"What are you doing here?" Vegeta was the first to ask, demanding an answer, watching the confused girl.
"I umm… I got an emergency call saying that there were Ariens here—full Ariens. I'm supposed to make sure they're not evil or whatever. What are you doing here?" Emiko answered and then asked, watching them in return.
"This is my house. Those people were Ariens?" Trunks answered and then asked, looking at Emiko.
"Well—honestly, I don't know. I got an alert—but they're not always right. I can only tell by seeing them. It's been a long day—and I'm kind of running behind—on everything…" Emiko answered, ending a mumble, scratching the back of her head, causing Vegeta to fall over.
"Did I say or do something wrong? I'm sorry." Emiko asked and then apologized.
"No, you're fine. Dad's just Dad. Do you think you could tell who these people are via a video clip?" Trunks replied and then asked, watching Emiko.
"If they're clear." Emiko softly answered.
"Ok. Wait there." Trunks instructed, walking down the hallway.
"Is there something wrong?" Trunks asked, walking back with what looked like a DVD player.
"No. Nothing." Emiko quickly answered—too quickly.
"What's wrong? I have kids; I know from experience when they talk that fast, something's up." Trunks told Emiko, narrowing his eyes.
"Uhh… The house—is it supposed to look like this?" Emiko asked, looking back at the destroyed sliding glass door and wall.
"Oh. No—it's not. I'll have to get a tarp or something so that bugs and such don't get in—and Momo doesn't get out. I'll have to call and have someone fix it…" Trunks sighed.
"Can you afford that?" Bulma asked, looking at Trunks.
"I'll have to figure something out." Trunks replied with a sigh.
"Do you mind if I fix it—now?" Emiko asked, twitching a little.
"You're going to fix that mess? Now? Do you know how long that'll take just to clean the mess? Then not to mention then all the drywall and everything?" Vegeta condescendingly asked.
"Dad, that's enough. That's very kind of you to offer. Go ahead and do what you want." Trunks scolded his father before calmly telling Emiko; it gave him time to find a tarp.
They had all forgotten that Emiko was a witch—until…
"Umm… Dad?" Knickers started asking.
"Yes? What is it?" Trunks calmly asked.
"I'm not so sure a tarp will be necessary." Knickers spoke, shocked, pointing to Emiko and the kitchen.
"Hmm? Oh." Emiko hummed, confused, but quickly came to some kind of realization and lifted her feet, one at a time; wood and glass slivers went flying at the wall and sliding glass doors.
"That's better. Right? That's how it's supposed to look?" Emiko asked, looking from the fixed kitchen wall and sliding glass doors to Trunks and the others.
"Uhh… Yes. That's right; you're a witch. Sorry. It's been a long day—and I guess it just slipped my mind." Trunks replied, apologizing, rubbing the back of his head.
"It's ok. It's not often someone forgets about me being a witch without me having to make them forget." Emiko softly replied.
"Please don't make us forget; we won't say anything. If it makes you uncomfortable with us knowing, you don't have to be my buddy. I'm sorry if being gay makes you uncomfortable; I can't change who I am!" Knickers panicked.
"Umm… Even if I wanted to, I couldn't make you forget; you're not human. I'm guessing Saiyans…" Emiko started, unsure; she was going to continue but was interrupted.
"You seem unsure about us being Saiyans. Do you have a problem with us?" Vegeta demanded, interrogating Emiko.
"Dad—stop. You're making her nervous." Trunks moaned, watching Emiko.
"Well—honestly… I grew up learning and understanding Saiyans as bad, evil, ape people who raped and killed other races. That's how Mom was killed. Umm… I'm sorry; I don't mean to offend anyone. It took a while after I got to Earth, but I started to realize that not all Saiyans were like that. Not personally, but I found out more humans were like that. Well, there are a lot of races with people like that. If I were now, how I was a few years ago, I most likely wouldn't be here. I was terrified of Saiyans because of how my mother was raped and killed. I was also told they were extinct. Well, we all found out that just wasn't true. Uhh… I'm sorry. I know better now." Emiko spoke up, apologizing and babbling a little.
