Note: This chapter, and many of its scenes was originally written by LovingGinger30 and used in the stories Power Rangers Treasure Warriors, Power Rangers Cyber Force, and Power Rangers Mystic Warriors. I have only edited, and added scenes to it, but this is primarily Gingers work and being used with their permission.
=UNIVERSE=
At the villains hideout Azalea was awoken and she looked around seeing that more people had been brought their, and was surprised at two in particular being there.
The first of the two was a 32 young woman who looked every bit the part of a model. Her thick long black hair that was messy at the top while becoming much straighter the farther down it went. Bangs were pushed to the sides revealing beautiful chocolate brown eyes while small pink diamond earrings hung from her ears and a gold ring on her left ring finger. She wore a dark red designer brand top, black pants with pink lines, and red high heel boots.
She also looked pretty annoyed in comparison to her cellmate. It was a young woman of 30 with emerald green eyes with wavy golden brown hair then reached her shoulders. She wore a deep blue sundress, silver earrings, and sapphire blue sandals.
Azalea sighed looking to them "Long time no see you two." She greeted wonding at the same time why Frankie, Ellie, and Zeke were brought their.
The red clad woman looked at her and cracked a smile and gave a small laugh "You know I'd say I'm surprised to see you Kiki, but I'd be lying. I was half expecting to wake up next to you again." The red clad woman says as the blue clad one agreed with a nod.
It was only then that Frankie groans and wakes up she sees Azalea "Azalea! How are you holding up in this place, and whats with these cells?" She asked noticing they didn't seem to be normal cells.
Azalea sighed as the other two were confused at Kiki being called by a different name "Please listen to me. You can't use your ranger powers in these cells. If you do well...you'll get a nasty shock. None of us can try if we wanted to." She explained to them as more groans were heard as the rest awoke.
"So any of the daughters involved in this or was it that witch?" Frankie asked as the rest were just as curious except the woman in red who's eyes narrowed wondering who they meant.
Azalea nods "I've mainly seen Salem and Melodalix the most. Arianna and Xolimerica come her sometimes, and Vogue rarely comes here. In fact the only time I've seen here come here was when she brought Jasper and Macy here." She says.
"Though I have a feeling she has heard a few things close by." She thought to herself.
Everyone went quite for a few minutes as it was Ellie who finally noticed the two older ladies "You look oddly familiar. Who are you two?" Ellie says trying to figure out where she's seen them before.
The blue clad woman smiled a bit "My name is AV Winchester Cots, but you all can just call me Avalon." she says, and while calm she wasn't comfortable being held captive again.
The red clad woman nods to them "Most of you are meeting me for the first time. I'm Sora Daniels, Lore Keeper red ranger. Avalon here was my blue ranger." Sora says introducing herself.
"Lore Keepers. That the team Theo has to find the treasure for." Jasper says, and glances around a bit overwhelmed.
AV looks to Jasper and senses his emotions "I can understand that your scared. However it won't help you or the rest of us." She spoke in a calm tone that subtly told the younger rangers that this wasn't her first time being taken like this.
"Avalon's right Jasper. This isn't the time to worry." Azalea says as she noticed how scared he seemed to be.
"How do you deal with it thought? We don't even know why Stabella..." Ellie started as Sora growled hands clenched into fists.
"Her! Oh of course that witch is still about causing trouble." Sora says and muttered angry they hadn't dealt wit her years ago, and AV puts a calming hand on her shoulder.
Ellie sighed "I'm just concerned if they try and do a rescue mission it will be compromised again." Ellie said to them as it was heavily weighing on her mind.
"I don't know about Sora and AV, but I always have my inner strength. No matter the time they want to break me mentally, emotionally, and physically I don't let it get to me and keep strong." Azalea said.
Zeke listened "How are they getting the information though?" He asked.
Azalea hummed "That's pretty easy if you think about it. I mean Stabella has four daughters along with Xolimerica, and each belong to a villian except in the case of one where there is two of them." She said and the rest think.
"Well...Arianna is obviously with Prince Boltzon." Zeke said.
"Xolimerica and Salem are with Triannica. We've fought them both enough to know that." Jasper says as Macy nods looking down at the mention of Salem.
"My team's fought that witch Melodalix, and she's with the Master." Ellie added on.
"Vogue came up suddenly, but I don't think she's joined up with King Glendios unlike the others." Frankie said after some thought.
"The question though remains is who's giving the information to Stabella." Sora says her tone serious.
AV nods then hums "Though is there anyone that you want to eliminate right now or have a strong suspison about?" AV asks curious to the teens answer.
Macy shrugs still confused on Salem "I don't think can eliminate any of them right now. Though I suspect Xolimerica, she's just as evil as her birth parents." She said.
