"He threw it over 700 meters?!"

"Nice," Ochaco Uraraka exclaimed, hands going up into the air in a cheerful celebration. "He's finally showing us his true power."

Tenya was stunned, not understanding why Izuku's finger broke. "Yes, but his finger appears to be broken now." He explained, readjusting his glasses. "Just like in the exam. His quirk is very odd." Odd that a quirk would cause damage to someone's own body. How strange?

Yuga Aoyama, a young man with a slim build and a rather feminine face. He has long blond hair, worn flattened down around the majority of his head, spiked and sticking out to the sides at the bottom of it with a side fringe that curves upwards a little before it curves down. He has notably long eyelashes and bright indigo eyes, giving him the appearance of a young prince. Gave a slight comment; "It wasn't a very pretty throw."

Kaito had a smile on his lips, clearly proud of the progress Izuku was making.

While Bakugo looked stunned. His red eyes looked ready to shoot out of his own skull. His mouth wide opened from the shock of what he just witnessed. His young mind had to be playing tricks on him. Only-Deku now had a quirk. Deku, who was quirkless. Had a quirk. What was going on?

What the hell was that? Bakugo thought, furious. If he had a quirk he would've manifested it back when we were kids. This is impossible! He's up to something, and Kaito is in on it. He could remember the day Deku stood up to him before they left Middle School, an explosion let off within Bakugo's palm. I'm getting to the bottom of this. He let off another explosion, which turned everyone's attention to him, before running forward toward Izuku.

Not good. Kaito thought, stunned. He didn't once take into account how Bakugo would react.

Sakura stared at Bakugo's outburst. "What's that boy doing?" She wondered out loud to All Might.

"Hey! Tell me what's going on, Deku, you bastard!" Bakugo roared. "Tell me how you did that or you're dead?"

Izuku began to pale at the sight of his class running toward him with a hand stretched out to harm him. The green haired male let out a girly scream into the atmosphere.

Only, before Bakugo could make Izuku face his wrath, Shota's capture weapon wrapped around Bakugo's head and body, preventing the male from moving any farther.

Izuku let out a small breath, lowering his guard and seemed confused about who or what had stopped Bakugo. It clearly wasn't Kaito's force ability that stopped the angry teen in his tracks.

"What the-?" Bakugo questioned, struggling against the fabric wrapped around him. His red eyes drifted to the group of students and teacher behind him. "What the hell is your damn scarf so strong?"

Sakura smiled, crossing her arms, red eyes drifting to All Might. "And here comes his long winded explanation about his capture weapon," she mused to herself, keeping a playful grin on her face. The female hero heard the whole explanation about the capture weapon a hundred times over the years.

"Because it's a capture weapon made out of a carbon fiber woven together with metal wire made of a special alloy," Shota explained, only Mastermind really knew how the weapon was made. "Stand down." This was going to be the only warning he'll give Bakugo because no one within Aizawa's classroom attacks each other. "It will be wise not to make me use my quirk so much." Eraser Head had erased Bakugo's quirk just in case he couldn't contain the boy with the capture weapon. "It gives me serious dry eye."

"Too bad. That quirk is amazing," most of Class 1-A exclaims.

Class 1-A homeroom teacher Shota Aizawa. He can erase any quirk from anyone he looks at. The effect ends when he blinks.

Shota called his capture weapon back and blinked. "You're wasting my time now." That will be points off your score Bakugo. "Whoever's next, step up."

Izuku quietly and quickly walks around Bakugo and runs to Kaito.

"You okay?" Ochaco Uraraka asks Izuku.

The green haired boy gave a nod. "Sure."

Bakugo stood with his teeth clenched together, hands in fist at his side. Until a little while ago, he was nothing. His red eyes did a sideways glance in Deku's direction. Just a little bug I could crush if I wanted too. Now the nerd had a quirk which Kaito had to be in on. Bakugo was going to discover the reason behind Deku' sudden power. Just an annoying bug. That I can smash into the ground.

