Author Message: Hello everyone, this was supposed to come out sooner but was having issues with something so I couldn't focus. Hope to hear what you all think of this chapter.

LAST TIME
"Kin'emon, why are you here. What happened in Wano?!" His words caused the head to grit his teeth in clear anger.
"A Coup d'état occurred while you were in Impel Down..." Naruto's eyes begin to widen. "..and Lord Hyūga Hiashi was murdered. As of right now, the one who rules over Wano is Kurozumi Orochi as Shogun while backing and occupying the country is the one known as Kaido." As he finished saying that, the four behind Naruto were very much shocked at hearing such a thing yet froze upon feeling killing intent from Naruto who had veins on his forehead while his mechanical foot dented the floor.
"Kaido and Orochi..." As he spoke those names with such disdain, Nami could only swallow at his anger.
"Yes indeed..." As his tone took on a more somber tome, Naruto continued.
"Why did you even come here of all places and what happened to Hanabi?" When he heard her name, Kin'emon was even more bothered.
"As you know of the Princess's Devil Fruit allows her to know the positions of people she remembers clearly. We went searching for the Mink Tribe, me Kanjuro, Raizo was escorting Hanabi to Zou for protection and to seek their aid but when we were leaving Wano, we were spotted by the Beasts Pirates. We became shipwrecked, during which I was separated from Raizo and Hanabi who were heading in the direction of Zou. I and Kanjuro drifted ashore to Dressrosa yet once there, we were chased by Dressrosa's guards. Kanjuro chose to be apprehended to cover me," Anger formed on his face. "allowing him to escape and pursue Hanabi but I was caught in a storm and drifted to this island." Upon hearing all that, one more question remained.
"What about Hinata," His tone growing more serious. "has she was woken up?"
"No...but... Senpai, Orochi plans on waking Hinata to make her his bride." When he heard that, his eyes only widen and in a fit of anger slams his left arm into the metal wall, leaving being large sent that shook the room while veins had popped on his forehead.
"How long?"
"Most likely when the Fire Festival comes but even if she does not wake," Naruto's teeth grit. "he will still make her his bride."
"DAMMIT!" His shout made them jolt, Nami recalling the stories he told her while he was at Wano yet despite all that, the head spoke with a small sliver of light.
"Senpai, I saw Kuri's Daimyo..." This got Naruto's attention, his eyes turned wide. "he's in one of these cells." Upon hearing that, despite all that bad news, a smile forms on his face at hearing a single bit of good news.
"Naruto," Robin began while approaching Naruto from behind. "who's he talking about?" Her question was what the others wanted to know and it was answered by the Fishman turning towards them all with a smile.
"I've got no idea how he ended up here, but he's the only guy in Wano that wanted to leave it." That caused their eyes to widen as they recall him talking about it before.
"But I can question him when I see him. The one person I've had to deal with every day while at Wano, if not for Daimajin's constant involvement, he would've been even more of a pain in the ass." His smile just increases even more that it unnerved them. "He's someone that I want to join my crew, having the title of Strongest Swordsman of Wano and the one guy that ended our fights in draws every time. His name is..."
A lone man was whistling a tune while restrained to a table, every part of him bound while also connected to the table were tranquilizers.
[Kozuki Oden/Age: 20/Affiliation: None.]
CURRENT TIME
"Indeed, Kozuki Oden is the greatest swordsman of our time in Wano." Kin'emon stared into Naruto's eyes. "When he finally found out a couple of years ago you were locked in Impel Down he planned on breaking you out and secretly left the island."
"...you do realize."
"Yeah...we weren't sure he drowned or not...there was an actual bet going on if he made it or not."
A sigh escapes Naruto's lips but he still looked bothered as his thoughts are traced back to the younger princess Hanabi he met years ago along with the sight of her comatose sister.
"Now enough for that later, a swordsman cut me into many pieces. That villain used some man—" He was cut off by Naruto speaking over him.
"We've already been over this Kin'emon, it's a Devil fruit. But the one that did it was most likely Law, he's severed your body parts but if we can find them then we can easily just reattach them." After saying that he places a hand on his chin.
"Not sure why Law's here but it must be because of Caesar Clown..." This news still unnerved Nami.
"It's just like Buggy, creepy." Nami's words gained agreement from Robin, Franky, Chopper, and Naruto as well from their silent nods of agreement.
"Under different circumstances, I'd slit my belly and die unmourned, but alas. There's something that I just do!" His words made everyone think of Hanabi than Wano.
"First we break Oden out, we'll have to wait until the end to try and search for your body but would be after I locate Samahada as well." Naruto gained a sort of nod from his old acquaintance before Nami stepped forward and kneels a little in front of the Samurai.
