Fallout: Kazuma the Road Warrior? XXVI

Also is it just me or since the series conclusion did everyone decided to finally switch sides or come out and started to furiously ship Kazuma and Aqua together, like it's not just me right?

Hanging out together at the very spot Kazuma was at before he, Darkness, and Megumin went out of their way to save Aqua, he began to look back and reflect how all of their actions up to this point was clearly shaping the Mojave.
At least that's what he was trying to do, half the time he was trying to tune out Aqua, who wasn't letting go over his comment of wanting to take things slow and regretted rushing their relationship, after professing his love and having sex together.
"Seriously, if I had know you would regret committing to be in a serious relationship with me, I wouldn't have given you my virginity, which I want back" said Aqua.
"And I want mine back, but I guess we're both fucked in that department" said Kazuma as his patience was running thin, "Fuck you Kazuma" said Aqua.
"Oh you've already done that" said Kazuma as they were about ready to erupt into another argument before everyone regrouped with the couple.
"Are we interrupting something here" asked Chris innocently, "No, we were just finished talking" said Kazuma, "Oh we're far from having this conversation being over" said Aqua as Kazuma ignored her for the most part.
"Anyways are we all ready to go" asked Kazuma, "Pretty much, also we made sure to grab you guys some extra radiation suits" said Chris as she began to hand one pair to the couple.
"Alright, before we continue on in taking out Caesar, we're going to need to make a plan on how we're going to do it" said Kazuma as everyone began to circle around him.
"So here's the layout of the Fort, there's an outer entrance, and an inner entrance, and smacked down here in the middle is Caesar's tent" said Kazuma as he began to draw 3 different circles to give everyone a visual.
"Now the outer entrance has a lot of soldiers, not including slaves, children Legionnaires in training, and a few merchants, but here's the thing they're too far spread out from each other" explained Kazuma.
"Meaning we can get a jump on them, before they got a chance to get organized" said Boone, "That's right, so I'm going to leave you in charge of this Boone, and I'll have Ed-e, Cass, and Raul backing you up" said Kazuma as everyone agreed to those terms.
"Now right here, we have the inner entrance where it's gonna be more tricky for us since I've no doubt the Legion will be more than ready for our continuous assault against them, especially since there's just as many Legion here, except they're a lot more closer this time around" said Kazuma.
"But the upside is that not far from us is Caesar's tent, where the Leader of the Legion will be there" pointed out Kazuma.
"So Arcade I'm leaving you in charge in distracting and garnering the Legions attention this time around with Veronica, Lily, and Rex here backing you up" said Kazuma.
"Pardon for my cowardice, but I don't suppose you intend to be sending me along with everyone there without some sort of guaranteed protection now, or even someone more better suited for this sort of responsibility" said Arcade.
"Arcade, I wouldn't be sending you on this mission unless I didn't believe you could do it and ensure that no one dies, as for guaranteed protection" said Kazuma as he stood up and messed with his pip-boy before presenting the doctor with his set of power armor.
"Me and Darkness will give up our sets of Power armor for you guys to use, but in return I need you to keep Lily and Rex here safe from dying" said Kazuma as Darkness also forked over her power armor.
"I guess it goes without saying we're going to face against Caesar" asked Chris, "The man did personally invited the Courier and the Road Warrior to his presence, Aqua has a vendetta against the bastard, and more importantly I need my team if we're going to take on his personal and best Praetorians" said Kazuma.
"Tell me Kazuma, am I going to blow anyone up" asked Megumin as she had a feeling explosions wasn't an option.
"Only if you move fast and follow my plan" said Kazuma as everyone got closer to hear the plan out into better detail.
Later
Upon taking the raft lead by Lucullus, the group nearly fell overboard do to the number and weight, but they all made it out on the other as they stood at the gates of the Fort.
"I'm gonna have to ask you all to hand in your weapons" said the Legion soldier guarding the only entrance to enter or to leave.
