Casandra watched as BJ completely decimated this infected monster, he grabbed its tail and spun it and slammed into the ground as the smoke cleared. A bright light started to walk out and BJ appeared his shirt was gone and glowing runes covered his body as his eyes gleamed a bright white and a large grin was plastered on his face.

"Come on! Is that all you got!" He yelled as he ran towards them, the nix then tried to attack him again, but BJ just punched it, as he was about to follow it Casandra intervened.

"BJ stop, you beat it!" Cas yelled.

"No I can still fight, I'll kill it, I can do IT." He said as he raised his hand and a ball of light appeared.

"Boone Wiseman Junnor! Stop this right now! Or I won't talk to you ever again!" She yelled. She was in a panic and it was the only thing she could think off at the moment. "Idiot why would you think that would work, he's clearly not in his right mind." She then looked at BJ and saw him get rid of the ball of light and lower his arm.

"(groan) fine." he said as he jumped over to the girls, picked them up and ran away.

-Meanwhile-

Rose was walking through a dark void her eyes blank as she saw someone; it was here but in her demonic form, as it spotted her it made a b-line for her as it's hand almost reached her, something stopped her. She looked up and saw Akira.

Rose's eyes shot open as she held her head. She straightens her hair and looks around.

"I guess i'm back at the pod, what happened." She asked as she stepped out but as she did she noticed a various infected creatures.

"Okay what the hell did I miss?" She asked as an infected troll tried to jump her as it landed on the ground Rose was standing behind it with her scythe in hand, the toll then fell.

"You know fighting after a nap is really annoying." She said as she pointed the scythe at them. "It would be a huge pain to cause trouble, but I think this would be cause of self-defence." She said till she noticed the growths on them. "I see well this will be a challenge." She said as she rushed towards them.

-With Akira-

The appointed hero and the pink dragon was holding back all the infected and in casing them in bubbles.

"Gotta say kid you're doing pretty good." She said till she saw him huffing and puffing as he bubbled another monster.

"Damn this is exhausting." He said "Really wish I didn't have a shield." He said as he rushed forward and slammed into another one. "C'mon hero, how can I stop them?" He asked just a wall of fire appeared in front of him. Just then Jake flew down.

"Everyone okay?" He asked

"Yeah, Jake do you know what's happening?" The Pink Dragon asked

"Not sure, but we need to get out of the street, where's Rose?" He asked

"Inside, they are safe but the kid doesn't look too good." the two dragons looked back and saw Akira huch over.

"Okay, get the roof i'm right behind you, Hailey." Hailey then flew up, Jake then grabbed Akira and took him the roof as they reached they landed on the ground.

"Hey can you stand?" He asked

"Y-Yeah I just need a bit, still trying to figure this power out." He said

"Looks like your low on Mana." He said

"Mana? Like that blue bar in rpgs?" Akira asked.

"Sorta of." He said. "Looks like you can't control your mana well, but that to be expected for a kid." He said

"Hey i'm trying here, Dragon." He said

"Dude the name is Jake, Jake Long." He said

"Right, sorry you did help me after all." He said

"And I guess I should thank you for protecting my family I guess." He said as he changed back to normal.

"Believe me it's a regular job for us heroes." He said till his eyes bulge. "Oh crap my team is out there! I need to…" Just then Akira felt his legs lock up.

"What the hell, why can't I move?" He asked.

"Realx dude, you need rest if your friends are just like you i'm sure that they are okay." Jake said

"I hope so."

-With Tyler-

The boy was running in fear as he dodge clutter being thrown at him, he looked back and saw an infected creature reaching him, but a trash can slammed onto his head. And then kicked. Lara then grabbed her boyfriend's hand and ran away.

"This is insane. How can we survive this? How can your brother think that this is okay, how can." Lara then slapped him.

"Would you calm down, look we just need to met up with my brother or his Rose I think we could survive this." She said as she kissed his cheek.

"We got this." She said

"Right." He said as he felt his cheek, but instead of a warm feeling he felt something slimy. As he pulled away he saw the same black sludge that was on the others, he then saw Lara in the light and saw that half her face was covered in the black sludge indicating that she was infected. Tyler was about to run but Lara pinned him the ground and gave him a deep kiss forcing more the sludge down his throat as he struggled to get free but it soon stopped as she broke away the two then got up Tyler's jaw had the black sludge and they started trugging away moaning.

"AKIRA!" as they did Merlin watched from afar and sighed.

"Geez that kid is going to be a handful, but it'll be interesting to see what will happen." He said as he looked over and saw a huge nest forming downtown.
