Chapter 16
Arizona was dreading this, loading up Callie's truck, they had decided to take it instead of her car, having to camp for the weekend. She tossed the tent she had recently bought in the bed, along with their bags, then climbed up to make sure they had everything. They had 3 different coolers full of food, and a couple totes with odd items in them. Teddy came out with hers and Addie's bag, tossing it over the side. "I'm excited to see you on stage again"
"yeah, I'm not" Arizona laughed as she reached for the bags Teddy just tossed in, they had landed on some totes. Once everything was to her liking and she was sure nothing would fly out, she hopped down.
"hey you have everything from in here?" Callie called out from the door to the house
"I have to pee before we leave but yeah, I think so" Arizona said
"I'm good" Teddy smiled as she went to the door of the truck, and climbed in, Addie came out with another bag, tossing it into the bed, and climbed in after Teddy. Arizona smiled shaking her head, as she made her way back inside the house "looks like the kids are ready" Arizona laughed as she made her way to the downstairs bathroom. Callie laughed, taking one final look around the house, making sure nothing was left on. No one would be here for 5 days, and she was a little paranoid about leaving it empty for so long. "you ready?" Arizona asked coming up behind her.
"to drive for 4 hours?" Callie laughed "no not really"
"come on, it'll be fun" Arizona kissed her, hearing the horn of Callie's truck "damn kids" Callie laughed
"come on babe, let's get this over with" Arizona reached for her hand pulling her to the door. Callie climbed up into the driver's seat, as Arizona took the passenger seat. "how's it back there?" Arizona asked making sure they had enough room
"it's a little cramped but we're good" Addie smiled
"I can move the seat up a bit if that helps"
"nah, we're good" Teddy said "it's better than the back seat of mom and dads SUV"
"alright" Callie said starting the truck and backing out of the driveway "next stop" she looked down and laughed "gas station, I could have sworn I had a full tank" everyone laughed. Callie pulled the truck into the nearest gas station which was just a few blocks away, the four of them had started using this one after moving into the house. Arizona handed Callie her card to pay, shaking her head she jumped out. Sliding the card in the slot, "no I do not have a rewards card, no I do not want a car wash" she said what she thought was to herself, but she heard someone laugh on the other side of the pump. "it's just ridiculous"
"it is" the lady said moving so Callie could see who she was
"hello Mrs. Johnson" Callie smiled
"hello Callie, you guys off to Rock Fest?"
"yup"
"we'll make sure to watch the house for you while you're gone" the Johnson's were their closest neighbors, a couple in their early 50's that had lived on the block for 25 years. "thank you" Callie smiled, as the pump stopped "damn" she said looking at the price.
"bet it isn't cheap driving that?" Mrs. Johnson laughed
"I don't normally drive it much, mostly to work, but we thought it would be easier for this weekend"
"looks like it" Mrs. Johnson said peaking into the bed of the truck "you girls stay safe and have a good time"
"thank you" Callie said reaching for the receipt "we will" Callie gave her a wave and climbed back into the truck
"who were you talking to" Arizona ask taking her card and receipt which she crumpled up and tossed it into the garbage bag.
"Mrs. Johnson" Callie said starting the truck and pulling away
"I like her" Addie smiled "she's always got some crazy story to tell"
"oh my god, one day I was outside, she came over and just started rambling about how the people who used to live in our house had a pet snake or something" Teddy said
"what" Callie laughed
"I don't know" Teddy laughed "I lost her halfway through the story, but the way she was explaining it, I had to bite my tongue to not laugh"
"she said they'd keep an eye on the house" Callie said as she pulled the truck onto the freeway.
"that's good, you can stop worrying now" Arizona leaned over placing a kiss on Callie's cheek.