"No need. Did your dad and stepmom say all that? All Saiyans were bad?" Bulma calmly asked, watching Emiko.
"No. Well, yes. But everyone on the Moon doesn't like Saiyans; Lunarians fear Saiyans. My mother was Venarian—and a witch; she knew not everyone was good, but not everyone was evil either. Several years after I got to Earth, I found out that Saiyans were living here as well; I did my best to avoid them. And then I met one. I don't remember his name—but I do remember he was kind—and kind of an idiot; he wasn't cold or calculating. I had to really think about and reevaluate everything I knew." Emiko answered.
"So your dad just told you all about your mother's death? He specifically told you it was Saiyan who did that to your mother?" Vegeta asked, annoyed.
"Ms. Emiko?" Knickers asked, concerned after a minute or two.
"Sorry. No, Dad didn't say anything to me; he made me tell him." Emiko softly replied, looking down, holding her arm.
"Made you tell him? You witnessed your mother…" Bulma started, coming to an understanding.
"Yes. We were playing some boardgame—and by the time she heard him coming, it was too late. She didn't say anything and just stuck me in the cupboard; I was small enough. The only things I remember were seeing and hearing everything that he did to her—and feeling weak. He did something that made it so Mom couldn't fight back. At the time, my powers weren't—they were just starting to come out. Mom's powers, on the other hand—she should've been able to easily keep him away. But uhh—that's in the past. I've moved on. That's what she would want. But umm… If I may—I've heard the term, but I don't actually know what "gay" means." Emiko replied before changing the subject, looking at Knickers, shocking everyone.
"You poor thing!" Bulma cried before blindsiding Emiko with a hug.
Emiko froze before blacking out.
"What happened? I didn't think I was hugging her that tightly." Bulma asked, confused.
"You weren't—but she's autistic, remember? Her autism must be more severe than Momo's. I don't think she likes to be hugged—let alone touched." Trunks spoke, catching Emiko after Bulma let go.
"What are you doing?" Bulma asked, looking at Trunks.
"Placing her on the couch." Trunks replied, doing as he said, placing Emiko on the couch.
"Do you think she'll be ok?" Knickers asked, concerned.
"I'm sure she'll be fine. Dad." Trunks told Knickers before going to Vegeta to get Momo.
Vegeta didn't say anything and just handed Trunks his daughter so he could put her in her bed.
Two Hours Later:
"Well, good morning. Did you have a nice nap?" Trunks asked when he saw Momo waddling out with her blanket.
"Daddy…" Momo cried, lifting her arms.
"What's wrong?" Trunks asked, lifting Momo.
She didn't reply and just laid her head on Trunks's shoulder.
"Emi!" Momo cried when they saw Emiko sit up, scratching her head.
"Hmmm? Oh, that's right. … Wahh!" Emiko kind of mumbled to herself before jolting up and ran her hands over her waist and sides, red in the face.
"Oh, you're awake. I want to apologize for just hugging you out of the blue like I did. Here. I hope you like it." Bulma apologized as soon as she and Vegeta walked in from outside.
Bulma felt so bad that she caused Emiko to panic so much she passed out; she went out and got her an apology gift.
"Umm… Thank—you." Emiko replied, unsure of what to say, taking the box.
When she opened the small box, Emiko was surprised to see a sterling silver necklace with a light blue rose pendant attached with a matching bracelet with light blue, red, and purple rose charms.
"It's just sterling silver and specialized glass; they're not real diamonds. That was one of the only designs left; the other two were stars or crescent moons. I wasn't sure if you'd be interested in stars or moons—so I picked roses. I apologize. Maybe I should've got all three…" Bulma explained, babbling on and on.
"No! No. I'm sorry; I don't mean to interrupt. This is—this is fine. Thank you. But why? I don't understand." Emiko interrupted, confused.
