"Oh I can't believe that my baby sister is going to Beacon with me! This is the best day ever!" I said while hugging Ruby. Summoning as much enthusiasm as I could muster, hoping it would sound genuine.

"How the hell did I get into this mess!?" I thought, "And why the hell am I Yang Xiao Long?"

Just moments ago, I found myself in the airship heading to Beacon as Yang. Its as if I had just woke up as her. I don't know what caused this and it scares me. Why the hell am I Yang, and where the hell is she?

"Please stop." Ruby mumbled.

I pushed my fears down, and focused at the task at hand. I'd have to pretend to be Yang until I figure out what is going on, and tease Ruby a little.

What? Its what Yang would do!

"But I'm so proud of you!" I said stepping back, trying to act like a little school girl to twist the knife a little deeper.

...I may or may not have had too much fun with this.

"Really, sis, it was nothing." Ruby sighed.

"What do you mean? You were amazing! Everyone at Beacon will think you're the bee's knees."

"...I totally flubbed that line there, didn't I? I thought it sounded off, but its too late now." I thought to myself. I was wanting to stick to the script as much as I could, as to not raise suspicion. However, at the rate I'm going, I'll be fine... I hope.

"I don't wanna be the bee's knees, OK? I don't wanna be any kinds of knees! I just want to be a normal girl with normal knees."

I was already grinning like an idiot, but this pushed me over the edge.

"Y-you're kidding, right?" I asked, while trying to not laugh. I was failing. But hey, its the thought that counts, right?

"I'm serious!" she exclaimed. "Why are you laughing?"

"Cause, silly. That's not how it works! You'll be fine!" I managed to reply after calming down a little. "You need to loosen up a little, sis."

"I just don't want everyone to think I'm special." Ruby said in almost a pout.

"But you are special...in more ways than one." I said with a smirk.

"What's that sup-" Ruby began before being interrupted by a news broadcast.

I frowned at the broadcast,it made me remember what was suppose to happen. The Battle of Beacon, and afterword, the War of the Relics.

...Great. I can remember things like that, but I can barely remember anything about myself. I couldn't even remember my name!

I sighed, I needed to focus! I can worry about that later.

However, I made a promise to myself. If I could prevent the tragedy that would befall Beacon, I would.

...I don't know why I cared so much. I mean, this isn't even my world! So why do I want to get involved in it's affairs? I shook my head, it didn't matter. Its the right thing to do, so its what I'm going to do.

Apparently, while I was lost in thought, Glynda gave her 'Welcome to Beacon' speech. Dammit! I falling behind in the script!

"Wow!" Ruby exclaimed looking out one of the windows. "You can see Signal from up here!"

"I guess home is too far after all." she said softly.

I walked behind Ruby and put an arm around her, "Beacon is our home now."

For better or for worse, its the truth. However, it only strengthened my resolve.

I turned to see a boy with blond hair beginning to puke. Oh crap! Jaune!

I press Ruby against the window, ignoring her cries of protest.

"Yang! What are-"

Jaune just ran pass us, heading toward a trash can.

I sighed and let go of Ruby, "Sorry, I just wanted to be out of Vomit Boy's range."

"Give me a heads up first!" Ruby shouted.

"Alright, I just let you get puked on next time!" I responded.

"Yang!" Ruby whined, clearly annoyed by my antics. "Stop it!"

I began to laugh as we began to descend. We was going to land at Beacon in mere moments. Hopefully everything would be smooth sailing from here on out. Well, that was until I remembered the entrance exam.
