Seth didn't sleep that night. He was constantly worrying about how Dean and CJ would be punished for him winning the title and was actually considering handing it over to The Authority. He wanted to protect CJ from Stephanie's wrath more than anything, but he knew that CJ wouldn't want him to give up the title. That was the last thing she'd want, especially after he had worked so hard to get to this point.

He didn't even bother with getting into bed that night. He just sat on the couch and stared down at the title that CJ had helped him win. She had done a lot to help him win that title and he was more than just grateful that she chose him over Brock, which washed away any thought of turning the title in. She'd kick his ass if he did that. He'll she'd probably yell at him right now if she knew that he had considered it for even just a moment.

It was six am, they had plenty of time to figure out what to do. Paul had to have had a plan written up by now, right? Seth hoped so. If there was no plan of action, what would they do? Wing it? That wasn't much of a choice with CJ in such an unsavory position. The Divas Division(save for Natalya and the Bellas) loathed her, and now she was on The Authority's radar too? If she wasn't so targeted, winging it wouldn't have been too bad of an option.

"What are you doing up?" CJ asked quietly, slowly making her way out of the bedroom and sitting down beside Seth on the couch. He shrugged, wrapping his arm around her and debating whether or not to give her the honest answer. The honest answer would have her worrying, but being dishonest would upset her because she'd find out and he's supposed to trust her to take care of him just as much as she trusted him and Dean to take care of her. That, and he didn't like lying to her so he'd be feeling guilty about it until he came clean. "Seth?"

"I couldn't sleep." He finally responded, looking down at her with a sad smile. "Too busy worrying about what could happen to you and Dean if I didn't give up the title."

"Seth, you earned that title fair and square. It doesn't matter what that vile bitch thinks so fuck them and keep the thing."

"But I can't just-"

"Dean and I are ready for whatever they decide to throw our way. You're not just giving up the title."

"Babe, I don't even feel like I won anything. Let alone this title."

"What do you mean?"

"I just don't understand anything anymore. I'm here, but am I really here? Is this title really mine when you're the reason I have it? Are you and Olivia mine as well? What the hell is really going on, CJ?" Seth rambled, moving away from the blonde and sitting across from her. There was more that he wanted to say, but now wasn't the time to bring up wanting to have sex with her again. She looked way too concerned to want to talk about sex right now. "Everything is suddenly so complicated and I hate it."

"Oh, Sethie." CJ whispered, watching as he set the title aside to hold his head in his hands. She wanted to make him feel better, but she just didn't know how to help him understand when she had no clue what to even say. What could she say to make Seth feel better right now? Assuring him that she and Dean would be fine only made things worse, so she couldn't go that route. She didn't even know where half the shit he said came from.

So she did what she felt needed to be done and stood, making Seth sit up straight so she could straddle his lap and take his hands in hers. He didn't want to make eye contact at first, but after a minute of her forcing herself into his line of sight he finally let her have the eye contact she wanted out of him.

"You, Seth Rollins, are here with me. You've got me and you've got Olivia. We're just as much yours as we are Dean's, believe it or not. That title is yours because you won it fair and square. Fuck The Authority."

"I'd rather be fucking you, babe." Seth spoke honestly, not surprised when her eyes widened a bit. "Do you think it'll ever be in our future? Do you think we'll ever be able to celebrate big victories like this the way you and Dean celebrate? 'Cause tonight, I didn't feel like I won anything and it wasn't just because of The Authority. I only got a few words of congratulations and then it was on to bigger things as if I never won. There wasn't any love, cuddles, or pictures with the belt like you and Dean did when he won the IC title, and I'm feeling kind of slighted to be honest. Hell, I didn't even get to cuddle my kid or kiss her goodnight, and that hurt a bit."

"Seth, I- I had no clue that you you felt this way. Being honest, I was just so mad that nothing was even registering other than venting to Adam and... shit. I-I'm so sorry, Seth. I really need to start getting over myself, I know, and I'm working on it and- I just made this about me again when it should be about you and- goddamn it."

"Don't stress yourself over this, babe. I'm just trying to keep this relationship open and honest like we agreed."

"I know, and I appreciate you for bringing this to my attention. God, I feel bad. We do need to talk to Dean about the possibility of sex, is there anything that I can do for you now that might make you feel better?" She asked, releasing his hands so that she could cup his cheeks while she rest her forehead on his. Seth could see just how bad she truly felt about all this and instantly regretted bringing it to her attention first, but was still glad that he talked to somebody about this. He knew that he'd probably always go to CJ before he went to Dean and that was because CJ, as stubborn and self-centered as she could be at times, didn't always jump to attack him when he confessed things to her. Dean was working on his temper, but Seth still worried that he'd be the recipient of a black eye because he told Dean that he wanted to sleep with CJ.