"so" Addie said after they had been on the road for a while "I got an email from my father"
"wow" Arizona turned around so she could look at Addie who was sitting behind Callie, who reached over, turning the radio down, so everyone could hear the conversation. "I actually haven't read it yet, it came in last night" she pulled out her phone and opened it. "maybe I should wait, this weekend is supposed to be fun, and I don't want"
"read it" Teddy said "otherwise you're going to be thinking about it"
"but what if it's bad?" Arizona could hear the fear in her voice "I just, I don't want to deal with it, not this weekend"
"ok" Teddy nodded reaching her arm around Addie and kissing her cheek, Arizona reached her hand back and grabbed Addie's "remember you have us, no matter how dysfunctional we are" everyone laughs
"hey speak for yourself I'm not dysfunctional" Teddy says hitting Arizona
"that's funny" Callie says as she changes lanes
"what's that mean?" Teddy asks
"Teds you know I love you but you're the most dysfunctional of us all"
"she's right you're the reason we are dysfunctional" Arizona says winking at Teddy, who crosses her arms and starts pouting. Addie leans over placing a kiss on her pouting lips "I love you" Teddy smiles "I love you too"

The rest of the drive went smooth, they had left early enough where they didn't hit any traffic and were pulling into the campsite at just after 1. "stop here, I'll get us checked in" Arizona said, unbuckling her seat belt, and jumping out.
"I wonder if we're at the right area" Callie said looking around there were tour buses, but they were down a ways at what looked like the next camp site.
"hmm" Teddy said looking around, as Arizona reappeared hopping back into the truck "alright, follow the road to the left" Callie nodded and started driving they came to a T "still the left" Arizona said looking down at the paperwork in her hands "we are at site 7"
"we end up with 7 a lot" Callie laughed
"we do" Arizona looked over at her "there it is" she said pointing to the spot on the left Callie pulled the truck up, putting it in park. Arizona jumped out, flipping the seat up for Teddy and Addie to get out. "I have to go find Brad, he said he'd be here by now. Will you guys start setting the tents up"
"ok" Callie smiled, as she reached for the tail gate.

Arizona pulled up about an hour later in a golf cart that sat 4. "nice ride" Addie laughed
"perks of being part of the show" Arizona laughed as she got off the golf cart "you didn't stake that down yet did you" she asked looking at Teddy
"um" Teddy lifted the end she was working on off the ground "no"
"good we need to move it to make room for April and Jackie" Arizona said walking towards the tent Teddy was working on, and moved it so it was diagonal to the one Callie was working on "April and Jackie are staying here too?" Teddy asked
"yup" Arizona said as she stepped back, checking to make sure there was enough room.
"so we're gonna be a campsite full of lesbians" Teddy laughed
"this camp ground is just for the performers" Arizona said
"you mean we could be camped next to Adele?" Teddy asked
"if she was going to be here, yes" Arizona laughed shaking her head, she went to the back of the truck, seeing Callie had already put their bag in the tent, and was now in the process of blowing up the air mattress that would be their bed for the weekend. "alright" Arizona said pulling out one of the four camping chairs they had brought. "that building over there" she pointed is the bathroom, with showers and whatever, back where we came in is a small store, where we will need to get firewood"
"can I take the golf cart to get the wood?" Teddy asked, stopping whatever she was doing.
"yes but be careful" Arizona laughed, the one time they went golfing Teddy was driving and tipped them over.
"I will" Teddy smiled making her way to the golf cart
"I'll go with her" Callie said kissing Arizona on the cheek as she passed, Arizona and Addie both let out a giggle "so what exactly are you needing from me this weekend?" Addie asked, after she pulled out another camp chair, joining Arizona.
"well you're my assistant, so" Arizona smiled, as her phone pinged, she pulled it out of her back pocket "it's April, they just pulled into the grounds"
"oh good" Addie smiled as she sat back in her chair. It wasn't long before April and Jackie pulled up, honking and yelling "let's get this weekend started" April called as she slammed the car door. Causing both Arizona and Addie to laugh, "where's our spot"
"here" Arizona said pointing to the spot next to hers and Callie's tent.
"ok" Jackie smiled as she went to the trunk pulling out what Arizona assumed to be a tent.
"where's Callie?" April asked looking around
"she and Teddy went to get some firewood" Arizona no more than got the words out when the golf cart came screeching to a stop, the look on Callie's face said she was either going to puke or piss her pants. Arizona had to bite her tongue to not laugh "remind me never to ride that with her again" Callie said as she got off the cart.
"oh you're fine" Teddy smiled
"I wasn't fine when I almost fell off"
"oh come on it was fun"
"whatever" Callie rolled her eyes turning her attention to the newcomers
"you know I don't know why you always end up going with her anywhere, you always come back annoyed" Arizona laughed
"she loves me" Teddy said walking up to Callie and kissing her cheek sloppily
"eww, get off me" Callie said pushing Teddy away, wiping her cheek as everyone laughed.