"Hold on, Old Man? Can you tell us anything about this place?" Her question immediately gained anger at being called old despite his rather young age.
"Old man?! You need to show some reps over, you woman—" He was cut off by Naruto suddenly grabbing his nose and lifting the entire head next to the smiling Nami.
"Easy there Kin'emon, your talking to my girlfriend." This caused his eyes to widen in utter shock.
"W-What?! You chose her instead of Princess Hanabi, and with a harlot no—" Naruto had the head snatched out of his hands by the annoyed Nami who grabs him by the ear.
"Wow, you don't get the situation you're in do you?" She begins to push and move his face repeatedly until she drops his head on the floor.
"Is this the kind of woman you're into Naruto-Senpai?!" He gazes up and down Nami, gaining an eye raise from the two. "It seems your clothes were torn from your body, so perhaps I should be more sympathetic." This caused Naruto to look away with a small laugh being released before he was elbowed a little by the smiling Nami.
"I choose this outfit myself, thank you very much." This further shocks the man who immediately looks at Naruto in disbelief.
"I implore you Naruto, please send this Harlot back from once she came—mrrrr!" He was cut off by Nami placing a foot on his mouth.
"Sorry, but I look good! Naruto's never once not liked what I wore, plus I got more—!" She was cut off by Naruto placing a hand on her mouth while becoming a blushing blueberry while Franky and Robin chuckle with Nami also embarrassing as well before the man got his mouth freed.
"Your attire is obscene! All you're wearing is a breast-band!" This caused Nami to smirk as she placed her index finger and middle finger on one of the laces and pulls a little.
"You like it, don't you?" Instantly the head was reduced to a blushing mess.
"Yes, indeed I do!" His honest words gained a laugh from Naruto who made him realize what he said and coughs.
"I see...so a breast-band is appropriate in your land. I approve." Immediately he gained anger from Nami who gave zero fucks despite showing she cared to give a response.
"Please, just answer me one thing." His gaze met Naruto's. "Are you happy?" This caused his eyes to widen in surprise while the others were slightly confused yet Nami got angry before what he said next stopped her in her tracks while Naruto's eyes widen.
"I heard about what happened...involving the one known as Juvia." Naruto's expression changed as he stared at the man's head. "I'm sorry that you lost the one you love, despite Hanabi having feelings for you she understood your heart was for another yet it did not stop her from crying when she found out what happened to your former lover. I ask you this because I want to know if you've truly moved on from that day—" He was cut off by Naruto raising a hand and shaking his head while Nami stared at him silently.
"There will always be a part of me that will long for and miss Juvia, I've accepted that fact...along with the fact that I can't just be lonely for the rest of my life—" Naruto stops to see Nami wrapping an arm around his own, hugging it to herself with a smile which Naruto returns with a peaceful one.
"To answer your question, I'm happy..." As he heard those words and seen that smile, the man simply closes his eyes and breaths out a sigh of relief.
"You've grown, Senpai. If your father were here, I'm sure he would of pat you on the back..." This caused Naruto to smile more warmly at hearing that compliment before Kin'emon continued.
"Now, who exactly are you people? I know Naruto but not any of you?" This got a response from Naruto who spoke up to explain.
"As you know what happened, one thing led to another and I'm currently apart of this pirate crew until I break off onto my crew." This caused his eyes to widen in shock before they relax.
"If not for knowing what you went through, I would have shouted at you and cursed your name but you already know about what Kaido and Orochi have done while me knowing of what you went through. So let us end that topic for we are in disagreement." A nod was given from Naruto before they look at the door.
"We gotta break out." As he said that, he walks towards the door and placed a hand on it. "I would use my Kannon but I don't have enough room."
"Than stand back!" This gained Naruto and Nami's attention to see Franky aiming his arms at the door.
"I call my Cola is Maxed Out!" With those words, a light appears as Naruto immediately ushers Nami away as the two quickly moved from the door, echoed at the bright light.
"FRANKY RADICAL BEAM!" With those words a large beam slams into the door which quickly starts melting before exploding outwards in flames, sending the door flying off its hinges and onto the ground much too their shock at what they just saw as the big man himself removed a melted piece out of the way and turns towards them.
"Let's move, brother!" Franky's smile was like it was glued to his face at having finally shown up a new invention he wanted to do so for a while, gaining praise from the group while the head watches in shock.
"Let's get moving!" Naruto proceeds to pick up Kin'emon's head in his arm. "Tell me, what the hell happened since we were hit by a call of a Samurai killing?"
Their talk was cut short when they heard marching coming from the other end of the hallway, gaining their attention.