"Can we cuddle, babe? We're going to need some sleep and I'd like to get a few hours of sleep with you in my arms." He requested, hoping that she didn't reject him for fear of what Dean would say in a few hours when he woke up and saw them cuddled up together. But she gave a small smile and nodded, letting out a small yelp of surprise when he wasted no time in lifting her and carrying her over to the bunk that he made his bed. He hoped that eventually he'd be in the back bedroom with Dean and CJ, but he didn't mind this bunk. It was comfortable, therefore he wasn't complaining too much. His only complaint was not having CJ in bed with him.

"They look so much smaller from the outside." CJ murmured once she was comfortably situated in the bunk. She was laying on top of Seth, but she was comfortable laying on his like this and having his arms locked tightly around her waist was a feeling that she honestly missed. "You're comfortable here?"

"Its nothing like being in bed with you, but I do like it." He continued his streak of honesty, kissing the top of her head when she hummed her acknowledgment before nodding. "Which is another thing I'd like for us to talk to Dean about."

"You sleeping with us?"

"Mhm."

"Definitely." CJ agreed, unable to stop the smile when Seth kissed her head again. This was something that she would love to have every night if Dean would allow it. Add in Dean's tight hold and she would be in absolute heaven. They had done it before, so she was certain that they could do it again. "I love you, Sethie."

"I love you, too, Christina." He whispered into her hair, elated that she had said it first this time. No fear, no hesitation, she just threw it out there for him and he wanted her to say it forty more times if asking her to do that when they were supposed to going to sleep wasn't weird. "I love you so much."

Dean woke up to silence. Olivia wasn't fussing or anything, but he was alone in the bed and that was what had woken him up. It was seven forty-five, and his girlfriend was nowhere in sight. That bothered him, but he knew that she had to be close because she couldn't be off the bus. He hoped that she was just making breakfast or talking to Seth, but making his way out of the bedroom had him looking at a sight that wasn't necessarily unpleasant. Unexpected, but not unpleasant.

Seeing Seth and CJ cuddling was actually kind of cute, if he tilted his head a certain way and squinted. Actually; anything CJ did while sleeping was cute, and seeing her so happy while wrapped up in Seth's arms made Dean happy. She had gone to bed so pissed off, but now she was happy and he had Seth to thank for it. Seth was showing promise in making her happy and Dean was okay with anything at this point if it would make CJ happy.

There was a small bit of shifting, and Dean took a step back as to not give off the impression that he had been there long. He hadn't, but she always liked to play around and call him a creep. He loved it, though, because she always laughed when she said it and Dean loved it when she laughed. Her laugh made everything okay.

Blue eyes fluttered open, blinking a few times before they focused on him. He smiled, silently easing whatever concern she could have about his feelings about her current position with Seth, and watched as her hand lifted from the younger man's chest. She pointed between the three of them, then pointed at her knee, then held up two fingers, before opening and closing her hand a couple times. He thought on it for a couple moments before his eyes widened as realization set in on what she was trying to tell him.

We need to talk.

A slow nod on Dean's end had CJ smiling at him as he stepped closer and put his hand on her back above Seth's. It was a promise that she would get what she needed, and CJ appreciated that.

"Get some more sleep, CJ. We've all got a long day ahead of us." He whispered, kissing her head with a smile before backing up and heading to the bedroom while she cuddled closer to Seth in hopes of getting a couple more hours of sleep. He knew that as soon as she heard Olivia fussing that she'd be up and Seth wouldn't be far behind, but as long as she got a couple more hours of peaceful sleep he'd be alright with it. She had a lot on her mind and a constant reminder of who her current enemy was sitting on her cheek, which would only make her thoughts race faster whenever she looked at it. Right now, while they were still in the sanctuary that was the bus, CJ needed all of the peace that she could get.

An hour later had Seth waking up, relieved to still have CJ sleeping on him and more relieved to see that Dean was awake and bustling about but not bothered by CJ being with him. He figured that Dean might've been at least somewhat bothered and watching closely to ensure that CJ stayed comfortable and unharmed, but instead the blonde was focusing on keeping Olivia quiet while he fed her so that CJ could still sleep. Seth knew that he couldn't go back to sleep despite wanting to, so he carefully managed to sit up with her in his arms and get out of the bunk. He caught Dean's attention as he carried her to the bedroom, but he said nothing to the blonde because his focus was to keep CJ asleep.

