Chapter 546.

"Hurls, Digs and Chops."

(The Loud House.)

School is done for the day and we now see all the Louds at the house, well not all the Louds. Luna is chilling with Sam Sharp at her place, and Leni is at work so we have most of the family at home and now Lincoln walks down the stairs and he sees Lynn looking nervous.

"Lynn, something wrong?"

Lynn sees Lincoln and then snaps out of it. "Huh, what? Nothing, nothing's wrong bro. shouldn't you be meeting with your gal to go to Great Lakes or something?"

Lincoln can tell something is up. "Yeah, I do and Michelle is taking us there because everyone else is busy and we don't have a ride. Also, Lynn, shouldn't you be getting ready to meet with your friends at Dairyland?"

"Huh, yeah I am. Why wouldn't I be?" said Lynn nervously. "And I am stoked to ride… The Whipped Scream, yeah."

Lincoln then recalls what happened after school today, when Clyde told him that Lynn needed his advice about something, and Lincoln knows what that something is. "Lynn, does this have something to do with you when you and your friends won the tickets and because of the time that you…."

"Okay I admit it! I don't wanna go to the Whipped scream! I don't wanna barf again! That time I barfed for the first time was the one thing I did not like! It was so horrible!" Lynn then goes down to her knees and sheds a few tears. "I don't like it and I… I don't wanna disappointment my friends."

"I don't want them to see me as someone who's scared, and I don't want them to think less of me…"

Lincoln wants to say something, but then he sees some girls at the door. "Lynn, I don't they would even see you as less of who you are."

Lynn gets back up. "What do you mean? How would you know?"

"Because we wouldn't be hard on you for admitting the truth about something you're scared of." Lynn turns around and sees her friends, Margo, Maddie and Paula. (Take note: In this story, she doesn't have her cast anymore.)

"Lynn, we get it and we don't think you'd be a wimp about it either" said Maddie.

"You've shown to be tough in many ways that we've seen after everything that's happened" said Paula. "So, if you don't wanna ride the Whipped Scream then it's fine with us."

"You're our friend and we don't wanna make you feel bad about yourself" said Margo. "We do that to the enemy team who doesn't respect the game."

Lynn chuckles. "That's true. Also, thanks girls and I need to confess, that a long, long time ago when I was little, I barfed and it got into my nose and I tasted it for a week and was scared to do so again. I always say that I'm fearless, but I guess barfing the chunks out is the phobia I can't get over."

That kinda feels like something they know. "Well, we're glad that you opened up to us and we can go on another ride that would make you feel better" said Paula.

"It wouldn't be fun if we aren't in the same spot" said Maddie.

Lynn smiles hearing this. "Thanks girls, but at some point you girls would have to go on your own ride, because I want you girls to be happy too." She then leaves the house and goes with her friends to the van from Paula's mom.

Lincoln smiles seeing this. "Well, looks like my work here is done. Even though I didn't even…" Then he sees Lola walk out of the house with Lisa. "Where are you two going?"

"Well, Mr. Grouse said that he is earning some cash so he could get his grandkids some gifts for their birthdays next week and since he's looking for treasure, then we're helping him, and also getting some of the share" said Lola.

"To be precise, the idea of treasure is not actual treasure" said Lisa. "Mr. Grouse is actually looking for anything that would be good to pawn in for cash."

Lola smirks. "Meh, treasure is treasure and we're gonna be part of it."

Lincoln is confused from this. "Girls, we're loaded with cash. Why the heck would you two would want with extra cash?"

"Hmm, well we wanna save some cash for our own purposes and emergencies" said Lola.

"Not me, I know we're loaded with a lot of moolah, so I for one am doing this to test my newly built metal detector and mineral scanner" said Lisa as she holds a future looking metal detector. "Also, FutureTech said that they want me to test if this works, and possible they would want to manufacture more of these for future uses, and dub me the founder and creator of such invention."

Lincoln is impressed. "Huh, smart move from the two of you. Well, have fun, good luck and don't cause any trouble out there."

"We won't!" Lola drags Lisa out the door, and they hop into Lulu and go over to Mr. Grouse's house and they follow the old man into his car and towards wherever they can find anything.

Michelle then readies her car and she saw what happened. "What the heck was that all about?"

Lincoln chuckles. "Just something Lola and Lisa wanna do, also we should get going now." Lincoln goes into the Ferrari and so does Michelle. "Let's go and get Jordan, and then we can head off to Great Lakes City."

"Let's ride." Michelle starts the car and they drive off to get Jordan and they head off to Great Lakes City, to check out the karate demonstration for Par's Dojo, but they don't know what they're about to witness.

(Great Lakes City, Chavez Academy.)

Now we see Lincoln, and Jordan along with Ronnie Anne at the school of Great Lakes City, as for Michelle Lewis? She went to check out what's going on at the Casagrandes Mercado.

"So, where the heck is Sid?" asked Jordan.

"She said that she had to go and check on the extra parts that Dennis needed, some new attachments to make him a bit more sophisticated for breakfast tasks, and I think some other stuff, and he even asked if he could be installed with an MP3 player too" replied Ronnie Anne.