"As an apology for just hugging you, causing you to pass out." Bulma replied.
"Umm… Thank you for the apology. But umm… Just hearing you say you're sorry would've sufficed; you didn't need to go out and spend and arm and a leg for me." Emiko softly spoke, still confused.
"It wasn't expensive; she only spent $15." Vegeta mumbled.
"Vegeta behave!" Bulma scolded, glaring at her husband.
"Only $15? But—sterling silver is so rare; it cost well over $500,000—and that's for something half this size." Emiko spoke, scratching her head.
"I think you're thinking of regular silver; regular silver is super expensive. Sterling silver is nice—and can be expensive, but it's not rare." Bulma explained, looking at Emiko.
"Don't tell my dad that one… Sterling silver is very rare on the Moon. Regular silver isn't rare, but still cost a lot. Dad had most of the sterling silver found on the Moon. He married Halley and became greedy." Emiko explained, muttering a little.
"Had most of the sterling silver?" Bulma asked, looking at Emiko.
"Jace took half. I'm not sure why, but he did. Maybe payment for taking me—I don't know. But I have all that now. I was going to return it when I got home—but I couldn't figure out how to get back to the Moon. But oh, well; Earth is fun. I just need to figure out what to do with the sterling silver." Emiko answered.
"Hmm…" Bulma hummed as Emiko carefully placed the necklace and bracelet back in the box.
"Oh, no; keep it. I insist. I did buy it for you. You're not used to apologies—getting them, are you?" Bulma insisted when Emiko tried handing her the box back; she then asked when Emiko slowly held the box in front of her.
"Is it that obvious?" Emiko asked, placing the box in her bag.
"Kind of." "Yes." Bulma and Vegeta answered at the same time.
"Umm… Ms. Emiko…" Knickers nervously started.
"Yes?" Emiko asked, watching Knickers.
"I'm sorry if I make you uncomfortable. If you're not comfortable around because I'm gay." Knickers apologized again, once again confusing Emiko.
"I'm sorry, but I don't understand. What is being gay?" Emiko asked, watching Knickers.
"I like guys in that way—not girls. I know most people are uncomfortable with that because it should be guys with girls." Knickers explained.
"You like guys in that way—not girls? … Oh. Oh! You like girls, but you love guys. I get you now. Where I'm concerned, it's just called love. Mom always taught me love is love—no matter who or what you love. Whoever you love and whoever loves you back shouldn't matter as long as you each treat each other right: fairly and with love. That's all that should matter. I didn't get to know my mother very long, but what she taught me, sticks. Love is love—and it doesn't have to be romantically; I can be brother/sister type of relationship. Aunts and uncles. Parents. As long as you love someone, and they treat you right; you're headed in the right direction. Sorry… I know I tend to repeat myself. But anyway, I don't know you yet—and if it seems like I'm uncomfortable; I most likely am. But it's not because you love a guy; it's because I'm not good around new people. It has nothing to do with you other than you're new to me. Something I've learned being here, on Earth, is don't apologize for being who you are." Emiko sincerely told Knickers with a soft smile.
"Thank you." Knickers thanked Emiko.
"Oh. And it's not my advice—because I rarely follow it myself, but don't panic about everything so much. Stuff or fate happens for a reason: it's going to happen whether we want it to or not. Sometimes it's good; sometimes it's bad. It all depends on how you deal with it that makes how it can be. If it's good: great. If it's not so good: turn it around and make it good." Emiko told Knickers.
"Like you?" Knickers asked, watching Emiko.
"Huh?" Emiko asked, slightly confused.
"When you were kidnapped from your home and brought to Earth. After you got away from that man, you didn't know how to get back to your home, so you stayed here and did your best here." Knickers explained.
"I suppose that's a way of looking at it." Emiko replied.
"Are you ever planning on going back?" Knickers asked, looking at Emiko.