Once the Canadian was laid down and tucked into the blankets, Seth sat on the edge of the bed and watched her sleep for a couple moments. The bruise on her cheek was nothing pretty, but he knew that Stephanie was going to get what was coming to her. CJ didn't let anything go unpunished and Stephanie McMahon would be no exception. But he couldn't help but feel like it was his fault that she got slapped. Had she helped Brock win, The Authority would have done nothing about it. Had she not defended him, then she wouldn't have this bruise on her face. Not that it made her any less of a beauty, but she would beg to differ and he hated that she'd possibly lose some self esteem because of him.

After he had his fill of watching her sleep, Seth rejoined Dean in the main room of the bus and looked through the fridge for something to eat. Dean was still feeding Olivia, making ridiculous airplane noises as he did so while he recorded it on his phone with his other hand. and Seth couldn't help but grin to himself as he grabbed an apple to slice up.

"Morning, Seth." Dean greeted, taking a break from his airplane noises as he looked up at the younger man. "Sleep well?"

"I did, thanks. Hope you didn't mind CJ and I-"

"Nah, it was cute seeing you two snuggled up. Don't tell anybody I said that though."

"Your secret is safe with me." Seth laughed, putting the knife in the small sink and carrying his bowl of apples to the table to sit by Dean as he fed Olivia. "The airplane noises are pretty cute."

"I don't think that she likes them as much as she says she does."

"She loves everything you do, man. All you've gotta do is smile and she's yours." Seth assured, patting Dean's back before he started eating. "That bruise on CJ's face is pretty gnarly."

"I figured it would be." Dean murmured, continuing to feed Olivia but tucking his phone beneath his thigh. "Bitch slapped her hard and she was lucky that I was holding Olivia otherwise shit would've gone down."

"I know. I was honestly shocked that Stephanie would slap CJ like that at all, let alone in front of Olivia. I'm certain that's why CJ is so pissed, though."

"Being hit in front of our kid? You're damn right that's why she's so pissed. Thank god we had Lesnar because it would've taken more than just the two of us to hold her back."

"Could you imagine if Stephanie and CJ had a match?"

"That would be fuckin'...wow. 'Stina would kill for a match with the bitch." Dean spoke, and Seth could see that the blonde was enamored by the idea of CJ and Stephanie having a match. Seth himself was picturing the two alpha females going at it in the ring. He'd want to be ringside for it, for sure, just so he could see the look on Stephanie's face when CJ made her tap out.

"She'd make the bitch tap for days."

"Damn right she would." Dean agreed, taking a bite of Olivia's food just to spite the infant because he knew that she didn't like it when her food was eaten by anybody else. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"Pitch it to Heyman so he can pitch it to her and make her see it like the amazing idea we see it?"

"And that is why we're friends."

Just friends. Seth thought to himself, saddened by that fact for only a moment before he reminded himself that being friends with Dean was four steps higher than being seen as cancer and scum to the blonde. He was on the right track, so he had nothing to worry about.

"If we said it, she'd think it was a bad idea."

"Most of our ideas are bad ideas." Seth teased, laughing when Dean looked over at him in mild shock. "Just sayin'. We were the ones who decided that trying everything on the menu while we were already drunk at a Denny's at four in the morning was a good idea."

"That was a great idea."

"Until Roman stuffed his face too full and almost threw up all over you."

"The idea was great. The ending was not."

"Please welcome Paul Heyman, Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose, WWE Women's Champion CJ Jericho, and the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins!" Lillian announced, but the Heyman Family was already in the ring. Stephanie had already made her threats for the faction should Seth not hand over the title, and they certainly weren't fans. Dean would defend his title in a fatal four way against J and J Security and Kane and CJ would have to defend her title in a battle royal against the entirety of the Divas Division with one hand tied behind her back. While the two were confident in their abilities, neither really wanted to deal with that which was why Paul was offering his rebuttal on behalf of the faction.

"I'm going to skip the introductions because you know who I am, and you know who they are. Right now, I'd like to address The Authority and their earlier threat to my clients because we honestly feel as though we're being unjustly treated because The Authority is a big bunch of sore losers." Paul started, and Seth looked to Dean and CJ apologetically as he held the Championship in his hands. "My clients understand that Stephanie McMahon is only upset because her own sabotaging of the main event didn't go to plan and that her husband got laid out by a woman. However, CJ Jericho isn't impressed by Ms. McMahon's cowardly display of 'power' and has n apologies but she does have a promise and she promises not to let this act go unpunished."

CJ nodded her agreement from where she stood next to Dean, her hand clasped tightly in his as they stood together. He kissed her bruised cheek, loving the fact that she declined every request made to cover it up. She wanted everyone to see what Stephanie had done, just so that they had evidence if they needed to resort to Plan B. Getting Stephanie arrested had been done before, but CJ wasn't going to make the same mistake that Brie Bella did and assault another woman so Stephanie could get her arrested. Everything had been so carefully planned out by Paul that their Plan B was fool proof should anything in Plan A fail.