Jasper shrugged "I'll admit Xolimerica comes from a history of evil beings, but we don't know how she joined Triannica yet or if she was raised on Earth or not. My bet's on Melodalix as theirs some about her malice in her that can't be forgiven. I doubt Salem or Vogue because they simply haven't been with the evil groups very long." Jasper said.
Zeke hearing this was skeptical "It might not be that simple Jasper while they were the last to join or be recruited by the villians can't eliminate them without strong evidence. Though I think it's Arianna as she's been mean and vindictive even before joining Boltzon." Zeke said though was a bit unsure and confused.
"I'm with Zeke a bit on this. None of them are above suspison though, and their motives vary. I think it might be Melodalix though." Ellie told the group.
Azalea glances to Frankie as she hadn't said anything yet "What's your opinion on this Frankie?" She asked.
"I...I know a few might not like this choice, but I know for sure someone we can eliminate. Vogue. She isn't relaying information to Stabella." Frankie says confident.
A few look at her surprised "Frankie...have you lost your mind?! It would be like Macy saying Salem isn't the one giving Stabella information." Zeke says stunned at her bold choice.
Frankie shoots Zeke a glare "I assure you I'm sane Zeke, and I'm asking you guys to trust me. I've seen what happened to her as she became shy after the incident when she was little to becoming one of my best friends. She's like a little sister to me." She says as Macy hides a wince.
"When she was kidnapped her inner darkness clung to her...I wasnt there when she needed me yet she was there for me when I needed it the most. I still blame myself, but I'm not going to give up on her, and I am going to forgive her. I only hope she has it in her heart to forgive me and herself." Frankie continued.
"Vogue never knew the truth about her mother, and while that's not an excuse she didn't know how evil she is. She was raised her with loving parents who wanted to protect her from the truth, and it's difficult to explain the origions of her birth." She added on before taking in a breath.
"As far as my suspisions go though I also think it's Melodalix, but how she's getting that information in the first place has to be someone within one of the teams." Frankie finished.
As they listened none know that nearby Vogue was listening and heard everything "Frankie doesn't think I'm the one relaying the info? She...she blames herself for not being there for me, and wants to forgive me?" Vogue thought a bit confused and walks away.
=UNIVERSE=
At the Moonrunner all the teens from the four ranger teams were awake and doing some light training while the mentors watched. Earlier before they woke the mentors had a small meeting to discuss what they knew for sure.
As they trained Issac noticed Charles going at it hard on a punching bag "Charles stop." Issac said flatly.
The rest minus Issaic hadn't seen him like this before and Cody shivers "Should we be worried?" Cody asked.
Charles turned at him "What is it Issac?" He asked, and before he knew it Issaic punched him surprising many of them.
To stop the two from possibly going at it the rest got in the way "What was that for?!" Charles demanded a bit angry.
Morgana looked at him confused, but calm "Why did you hit him? Because unless my eyes are deciving me he didn't even try to provoke you." She states.
"I'm sorry Morgana, but it needed to be done." Issaic told her his expression serious as he stares down Charles to confront him about something.
"You pushed Nora away after she was rescued. From my understanding, and having been on a team before that your suppose to help each other out and rebuild each other after going through hell like that. Not walk on eggshell's and treat her differently." Issac said to Charles as the rest of the Universe rangers watch the two.
Charles sighes "Yeah...Yeah I did. That monster turned Nora into a shell of her true self. I won't say that what I did was right, and if I could take back what I did I would." He says and wipes away tears.
"Seems like every time I try to become a better person I end up doing something that hurts someone. Seems like the only thing I've done right is staying to help that football player who got hurt." He recalled wiping away a couple more tears.
Chris walked towards him and put a hand on Charles shoulder "Charles...that person was me. I'm glad you didn't ditch me there back then, and so is my family." Chris said to him.
Charles glances at him, and then smirks before sighing "Should of guessed when you name sounded familiar. Didn't realize it till just now." He said, and the two give a hug as Charles calmed.
Issaic nods and cracks a smile "Guess your more capable of helping others than you think Charles. It's just with some people you got to approach them differently, and when we get Nora back I'm sure you'll be able to apologize and help her heal." He says his smile more gentle.
Charles sighs and gives a sheepish grin "You know I'm a bit jealous of you. Your kind hearted, easily approachable, and gentle when helping others. I'm...well not. You don't judge others harshly like I do." Charles said shaking his head.
"I just listen with an open mind Charles. Though just because your the teams resident tough guy doesn't mean your incapable of being kind or gentle. Just got to believe you can be." Issaic tells him.
Charles nods starting to feel a bit better "Let's just hope Nora can pull herself back, and forgive me." He started then laughs.
