Chapter 590.

"The Fashion College Tour."

(Somewhere outside of Royal Woods.)

The date is now June 11, and

We now see some vehicles driving towards somewhere, and that somewhere is a college that was made this year, and is going to be open soon, and that location is called, Reiningers fashion and education university: The brand new college that was made this year.

And the car leading is the one that belongs to Leni Loud, and she looks onto the college and with her are her friends, Jackie and Mandee, and all three of them are amazed. "Whoa!"

Reiningers Fashion and Education University.
Being runned by a good friend of Belle Éclair and is a part of the Reiningers company to help future business folks with their life ahead of them, or to help shape the next generation of fashion designers.

It has a large gold colored fence, and gold gate with the letters "R.F.E.U." A large front area with trees and statues of iconic fashion designers and at the middle is the woman who founded Reiningers along with her husband's statue, and even the statue of Victoria Secrets is there, and of course the statue of the woman who manages Reiningers systems in Michigan, Belle Éclair.

The rest of the buildings are the classrooms and other locations for educational purposes, there's even a track and field location and the large structure which is for the staff, and the location of the headmaster's office: Madame, Zoe K. Callistor, and her statue is in front of the building as well.

There are tons of benches and tables, and some small businesses for food and other drinks to be served, more than 20 food catering businesses and some that serve protein shakes and other diet related produce. They even have a shopping mall nearby, which is managed by Reiningers, and a spa.

There are multiple homes for the folks there to reside in, and they're not dorm rooms. This place is prestige, and has condo homes for them to reside in and a very top notch place and would be super expensive to get in, but not for those who are truly talented. Because they wanna see if they can reach their full potential. And it seems like Leni Loud, Jackie Dames and Fiona Fournier.

The vehicles go through the gates and they see that the place seems…. Nearly deserted, but they do see some cars parked, and some teens and others there and looking around the place.

They all park they're ride and the Loud family, along with Jordan, Jackie, Mandee and Michelle come out and see the whole place.

"Well, this seems very interesting and for some reason looks better than my college" said Lori. She then looks to Leni and her friends. "Just as you three are dressed for the whole thing as well."

Leni's attire: light green tank top, teal long-sleeve jacket and light blue mini skirt, black shorts, and teal heeled shoes and white knee high socks. Her signature earrings, and gold bracelets, and she has the shades that Hope gave her from her birthday.

Jackie's attire: now wearing a light grey long sleeve buttoned shirt with pink sleeves and collar, her signature pink and magenta ruffled skirt but with black leggings, her pink headband, but with a yellow flower on it, her light blue diamond shaped earrings and dark purple boots.

Mandee's attire: the same light blue turtleneck sweater, a light blue sleeveless jacket, cerulean pearl earrings, black boots with light blue laces, her green skirt but with blue polka dots and flower pattern at the edges and of course her green belt but with a silver buckle.

"We wore these to truly impress the folks here, but where is everyone?" asked Jackie.

"Not here yet because they have plans and they wanna take the tour next week." they all see Christina, and with her is her mother, Belle and she's also dressed to truly impress everyone.

Belle Éclair's attire: light orange dress, black jeans and brown boots with black laces, dark blue long sleeve jacket with the logo of the company on the back, and red bracelets, white hooped earrings and her signature white shades.

"Hello, Leni, Jackie and Mandee" said Belle. "Welcome to Reiningers Fashion and Education University, and we're so happy that you girls are among the 55 who have passed and are now part of this."

"Wow. 55 students only? Dang, there aren't much who wanna partake in this?" asked Luan.

Belle nods. "Follow me, the tour is about to begin." they all follow the woman and her daughter, and Rita snaps her husband out of his trance looking at the woman and they look around the place.

"As you should all know, there aren't much great or truly skilled folks who have an eye for fashion, and most of them are in New York City at the college branch we have located there, and we have only 10 of these locations around the country, and three in Europe, and one of them is in Paris, France."

They walk by the statues and are impressed by the folks who have been known to be responsible for many things that the fashion industry that is today. "A true marvelous sight to show the folks who started it all, such as other universities who show statues of the founders and other's from before."

Belle chuckles. "Well, we like to keep the memories of those who made the company well-known and a part of the fashion history to keep on thriving."