"No. I understand there are people on Earth who fight to be perfect—more perfect than they need to be. But for most, they're happy with who or how they are. On the Moon, I'm forced to be "perfect" and "normal." I'm actually, for the most part, happy here, on Earth. But anyway, I'm here for a reason. I just can't quite remember why…" Emiko answered Knickers and then started trying to remember why she was there.
"You were supposed to see if some Ariens here were good or not." Vegeta reminded Emiko.
"Oh, right. You asked about videos? Sorry, I don't mean to rush you; I need to get dinner for Yuki and me yet." Emiko asked and explained, looking at Trunks.
"Yes. This is the clearest image I could get." Trunks replied, showing her a paused video clip of the family.
"Is something wrong?" Trunks asked when he noticed Emiko looking around.
"I don't mean to be nosey or anything, but didn't you have three children?" Emiko slowly asked, watching Trunks, hoping she didn't offend him.
"He went with those people—the little girl was his proper mate." Vegeta answered.
"Oh. I'm sorry." Emiko apologized, walking over to look at the video.
"It'll be ok. I'll get him back." Trunks replied, watching Emiko; she looked at the people on the video, studying them.
"That's not your son." Emiko mumbled.
"Excuse me? Don't you da—" Vegeta started, only to stop when Trunks put his hand up.
"What do you mean he's not my son?" Trunks asked, looking at Emiko.
"This one, right; he was your son?" Emiko asked, pointing to Leo.
"Yes, that's Leo." Trunks replied.
"No. I know this family. Her name is Aurora; she's full Arien. She and my mother were friends when they were kids, but when they reached a certain age, Aurora became how most Ariens become. Ariens are known fighting warriors—and are ruthless—even more so than Saiyans. Most Ariens go evil. That's not to say that all Ariens go evil; there are the rare few that are good. Mom was peaceful and only fought if she had to; Aurora always fought. So, they became enemies."
"But anyway, Aurora met her husband, Mars—who is Arien's lead and strongest warrior. Together they had four children: twins, Apollo and Thea, their son, Justice, and then their youngest daughter, Stella. Apollo and Thea are two years older than me at twenty-one. Apollo was kicked out of the family for—liking guys and being too feminine. He owns a boutique and is married—or is getting married to a human man. Thea—she's denounced the Arien way and lives a human life. She lives—an interesting life I suppose. Neither Apollo nor Thea have powers as Aurora and Mars drained their powers and disowned them. Now Justice and Stella—they are just as ruthless as their parents and received their older siblings' powers. Justice is twelve or thirteen, and Stella is five or six—but I think she's five." Emiko was explaining before Vegeta interrupted her.
"How do you know all this?" Vegeta demanded.
"Apparently, my magic is stronger than my mom's by five hundred—or something like that. I talk to Apollo from time to time when I see him—I try to make small talk and then be on my way. But it never seems to work. But his parents always send him letters to give me because they can't find me. They want me to join them. I always say no: I have several reasons for not wanting to. But anyway… What was your son's name?" Emiko answered and then asked, changing the subject.
"Leo." Trunks answered.
"Leo. Ok… I do hate to tell you that yes, you probably had a son by the name of Leo. But that little boy is not him; that little boy's name is Aries—and he's the son of the late king and queen of the planet Arien. He's also the direct descendant of Aries, God of War. His parents were killed in war, leaving him vulnerable to attack. So—Mars, who was in charge of making sure he was safe until the right time came, placed him elsewhere. My guess is that, your son looked similar enough that their son could pass as him." Emiko started explaining.
"What are you saying?" Bulma asked, watching Emiko.
"They killed the real Leo and put Aries in his place. However, with that said, in a way, this little boy was your son; you have raised him up until this point. Mars had to be smart in order to get the correct shade of purple for his hair. However, I will say—it's rare for an Arien to have purple hair like that. The brown eyes are normal, but that purple of hair. The only other Arien with purple hair like that that I knew of was Amethyst. But either way, I can see the spell on Aries's hair wearing off." Emiko explained, pointing to Leo's hair.
"How did I not see that?" Trunks asked, sitting down.