"Hey Issaic thanks for the punch. I think I needed it to straighten me out a bit." He said and Issaic gives a thumbs up as Kathy pats his shoulder.
"She'll come back Charles, and if anyone can get through to Nora it'll be Frankie." Kathy says as the rest agreed to them.
Drew hummed wondering how to rescue them "Yeah, but Frankie can't do much while she's there. Not to mention every time we come up with a plan these days they get compromised before we can execute them." He says bringing up the fact that something just wasn't adding up.
Arlen sighed "If we had some insider information ourselves then that would help us." He said, and the rest realized something important that happened earlier.
The Universe teens looked at one another then to the rest "Arlen thank you very much!" Cody said and went to Macha asking her to bring up the second message they had recieved earlier.
"We got this message earlier, but we couldn't decode it in time becasue of the attack." Kathy said as the rest were surprised, and they waited for the message to decrypt.
"An old friend isn't what they seemed as a trouble child is forced to be an accomplice to the traitor." The message revealed.
Isabelle looked to the Universe team "Did Frankie get the same message as you all?" She asked starting to put two and two together.
"Yeah, but she also got another one she showed us." Drew says and brings out the gadget that was used to send and recieve encrypted messages.
"Even Nora got one..." Drew stopped when he said this, and the rest realized this as it was one of the objects they hadn't seen in her home when they looked it over for clues.
"She still has it...Nora still has it. She's keeping it under wraps." Morgana says as she cracks a smile as it gave them a small hope.
"Nora's still in there." Caleb agreed.
"Indeed, and she's still waiting for the chance." A female voice says as the rest turn and see an familiar woman, and an unfamiliar girl with her.
Isabelle smiled "Sabrina Grace it's good to see you, but umm...who is your friend?" Isabelle asked as many even the mentors asked.
The girl looked to be around 14 of caucasion descent, and was on the short side standing at 4'9" with a slightly athletic build to her. She has long jet black hair that put put in a long braid with a red ribbion tied at the end her bangs pulled to the side showing her blue eyes. She was wearing a blue top while emblemized on it in silver was a feather quill. Over it she wore what looked like a hand me down zip up red hoodie jacket that was in excellent condition. She also wore a short pleated red skirt, silver-gray leggings, and red shoes. Around her neck was a silver arrowhead necklace that had been a gift from someone important to her.
"Does it really matter that you know who I am? I'm here to help you against that witch. Especially given she kidnapped my big sis, and my...auntie." The girl says as a few blinked noticing that a few small embers of fire seemed to be coming off her.
Both this, and features similar to herself drew Verna's attention to her "I think we have some time. Please who are you?" Daranten asked wondering if the girl could be trusted.
The girl sighs looking at them "My name is Rachel Zara Daniels. Sora Daniels is my older sister, and one of Stabella's first victim's." The girl now revealed as Rachel says arms crossed.
"She's caused my sister, and auntie trouble for so long. Plus I know exactly what she's going to do. She's going to steal the captive rangers powers." She says to them as only a few could notice that she has some trouble talking about her auntie.
"We're going to need a strong plan though." Maggie says as the Cyber Force teens pondered what to do.
"Yeah what sis said, but I got a good idea how to give them a taste of their own medicine. Plus it'll trick whoever the mastermind behind the leak is." Velvet said grabbing everyone's attention.
The large group looked at one another before looking back to Velvet "What do you have in mind Velvet?" Isabelle asked curious as was Morgana.
"Well after the past couple battles the enemy has known our plans. So for this we do the simplest thing. We come up with a real plan, and a fake plan." Velvet said.
"A real plan and a fake plan? How will that help us though?" Kathy asked.
"We reveal the fake plan as bait, the mastermind relays the infomation to them while we keep the real plan under wraps even from whoever is relaying the information." Velvet said giving a giggle as she shows a rather wild smirk on her face.
"I get it. They'll be scrampling wondering how the info was wrong while we execute the real plan." She said as the rest agreed and began coming up with the plans.
Rachel listened though reluctant. She let out a sigh, and was reminding herself that what she was doing was right...even if she still felt hurt by her auntie.
That's the end of Episode 52, and we had the introduction to a teenage Rachel Zara Daniels the baby sister to Sora Daniels from Power Rangers Lore Keepers. Speaking of which it appears that both her and AV have been captured...yet again. By Stabella...yet again. Though with a plan in place, and knowing who sent the message it looks like everything is going to be in place for the rescue to happen yet again. Hey everyone decode9 here again, and...I'm really sorry for the incredibly long wait for a new chapter. While I have a laptop I don't have internet out where I live, and with libraries pretty much closed so I haven't been able to get my chapters out in a timely matter.