"Ok" said Kazuma before presenting Maria to his face and put a bullet in it.
"It's a trap" said Lucullus before he found Chop-chop lodged in his chest courtesy of Darkness, before everyone killed all surrounding Legion in the area.
"Let's move people, these assholes are going to take this lying down forever" said Kazuma as everyone agreed to Kazuma's commands.
"Boone, I leave everything from here to you" said Kazuma as Boone nodded, before quickly turning around and landed a perfect headshot against an attacking Legion soldier charging at them with a machete.
"Get going already" said Boone as Raul began to lead the charge with a lever action shotgun as Cass pulled out her signature shotgun as Ed-e stayed close to Boone.
Knowing they were in good hands, everyone began to charge up the tall hill up the Fort while killing any Legion that crossed their paths.
"Hey guys hold up" gasped Kazuma as they stood outside the main entrance they need to get in before taking out and killing Caesar.
"Why, we should be charging in their already" said Megumin, "Please wait for us, these things aren't light when traveling" called Arcade as he and Veronica were barely catching up.
"That's right we needed Arcade to distract the Legion in getting their attention before taking out Caesar" said Darkness, "What? No I just need to catch my breath" said Kazuma as he began to huff like the big bad wolf.
"Why am I not surprised" said Aqua, "Oh shut up, Arcade get in there already" said Kazuma as Arcade did as instructed and lead Veronica, Lily, and Rex to gather the Legions attention away from the rest to make a quick run.
While the Legion and their mongrels focused their efforts in trying to take down Arcade and company with machetes and throwing spears, team Kazuma plus Chris snuck behind the tents and swiftly killed any Legion that may have spot them as they got closer to Caesar's tent with 2 Praetorians on guard.
"Chris you get the one on the left, I got the one on the right" said Kazuma as he began to pull out the Ratslayer, while Chris pulled out a standard sniper rifle with a silencer.
Once the Praetorians were put down, the group snuck their way all the way up to the entrance of the tent, where Kazuma turned to the soon to be future heroes of the Mojave.
"Megumin, you got the bottle cap mine ready" asked Kazuma turning to the demolitions expert, "Ready, "Darkness, you got your throwing spear ready".
Darkness only responded with a nod as she gripped said weapon tightly in her hands, "Alright everyone, time to rid this world of another tyrant with a god complex" said Kazuma as they all began to enter Caesar's tent.
"What the fuck is going on here" demanded Caesar as he spotted Kazuma and company as they were making him look like the joke he is.
"Megumin, ready the bottle cap mine" said Kazuma as he and Chris killed the 2 inner guards at the entrance.
"No Kazuma, you gave me something I've been dying to use, so I'm going to use it" said Megumin with a gleam in her eyes as she pulled out Esther.
"Megumin I never gave you any mini…" began berating Kazuma before he saw a mini nuke resting in the portable catapult engaged fire spot, "…nuke?".
"Witness me Kazuma as I blast this phony god king to kingdom come in a manner that's befitting to all those powerful enough to face off against the more than powerful Crimson Demons" said Megumin as she pulled the trigger as Kazuma rushed to stop her.
Outside of Caesar's tent, the members of team Chris not only heard but saw the after explosion as they were going about their business of killing Legion.
Be it Veronica holding 3 Legion soldiers in a head lock as she beat their faces in with her power fist, Boone strangling man while digging his boots deeper into the crushed neck of a Legion soldier, Lily cleaving a Centurion in half.
More so it caused a disturbance in the Mojave that it caused Mr. House to awaken out of curiosity, General Oliver looking up from his paper work, Yes Man standing there with that stupid smile in his face, Twig and company looking up from their Nuka-Cola break, the Storyteller, Edna, and Ranger Tanner turning their heads back west, and so forth.
Point is, everyone felt a sense of ease and victory towards claiming the Mojave and the inevitable defeat of the Legion, while also worrying about the Road Warrior, the Courier, and their friends.