They continue to walk around and Belle tours them through everything they have, so let's hit it!

The buildings are 8 and each one has many classrooms for the different courses being taken, and the staff aren't there yet, until the time comes. But the classes will be for college freshmen, so the next year students won't come into play for the next stage of education.

The condo homes are fancy and can contain three to five rooms for those who wish to stay there, kitchen bathrooms and are pretty large with so much space for the students staying there to work on some projects they might have from school.

The mall is large, and bigger than the Royal Woods Mall. This place has so many clothing areas, and places where they sell fabrics and other needs for fashion designers, this is a fashion designers supply shop, and each clothing branch are from other clothing departments from around the world.

The spa is a large place, and has many things to keep the mind calm and at ease, but it only opens on weekends and not weekdays, and the locations for smoothies and other places to eat, and Mandee and Jackie are stoked that they have Pumpkin Spice lattes.

There's even a nice and peaceful location or what they call, the minds peace park, which the fashion designers can enjoy some outdoors time and find some inspiration through nature, and there are tons of flowers species growing there, and benches and picnic areas, as well as a lake.

There's a gym where they hold event parties and other amazing things, and also announcements from the headmaster.

They all walk away from the gym and they are now back at the park and Leni sighs as she looks around the place. "This place… This is just, something beyond anything I ever wanted, or needed."

Lori stands with her. "This place suites you along with Jackie, Mandee and the others who have joined, I am a bit jealous of the place, but proud of you coming here. This is everything that you deserve as a talented fashion designer."

Leni nods. "Yeah, this place is awesome and amazing. Thanks, Lori. Those words, they mean a lot and I hope I can make it through this, and show everyone who I am." Leni then embraces her older sister.

Lori chuckles and she returns the hug. "You already did, Leni. To all of us."

They depart from the hug and watch the others go around the place, and then they see Lisa speaking with Belle and she tells her what education they have here, and Lisa smiles, almost like she's happy with the education there that is all about business and other basic college stuff.

Lincoln, is walking around the park with Jordan and Christina. "So, summer vacation family time before Leni leaves?" asked Christina.

Lincoln nods. "Yeah, we all wanna spend time with Leni before she has to head out. She means a lot to us and has changed from the Leni we knew from the past, and her mistakes are being shown that they can be fixed and forgiven. She deserves this."

"Thanks for this, Christina. This means a lot to Leni, she along with Jackie and Mandee are gonna enjoy their time here."

Christina nods. "No prob, Linc. After everything we've all been through, and because Leni has been an amazing employee at the Reiningers in Royal Woods, she's shown to be the best and quite skilled employee and fashion designer. She has potential and she can achieve greater through this place."

"Also, truth be told. I also plan to come here one day, I got my own dreams and one of them is to be a fashion model. Also, I may have accidently gotten Kat and Joy into this setup as well, they too wanna check out this place on day and mark it as their future college."

Jordan snickers. "Well, dang Éclair. Keep calm and keep it to yourself. At this point, I fear all of our gal pals are gonna wanna be part of this, and a part of me is already liking how awesome this college is. Feels like a vacation zone than a school."

Lincoln smirks and watches as Leni is now talking to Belle and so are Jackie and Mandee. "This is a new and better life for Leni, and I know she'll do well in the future."

"No kidding" said Jordan. "She's skilled in fashion, and she's gotten some smarts in her after some recurring events. She's now a new and better Leni Loud, we're all proud of her, and to Jackie and Mandee as well."

Christina then asks. "So, you guys plan to spend some last moment times with Jackie and Mandee?"

Jordan giggles. "Well, we could have a spa day and I could watch them make Lincoln look like a nervous wreck, plus he's adorbs when he's blushing and feeling like a nervous little white-haired bunny."

This makes Lincoln blush, and the two girls giggle and they walk off and they interact with Lola, who tells them that she now plans to go to this college one day, as a possible super model. Yeah, that might be able to happen.

Lincoln Loud then has an idea. 'Our hero counterparts… Where is they're Leni gonna go off to for college? I need to ask them, soon.'

A/N: Now that is one prestige and wicked awesome and fabulous college, am I right? I thought that it should look nice, since the fashion company is as great as the many branches it has around the world of this story, and Leni's dream college is as true as her dreams.
