My apologies for the late update. An unexpected situation happened in which my laptop developed a problem and subsequently CRASHED, and though I was able to save my files, the fanfics that I last saved were corrupted, and while the fanfics I've typed were among those saved, 50% of the progress was affected, hence I had to restart working on the chapters, hence I was unable to meet the deadline which the next update was supposed to be the last week of March.
So now I'm working on the next chapters and if this fic gets a review, I will have the next update ready. Now that I finished my explanation…time to get down to business…
Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, the story advances further as you get to see what has happened to Meliodas and his comrades…as they are attempting to adjust to their current surrounding…
And now more hilarious moments are about to commence…as the group are now going out of the Sanctum and explore the city of Scotland's capital and central business district…which would foreshadow something unexpected…

Ch. 24: Seiiki no soto no ryokō part 2
Later within the morning, the scene shifts at a town located within the financial district within Scotland, which is bustling with people, as many are walking and loitering around, shops filled with shoppers whilst restaurants are catering hungry patrons, some are dining in and others ordering take-outs.
Some shops are selling clothes and there are banks accommodating customers who wish to deposit their money while others are transacting, such as opening new accounts and withdrawing money from their ATM cards.
The scene shifts to other areas where shops are open and the merchants are selling their merchandise and are enticing people to buy them in hopes of earning money. It was a typical day and it seems that people today are lively and felt that their lives are full of blessings and couldn't ask for anything more, as some are happy with stable jobs, students studying in the best schools, and more, and some even chatted with one another feeling that today is a good day.
"Hey!"
"Nice day, isn't it?"
"Today is a good day..."
"I love my job..."
"Life is so good..."
"I wish I have a good day..."
"Lots of money..."
"Lots of girls..."
The scene later shifts to a certain area, where business is thriving the area is frequently being besieged by customers which are a mix of adults and teenagers, and they appeared to be avid collectors, as they are looking and buying second-hand items which are technological in nature, and their reasons for patronizing the said shops are purely economical in nature - cheaper prices and practicality.
You can see several shops selling HOT items for cheaper prices, such as smartphones, android tablets and even laptops, and despite being second-hand items, they appeared to be in good working conditions, and some of the customers are willing to buy them as long as their desired items are working fine as well as to save money for budgetary reasons, and the merchants are using subtle means in enticing passing customers.
"Hello...please by our items..."
"They are cheaper..."
"...they are in good working condition..."
"You can try them if you like..."
"I promise you will like them..."
"I promise you will get your money's worth..."
"Here are the items on our display..."
"Pick the one you like..."
The area is thriving and many merchants set up shops to attract passing customers and entice them to buy their products by showing the items and offered cheaper prices while assuring them that the items are in good working condition, and their marketing strategy worked as some passing customers were intrigued after hearing that so e gadgets are being sold in cheaper prices, and they began asking the merchants what items do they sell, and the merchants showed to the customers the items they are selling, ranging from smartphones to android tablets and even laptops.
Then the scene shifts to another nearby shop, where a merchant is also selling second-hand items, but unlike the other shops, this merchant is selling something else and is catering avid collectors, and the scene shifts inside the shop where you can see the items being sold, which turn out to be classic console units and games, all being displayed on the shelves, and one by one you can see the following consoles being on display, which are:
- Nintendo Famicom
- Super Famicom
- Sega Mega Drive
- Game Boy Color
- Game Boy Advance
- Neo Geo
- Sony Playstation
- Sega Saturn
- Nintendo 64
In a matter of minutes customers passed by the shop, and most of them are avid collectors and fans of video games, and they were immediately intrigued by the items on display and they looked at the items, as some appeared to be unaware that such classical consoles actually existed, and they began asking the merchants if those consoles and its games are really something to be owned, which the merchant nodded and assured to them that the classic games are RARE, and are fun to play with, saying that even with popular games today that are released on current consoles, the consoles on display are even COOLER due to its nostalgia factor.
"Are they really cool compared to today's consoles?"