Arizona didn't go on until Friday, being it was only Wednesday, she was required to be there early, as per the request. The concerts didn't start until Thursday evening, leaving the group with nothing to do but relax, sitting around the fire. Teddy was on her way to being drunk, and Callie annoyed once again, as Teddy tried to stand, knocking over her chair in the process, Callie rolled her eyes and stood. "come on" she wrapped her arms around Teddy. "no I'm fine" Teddy stood up straight but almost fell over "I have to pee" she slurred
"well come on" Callie said wrapping her arm around her to lead her to the bathroom, Arizona couldn't help but laugh, and once they were far enough away she said "you know Teddy annoys the piss out of her but she loves it"
"she does" Addie smiled
"I'm happy for that" Arizona smiled "and I'm happy we get along good"
"me too" Addie smiled at her soon to be sister in law. Arizona looked up, seeing someone standing by April's car, and let out a groan "why are you here?"
"I work at the same place you do" Erica's voice came out like fingernails on a chalk board to Arizona. Although she hadn't had a bad interaction with the woman since that last conversation they had.
"yes but none of your clients are here" April said standing up, hoping to defuse this situation before it got out of hand.
"well" Erica smiled that evil smile "I got a free pass for being an employee"
"yay, time for bed" Teddy said as she stumbled into the camp site, Callie holding on to her so she didn't fall over. "I'll take her" Addie said standing and taking her fiancée from Callie "come on baby, let's go to bed"
"yay!" Teddy said throwing her hands up in the air "I get to go to bed with this hot chick"
"oh god" Addie said rolling her eyes as she turned Teddy towards their tent, unzipping it and disappearing. Leaving the rest of the group to deal with Erica. "Erica" Callie said once she noticed the intruder "what, what are you doing here?"
"oh you know, came to see the bands" Callie hadn't heard from her since that email, which was almost six months ago now. "hmm" Callie hummed looking at Arizona, even in the dim light of the fire she could see how tense Arizona was. "well, you ladies have a nice night, Callie maybe we can get together while we're here and have a drink"
"I don't think so" Callie said not taking her eyes off Arizona
"hmm, I see" Erica smiled "well have a good night" she added and walked away
"I think I'm ready for bed" Arizona said standing up and heading to her tent, leaving April, Callie and Jackie to tend to the fire. "I should" Callie started to say
"go, we'll clean up out here" April said, as Jackie nodded.

Inside the tent Arizona hadn't even bothered to change she just plopped down onto the bed and stared at the ceiling. Callie took a deep breath as she unzipped the tent, slipping off her shoes, she climbed in. "hey" she said quietly
"hi" Arizona said not taking her eyes off the spot she was watching
"are you ok?" Callie asked quietly
"I will be" she sighed, and was quiet for a moment "I'm sorry Callie I know she's your friend but I just can't"
"I understand, and is she really my friend?" Arizona turned to look at her, it was dark in the tent, but Callie could make out the blue eyes that were shining with unshed tears "I hadn't seen her in what 15 years? Haven't heard from her in just as long" Callie moved so she was laying next to Arizona "besides what kind of friend does and says the shit she's said to you"
"I'm a little surprised you believed me"
"why wouldn't I?" Callie asked reaching up touching Arizona's face "you've given me no reason to not believe you, plus, Addie and April have told me how she is with you"
"I don't know" Arizona let out in a deep sigh
"baby, I told you I'm not going anywhere, you're stuck with me"
"there's nobody I'd rather be stuck with" Arizona rolled over, so she was now on top of Callie, kissing her. The kiss was slow at first but quickly turned heated "if we're going to do this you have to be quiet"
"we can hear you" April called out from outside
"then get some ear plugs" Arizona laughed when they heard a loud moan come from Addie, both Callie and Arizona knew it was Addie because they've heard the same noise at home. "I think we might need those ear plugs" Callie laughed
"maybe" Arizona leaned down kissing her again
"if you can't beat them, join them" April said, they heard movement outside, and a tent zip open then closed, and then silence. Until Teddy's voice was heard "oh god" causing Arizona and Callie both to giggle "join them" Callie whispered as she sat up quickly removing her clothes, she watched as Arizona did the same.

