Chapter 559.
"Worries of the plan and rules."
(May 7. The Loud House.)
Right now, we see Lincoln and Jordan and the duo are both thinking about what happened the other day. The eagles are also with them and listening to what this is all about.
"So, Luna and the rest of us have made the plans, the rules and now the tour is gonna happen, but I don't know what we could expect when we get there" said Jordan.
Lincoln puts his guitar away. "I know, I know. The whole thing is not gonna be a walk in the park. This is the second tour for Luna and her band, and we're once again gonna be part of it, and this might not be a walk in the park anymore, like last time."
"We just need to be prepared on what comes next, and one of them is the possibilities of someone trying to come after either of us, or worse me and then Luna. We already dealt with that creep from last year, and that hoodlum, Jak is dealt with and he won't be coming back any time soon."
"But there might be someone out there coming for all of us, and we all know the record we have for when it comes with enemies trying to make a comeback and mess with us" said Jordan.
Lincoln nods. "Yeah, but recall that some folks have stopped going for us, like they wanna reform and make a new kind of life style for themselves and away from us. So, we could use some FutureTech escorts to ensure that whoever comes for us on tour, will regret ever crossing us again."
Then Jordan recalls someone. "What about Katie Crest? She didn't seem fond of the whole tour, or even letting Michelle Lewis be part of the whole ordeal, and even with the support of Mick Swagger and his manager, that lady is going to come up with something diabolical."
Lincoln nods. "Yeah, I get what you mean. Those two have a major history, and chances that an old friend of Katie Crest might come back and that someone is also an old enemy of Michelle. We can't let anything befall onto us when we head on the road and on the tour."
Jordan nods. "We gotta remain vigilant and we didn't have the eagles back then, but now we do and the real deal is, how many of the eagles are coming with us. We need to do a head count on the avians."
The eagles step down from the window and go towards them, and they use the chess board as a way to describe their young. Jordan then speaks. "Alright, so we got the main eagles who started all of this, Patriot and Valkyrie." She places down the king and queen of the game.
"Because they don't have any parental responsibilities, they're pretty much ready to take flight and tag along with us, we let them stay because they had to keep an eye on their hatchlings."
"True, true." Lincoln takes two bishop pieces. "We have Nora and Harrier, but they might not be able to join us due to the fact they could be starting a family soon. So, that's a no go on them coming along."
Then Lincoln takes two knight pieces. "There's Bullets and Swellow, but we don't know Swellow much and Bullets has been a mystery and the one bird who isn't easy to open up to, so we can't have them fly along and like Harrier and Nora, they're possibly ready for a family."
Jordan takes four pawn pieces. "We have Artemis and Freya along with Apollo and Raptor. So, how the heck is this gonna be a working thing? We could use some flying Pokémon fire power, but we don't know if we should let them stay so that they can start their own family."
Lincoln thinks this through. "So, we know Patriot and Valkyrie will be with us through and through, and then we got the two female eagles of the family and they're bird-based Pokémon mates, and those four are going to be the total mystery for us to deal with."
Jordan nods and she pets Valkyrie's head. "We can't force them to come with us, we can only ask if they wanna be part of the whole thing, and if they say no then we accept the whole thing and if they say yes, then that would be a great help and we could be able to keep trouble at bay."
"Yet we have to also be there to have the backs of our flying friends, they're going to be hard at work alongside the FutureTech guys who'll be tagging along."
Lincoln nods. "Agreed." Then he looks to the calendar. "Also, now that we have the whole talk until we see what happens at the tour thing, what do you plan for your mom on mother's day?"
Jordan smirks. "That would be an awesome day at the spa, and surely my mom is gonna love it. I managed to get as much cash as I gathered from the baby sitting gig we still do, and I got enough to treat my mom to the spa here in town. What about you, Linc?"
Lincoln smiles. "I got me a big thing for that date, and I got me the gift for my mom, and the other mom. The one I see as a mother figure and has been there to keep me safe from harm, and support me when things aren't going well, someone we both know and have seen as the sister we can truly trust."