After waiting a few hours for the students of Class 1-A to be done with the large and ridiculous'-in Sakura's opinion- of Shota's test to see if the kids are fit to be heroes. It was finally time for the results once the students finished the long -distance run. Izuku fell to the ground onto his back which made Sakura grimace, clearly the boy-Izuku- was dealing with the pain in his broken finger throughout the remaining three trails which was surprisingly amazing and worrisome because of the teenage boy's endurance to pain.

Sakura hummed to herself and looked at All Might for a second. "That green haired boy must be just like you."

All Might raise his eyebrow. "Huh?"

"You know what I mean. That kid runs toward his goal just like you do." Sakura admits.

Only when the woman turned back in Izuku's direction did she take notice of Kaito looking directly at her and All Might. How long had the kid known they were watching? The whole time most likely because of his Force quirk-he'll be able to sense anyone around him.

Just like his father Mastermind, Sakura realized after a moment. Mastermind always used the Force Quirk to be aware of everyone around him at all times, but the female doubted Kaito's skill with his Quirk was not like the former villains in the slightest, but it could be with the right kind of training.

Kaito turned his head before reaching out his blue-and-white gloved hand-he had asked the school for a glove to go with all of his uniforms, even the gym clothes-toward Izuku. "You okay, pal?"

Izuku let out a few breaths. "At least I got through it."

"I think you did better than you think," Kaito admits, a small grin on his face, before pulling his friend up.

Sakura looked at the son of Mastermind. So Mastermind's kid does have a friend. At least, I think he does. Unless, Shota wants Izuku gone. But who would keep Mastermind's son in line if he does?

The students of Class 1-A gathered before Shota.

"Okay, I'll quickly tell you the results." Shota says to the class, sounding only slightly bored. "I rank you from best to worst. You should have a pretty good idea of your standing already. I'll just pull up the whole list, it's not worth going over each and every visible score."

Izuku had shut his green eyes, tightly. His teeth and lips pressed together in a small panic. One hand gripping the arm where his broken finger was, clenched tightly in a fist. The person ranked last is going to be expelled. The only test I was good at was the soft ball throw. Can squeak by on that score alone. I bombed the rest of the challenges.

Shota hit a button on his phone as everyone's ranking was displayed for everyone to see.

1.) Momo Yaoyorozu

2.) Shoto Todoroki

To Sakura the two ranked at the top were no surprise. Both had gotten in by the recommendation exam, plus Shoto was the son of the number two hero Endeavor.

3.) Katsuki Bakugo

4.) Tenya Lida

5.) Fumkiage Tokoyami

6.) Mezo Shoji

7.) Mashirao Ojiro

8.) Eijiro Kirishima

9.) Mina Ashido

10.) Ochaco Uraraka

11.) Koji Koda

12.) Rikido Sato

13.) Tsuyu Asui

14.) Yuga Aoyama

15.) Hanata Sero

16.) Denki Kaminari

17.) Kaito Miyagi

Sakura had nearly gotten stiff. How did Mastermind's son rank so low? Unless the kid was only playing and not showing everything his quirk can do. No one in Mastermind's group ever showed off their powers. Did Kaito consider Shota's test as showing off their Quirks?

18.) Kyoka Jiro

19.) Toru Hagakure

20.) Minoru Mineta

21.) Izuku Midoriya

How did Izuku rank last? That should be impossible. Someone with Mineta's quirk or Toru's would've ended up ranked less. Unless Shota really wanted the kid gone and changed the ranking on purpose. Sakura wouldn't put it past the Class 1-A teacher to do just that.

I'm in last place... Izuku thought, eyes wide. I've failed.

Kaito looked at Izuku, sadly. "Midoriya." He whispered, feeling crushed for his friend because Izuku really wanted to learn everything that U.A. had to offer because All Might went here to learn how to be a hero. For once Kaito really wanted to force choke his teacher-only he knew to control himself.

"I was lying," Shota admits, turning off the results. "No one's going home."

Everyone just stared at their teacher for a moment. Taken back by the words.

"Huh?" Sakura breathed. "He better not be expelling his whole class again because I swear-" she felt her blood boil because of how many calls to U.A. from Hero Course students parents come in every year because of Shota's teaching methods last year. Sure, everyone that was expelled last year was allowed back into the U.A. as Shota only did it to test them, even though Sakura had a hard time believing that as a possibility.