Waking up the next morning, still wrapped around Callie, Arizona opened her eyes, hearing voices outside "did you remember the coffee?" Arizona smiled
"shit" April said quietly
"maybe they have some at the office" Jackie said
"that's a long walk" April whined, causing Arizona to laugh louder, waking Callie, Arizona looked at her as blue eyes met brown both smiled, feeling relaxed. Arizona had splurged and bought a rather expensive air mattress, and they were both happy she did. Arizona cleared her throat "in the tote with the yellow lid in the back of the truck there's coffee" she said out loud
"oh thank god" Jackie said, Callie giggled shaking Arizona, who leaned in kissing her. "ugh, I have to pee" Callie said
"I know me too" Arizona sighed "but I was enjoying this" she smiled, as she went to move off Callie she had to peel their skin apart, it had gotten rather warm in the tent. Arizona moved around the tent finding both her and Callie some clothes. Once they were dressed she unzipped the tent, seeing Jackie standing at the back of the truck going through the tote Arizona had said had the coffee in it. Arizona smiled "you find it" Jackie held it up and nodded then looked around "how am I supposed to make it?" she asked
"oh" Arizona laughed walking over to her she reached for another tote opening it she pulled out and orange extension cord and a coffee maker. "there's an outlet over there" she pointed between their tents "run the cord and put this on the table, there's bottled water somewhere"
"I already found that" April said
"well then you're good" Arizona smiled looking at Callie then nodded towards the building with the bathrooms.
"we'll get the coffee started" Jackie called after them "cuz I don't already wait on you enough" Jackie laughed in a quieter tone, but Arizona heard her. She reached for Callie's hand as they walked.

Making quick work of the bathroom, Callie and Arizona were both back at the campsite before the coffee was even done brewing. "what time do we have to go?" April asked
"noon" Arizona sighed looking at Callie "you going to be ok?"
"sure" Callie smiled "I'll have Teds"
"I'll be here too" Jackie smiled
"oh right" Callie laughed "I forget that you don't work with them"
"it's all good sometimes I forget I don't work with them" Jackie laughed, there as a loud groan, then the sound of a zipper, and Addie poked her head out "do I smell coffee?" Arizona laughed as Addie came out the rest of the way. "how's she feeling?"
"Teddy? She'll be a little sore for a bit but she'll be fine" Addie smiled taking a cup and pouring some of the brown liquid "where's the cream I bought?"
"still in the cooler"
"what? There's cream? What the fuck" April said standing up and heading back to the truck finding it instantly in the smaller cooler "who is making breakfast?" April called back to the group "I want pancakes" Teddy's voice was heard, although groggy.
"not Arizona please" Addie laughed as she moved the coolers around finding what she needed, along with the cast-iron pans Arizona had bought. She claimed they were the best to cook in over the fire. Although they cost at least $100 apiece. "get up, I'm cooking" Addie said kicking the tent pole next to Teddy's head as she walked by. Teddy let out a groan and movement was heard, the next thing they know Teddy appeared, blonde hair a mess "how you feeling sissy?" Arizona laughed
"fuck off" Teddy said raising her finger at Arizona
"love you too sissy poo"

"alright" Arizona said coming out of the tent "we're off, stay out of trouble" she added looking at Teddy, who had just taken a bite of a sandwich she was eating, and smiled "please keep her out of trouble"
"how much trouble could she possibly get into" Jackie asked
"well" Arizona laughed looking at Callie
"I got this" Callie smiled Arizona gave her a kiss and hopped on the golf cart followed by Addie and April.
"so" Teddy said looking at Callie
"so" Callie sat down in her chair
"what are we going to do?" Teddy smiled
"sit here and talk" Callie said
"but what if we" Teddy started to say but Callie cut her off "no"
"I heard someone say there's a river over there" Jackie pointed
"we can go swimming" Teddy smiled, causing Callie to roll her eyes, "fine, I guess nothing too terrible could happen" Callie sighed "let's get changed"

