popular to the locals and he tries whatever he can to make himself look better and become well-known throughout Michigan."
"Ronaldo didn't talk, but we managed to get some of his information through FutureTech tactics and found out this: The man killed a little girl who was talented in singing, he kidnapped and raped a teen who was a good dancer, he murdered a young college student who was an ace in golf and then he massacred a 10 year old who was a pretty good magician."
"This mad man of a magician is trying to be popular and also goes around Michigan and uses the Social Media to track down anyone who is young, popular and better than his ratings and fans. He despises young talent and wants to be the best and only the best in Michigan. He is one hell of a megalomaniac and don't worry about his condition, he won't live to see his legacy through."
"We'll handle the crisis, we don't want you guys to get all emotional and junk. Stick together, have each other's backs and we'll be in touch soon. We also left you guys some CD's with some new songs we made yesterday and we know you guys are gonna love it, it's all about this Month's anniversary for some special residents from last year."
"Yours truly, Commander Freezer Burn/Lincoln Spellman."
"PS – We fixed you're car Luna, please control yourself so the speed pedal won't break."
Luna recalls that she was given a warning and has been grounded from driving till the end of the week, but they all have to thank her for getting Lincoln and Jordan out of that damned hypnosis effect.
Luna sees the box of CD's and she grabs them. "Come on, let's grab something to eat and drink and then get back to the room."
Lincoln and Jordan nod and they all go to the fridge to see what's there to eat and drink. They grab some chocolate pudding, some sodas and bottled water.
Then they see two boxes of pizza and a note that said it's from Michelle Lewis and this makes them smile, very thoughtful of her to do this for them, they wanna do something nice for her in return.
They bring the CD's and the food and drinks upstairs. Lincoln does leave one box of pizza for the pets. "Here, you guys deserve this." He then takes his leave and follows Luna and Jordan back to the room.
The pets then take a break and enjoy the food.
Lincoln, Luna and Jordan make it upstairs. They setup a picnic blanket and Luna has her boom box and she outs it in the middle.
The trio stay close to each other and enjoy some good food, drinks and some very entertaining music and for some reason, this music is making them feel better.
Like their journey through this family life, is only the beginning and that there are more to come and that no matter what happens, they'll make it through, together.