"You see, Stephanie, Seth Rollins isn't going to just 'give up the title'. He will defend the title tonight against Roman Reigns as requested, but he will not lose the title. My clients will compete tonight, but under one condition. My client, CJ Jericho, is requesting a formal apology face-to-face for assaulting her in front of her infant daughter. That's all she wants, otherwise neither she nor Dean Ambrose will be defending their titles in any way tonight. They'll be seated with me at commentary during the main event tonight to ensure that things run smoothly."

"Fuck her apology." Dean murmured in CJ's ear, getting a smile out of his girlfriend. "You really just want to beat her ass."

"Damn straight." She agreed, biting her lip when he kissed her cheek again. "And I will eventually."

"Stop being cute, we're supposed to be intimidating." Paul teased as Stephanie's entrance music started, getting laughs out of his three clients as they all watched Stephanie, Triple H, and Kane come down the ramp together. Dean felt CJ tense up and gave a gentle squeeze of her hand on an effort to relax her a bit. It seemed to work, but as soon as Stephanie was in the ring it was as if she tensed up ten times more than she had originally.

"An apology? You gatecrash my main event and talk back to me, but you want an apology?" Stephanie asked, glaring down CJ as she spoke. CJ let go of Dean's hand, handing her belt over to her boyfriend before taking the microphone from Heyman. "You're lucky enough that I even came out here to share the same ring as you, let alone give you an apology that you don't deserve. If anything, I should be apologizing to your poor daughter because she got a coward for a mother and not a winner like-"

Stephanie didn't get to finish that statement, because CJ had pretended to lunge for the Billion Dollar Princess just to see what reaction she'd get. She wasn't disappointed, nor was the rest of her faction as they all wore identical smirks.

"And you call me the coward? At least when I say things about other people, I'm more than prepared to get hit for it. But you, you're trying to say that you owe my daughter an apology because I'm a coward? Look in the mirror, Steph. Your own kids are probably watching this and wondering just where they get their cowardice from? Is it from their father, who took his beating like a champ last night, or is it from their mother who talks a whole lot of trash but has absolutely no backbone as earlier demonstrated?"

"Look here, little girl-"

"Little girl?" CJ interrupted, tilting her head at "The Game" while looking between the three Authority figures in the ring. "You're digging yourself a hole Hunter, seeing as this 'little girl' kicked your ass last night without any help. So, I'll give you one more shot to rephrase that and save your dignity."

"He should be trying to save his wife's face from needing reconstructing." Dean cut in, stepping forward to back his girlfriend up by standing behind her and placing a hand on her hip to keep her in place. "You guys may be unable to tell because you have your heads shoved so far up each other's asses that you can't even see broad daylight, but right now my little firecracker of a girlfriend is seconds away from jumping one of you- most likely Steph because Hunter got his last night- and showing the world just how crazy she can get. I'd choose my next words carefully, because there's only so much she can take before she snaps."

As if on cue; Seth, who had been slowly inching closer to the power couple as to not draw attention to himself, snapped his fingers right in Triple H's ear. The older man jumped and so did his wife, much to the amusement of the Heyman Family, while Kane was quick to push himself between The Authority and Seth. Seth just kept snapping his fingers, faking a pained face as he flicked his wrist almost as if he was trying to work out a kink. Kane wasn't amused and readied his hand to grab at Seth's throat, but Hunter was quick to hold him back.

"Leave him. CJ just won't be getting her apology."

"Then my client has a justified reason to not compete tonight, seeing as her contract specifically states that she is not to be touched by any member of The Authority in a harmful way outside of a match. Your wife violated that clause in her contract."

"But Dean doesn't. Dean, you can thank your girlfriend for your gauntlet match later tonight."

"I'd rather thank your wife." Dean spoke with a smirk, winking at Stephanie much to Hunter's displeasure. He knew that the last thing he should do was further piss off the couple, but that was what Paul wanted. He wanted them mad so that they'd make mistakes, and Dean was certain that eventually they'd get so mad that they made the ultimate slip up: demanding a match so that they could "silence" the Heyman Family themselves.

Aw snap! Now the ultimate battle of making sure this doesn't end up too cliche as it continues. In other news, I made a tumblr and the link is in my bio. Its kinda naked right now, because I'm still trying to understand tumblr, but I'm working on it.

Anyways, I'd like to thank meredith757, theShield757, Carolyn, AJPunk757, moeshellz757, PunkPMA5, Imagineer1392, calwitch, Sarcastic Nightmare, and CarolReigns for reviewing the last chapter!