Four hours later, Callie, Teddy and Jackie came walking into the campsite, soaked from head to toe. Arizona, Addie and April were there waiting "where have you been, and why are you" Arizona started to say but stopped, then looked at Teddy "what did you do now?"
"well you see, this isn't entirely my fault" Teddy started to say, Arizona took a closer look at Callie, she had a cut above her eye, and the starting of a black eye, and Jackie was limping. Teddy was the only one who wasn't hurt, as far as anyone could tell, just dirty and wet. "baby are you alright?" Arizona asked reaching out for Callie
"yeah"
"what the hell happened?" April asked watching as Jackie sat down in the chair, groaning in pain
"well, I had heard there was a river over there" Jackie said pointing to the direction they had just come from "so" she shrugged looking at Arizona with an apologetical look. "no" Arizona whispered
"we went to check it out" Callie said
"we have our suits on under this" Jackie said pulling up her shirt showing the top of her suit. The three dry women just sat there waiting for the rest of the explanation "when we got through the wooded area that Teddy insisted we were on a trail" Callie said, "that's where I got these" she held up her arms to show everyone the scratches, she shook her head, and Jackie went on "we could hear the water up a head a ways, so we went that direction, not seeing a rather large root sticking out I tripped over it, Callie caught me, until she lost her balance and before we know it we fell down the embankment and right into the water"
"so I jumped in to save them" Teddy said all proud,
"but we ended up being swept away by the current" Callie said in a sigh.
"we ended up about a mile downstream, when some people were on the shore and came to help us" Jackie said
"how'd you get back?" Addie asked
"the people who helped us, were part of a tubing group, they had just finished, so we hopped the bus back to the camp ground" Callie said shaking her head "they told us, the part of the water that goes by this camp ground is called "the rapids" and a lot of people have drowned" she added, reaching up to touch her forehead, pulling her hand back she saw blood, she shook her head and wiped her hand on her shorts. "here baby let's get you cleaned up" Arizona said helping Callie up and leading her to the tent "I need a shower" Callie said
"I'll get the stuff" Arizona smiled, placing a kiss on her cheek
"so let me get this straight" Addie said looking at Teddy "you decided to go swimming, and ended up falling into the water fully clothed"
"they, fell I jumped" Teddy said
"whatever" Addie took a deep breath shaking her head "you ended up being dragged by the current a mile away, and caught a ride back with some random people"
"pretty much" Jackie said, letting out a groan as she tried to move her foot.
"Zo, you didn't happen to bring a first aid kit, did you?" April asked
"in the big grey tote" Callie said "with Teddy you have to plan for everything" Callie said looking at the blonde. As Arizona came out of the tent, grabbing Callie's hand and leading her to the showers.

Once Callie's cut above her eye was cleaned, Arizona examined it "I don't know, maybe we should go to the medic tent and have them look at it, you might need stitches" she said, Callie let out a groan "I'm not a doctor, but it looks pretty deep"
"can you just help me shower, then we'll go, Jackie should probably get her ankle looked at too" Callie no more than said that as the door opened and Jackie and April came in, Jackie leaning on April "I need a shower too" Jackie said, April helped her to the bench and she sat down. Arizona and April both shook their heads, "after you guys get cleaned up, we'll take you to the medic tent" Arizona said, Jackie just nodded. Arizona looked back at Callie and nodded for her to get in the shower. Once Callie was done and cleaned, Arizona looked at the cut again, you could see the bruising around her eye starting. Arizona let out a sigh shaking her head, "so tell me again how you got this?"
"when Jackie tripped" Callie sighed "my head hit a large branch" Arizona shook her head again grabbing some bandages, and covered the cut. "we brought the golf cart if you want to wait" April said "we're almost done in here" Jackie let out a yelp in pain. "fucking Teddy" causing everyone to laugh. Then the curtain opened and out came the couple, Jackie leaning on April for support. They piled into the golf cart, as Arizona got into the driver's seat, stopping at the campsite to drop the stuff off then they were off to find the medic tent. Arizona noticed Teddy was sitting in a chair alone, with her arms crossed "I'm sure Addie yelled at her" Arizona said
"don't be too hard on her" Callie said "it wasn't her fault"
"Callie, you're hurt" Arizona said as she turned the cart onto another road
"I should have been watching where I was walking" Jackie said
"and it's not her fault we fell down the embankment" Callie said "she tried to save us"
"I bet it was funny" April laughs thinking about it
"you know what?" Callie looks back at Jackie as they both started to laugh "it was pretty comical"
"except the fact that we could have died" Jackie laughed
"but we didn't" Callie said, Arizona had pulled the cart to a stop in front of a white tent.
"you do realize we could have just had Addie look at it right?" Callie laughed, now that Addie wasn't working as a nurse they forgot that she is one. "yeah well" Arizona shrugged as April helped Jackie off the cart and into the tent.