"That was just a rational deception to make sure you gave it your all on the test." Shota answered with a bright grin on his face.

"What?" Tenya, Izuku, and Ochako shout in pain and relief.

Kaito just shook his head, still glaring at Shota. Yeah, right. You don't seem to be one to joke about something like this. Just what is his game? He knew the homeroom teacher was lying between his teeth, he could feel it within his bones. Making a fist with his gloved hand.

Sakura shook her head. "This is so unlike him." No matter what-or how long Sakura knew Shota- he was never one to joke around. "He must have found something he actually liked about Izuku." That's the only reason why the kid was still being allowed to stay at U.A.

"Of course it was a lie." A female-Momo Yaoyorozu-a rather tall teenage girl with a rather mature physique. Her Quirk's need for fat cells requires her to keep a fuller figure than her classmates. She has long black hair that is normally tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. Her eyes are thin and sharp, dark in color and paired with short eyebrows set in a determined expression. "I'm surprised you didn't figure that out. Sorry, I guess I really should've said something."

Yeah. You should've. Half of Class 1-A thought by just looking at the female.

"Well, that was a little nerve-wracking, huh?" Sero asked. He was a tall, lean young man with chin-length black hair, spiked downwards, with jagged bangs coming about halfway down his forehead. He has almond-shaped eyes, usually stretched quite wide, and rather large, with small pupils, straight teeth that dominate his grin, he has a rather plain face. His elbows have the shape of cylindrical tape dispensers, from which he fires his Tape quirk.

Eijiro is a muscular young man of average height and a rather impressive physique for his young age. He has red eyes that are pointed slightly inwards and a small scar just above his right eye. He also has small eyebrows and pointed teeth. His hair is somewhat long, dyed a bright red, and spiked away from his head at all angles with gel, two more pronounced tufts spiked on either side of his forehead like little horns. The teenager boy brought his fist up, "I'm always down for a challenge!" he commented to Sero, grinning.

"That's it. We're done for the day." Shota admits, dull. Already walking away from his class. "Pick up a syllabus in the classroom. Look it over for tomorrow morning."

Izuku let out a small breath of relief.

Kaito gave a small laugh.

Which Sakura knew was a fake laugh coming out of the kid's mouth. Mastermind was well known to faking emotions. Accord to Chris. She guessed the kid took after his father.

"Midoriya-" Shota's voice sounded, making the green-eyed boy look up with fright. Only Shota was handing him a piece of paper. "Have the old lady fix you up in the nurse's office." Which Izuku too and stared upward at the male, who was only giving him a sideways glance. "Tomorrow will be when your actual training begins. Make sure to prepare." he adds before walking away.

Kaito looked over the nurse's pass.

To the nurse's office.

Year: Class 1-A

Aizawa.

Izuku looked down. I got through the first today but there was so much I failed at. I'm starting from the bottom. I still have a lot to learn. Izuku' sight his eyes, determined. In order to get closer to my dream.

"Aizawa that was a rotten move." All Might exclaimed once the male was near the area Sakura and himself stood. All Might's blue eyes we're glaring down at the other hero.

Shota just kept on walking until he stopped, turning his eyes, looking bored. "Oh, hi, Sakura."

"You really are a big lair today. Aren't you?" Sakura asked. Aizawa didn't even seem to care that All Might was talking to him. Yep, those two really did not get along.

Sakura could understand the dislike Shota has for All Might, but the two heroes were going to teach Class 1-A. Tomorrow Sakura and All Might would start combat training with the kids.

Shota just gave a small smirk at her comment before turning and looked at All Might. "I see you're with All Might. So you both we're watching?" Then he turned before, giving a slight comment to All Might as he did so. "No talk shows today?"

"A rational deception you said?" All Might mocked, almost finding himself laughing. This was very unlike Shota. "That's cute. April fools was last week. You're not exactly known to be light hearted." He read everything about Shota's teaching years at U.A. from the Eraser hero's profile. "I read your file. Last year you expelled a whole class of freshman students. You have no problem kicking students out. Anyone you deemed unworthy." Shota had expelled over 154 students over his few years of teaching at U.A. High School. "You were planning to send the last place home." Then All Might brought up his pointer finger and exclaimed; "So that can only mean you see the same potential in young Midoriya that I do."