"Yes...they are cool..."
"Seriously?"
"Yes, sir...they are the very first games...and they are the popular ones in its heydays...and they are RARE to find..."
"Hmm..."
"Would you like to try them...?"
"..."
"I promise you will not regret it..."
By then a passing customer passed by the shop, and he appeared to be a businessman in his mid-20's, and saw the items on display and became intrigued by it and went inside the shop, looking at the consoles on display, and began inquiring about which console is the best to purchase, as he is wondering which one he should choose, and the merchant obliges as he patiently explained each of the consoles' abilities and specialties, and soon he recommended to the customer to buy the Super Famicom, saying that aside from having a lot of RARE games, which are in cartridge form, it was the most popular and well-sold consoles in its heydays, and even said that several games are colorful in terms of graphics and that there a lot of popular games to choose from.
The customer appeared to be enticed yet he wanted to be sure, so he asked the merchant to give him a demonstration, and the merchant obliges, and brought out the Super Famicom and attached it to a flat-screen TV and inserted a cartridge and activated it, and the customer watched in awe seeing that the merchant was not lying, and after testing out several games, the customer is pleased and agreed to purchase the console, and the merchant happily obliges as he prepared a box to put the Super Famicom in and said that as his way of showing thanks, he will give 50 Super Famicom games for 70% discount, which the customer is pleased with this.
"Really? You will sell the games at 70% discount?"
"Yes, sir..."
"Thanks!"
"Please choose the games that you like..."
"I'll take these..."
"Here you go..."
"Thanks!"
"Have a good day, sir..."
After that, the customer got what he wanted, paid the merchant and left, and the other customers were awed in seeing that the merchant had sold a popular classic console to an adult, and they began asking the merchant for opinion on which console is the best besides the Super Famicom, and merchant began to show out the other consoles and offered to show its power and the number of games that are available, and after seeing them, the customers lined up and brought out their money and ordered their desired consoles and its games.
"I want the Sega Mega Drive!"
"The Neo Geo!"
"Give me the Nintendo 64!"
"I want the Game Boy Advance!"
"I want the Nintendo Famicom!"
"I want all of it!"
"Everyone...calm down...form a line and I will accommodate you all..."
"Hurry up, then!"
The next scene shows that Wong is accompanying the Nanatsu no Taizai members as they are given a tour around the area they are traversing, and nearly all of them, save for Merlin, who stayed behind at the Sanctum to get an assist from Doctor Strange, are awed at the surrounding, as it was filled with people, buildings, vehicles and the like, yet Meliodas was used to it given that he was here before, and there Ban, Gowther, King, Diane, Elizabeth and Escanor asked Meliodas if he is serious about being here before.
"Huh?"
"Seriously?"
"You've been here before?"
"Is it true, Meliodas-sama?"
"This world?"
"For real?"
"Yes. I've been here before…"
"Wow…"
Wong stared at the group, and sighed, recalling the time when he first gave Meliodas a tour before, and now it is déjà vu all over again, only this time he is becoming a tour guide to a group instead of one person, and there he told the six Nanatsu no Taizai members that the tour is still ongoing and urged them not to stray as they would get lost given that this is their first time going to this place, which they nodded in acknowledgement.
"So stay close and don't go too far. Otherwise it'll cause trouble for all of us. Got it?"
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Okay."
As Wong led the group and said that they are going to have a little excursion, they passed by an electronics shop where a large LED TV is being displayed and is showing a DVD movie, with the movie being shown is World War Z, and as Diane glanced at her right side she saw a scene where a zombie is "heading her way", which she mistook it as an attack and she shrieked in terror, not knowing that it was just a scene from the TV, and she instinctively punched the LED TV, damaging it.
Meliodas and King were alarmed and asked her what happened, which she explained it, and there the shop owner came out and is livid at what Diane just did and threatened to call the police, prompting Wong to intervene and uses his sorcery to repair the LED TV and apologized to the owner, and everything was settled and Wong told Diane not to react to what she is seeing, saying that on this world there are no monsters here.