Callie ended up with 4 stitches above her left eye, and Jackie had a nice new brace on her leg and a pair of crutches, and told to see her doctor when they got home if it was still bothering her. The medic running things didn't think it was broken but she was to take it easy for the next few days. Hard to do when you're camping, but they'll make it work. Once back at the campsite, Teddy was no where to be found, as Addie was starting the fire "hey" Addie said hearing them pull up "I'm getting the fire going for dinner, how are you guys?"
"fine" Callie said sitting in her chair, as Jackie limped over with her crutches "don't worry just a sprain" she smiled sitting next to Callie.
"where is my sister?" Arizona asked looking around
"she um" Addie cleared her throat "she went to shower"
"is everything ok?" Arizona asked concerned that all this has caused a fight
"I gave her a good tongue lashing, and well, you know how well she likes being yelled at" Arizona nodded "she hasn't said much to me since"
"I'll talk to her" Callie said, standing and making her way to the building that housed the bathrooms. More people were showing up, so she had to dodge cars as she walked. Pulling open the door to the bathroom she saw Teddy sitting on the bench, staring off into space "hey" she said, Teddy looked up, shaking her head "go away"
"no" Callie said taking a seat next to her, Teddy looked up, seeing the bandage above Callie's eye, and the bruising that had formed "how's Jackie"
"she'll be fine, just a sprain" Teddy turned away looking at the floor "I, I'm sorry I'm such a fuck up"
"Teds" Callie said "you're not a fuck up, it's not your fault stupid shit keeps happening"
"according to Addie, it is"
"well" Callie let out a sigh "I don't blame you, and neither does Jackie"
"right" Teddy scoffed
"I'm serious" Callie reached over putting her hand on Teddy's face so she would look at her "look at me" Teddy took a deep breath "you are my sister, and my best friend, and I love you" Teddy let out a sniffle the unshed tears in her eyes starting to fall "are you sure"
"yes" Callie smiled "you make life more interesting"
"guess I am the dysfunctional one" Teddy laughed
"yeah" Callie smiled again, wiping the tears off Teddy's cheek, Teddy got a better look at Callie's face "you're going to have to wear a lot of makeup to cover that up for the wedding"
"I know" Callie sighed. That was one of the first things she thought about, the wedding was in 2 weeks, and the stitches would come out in 10 days. Meaning the scar would be visible. "we'll have stories to tell the kids" Callie laughed
"you two are having kids?" Teddy asked, Callie smiled "eventually"
"I'm going to be an auntie" Teddy smiled
"you and Addie aren't having any?" Callie asked, seeing Teddy shake her head "I really don't know honestly, we haven't talked about it"
"well do you want one?"
"I'm not sure" Teddy said looking up into Callie's eyes "I guess that's entirely up to Addie"
"hmm, well I think you two need to have that talk"
"if she'll talk to me, we said some, pretty nasty stuff to each other" Teddy shook her head
"I'm sure it's fine" Callie said standing up "come on" she nodded towards the door. Teddy stood following her, Callie put her arm around her as they walked. Once they were back at the campsite, Teddy went and put her stuff in the tent, Addie was just pulling dinner off the fire. "everything ok" Addie asked looking at Callie.
"it will be" Callie smiled "although now she's worried about you being mad at her" Addie nods, setting the plate she was holding on the table "dig in" she said heading towards her tent. She steps in and zips it up. April filled a plate full of food for Jackie, as Callie and Arizona did the same. Both sitting down in their chairs "so I'm assuming you don't want to go check out the bands tonight?" Arizona said looking at Jackie
"no, I want to" Jackie smiled "I'll deal with the pain"
"alright" Arizona smiled
"after all that's why I'm here, I'm not letting a bum ankle get me down" Arizona nodded and smiled