Reality, team Kazuma and Chris were alright, just barely as they manage to leave the tent in time before being pushed from the blast force and sent flying and ate dirt and blood from within the arena.
"Kazuma, please tell me, tell me how you rate that explosion and if it was so epicly awesome that you want to dump that blue haired floozy of a goddess and commit to a happy life with a prodigy genius of the Crimson Demons" said Megumin with a victorious smile, before Kazuma took away Esther again.
"Negative 9,000 points damn it, we could've been blown to hell and to answer the question of me dating you, I'd rather have sex with Fisto" Kazuma said angrily, "What's a Fisto" asked Darkness, "Another day for another mission".
"Hey Kazuma" said Aqua, "Dear god, what do you want woman" asked Kazuma, "No need to be an asshole, just wanted to give you heads we got Legion assholes approaching us".
As mentioned a small band of Legions focused their sights on team Kazuma as they charged at them armed with their machetes.
"You think they know we killed Caesar" asked Aqua, before the former leader of the Legion's head came flying down and rolled in front of them.
"Yeah, they know" said Chris as they readied themselves for a fight.
2 Legion Primes came charging in towards Kazuma, who stood his ground and activated V.A.T.S. and used the revolver Lucky to plant critical headshots on both of them as their heads exploded.
Meanwhile, Darkness stood her ground as Legion Recruit delivered a punch to her face, and was surprised how Darkness didn't so much as flinch as she took the blow to the face.
More surprising was Darkness, who delivered a punch that knocked the Legion Recruit on his ass, before lifting him up and breaking his spine completely, when she brought him down and brought her knee up.
Aqua stood behind as she fired Pew-Pew and turned a Legion Recruit into ash as Megumin finished loading up and fired Annabelle as it gibbed the remaining Legion soldiers into meat chunks.
Once the bodies finished falling from the ground, it was the moment Arcade and company returned to check up on their leaders and heroes.
"So, how'd it go" asked Arcade, "We killed him" said Chris as she pointed down at the severed head of Caesar as that was enough proof for the group to realize that the mission was a success.
"Alright, Caesar's dead, let's get the hell out of here already" said Kazuma as no one needed to be told twice as they began to exit the Fort.
Making their way down hill, the group didn't need to look far to see that Boone finished bending a Legion Primes elbow backwards where he had shoved in his machete into his chest, as Raul was bashing his lever action shotgun into a Decanus' head before stomping his head in.
"I take it everything went good" asked Boone, "Yeah, but where's Cass and Ed-e" asked Chris before they heard a Legion recruit screaming in pain, followed by the sound of a shotgun being fired.
The person responsible was Cass as she casually moseyed into the scene with half an empty bottle of whiskey at hand.
"So did we win" asked Cass, "We did, now everyone let's gather around and suit up, we got to take that raft back out of here" said Kazuma.
"Hold on, we may not have to" said Chris, "What do you mean" asked Kazuma, "I did some fiddling with my Pip-boy, and I think I'm able to get us anywhere now with no problems".
Before anyone could ask, everyone found themselves magically teleported back outside of the town of Goodsprings, specifically Trudy's bar.
"Chris, how did you do that" asked Kazuma, "Apparently there's a skill here in my pip-boy called Explorer that not only let's me see all locations, but fast travel to the ones we've explored" explained Chris.
"Regardless, I think this calls for a celebration" said Cass as everyone cheered and went inside of Trudy's bar for victory drinks.
Time Skip
It was suppose to be a night of fun and celebration, and while it was in one side of the bar, as word had spread how Kazuma the Road Warrior and Chris the Courier not only lead a frontal assault but killed Caesar and the best of his men.
On the other side of the bar, the members of team Kazuma was having an argument amongst themselves.
"I don't need protection" said Aqua as she was fed up with Kazuma's stubborn and macho bravado he had developed when they started dating.
"Need I remind you how you were tortured and nearly died when I rescued you" said Kazuma, "That doesn't excuse you from getting yourself killed in an irradiated hot spot" said Aqua.