Jordan knows who he means. "Yup, I get the feeling on who that is and whatever you have in store for Luna, I know she'll love it. Because you show devotion and loyalty and emotion to the ones you love, let it be someone you have had a crush on for a long time, or let it be the family you have shared a very strong bond with."
Lincoln chuckles. "You always understand me when it comes to Luna, she's the guardian to both of us, but sure to heck we're not gonna let her go down or face things that are against our odds. No matter what enemy we face, we can take them down, together."
Jordan smiles and she kisses his cheek. "I know we can, and that's what sparks the future that I look forward to. The two of us, and with our friends and family along for the whole ride, but with Luna and Sam close by and having our backs, as we have theirs."
The duo share a small kiss and this makes the eagles smile, and they head off and fly to the top of the tower of the tree house, and they fly by Butterfree who is collecting nectar and flying into the room of the twins.
(Inside the house.)
From the window of the bedroom, Luna and Sam look to the tree house, the duo can't hear what's going on but they got a feeling of what they plan on talking about, and that would be the whole dealio with the other day.
Sam looks towards Luna. "You doing alright there, Lunes?"
Luna sighs. "To be honest with ya, Sammy. I am a little bit concerned and a little bit confused. I mean, we got the whole rock summer tour coming, and we're gonna be on stage and a lot of folks will be cheering us as the last time we went on tour, but that one was with Mick Swagger."
"We're not going through a one week tour, this is a tour where we might not know when it ends, and we have to think about how long we should be on the road. But chances we might not be on tour long, not when the other part of the whole rules we made."
Sam nods. "Yeah, I recall that one. If one of us isn't feeling right in the head, or we get hurt and the trouble is going to spark, then we bail and head back to Royal Woods, Michigan. Something even Katie Crest can't stop."
Sam then has concerns. "And yet, I feel like she could be the reason that trouble will come."
Luna nods. "No kidding, I had that bad vibe since she started seeing us at the Royal Woods summer musical festival and we have an even greater matter, and that would be Michelle and we don't know what Katie Crest will do when she sees her on tour and riding with us."
"Then we have each other's backs, as always" said Sam. "You know we wouldn't ditch the others, they're our friends and family and we don't let them down, not even our good friend and manager, Michelle Lewis."
Luna puts her acoustic guitar away and she sits onto the beanbag chair. "Yeah, I know and I am not letting Crest harm her, or anyone else. But she will try something, and we're gonna take her down no matter what."
Sam nods and she sits next to Luna. "We're not gonna do this alone, we're all in on this and same goes with those also on tour. We have faced bad times when we were at the tour last year, and we now know how to keep track for anything else new. We can handle this year's tour."
"Heck yeah we can." Luna and Sam stay like this, and she pulls Sam close to her, then Luna recalls something coming soon.
'Right, mother's Day is inbound and we already got what we have for Mother's Day, because even though there are mistakes made in the past along with our pops. We still love them, and I can't shake the feeling that Lincoln might have something in mind for that day.'
(Somewhere far from Michigan.)
Katie Crest is making her way to the hotel she'll be staying at, she then stops at the parking lot and she goes through something in her notebook.
'Okay, so Michelle Lewis is going to be part of the rock summer tour, and that is not going to make things easier for me with that former singer showing up and a lot of folks recognizing her, plus she did retake that mansion her family had. She has a god damn mansion!'
Katie Crest then calms down. 'Calm down, you can deal with her later. All I need is the cash to bail this old pal out, and when he does come back to me, then we can both team up and make sure Michelle Lewis is out of the picture, but I know he hates the Louds, and I need them.'
'Which means I need to cut a deal with him for when we meet again and I gotta make sure no one else knows that Doug Rockwell was bailed out of jail, so that means Royal Woods doesn't need to know or I am ruined. But how do I do that?'
She then has an idea and grins. "Now I know what to do." She then walks out of her car and she begins to check into the hotel she's staying, and she gets ready to make a call to someone for some help.