"I'm sorry." Emiko apologized right away.
"Don't be; this isn't on you. I just can't believe I didn't see this…" Trunks replied.
"You were his father. You were expecting to be the father of a little boy named Leo—and until sometime today, you were. And I think, maybe you started seeing a difference—you started to see changes. He started acting in ways that would seem like a normal phase, but it only got worse instead of better maybe. You also have two other children to watch over and care for; you had to divide your attention between three instead of just one or two. I'm not a parent; I don't have kids, so I can't say for sure… But that's how it would seem. He was your son and you loved him. What about your wife? What will she say?" Emiko softly stated and then asked.
"Thank you for that. It doesn't make it any better—but at the same time, it feels a little better. I'm not married—and I don't have a girlfriend." Trunks replied.
"Oh. I'm sorry." Emiko apologized.
"Don't be. I was with Knickers's mother, but we didn't work out. And then both Leo's and Momo's mothers were one-night stands because I spiraled. But anyway… I don't suppose you know what happened to Leo's body, do you?" Trunks explained and then asked.
"No, sorry." Emiko replied.
"What did you say the name of that Arien with the purple hair like Leo's was?" Trunks asked, a thought coming to his head.
"Amethyst." Emiko replied.
"That's what I thought…" Trunks sighed.
"What's wrong?" Bulma asked, looking at Trunks.
"That's Leo's mother. She's in prison right now." Trunks answered.
"Sorry. I have to take this. I should be headed out anyway." Emiko informed, looking at the sliding glass doors.
"Why don't you use the front door?" Trunks suggested.
"Ok. Thank you. Hello?" Emiko replied before answering her phone.
"Emiko Tsukihana?" A man on the other end asked.
"Yes?" Emiko softly asked, following Trunks to the front door.
"This is Dr. Neker." The man, Dr. Neker, spoke.
"Yes, Dr. Neker. Is everything ok with Yuki?" Emiko asked, getting everyone's attention.
"Oh, yes; Yuki is just fine. I just wanted to let you know why she's been sick." Dr. Neker started.
"Yes?" Emiko asked, becoming nervous.
"Don't worry; she really is fine. Do you have any other cats?" Dr. Neker calmly asked.
"No, Sir. Just Yuki." Emiko replied, slowing to a stop just at the door.
"Does she go outside?" Dr. Neker asked.
"Sometimes. Why?" Emiko asked, confused.
"Ms. Tsukihana, Yuki's pregnant. And by the way it feels; I'd say she's about two or three weeks." Dr. Neker answered.
"Pre-pregnant? Yo-you're sure?" Emiko asked, stunned as Yuki jumped off her shoulders and ran behind a chair.
"Yes, I'm sure. If you want, you can bring her in for an abortion…" Dr. Neker started.
"No. No, thank you. I'll figure it out." Emiko softly replied.
"Ok. Well—if you need anything, don't hesitate to call or make an appointment." Dr. Neker calmly told Emiko.
"Ok. Thank you." Emiko replied, hanging up.
"Emiko?" Trunks asked, watching a stunned Emiko.
"Yuki… We need to go home. Now, please." Emiko shakily called for her cat.
Slowly, Yuki peeked out and, at an even slower pace, walked to Emiko.
"What was all that about me being careful? I don't even have a boyfriend—or mate—or whatever you call them. I've never even—done that before. Who is this cat you've have those relations with? Come on; let's go home." Emiko asked, becoming red in the face with embarrassment before calling Yuki.
"See you around." Trunks and Knickers calmly told Emiko.
"Bye-bye, Emi." Momo softly bid farewell.
"It was nice meeting you. See you when the school year starts. Text me a plan so I know when to come by." Emiko managed to get out before leaving.
"See? You had nothing to worry about; Emiko likes you just fine for who you are." Trunks calmly told Knickers.
"Thank you. Are you going to be ok—about all the Leo stuff?" Knickers replied and then asked, concerned.