"Guess my beam was too radical." Much to their annoyance, Nami looks down to the opposite end.
"Let's hurry before they arrive." Nami sees Naruto look back down at Kin'emon.
"I wouldn't disgrace myself at doing such a thing like that!" His words still bothered Naruto as he wondered who but at this point they heard shouts and he runs out to see Subordinates of Caesar Clown running towards.
"There!"
"Don't let them get away!"
Naruto grits his teeth and looks at his old acquaintance who meets his gaze.
"Know exactly what direction Oden is in?" This caused him to look down in thought as he tries thinking while the group stops in front of them with their guns pointed directly at them.
"Crap." Was the last thing he said before they begin to open fire on the group, missing terribly while Franky got in front of the four as they ran from the guys with guns.
"Those are my friends! Cut it out, will ya!" As he shouted that, the other four heard more explosions followed by Franky quickly running after them.
"What did we do?!" Chopper shouts in anguish at what they've been through so far.
"We may have walked upon a guarded secret of some sort?" Robin added as she looks yet saw no doors they were passing by until they saw it, end of the hallway.
"DOOR!" Naruto shouts as he hurried past the others towards it, grabbing the handle and pushing it open quickly.
"ODEN YOU—" Naruto stopped dead in his tracks as his eyes widened like the others who joined his side in equal shock. Before them was a massive children's room with equal children of both large and small size, yet a few were their size of normal children.
"Who're you?" One of the children asked the group yet Naruto was still trying to understand what was happening as he looks rallied the room, not understanding why the children who he assumed to be giant kids were different in size.
"Hello there, kiddo's!" Franky spoke while Kin'emon was trying to comprehend what he saw, not knowing of giants at all.
"They're so big!" Nami added, beginning to sweat at what they just stumbled upon while Robin took this chance to have the door behind them closed with the handle broken as well to stop the guys from entering this room from behind them.
"Gotta be kids of giants but are we in prison or daycare?" At that point, Robin's eyes narrowed a little as she looks back at the area they had been in than the room, thinking up a couple of theories as to where they were exactly.
"If this were a nursery there would be adults?" Chopper placed a hove on his chin as he contemplated what was happening.
"Mocha? Who are they?"
"I've never seen them before."
The two in front have spoken yet the darker haired girl had smiled as she thought of something.
"Ah! You must be the ones who were frozen! How did you escape?" That got more confusion than answers from the group yet Naruto places a hand on his chin as he tries to recall what he knows of Caesar Clown despite sharing the first name with Caesar of the Hades Pirates. That was until the kids got a closer look at Franky where they immediately stare at him with stars in their eye holes.
"A ROBOT!"
And just like that they charged full speed towards them with Naruto ushering Chopper, Nami, and Robin away as they gave the big man himself room where all the children gathered around him like he were a toy, even chanting the word 'Robot' much to his joy as he posses for the kids. Naruto just smiles at this scene next to Robin at the amazement looks on the kids face warmed their hearts before they took notice of Nami approaching the one named Mocha yet couldn't get a word in as they now focused on Chopper. At this point, it was a room filled with laughs and joy.
"WOULD SOMEBODY LISTEN TO ME, COME ON!" Despite her shout, no response was given much to her disbelief as she sighs before feeling a hand rest on her shoulder and turns to Naruto who just shrugs which she, in turn, smiles until the two were interrupted by a shout.
"ENOUGH ALREADY!" Everyone looks at the severed head that Naruto proceeds to lift so everyone could see. "DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE LORD ODEN IS?!" His shout ended yo freaking all the kids out as they ran tearfully from the talking head until Nami ended up punching him in the head.
"DON'T SCARE THEM!" She shouts in anger, leaving a large bump on his head before turning to look at all the frightened children hidden behind their large toys but their attention focused on the loud banging coming from the door that was sealed.
"That door won't hold them for long," Robin told the rest as they immediately started to run, knowing they can't start a fight here with kids nearby yet one by one a couple started to follow them.
"TELL ME WHERE LORD ODEN IS?!" Demanded Kin'emon who caused the children in front that was running away to hurry in fear, receiving a hard slap by Nami in anger.
"I THOUGHT WE TOLD YOU TO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!" Her words for an immediate response from the now tearful head who's cheek was as red as a tomato.
"I've been disgraced as a Samurai all because I was attacked by a woman!" That seemed to have angered her more as she swipes Kin'emon's head out of Naruto's arms just to pull at her hair.
"WHAT?! Oh, quit your whining you chauvinist pig!" While this was going on, Naruto took notice that they weren't being fired at which he too began to realize something just as Robin's theory was being confirmed more as the door had already been opened and the men were quickly moving past the children while others followed behind the pirate group.