The next morning, Callie found herself awake before anyone else, knowing Arizona was playing tonight she wanted to let her sleep as long as she could, so she quietly unzipped the tent and crawled out. She went about getting some coffee ready then headed towards the bathroom. Her face was beginning to hurt, which was the reason she woke up, she made a mental note to take some ibuprofen when she got back to the site. A look in the mirror had her groaning, she had forgotten to put ice on her eye last night, so the left side of her face had swelled up. Shaking her head she washed her hands and made her way back to the campsite. Seeing someone standing on the side of the building she shook her head when she heard "damn what happened to you"
"dumb luck" she said not wanting to be rude after all Erica did call a truce
"Arizona didn't do that did she?" Erica said taking Callie's head in her hands
"no" Callie pulled back pushing her away "Arizona wouldn't hurt a fly"
"hmm" Erica said causing Callie to shake her head "look Erica, you can believe what you want but she wouldn't hit me or anyone"
"if you say so"
"just stop, ok, just stop everything, I thought when you sent that email, this was all over"
"I also said in that email that I loved you" Erica said stepping closer
"don't" Callie backed up
"Calliope, I know you still love me, I can see it in your eyes"
"actually Erica, what I feel for you is far from love" Callie said looking directly into her eyes "I thought when you came back that maybe I'd actually have a friend, but no you couldn't leave it at that, you had to go and, and, and" Callie was getting mad and the words were getting jumbled in her head, which was starting to throb. "just leave us alone, please" she saw Erica nod, taking a deep breath she walked away. Seeing Arizona standing not far away watching the interaction. Taking another deep breath, she walked passed her "Callie" Arizona said
"don't" Callie held up her hand to stop Arizona from saying whatever it was she was about to "my head is pounding; I need some pills and coffee" Arizona nodded and turned to go to the bathroom. Callie found the pills popping two in her mouth dry swallowing them. She almost gagged, but she didn't care she needed some relief. Finding her cup, she went to the coffee pot. She realized she was gone longer than she thought. Pulling out her chair she sat down with her cup, her mind on the confrontation she just had with Erica. She hoped Arizona didn't run into her, as luck would have it Arizona walked into the site. "your cup is already over by the coffee"
"thank you" Arizona said as she went about making a cup of coffee "so" she said sitting down
"sorry I went off on you"
"don't be, I saw who you were talking to"
"I tried to get away but she saw my face and" Callie shook her head Arizona looked at her "you want some ice for it?"
"probably should" Callie let out a sigh, as she watched Arizona stand and head to the back of the truck pulling out some ice and a towel to wrap it in, handing it to Callie she gently placed it on her face hoping the pills would kick in soon.

