First off: belated happy New Year and welcome to 2022. Last month I said that this fic will be ready by the end of January, but for a reason it ended up getting delayed, in which I won't make any excuses. It is because I caught the COVID despite getting vaccinated, and I believe that I have gotten the Omicron variant. Thankfully I managed to recover while isolating myself inside my house but as a result working on this and my other fanfics slowed down, hence the late update of this fic.

Now that I finished my explanation…time to get down to business…

Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the story advances further as you get to see what has happened to Meliodas and his comrades…as they are attempting to adjust to their current surrounding…

And now more hilarious moments are about to commence…as the group are about to step out of the Sanctum and explore the city of Scotland's capital and central business district…which would foreshadow something unexpected…

Ch. 23: Seiiki no soto no ryokō part 1

The next morning, the Nanatsu no Taizai members woke up after spending the day getting themselves familiarized inside the Sanctum, though it was quite a chore after yesterday's shenanigans due to Loki's foolishness which almost spiraled out of control due to tricking Gowther into innocently insult Tony Stark's name.

The scene shifts at one of the guest rooms where Meliodas woke up and saw Elizabeth still asleep beside him, and he smiled as he has found a companion and love interest, which made him more determined to protect her until he finds the means to break the curse so that he and Elizabeth would live normal lives.

By then Elizabeth woke up and is greeted by a smiling Meliodas, as he gently, but romantically, hugged her which create a tender moment between the two, though she reminded him that they are guests here and shouldn't do something risqué.

"Um…Meliodas-sama…wait…"

"Huh?"

"We are…still guests here…"

"Oh."

"So we can't…"

"I understand…"

"Thank you for understanding…"

"Okay…"

Suddenly, both feel something moving underneath the blanket and Meliodas wondered if there is an intruder here, which he became a bit alarmed as he knows that there are no intruders inside the Sanctum, but his worries turned into dismay and annoyance as the intruder emerged from the blanket, who turn out to be Norman Osborn, who is still crazed and began to harass both Meliodas and Elizabeth for the INSULT he got, even though it wasn't true all.

"Ha-ha-ha!"

"…"

"…"

"Found you!"

"…"

"…"

"Now you will pay for the insult you gave me!"

"Damn it…here we go again…"

"Easy, Meliodas-sama…"

Elizabeth attempted to calm Osborn down and asked what insult is he talking about, and to Meliodas' dismay, the rather crazed Osborn insisted that she and Meliodas said that he is still being compared to Willem Dafoe, and there she asked who made this accusation, and Meliodas stared in annoyance when told about a CERTAIN PERSON whose description matched the person in question.

Meliodas rushed out of the room and grabbed the person who is trying to sneak out, who turn out to be Loki, and a very pissed off Meliodas asked the Norse God if he has a DEATH WISH, which Loki tried to act innocent but failed to fool the pissed-off Meliodas.

"You sure are looking for someone to have you get killed…"

"H-hold on…I don't know what you're talking about…"

"Don't lie. That guy inside the room told me that you tricked him into coming after us because you tricked him into thinking that I insulted him."

"Er…"

"So then…you have a death wish…?"

"W-wait…perhaps we can talk this over…"

"No."

"Uh…"

Meliodas' interrogation was interrupted when he heard Elizabeth screaming in distress, and when he turn around he saw Osborn pulling her back and forth by her hair as he accuses her of calling him Willem Dafoe, despite her denying such accusation as she maintain that she doesn't know this person.

"EEEEKKKK!"

"INSOLENT WENCH! I WILL NOT LET YOU INSULT ME!"

"EEEEEKKKK!"

"I AM NOT WILLEM DAFOE, YOU HEAR ME?!"

"EEEEEKKKK!"

"I AM NOT WILLEM DAFOE! I'M MORE HANDSOME THAN HIM! GOT THAT?!"

"EEEEEKKKK!"

"YOU HEAR ME?! I AM NOT WILLEM DAFOE!"

Pissed off, Meliodas rushes in and did an uppercut which sends Osborn towards the ceiling head-first which knocked him out, and after making sure that Elizabeth is okay, he went after the fleeing Loki and started to strangle him while threatening to kill him right now.

This alerted the rest of the Nanatsu no Taizai members and rushes out from the guest rooms and saw the scene, and immediately pulled him away from a rather terrified Loki as they urged him to calm down, fearing that the disturbance would attract the other guests.

"Meliodas!"

"Stop!"

"Calm down!"

"Ease up!"

"What's wrong?"

"What happened?"

"Tell us!"

"What's going on?"

Thor and Wong came and are baffled at what is happening, and after hearing from Elizabeth's explanation, Wong called for the paramedics and escorted the still-crazed Osborn, now wrapped in a straitjacket, out of the Sanctum and berated the lead paramedic for letting Osborn escape, which the paramedic apologized.

Meanwhile, Thor twisted Loki's ear and told him to knock it off or else he will have Valkyrie to beat him up good which he would surely beg for mercy, and this puts the Norse God of Mischief in his place and behaved, and there the others urged Meliodas not to get riled up at Loki's shenanigans, which he reluctantly nodded, though he noticed that King and Diane are not hear.

Gowther checked the guest room and told the rest that neither of the two are at their guest rooms and this made Wong feel a bit worried as he has a feeling that something foolish is already happening right now, and as he is about to use his sorcery spell to locate King and Diane, he saw one of the Sanctum students sneaking out of Wong's room and is holding a porn magazine.

Veins popped onto the sides of Wong's head as he guessed what is happening at the moment and stopped him, and demanded to know why is he holding that magazine, which the student is too embarrassed to offer an alibi, but it became apparent as he can hear Diane moaning while telling King to stop.

