Ch. 17: Seiiki de yoru o sugosu part 1
The scene showed that the pupils and staff members of the Sanctum Sanctorum are now scrambling as they got word from Wong that Doctor Strange will arrive shortly with UNEXPECTED guests, and there the one in charge tells everyone to prepare the guest rooms as the Sanctum will be a bit lively from hereon.
The staff members began to get to work as they prepared the rooms, the food and everything else, realizing that they are about to get busy, but what caught them by surprise is that Wong mentioned that Meliodas will be the guest again, and brought some friends along.
Nevertheless, Wong told the staff members to have everything ready as Strange will arrive shortly, which the staff members nodded in response.
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
As the staff members are working non-stop, they wondered what kind of people Strange would bring, knowing that Meliodas is from a different world, and are worried that if Meliodas' comrades have the same mindset, then it would be quite a trouble inside the Sanctum.
"Do you think…?"
"Sounds problematic…"
"Indeed…"
"Meliodas is one thing…but if there are others like him…"
"Why did he have to come back…"
"Now I am getting wary of him…"
"What is he up to…?"
"I feel like I hate him for causing unnecessary trouble…"
However, Wong overheard the comments and berated the staff members, telling them not to make any kind of comments in front of Strange and his guests, and warned that Strange will not tolerate any kind of misbehavior inside the Sanctum.
The staff members sweat-dropped and apologized, and there Wong told them to continue in preparing for the arrival of Strange and the guests.
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
As Wong left to check the rest of the Sanctum, the staff members sighed as they wondered why Strange would go that far just to accommodate people from another world, worried that it might attract unwanted attention.
They noted how Mordo turned his back after Strange was able to beat Dormammu several months ago, and now Strange has brought people that have nothing to do with the main Earth.
"Now I really dislike that Meliodas..."
"Same here…"
"Why did Strange brought that kid here…?"
"That kid will cause trouble…"
"Hopefully Strange will send him back the next day…"
"I hope so…"
"Maybe Strange will send the kid somewhere else…"
"Right…"
Hilarity ensued as Wong came back and overheard the conversation and threatened to impose some sanction if the staff members continue to complain, and the staff members shriek in surprise and apologized to Wong and said that they will continue working.
"I AM SORRY!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"WE DIDN'T MEAN TO!"
"SPARE US!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"THE DARK MAGICIANS MADE ME DO IT!"
"PLEASE FORGIVE US!"
"WE'LL DO ANYTHING!"
As the staff members scrambled to do their chores, Wong sighed as he wondered what happened and why Meliodas was brought back here on Scotland, and whether he has found peace after the last debacle which Strange and Thor briefly came to Meliodas' world before they came back to the Sanctum.
By then the magical circle appeared and Doctor Strange showed up, which Wong greeted him and is quite surprised to see the visitors, who turn out to be the Nanatsu no Taizai, and there Strange tells Wong to prepare the food as the guests are starving, which Wong nodded.
There Wong told the staff members to prepare the food, which they nodded in reply.
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
"Yes, master."
As Elizabeth held onto Meliodas' arm, Ban and King sweat-dropped seeing the place and both wondered if they came to the right place and they asked Meliodas if they did the right thing in coming here.
Meliodas nodded and said that this is for the best as they are in a different world and for the time being they will have to stay here for now as they can't just loiter around without a guide, and Doctor Strange is the only one who can help them.
"Huh? Seriously?"
"So we'll have to stay here?"
"For now."
"Doesn't sound reassuring…"
"Is it okay?"
"Yes. Trust me. We have nowhere else to go and to turn to."
"Oh…fine."
"Okay…"
"…"
Escanor adjusted his eyeglasses as he looked around him as Merlin glanced at Strange, seeing that he appeared to be versatile in using sorcery, while Gowther just remained silent though Diane could feel the pupils within the Sanctum staring at her due to her attractive appearance, which made King feel threatened in a rather romantic way.
Strange then tells Meliodas to follow him as he will lead them to the dining hall so they can rest and dine, which the latter thanked the former for the help, which Strange said it is nothing.
"Really, Strange…I appreciate it."
"It's fine."
"I'm really sorry for causing you trouble…"
"Don't worry about it."
"Really?"
"Really. Besides, we are quite familiar with each other, hence I am willing to help you."
"Thanks."
"No problem."
After that, the cooks came and brought several trays of food, and there the Nanatsu no Taizai members began eating, and there Strange watched as the visitors began dining, and though the antics are quite lively, they behaved themselves well enough.
Wong then whispered to Strange, asking what to do next as he has a feeling that word got out and the media might attempt to sneak in and try to get a scoop on the visitors.
Strange assured to Wong that things will be fine and that the visitors will be able to adapt to their new surroundings, as Meliodas will keep his comrades in line, hence there won't be any untoward incidents.
"Really, Strange?"
"Yeah. Meliodas and his comrades will be protected here."
"Are you sure?"
"I am."
"Very well. Then I'll just increase the security here…"
"Please do, Wong."
"Yes, Strange."
"Good."
As the Nanatsu no Taizai members are dining, Wong became a bit alarmed upon noticing Elizabeth, and he whispered to Strange about this, saying that something is amiss here as he knows that they already buried Elizabeth after being killed by the Green Goblin.
However, Strange tells Wong that the Elizabeth in front of them is from Meliodas' world, and probably one of the many incarnations that Meliodas mentioned before, thus he instructed Wong not to say anything about the past versions of Elizabeth, which Wong nodded.
"I see."
"Just pretend that the woman there is a newcomer. Don't say anything about the past one we had."
"I understand."
"And make sure the pupils here behave."
"Got it."
"If things go smoothly I might figure out a way to send them back to their own world."
"I'm counting on you, Strange."
"I know."
After that, Wong watched the Nanatsu no Taizai members finish their food and after a minute he led the visitors towards the guest rooms, so that they can rest after a rather stressful day, but then hilarity ensued as King saw what appeared to be a magazine, and upon looking at it, his face went red while seemingly in a trance.
Diane saw his reaction and glanced at the magazine, causing her to blush and gasp, which Wong noticed it and saw King's flustered look, and upon finding out, he became dismayed.
It turns out that King inadvertently read a porn magazine where the owner's name is written and called out the pupil, where Wong berated the pupil for bringing the porn magazine and leaving it unattended and now it is causing trouble.
"Didn't I made it clear?"
"Um…"
"No porn magazines!"
"I…um…"
"Now our guests might get CORRUPTED!"
"S-sorry…"
"Put it away! Now!"
"At once!"
As the pupil embarrassingly took the magazine away, Ban and Escanor tried to shake King out of his trance, which had little effect as all he said was BOOBS, and this made Ban irritated and shook King harder to try waking him up.
"Hey…King..."
"BOOBS…"
"What's wrong with you?"
"BOOBS…"
"Snap out of it!"
"BOOBS…"
"Hey!"
"BOOBS…"
After a minute Wong brought the Nanatsu no Taizai members to several guest rooms, in which the members split up into pairs to occupy the rooms, which they accepted without reservations.
The visitors split up and occupied the guest rooms, and each rooms are occupied by pairs, which are:
- Meliodas and Elizabeth
- King and Diane
- Ban and Escanor
- Merlin and Gowther

Hope you liked this chapter, as Meliodas returned to modern Scotland…and unintentionally brought his comrades with him…the Nanatsu no Taizai is in Doctor Strange's CUSTODY…and will see to it that they would be taught on how to adapt to modern society…
Hilarity ensued as King accidentally got a glimpse of a seeing a PORN magazine, and this might cause a bit of problem in the upcoming chapters…
