Chapter 586.
"Friendly Families, one Pool Day."
(Rosato Mansion.)
A pool day is set here, and we now see the multiple families are part of this stuff. We see the Louds, Rosato's, Carson's, Pertland's and Warwick's, oh and Michelle Lewis is here as well, so that's a thing, but they also invited Jillian Henvers and her infant son, Lucas and he's enjoying this thing.
In fact, all of them are enjoying this moment. All of them doing their own thing, such as the twins playing with water floaties along with Lynn and Luan, while Luna is relaxing with Leni, Lori and Jessica. The parents are talking to themselves, and Lynn Sr is cooking on the grill.
Luna is chilling on the pool side chair with shades. "This is awesome huh dudes, just some fun relaxing time as family friends and siblings."
"Dang right, last time I enjoyed this kinda fun was on a beach, and a pool" said Jessica Carson, she's wearing a red two-piece swimsuit, but with a floral towel covering her lower half.
Leni is fast asleep, with a magazine on her face and Lori is busy texting to Bobby, and sending her a selfie, and she sends the same thing to her friends, such as Carol, Dana and Becky. Lori chuckles when she sees Bobby sending her a picture of pizza, the shape of her face.
Luna smirks at this and she watches as Lynn Sr is being shown how Benjamin Carson can grill and he is impressive, and then Luna looks to the group of preteens talking to each other. 'This summer vacay is just getting started.'
Then she sees Bullet and his mate, Swellow flying above. 'We also got next week to deal with.' She then checks her phone and sees the text from Sam. Even the eagles and some of their Pokémon companions are with them as well, mostly the ones from Lucas.
Lincoln and Jordan, along with Ryan, Hope, Gretchen and Angel are watching this all unfold and spot Jillian with the twins, Lily and Lisa and they watch as Lucas enjoys being in the kiddie pool and splashing water, and then Lily hands him the rubber ducky and he plays with it.
Hope then asks. "So, was there any messages regarding from our friends from Great Lakes City?"
"No, we didn't get any messages" replied Lincoln. "But we're still waiting for that one and if it does come, then we'll know who's coming along for the one week stay, and also looking forward on what comes tomorrow."
"Nice, and mom and dad said that it's fine for me to come along too" said Gretchen. "I've never been on a private island alone before, and I'm always with my mom and dad when we do so."
Lincoln, Jordan, Ryan and Angel stop what they're doing in the pool and look towards them. "What?"
Gretchen and Hope realize this. "Oh, we didn't tell you guys that we have our family private islands, they're somewhere in the keys of the Florida seas, and are heavily secured from anyone who comes near" replied Hope.
"Whoa. Did not see that one coming" said Ryan. He didn't know Gretchen had her own family private island, there is so much he wasn't told about her and her life.
Then Lynn surfaces from below. "Dang, you two have a lot of room on that island, would be nice to jog there and see how fast I can scale the whole place." She then swims off and plays chicken against Luan and the twins.
Hope thinks about this. "She's not wrong, I mean maybe one day when we do ask our 'rents, then we might be able to let you guys tag along on our private islands. They're neighboring each other and are connected by a bridge, or you could go to the other island via boat or chopper."
"But you guys have an island too, sort of" said Gretchen. "It does have a retreat house there."
"True, true" replied Jordan. "But that island is not ours. The place is also a wildlife reserve and best to let the animals from last year remain and be observed on how they're adapting."
"Still gonna be so awesome when we do go there" said Lincoln. "Seeing Plessy, and going through another awesome underwater joyride, if Plessy will let us. Though, I do hope Plessy will be fine with the new company coming along, he can be quite the shy kind of Lake Monster, unless he can trust you."
"The last time we met the big guy that was when we were nearly left casted away, on the exact island from where it all began" said Jordan. She then holds his hand, and they all surface and sit by the side of the pool. "Kinda does make it the whole reason why we made the retreat house on the island."
"Dang right" said Lincoln. Then he sees Lori go towards them. "Lori?"
"Hey bro, your phone went off, and it's from Great Lakes City." Lori hands him his phone and Lincoln sees the text.
"Oh, from Ronnie Anne and Sid, I think this might be the message about who'll be coming with us" said Lincoln. The others go over to see who else is coming and then Luna and Michelle Lewis check on what this was all about.
Ronnie Anne Santiago. Sorry Linc and Jordan, but I can't come with you guys next week. My Abuela is planning on a one week stay for the whole familia to go and stay with our great grandma, and she's excited and we don't wanna disappoint her.
I hope you guys have fun next week, and keep an eye on Sid. Puberty has been getting to her, and I think some weird stuff might happen. Seriously, dude.
Sid Chang. Guys! My mom said it's okay and of course she's coming along and same with Adelaide, my dad is okay staying home in Great Lakes City. He said he has some busy stuff to do with his job next week, and so we're gonna be enjoying one week of island lake time together!
I am so super excited guys! This is gonna be so awesome and cool, and I am bringing with me everything I need for when the day comes! You guys excited? I am!
The group is shocked by what they found out. "Dudes, we have gots to keep an eye on Sid when the whole thing begins, I mean she might be a bit over the top notch when it comes to Sam and myself" said Luna.
"Same" said Michelle. "This puberty thing might be something…. Well, as an oddball Sid would be going through, and chances it might not go away anytime soon."
"I don't wanna say what they said in Star Wars" said Ryan.
"Alright, I'll say it" said Gretchen. "I got a bad feeling about this." They all chuckle hearing her say that.
Luna and Michelle walk away, to call Peter Harris to get things ready for next week, and to contact Sam that they have some guests coming along with them, and that it might get awkward.
Lincoln sighs. "This vacation is just getting started, and I thought the whole tour was gonna be something to be careful about, right guys?"
Jordan smirks. "No kidding, and this thing going on with Sid, we have to keep a close eye on her. Let's recap, she had this small crush on you and she gets a bit… Physical when it comes to hugging, she's mostly doing it to Ronnie Anne."
Then Hope recalls. "Guys, we got something else to look forward to before next week, tomorrow."
"Right, right" said Lincoln. "We're gonna watch as Darrel, Allison, Laurence and Delilah make their mark and leave Middle School. This is gonna be something interesting, and something hard to do, but chances we will see them again, as usual."
"Let's not forget, with them gone some folks have to try and maintain the Gamer's Club and the Music Club and I think we all know who they might be" said Ryan.
They all recall that. Simon might be the one for the gamer's club, and Tabby might become the next in line for the Music Club, which will be interesting when they make it back to school and also meet the freshmen of the Middle School too.
Then they see Lola, Lana and Lisa playing at the water slide. "Come on, let's have some fun before tomorrow" said Lincoln. He holds Jordan's hand and they walk towards the slide.
They all nod and go towards the water slide and have some fun, and with the eagles watching over them, and then Lynn Sr tosses the steak and Apollo catches it and he shares it with the other avians. Patriot takes a piece of meat and he brings it towards Nora at the Bald Eagles sanctum and she eats it.
But underneath her, are eggs…. Five of them. Oh wow! This just got serious!

A/N: A nice pool day, and something coming for next week to deal with and to the returning days of school, but for now let's lock and load for tomorrow. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
I kinda got the idea of Sid going through a puberty phase from reading the fanfictions "Relationship" and "Parenthood."