"Yes, I have to agree with Aqua" said Darkness, "Stay out of this, this has nothing to do with you" said Kazuma.
"Correction, this has a lot to do with not only Darkness, but me as well, considering how for the longest I've been fighting for your attention, and you chose Aqua" said Megumin.
"And what's wrong with that" said Aqua, "Nothing, other than this coming as a complete surprise how while we were gone, you 2 decided to have the best night of your lives and slept together" said Megumin.
"You know I've been meaning to ask about that, considering the numerous times I have attempted to seduce you in the past, you always declined, and this is in spite of the fact I have a bombshell of a body that you've even said, yet you had no problem sleeping with Aqua, because" asked Darkness.
"She fucking raped me essentially, that's what happened" said Kazuma, "It's not rape if you like it and get involved with it" argued Aqua, "There's a thing called gentle rape you bitch goddess".
"Don't call me a bitch goddess, you low life scoundrel, virginity swiping shut in hero NEET of the Mojave" said Aqua, "Hello what about my virginity that you also friggin stole" said Kazuma.
"No one cares about, hell I don't care about it, all I care about is knowing exactly what is it that made you fall in love with her, and not me" said Darkness.
"I don't know, honestly I don't even fucking know why I'm in love with Aqua as much as I'm in love with you 2, or how all 3 of you are in love with me!" shouted Kazuma as the whole bar went silent, even the party side.
Aqua could only gasp as she covered her mouth as her heart was breaking, before Kazuma realized he said something he shouldn't have said.
"Aqua… I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that" said Kazuma as he tried to reach for her only to receive a well deserved punch to the chest.
"Don't you dare touch me Satou Kazuma, don't even dare come close to me" said Aqua as tears were streaming down her face.
"I can't believe I allowed myself to fall in love with you, but unlike you I know why I did, and if you don't know why you love me and choose to remain indecisive, than I think it's best if we break up until you decide to wake up, face reality, and take responsibility" sobbed Aqua as she stormed out the bar leaving no room to discuss things further during her heart felt goodbye.
Kazuma wanted to go after her, and apologize to her, and tell her he loves her, but he can't cause he doesn't exactly knows why he loves her, or his reasons for choosing to stay behind and not further hurt the feelings of the other 2 woman he's admitted to have feelings for still.
There moment of silence was interrupted when Megumin and Darkness began to shuffle and grabbed their things.
"Where are you girls going" asked Kazuma, "It's not catch up and talk to Aqua if that's what you're thinking" said Megumin.
"We saw everything there was to see. Know that while we all love you Kazuma, we won't allow ourselves to be committed to a man who doesn't even know why he's in love with us, if he even loves us, and I think I speak for all of us that we all need a break from each other, until you decide to get your act and more importantly your feelings together" said Darkness as she Megumin finally left.
Alone now in an empty room as he just allowed himself to pathetically not only saw his teammates walked out on him, but woman who do loved him, including his girlfriend, Kazuma felt he deserves to feel nothing but loneliness as he was disgusted how no matter how strong he's gotten, he never matured and improved his act.
And they were right as Kazuma was definitely he was indecisive, yes he didn't want to commit and hurt anyone's feelings, but that only seemed to get him the same results regardless of his actions.
So taking one last chug at his beer and grabbing his gecko kabobs to go, Kazuma exited through the back door and into the night, as Chris witness from afar how everything came to an abrupt end.
As far as he and the rest of the Mojave knows, team Kazuma is currently disbanded, until further notice.
Ok, so I'm going to be ending things here for now, and I know what you guys are thinking, does this mean the end of Kazuma and Aqua and a chance for the other girls, who knows but me, which I won't tell till the very end.
What I will tell you now is that starting next chapter our cast of heroes will be going on soul searching journey's outside the Mojave, with the next chapter serving as an introduction to all of them, plus to some of the characters I've teased a while back.