"I'll be just fine. What about you?" Trunks replied and then asked.
"I never felt that connection with him that I feel with Momo. I don't mean to be mean or upset you, but I'm glad that imposter is gone. Although, I do wish we had the real Leo. But I'm not really all that sad." Knickers honestly answered.
"I kind of know how you feel. What kind of pizza would you like?" Trunks asked, looking at Knickers.
"Five meat with, mushrooms, extra cheese, and black and green olives." Knickers answered.
"Momo, do you want pizza?" Trunks asked, looking at Momo.
"Taco, no un-uns pease. Bwedsticks pease. Wit cheese swoss, pease?" Momo softly answered and then asked.
"Of course. Knickers, do you want some kind of appetizer as well?" Trunks asked, looking at Knickers.
"Cheesy-Garlic bread with red sauce?" Knickers asked.
"To drink?" Trunks asked.
"Or-or!" Momo happily announced.
"Sprite?" Knickers asked.
"Of course, you can have orange juice. And Sprite's just fine. Go play for a while. I'll order food and we'll open your present in a little bit." Trunks replied, setting Momo down.
Trunks's P.O.V.:
"So—a virgin, huh? She'll be your first one." Dad spoke up as soon as Knickers and Momo were out of the room.
"Shut up…" I grumbled, slightly embarrassed.
Yes, he was right in saying I've never been with a virgin before. But did he really have to say it like that?
"Trunks, are you sure you're going to be ok? Leo was…" Mom started; I stopped her by putting my hand up.
"Mom, I'm fine. As Emiko stated earlier: "I can't worry about what's happened or going to happen. All I can do is make good out of a not-so-good situation." Yes, it's upsetting that the child I'd been raising for the last six years wasn't my son—and that my actual son is dead. However, knowing that makes it a little easier. Ok. No, it doesn't. But there's nothing that can be done. As long as the real Leo isn't suffering in pain anywhere, that's all that matters right now. I have Knickers and Momo to take care of and worry about—and Knickers and Momo, I will care for. But now the attitude makes sense; he didn't have that common sense of a Saiyan. He only had the attitude of wanting to fight. Do you think you could watch Knickers and Momo for me on Monday?" I explained before asking.
"Of course. What are you going to do?" Mom asked, looking at me.
"I'm going to make an appointment and meet with Amethyst to figure out what she knows. I'm sure she knows something." I answered.
"Do you want one of us to go with you?" Mom asked, looking at me.
"No. No offense, but you two are the last ones I'd want to take with me. Knowing both of you, you'll attack her if she says something we don't like. If you feel better with me taking someone, I'll ask Gohan." I strictly told them.
"Fine… So—what's this about a present?" Mom asked, changing the subject, looking at me.
"Right. Hold on." I told them, walking to my room.
I came back out with the large box from Momo's family.
"What'd you get them this time?" Dad asked, looking at me.
"I didn't. This is from Momo's uncles, aunts, and cousins on her mother's side of the family. They sent this and a letter, saying they'd like to meet Momo. No, I haven't decided what to do yet. No, you will not have a say. But if I decide to let them meet her, you can be present. She has six aunts and uncles, and several cousins who want to meet her. And biologically, one of those cousins is an older brother. Hold on… Here." I answered and explained, ending in a whisper, so Knickers and Momo didn't hear, handing Mom and Dad the letter.
"Oh, wow…" Mom spoke, stunned.
I was going to say something when Momo started screaming and crying.
What worried me the most was that she was running; Momo rarely ever ran.
She ended up tripping over her own feet and started screaming even more.
"Baby, what's wrong? What happened?" I asked, picking her up. All she did was scream and spit some blood out.
I would've panicked if I hadn't seen her hand in a fist, tightly clutching something.
"Momo, it's time to stop screaming. Did you lose a tooth?" I calmly asked; she stopped screaming to look at me, confused.
"No… I-i-it fwell out. I-I-I dying!" Momo started calmly but ended up screaming again.