Sakura raised an eyebrow at All Might. Now the woman was positive that the number one hero was connected to the boy even more now.

Shota even caught on. The teacher of Class 1-A wasn't even aware that All Might knew any of the students' names just yet. "What's this about?" he asked, curious and turning to the number one hero. "It almost sounds like you've been in his corner the whole time." Only the unspoken mean was; Mind telling me what's going on there All Might?

All Might went stiff, his pointer finger curving.

Even Shota knows something is going on between All Might and the kid. Sakura thought.

"Is it a little early for you to be playing favorites?" Shota asked the number one hero. One when he didn't get an answer he started to walk away once more. "He doesn't have zero potential. I admit." That was the only reason why Aizawa was keeping Izuku around. "If that we're the case-" Shota hissed under his breath"-I would've sent him straight home after class without hesitation. It's cruel to let a kid keep dreaming about something that can never come true."

In your own way, in a strange way, you're a kind man Aizawa. I know that. All Might thought as he watched the teacher continue down the pathway.

"Shota, wait up!" Sakura shouts, running off after the male. "See you around All Might."

All Might watched the two teachers leave. "But I think we're gonna have us a problem." He spoke out loud when it came to Shota and his thoughts on Izuku. This plan to teach Izuku the power of One For All might just cause a problem if Shota kicked the boy out of the school. All Might cannot let that happen.

"What is it, Sakura?" Shota asked, walking forward he slowed down to allow the woman catch up with him. "Coming to scold me for missing the opening ceremony again? Or are you going to complain about my methods once again?"

Sakura rolled her red eyes. "I was originally going to do just that but I changed my mind the moment the green haired boy proved you wrong." She very much enjoyed that moment. It made the female smile at the expression Shota had on his face. "He's the kind of underdog you were back in the day."

Shota Aizawa didn't have a very powerful quirk. He was terrible at fighting, but the male could end up making the person stop using their quirks and was proven to be useful. Shota had to work hard to become a pro hero.

"Please don't compare me to my student," he answered back.

Sakura let out a small breath, smiling only slightly. "If you insist, then I need to know something."

"What?"

"Are you going to the party Mic is throwing later?"

Shota let out a small breath. "It's not like I have a choice. He'll drag be along to it anyway." Hizashi Yamada or otherwise called; Voice Hero: Present Mic, tended to throw parties from time to time. Especially the teachers' first day back on the job party for a new year of teaching. "I'll just be sleeping in the background in my sleeping bag."

"With the music turned up loud, will you even be able to sleep through that?" Sakura wondered, eyebrows furrowed in the air.

Aizawa gave a small chuckle. "You can when one wears earplugs." Then he allowed his black eyes to drift toward her red ones. "Are you going?"

"Maybe." Sakura answered, walking ahead of him.

Shota gave a small shook his head, grinning. "Always playing hard to get."

"I am not."

All Aizawa did was chuckle. It was like music to Sakura's ears which made the female grin. The two might not agree on everyone or see eye to eye about each other's teaching methods. Even when the two had grown apart over the years since their time at U.A. High School. Only this year the students of Class 1-A seem to be very interesting. Maybe this year Shota Aizawa would actually grow to care about his students.

Chapter two done and re-edited.

Sakura and Aizawa are interesting when it comes to each other. The main reason why Shota never made a move to ask the female out was because, in his own eyes, she was dating his best friend that died. And he knows they wouldn't had ended up together since Sakura cared about Shirakumo. But since time does change and how Sakura and Aizawa sometimes speak toward each other there is something under spoken between the two of them.

Sakura and Aizawa know there is something going on between All Might and Izuku, but they don't know what it could be.

The reason why I leave Sakura's POV at times is because I think readers would find it boring if I just had the female react to everything. Plus, I tend to write parts of the episode into the fic to avoid confusion for anyone that hasn't saw the show and chose to read the fic.