"Aaahhhh~h…"

"Mmm…"

"K-King…w-wait…s-stop…"

"Mmm…"

"Aaaahhhh~h…d-don't kiss…me…d-down th-there…"

"Mmm…"

"Aaaahhhh~h…"

"Mmm…"

Wong stared wide-eyed as he saw something moving on his bed that is covered by the blankets, and upon pulling it more veins popped onto the entire sides of his forehead as King and Diane are STARK NAKED, and you can see that King is holding down Diane while kissing her body as she moaned while pleading for him to stop but to no avail.

"Aaahhhh~h…"

"Mmm…"

"K-King…w-wait…s-stop…d-dont..."

"Mmm…"

"Aaaahhhh~h…d-don't kiss…me…d-down th-there…n-not...between my...aaaahhh~h..."

"Mmm…"

"Aaaahhhh~h…"

"Mmm…"

Ban and Escanor sighed as they smacked King on the head which knocked him out, and pulls him away as a panting Diane covered herself with the blanket and thanked Ban and Escanor for stopping King, as he has been acting too ECCHI after reading the magazine he found near Wong's room and the rest is self-explanatory.

Wong became pissed off and uses a sorcery spell and fired lightning blasts and struck the student on his butt, with the latter screaming while apologizing, which Wong ignored as he chases the foolish student, who is still clutching the porn magazine, around the Sanctum.

"You perverted idiot!"

"AAAAAIIIIIEEEEE!"

"You never learn, do you?"

"AAAAAIIIIIEEEEE!"

"I ought to discipline you real hard!"

"AAAAAIIIIIEEEEE!"

"Now take this!"

"AAAAAIIIIIEEEEE!"

As Escanor carries the knocked out King out of Wong's room, Elizabeth helps Diane get dressed and as Gowther innocently asked Diane what King do to her, she blushed deeply as she couldn't tell him the ECCHI details as she is still reeling from the pleasurable sensations she felt a while ago, and Ban smacked Gowther on the head and tells him to knock it off.

Gowther justified that he is just asking but Ban tells him to forget it, knowing that Gowther will surely pester Diane for the unnecessary details, and now Ban is getting annoyed as Gowther began to pester him with unnecessary queries in regards to what King and Diane are doing.

"Then you do know what King and Diane did just now…?"

"Don't know…"

"But you seem to know…"

"Don't ask, okay!"

"But…"

"Just forget it, okay?"

"But…"

"Shut up already!"

Soon the Nanatsu no Taizai members left Wong's room and got dressed, and a few minutes later they are at the dining hall where Doctor Strange is there and tells the guests to have breakfast, which they all accepted and everything went well, which Strange said that he and Merlin are working together to magically find a way to send the Nanatsu no Taizai members back to their home world, in which he said that Meliodas and the rest would have to stay here for the time being.

As Meliodas nodded and thanked Strange for the offer and hospitality, Ban sighed as he sensed that they are going to get holed up inside the Sanctum doing nothing, but Wong proposed to Strange that he will escort the Nanatsu no Taizai members and give them a tour around Scotland, which Strange asked Wong if he can manage it.

"Are you sure about this, Wong?"

"Yes."

"Its quite a difficult task that…"

"It'll be fine."

"How so?"

"Meliodas is able to adapt and adjust. I'm sure his friends would too."

"Really…?"

"Really."

Wong said that this is better than having the Nanatsu no Taizai members get cooped up inside the Sanctum and do nothing, while at the same time have them get a bit familiarize with the current settings they are in, as well as to have them do some work, which Strange rubbed his chin as he wondered if that would work.

Wong pointed out that Meliodas has a slight similar experience when he first stayed here and Strange sees the logic and tells Meliodas that he would have to tell his comrades how things work outside the Sanctum, which he reluctantly nodded, as he had a feeling that something unexpected might happen just like the last time he experienced.

"And that's that…"

"Well…"

"I know it's quite difficult but…"

"…"

"Believe me, Meliodas…it'll help."

"I suppose…"

"It'll be okay…"

"…"

Wong assured to him that what he experienced the last time won't happen again, and Meliodas reluctantly nodded and there the Nanatsu no Taizai members were told to put on civilian attires as their current attires would surely attract unwanted attention, which Meliodas nodded to his fellow members, which the rest and Elizabeth blinked their eyes as they are being escorted to the guest rooms carrying the clothes.

At Meliodas' guest room, the guys blinked their eyes as the attire they are putting on resembled the goth-punk clothing of the 90s, which King felt like he looked like a clown, which Meliodas reluctantly agreed, and Gowther just stared at the mirror as he innocently wondered if the clothes are fine

Then one of the Sanctum students came and gave the Nanatsu no Taizai members another set of clothes to try out, and after doing so, the boys blinked their eyes as they stared at the mirror where they now looked like male strippers at a GAY BAR, and Meliodas felt quite uncomfortable and asked what's with these clothes, which the Sanctum student said he was told to give the clothes to them by someone.

Outside, it is revealed that Loki tricked the Sanctum student into giving the stripper uniforms to Meliodas and his group and now he is about to sneak away when Meliodas, Ban and Escanor confronted him while crackling their fists, looking ready to deliver some payback for the prank he pulled.

"Hold it right there…"

"Going somewhere…?"

"So Meliodas was right…you really want to get hurt, do you…?"

"Eeep…"

"You never learn, do you…?"

"Shall we beat him up…?"

"A little workout wouldn't be bad…"

"Uh-oh…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as comedy abound after Loki tricked the escaped Norman Osborn into harassing Meliodas and Elizabeth, but the Norse God of Mischief nearly got his comeuppance…

Loki once again played a prank, and the boys of the Nanatsu no Taizai are eager for PHYSICAL PAYBACK…