"…so try not to freak out…there are no monsters here…"
"R-really…?"
"Yes. You have my word."
"…"
"So calm down and stick close us…"
"O-okay…"
"Good…"
"…"
An ashamed Diane nodded and apologized to Wong, and as the group went on ahead, they passed by an area near the alley where some delinquents are hanging out, and there they took notice of Elizabeth, and they began to perversely stare at her in a way that made her feel uncomfortable, especially after hearing them commenting about her in a very harassing way.
"Whoa…"
"Check out the chick…"
"So sexy…"
"Look at her legs and thighs…"
"Smooth…and her boobs are stacked…"
"Makes me want to make out with her…"
"I want to see her boobs…and her crotch…"
"Me too…"
But seeing that Elizabeth instinctively hugged Meliodas, the leering delinquents assumed that Meliodas is Elizabeth's boyfriend, and though quite dismayed, they were not convinced given Meliodas' shorter height, and now the delinquents are considering in confronting Elizabeth and ask for her contact number and address.
"Oh damn…we can't lose sight of her…"
"Yeah we got to do something…lets talk to her…"
"Huh? You mean…?"
"Yeah…let's ask her if the shorty is her boyfriend or not…"
"Yeah…if she's single, let's take her to a motel…"
"But what about those boys…?"
"We use tear gas…"
"Really…?"
However, the delinquents were taken by surprise as Ban confronted them as they overheard their comments about harassing Elizabeth, and there he crackle his knuckles and asked them if they are looking for trouble, though the delinquents were acting tough as they were unwilling to show that they got intimidated by Ban's sudden appearance.
"Hey…your comments are offensive. That's my friend you're harassing…"
"So what?"
"You got a problem?"
"And what if we say we want to F*CK that white-haired beauty?"
"And we mean it."
"If you're jealous, go look for a hooker."
"Now scram so we can DO her."
"Yeah, get out of our way."
As the delinquents brought out weapons such as knives, clubs and other hand-made weapons, Ban just scoffed at them and said that he is not scared of their LITTLE TOYS, and by then Diane confronted the delinquents and told them to stop harassing Elizabeth and leave her alone, saying that she won't tolerate perverts of all kinds and forms.
But one of the delinquents became enticed by her attractive appearance and he foolishly poke his finger on Diane's breast, causing her to shriek and went ballistic, punching the delinquent, sending him backwards towards the entrance of the alley and crashed against the wall, where he got stuck.
A very pissed off Diane glared at the other delinquents, who are now intimidated and petrified in fear after seeing what she just did, and they pleaded for mercy, afraid of suffering the same fate like what happened to their fellow delinquent, kneeling down and urging her to spare them from her wrath.
"I AM SORRY!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"WE DIDN'T MEAN TO!"
"SPARE US!"
"FORGIVE US!"
"THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT!"
"PLEASE FORGIVE US!"
"WE'LL DO ANYTHING!"
As Diane glared at the delinquents, Ban snickered and told them not to mess with her, saying that she sent almost 1,000 perverts to the infirmary because of their pervertedness, and by then King came and urged her to ignore the delinquents, as Wong said that they need to get going now.
"Diane…"
"Ggggrrrr…!"
"Calm down…"
"Ggggrrrr…!"
"Just ignore them…"
"Ggggrrrr…!"
"Lets go…"
"Ggggrrrr…!"

Hope you liked this chapter, as comedy abound which Diane mistook a scene from a movie as an actual attack resulting in unintentionally damaging an LED TV. Thankfully Wong was able to repair it and diverted a possible situation…
Things took a turn as a group of teenage delinquents are making a pass on Elizabeth, and though Ban threatened to make them pay, the delinquents got a dose of fear after one of them PHYSICALLY HARASSED Diane, and her actions spooked the delinquents as King tried to calm Diane down as she is eager for some PHYSICAL PAYBACK…