"Momo, it's time to stop screaming; you're not dying. This is normal. Give me your tooth and let me see your mouth." I calmly instructed, setting her in her booster seat at the table.
She gave me her tooth and opened her mouth, leaning her head back.
"Yep. You've lost a tooth. You'll live. Hold on." I told her, going to get some cups.
"Ok. Take a drink, swish around and then spit into this cup. Ok? Baby, this is a baby tooth; they're meant to fall out. Eventually, an adult tooth will grow back and replace this one. Your adult teeth are the teeth you don't want to lose. All this means is that you're growing up. Now I get to tell you to stop that; you don't get to grow up. Also, tonight, after you go to sleep; the Tooth fairy will come, take your tooth and replace it with a dollar." I explained, watching as she spit water into a cup to clean the blood out.
However, it may have been wise to tell her about the Tooth fairy while she didn't have water in her mouth; water came shooting out of her mouth and nose, and she started coughing up a storm.
"Ok. Arms up. Breathe. Take it easy. Good girl. Are you ok?" I calmly instructed, patting her back with her arms up before asking, concerned.
"A whore dollar?!" Momo asked, shocked, looking up at me.
"No. Well, yes. But it's "whole," not "whore" dollar. You're not in trouble this time, but "whore" is one of those naughty words. Dad…" I explained to Momo before covering her ears and sighed when I noticed Dad; he had to go outside because he was holding back his laughter.
Maybe it's normal to laugh when a child swears. Call me not normal by saying I don't want my children swearing.
"Sowee…" Momo apologized, looking down.
"It's ok. Well, it's not; you don't need to be swearing. And you didn't know what you were saying that time. And you apologized. Thank you for that. One of these days, we'll sit down, and we'll go over all the words you're not allowed to say. Ok?" I told her, looking into her eyes.
"Yes, Daddy." She softly answered with a soft smile.
"Do you and Knickers want to open the present from your other family members?" I asked, looking at her.
"Ok." Momo answered.
Dad came back in just in time.
Normal P.O.V.:
Momo's aunts and uncles pulled together and got her and her brothers a rose gold iPad and two Nintendo Switch Lites: Turquoise and Yellow.
Trunks told Momo he'd let her keep the iPad and one of the Nintendo Switch Lites so long as she promised to use them responsibly—and that she could use them when he said it was ok.
Momo agreed, but it didn't seem she cared about the blue Nintendo Switch. Knickers got the yellow Switch Lite.
The iPad seemed to interest her a little—but not near as much as the bubble wrap everything came in.
Her cousins got her some stuffed animals and this Wack-A-Mole type of game with alligators instead of moles.
Watching Momo ignoring the new fancy electronics for bubble wrap and watching Knickers teach her how to play the Wack-A-Gator game, a thought came to Trunks's head.
"Momo, Knickers?" Trunks asked, kneeling in front of them.
"Yes," "Daddy?" Knickers and Momo asked, looking up.
"Do either of you even want the Switches?" Trunks asked, watching the two.
"No tank you." Momo softly answered, popping bubbles.
"Not really, no; I'm happy with the 3DS—and I don't really use that." Knickers answered.
"Leo like game." Momo softly spoke.
"Yes, he did…" Trunks sighed, watching Momo; she was just holding the bubble wrap.
"No moe Leo; he wen bye-bye coz he bad guy like da man says." Momo softly spoke, looking down.
"What man?" Trunks asked right away: Momo just started crying, dropping the bubble wrap as she held her stomach.
Trunks didn't like that—not one bit.
"Ok… Mom, Dad; can you watch Knickers for the night? I'm going to take Momo to the hospital. I'm sorry, Knickers, but we'll have to do pizza a different night. Take him to Wac-A-Burger or wherever he'd like for dinner. I'll call you whenever I have news." Trunks asked his parents before explaining to Knickers.
Right then and there, they all knew something was up, so they didn't argue.
"Do you want us to stay here?" Bulma asked, watching Trunks rock Momo back and forth.