"Huh, so she's not gonna be here to see this?" asked Lincoln.

"What's the point anyway?" They see Adelaide is with them. "The fact that someone kept taunting me to do some karate board chop challenge and, managed to beat me. Kinda odd that Carl beat me and that the boards I chopped were…. Rubbery."

This was odd indeed, and they recalled from the text messages, that Adelaide is an amazing karate chop pro. Now Lincoln and Jordan are suspicious and so are Patriot and Valkyrie.

Then the whole demonstration begins and they see the man who runs the dojo, Parr. He's also the fruit delivery guy and a friend of Bobby. "And now, yo show you all how awesome karate is and how good I am at teaching it. Meet our star student, Carl Casagrande."

The boy then leaps onto the stage as if he were an actual pro at karate. The kids cheer at him being cool, and then they watch as Carl single handedly karate chops the wooden board and it speaks. "Oh yeah! Joy buzz dojo!"

They all continue to watch Carl do this, but then Lincoln is confused. "Weird, how come he doesn't show this kind of act when trouble sparked through his methods?"

"Also, why are those wooden boards talking and sound like Parr?" asked Jordan.

Ronnie Anne also notices this. "Something doesn't feel right, and I don't mean the whole wooden boards talking, because that seems normal."

Just then they see Carl stop chopping, and then he begins to move in another direction and begins to chop the other wooden planks and the stage. "What the heck?!" Parr then asks. "Carl, are you alright?"

Carl tries to control the robotic arms coming out of his clothing. "Does it look like I'm okay?!"

Sid also goes to them and she has a remote control with her. Adelaide notices this. "Sid, what the heck are you doing here?"

"Oh, well Dennis and I are wondering where his backup arms are, they haven't been tested yet and also we haven't even figured out the bugs in them" said Sid. She then sees Carl panicking. "What's up with Carl? And when did he have 6 extra arms and a spatula?"

Lincoln looks closely. "Everyone, I see a cheater." Lincoln looks to Patriot and the eagle swoops in and he pulls out the robotic arms and then tosses them towards Sid.

"Hey, that's where they went!" But then Sid sees the robotic arms are bent and busted. She then looks to Carl. "What did you do?!"

Ronnie Anne crosses her arms. "Carl, what the heck did you do?!"

The crowd begins to boo at what had happened, and then Carl had no choice but to confess something. "Stop! Look, the whole karate thing was a legit performance for the dojo, I'm the one who cheated and so I used the robot arms to show everyone that I'm better… Than Adelaide."

"She's the star pupil, not me. I even cheated when I challenged her."

Then Valkyrie comes back from the doors and she tosses Sergio onto the stage and the parrot doesn't have a choice. "Okay! I helped him cheat with cracker boards, happy?!"

The crowd all boos at Carl, and so he sighs. "Yeah, I deserve it." He then looks to Parr. "Sensei, I think Adelaide is the one who should do this demonstration, not me."

Parr sighs. "Well, I will have to suspend you for a week for what you did." He then looks to Adelaide. "Come on up here, Adelaide and show everyone how it's truly done!"

Adelaide nods and she leaps onto the stage. But then she stops and looks to Carl. "Well, say it."

Carl sighs. "Ugh. You're really milking this, aren't ya? Fine, Adelaide Chang, you are better than me at Karate and it's not beginner's luck. You are a pro at this and the true star pupil. Now please save the dojo."

Adelaide smirks. "That's all I needed to hear." She then snaps her fingers and the eagles swoop in and a cloud is made, the smoke clears and Adelaide is in her karate clothing, and everyone claps.

The eagles land onto Lincoln and Jordan's shoulders and they fist bump with them.

Then Adelaide begins to chop all the wooden boards with ease, like a true pro and everyone cheers at this, and through this, they feel as if they wanna be part of it and see what they can do.

Seeing this was truly impressing Lincoln and Jordan, and now they're wondering if Lynn would like to see what she can do, but then Lincoln recalls something. 'Lola was part of the karate demo in one of her pageants, so perhaps she can learn some stuff from Adelaide.'

Carl is truly impressed. "Then looks like I'm gonna have to train and become stronger and better."

"You would have to face me first, because I already joined!" He sees Dennis, the Breakfast Bot and he's dressed as a student of the dojo. "Also, consider this payback for stealing my new arms too!"

Carl then runs away as Dennis chases him, then Michelle arrives and goes to Lincoln and Jordan. "Hey guys, what did I miss? Also, I got us some tacos from the Mercado."

She hands the tacos to the duo and they try them. "Wow. These are so good" said Lincoln. He then looks towards Ronnie Anne. "Hey, you think you're abuela could let my dad cook these? He could give credit to your Abuela for this."

Ronnie Anne thinks about this. "Hmm, that does sound like a good idea, let me ask her and then we can see what she has to say, and surely my Abuelo would say yes."

They all enjoy eating tacos while watching Adelaide go in like a karate chopping pro, and also Carl running away from Dennis. "You can't run or hide, from what's inside!"