"hey everyone" Arizona says into the microphone "how you guys doing tonight?" the crowd gives a response "that's great, well let's get on with this show" Arizona smiles and turns towards her band, nodding as the music starts. She runs through her set list, about halfway through, the music stops "alright so as you all know I'm getting married in two weeks" the crowd hoops and hollers "what do you say we get my soon to be wife up here?" she finds Callie in the front of the crowd and sees her shake her head and say no. "come on baby" Arizona laughs. Teddy pushes Callie forward "Callie, Callie, Callie" Arizona says in the microphone. Causing the crowd to join in chanting Callie's name, she sees Callie say something to Teddy then shakes her head, making her way to the stage. "I knew that would work" Arizona smiles "alright so those of you who don't know her, this is the amazing Callie Torres"
"soon to be Robbins" Callie says leaning into the mic
"really" Arizona looks at her, she nods and smiles "well then" Arizona smiles "isn't she beautiful" the crowd goes wild, Arizona looks to the side of the stage and nods for Addie to bring out a stool "my assistant Addison Montgomery everyone"
"soon to be Robbins" Addie smiles, seeing Teddy she sends a wink "soon to be Robbins also I guess" Arizona shrugs "alright I have a song that will be on the next album that I wrote especially for you" Arizona said looking at Callie, hoping she wouldn't get into too much trouble for pulling her up on stage without any warning. Callie nods and smiles, Arizona turns to the band and nods as the music starts, Arizona grabs the mic off the stand and turns toward Callie. Her voice soft, with a smile "Maybe it's intuition, but some things you just don't question, like in your eyes, I see my future in an instant, and there it goes. The crowd hooped and hollered, whistling, Arizona couldn't keep the smile off her face. Addie came out and took Callie backstage with her and April. "my god that was" Callie said once she was off the stage, she wiped the tears off her face with the sleeve of her sweatshirt. Arizona was saying something to the crowd, but Callie was in too much of a trance to understand what was being said.

Arizona had a hard time focusing after that kiss. Callie always had a way of making her speechless, and now she was supposed to sing, from memory. Taking a deep breath as the band rolled into the next song, she finally, found her groove, getting back into her music, wrapping up her set list. She thanked the crowd and headed off the stage, the only thing on her mind was finding Callie, who hadn't taken her eyes off the blonde since she left the stage. She heard April and Addie making fun of them for it, but she didn't care. They would both be acting the same way if their partners just did that for them. Now that Arizona was done, they had the rest of the weekend to do whatever.

Back at the campsite, fire roaring, and the drinks were flowing. Teddy was in the middle of a telling a story, about her and Arizona when they were younger. Arizona couldn't help but laugh at how animated Teddy was being. Looking over at Callie, she couldn't help but smile, this woman was hers. Feeling that all too familiar pull at her special spot, she placed her hand on Callie's leg, and winked, Callie gave her the smile that said she knew what she was thinking and she too was feeling it. Callie cleared her throat and stood "I think I'm going to go to bed"
"awe loser" Teddy said almost falling over in her chair, causing the group to laugh
"I think we should head there too" Addie said reaching for the chair, making sure Teddy didn't fall over. She leaned in whispering something in Teddy's ear "yup bedtime, night ladies" she said standing up. Addie shook her head and followed Teddy to the tent. Arizona looked at April who smiled and said "go, I'll clean up"
"thank you" Arizona mouth then turned towards her tent, Callie had just gotten the zipper all the way open and was about to climb in when Arizona came up behind her pushing her the rest of the way in, reaching back she quickly zipped it up, before pushing Callie down onto the mattress. Their lips meeting in a heated passionate kiss, pulling back for air "someone is eager"
"I've wanted you since that kiss on stage" Arizona said pulling back to discard her shirt, she reached behind her unclasping her bra and tossing it off to the side. Then went to unbutton her jeans, removing the items. She returned to Callie's body, which was now just as bear as the day she was born. "god Calliope, you look so good I could eat you" hearing those words sent Callie's body into a high "touch me Arizona"
"oh I plan too" Arizona leaned down placing her lips over Callie's, moving away from her lips she left open mouth kisses, down to Callie's gorgeous peaks. Feeling Callie moan as she took a nipple in her mouth, sucking and licking it. She let it go with a loud pop, she then heard April let out a giggle, but paid no attention to it. There was a loud moan coming from the tent next to them. Causing both women to laugh, Teddy didn't seem to care people could hear. Callie took this chance, to flip Arizona over, and was now hovering over the top of the blonde, her hair hanging down tickling Arizona's face. Arizona reached up tucking it behind her ear and whispered "I love you"
"I love you" Callie leaned in as their lips met again, in a passionate kiss. Once breaking for air, Callie placed open mouth kisses to Arizona's neck, sucking softly at her pulse point. Careful not to leave a mark, nibbling on Arizona's ear before she moved down to Arizona's mounds. Her hand was now on Arizona's right breast as she took the left breast into her mouth. "I love you too, Calliope" Arizona said as she wrapped herself in Callie and both passed out.