"Hey Mr. Robot, did you come from outside the island?" Questioned the blond-haired boy next to Mocha, gaining Franky's attention as they ran.
"Yup, sure did, buddy. But honestly, I'm a cyborg, not a robot." He decided to add her the kid ignored that and pressed on with the question.
"So you have a ship, right?"
"You've got that right, the Sunny!"
That was when Naruto took notice of the children's faces brightening from the ones following behind them.
"Then save us! PLEASE!" This time, Naruto spoke up while glancing back at the soldiers.
"What has been happening here?" His question wasn't exactly answered due to Mocha speaking up from behind them, begging them for help along with a few others to Nami who finally stops which Naruto did the same along with the others.
"You've got a ship, you can take us with you!"
"Pretty please, miss!"
Nami showed a conflicted expression upon her face while Naruto grits his teeth since he can't exactly use his Devil fruit that is still deactivated which he runs up to Nami.
"I know how you feel Nami but we are at a disadvantage with the children nearby not to mention my Devil fruit is deactivated. Once we get Oden and find the others we can come back." At this point, she looks down and starts to run with Naruto who's hands turn into fists.
"Don't leave us here! We're not sick anymore!" One of the children's words seemed to have caught Chopper's attention as the group hurried towards the door yet while doing so, Nami still had a conflicted expression that Naruto saw.
"I know how you feel but we gotta meet up with the others and free Oden, then we can come back." Despite his words making logical sense, Nami grips Kin'emon's head as the man understood what was happening yet at this point they heard it.
"Please, wait...please don't go...take me home!" At this point, Naruto turns his head to see that all the children were running after them.
"Don't leave us behind!"
"We need you to help us get outta here!"
"Please, you're our only hope of getting home!"
As they heard their shouts of despair while the men approached in single file.
"Kids. I'm sorry, but we've gotta go! We will be back but right now we have to take care of something!" It was with that the group sped up but eventually began to slow down.
"They wanna come! I think—" Chopper was cut off by Naruto.
"Chopper we are at a disadvantage, we can't protect the kids while also trying to find the captain. Besides they will slow us down, first we get Oden then find Luffy, and after we save the kids and grab Caesar Clown." This didn't sit right with Chopper even as Franky spoke up.
"I agree with Naruto, I don't like it but even if we made it back to the ship, there's too many of 'em! Best to alert the Navy and hope it gets settled!" Tears began to fall from the big man while Robin could only look away in silence. "This sucks! Somethin' bad's gonna happen!" At this point, the kids finally came to a stop until Mocha shouted.
"PROMISE ME! YOU'LL COME BACK LATER AND RESCUE US!" At that point, Nami finally came to a complete stop with her eyes widening as she grits her teeth. "I KNOW WHAT'S OUT THERE! I have NEVER BEEN OUTSIDE OF THIS BUILDING BEFORE BUT I KNOW! THERE'S NOTHING ELSE ON THIS ISLAND, IS THERE? NO CITIES, NO PEOPLE EITHER! CAUSE NOBODY CAME TO HELP US-COUGH, COUGH." Tears were streaming down her face as Naruto had stopped to look at her.
"I WANNA GO HOME AND SEE MY MOMMY AND DADDY AGAIN! YOU CAN LEAVE NOW, BUT YOU HAVE TO COME BACK! You're the only ones who can save us!" At that point, they were all stopped as Naruto, Nami, and Robin stood frozen.
(What...were mom and dad like, Uncle?)
Despite it being a faint memory, he still recalled himself following after Jinbe when he was once a member of the Seven Warlords.
(I don't know much about your mother, but from what I heard you take after her.)
Naruto just closed his eyes as he made a choice, the harder one to make while Nami had her eyes closed as she couldn't help but think of her past, the parents she never knew, and the one that died.

Robin's hand moved to her chest as an old memory has resurfaced, a single embrace of mother and child.
(Mom...?)

As those three thought of their pasts, frozen in place the crying could be heard from Mocha which they turn simultaneously to face the kids.
"That's it. We're not leaving them." Her words surprised Franky and Chopper who turn to look at her to see the determination on her face.
"But Nami, we can't take all these kids with us. We've got to get back to Luffy and find this Oden guy. We can—" He was cut off by Nami.
"THERE'S NO WAY THAT I CAN TURN MY BACK ON THESE CHILDREN! NOT WHEN WE ARE THEIR ONLY HOPE OF GETTING HELP!" At that point, Naruto nods while cracking his neck, his knuckles, and moving his arms.
"It won't be easy, we would have to abandon our first objective—" Robin was cut off by Naruto raising a hand.
"Nami, toss me Kin'emon." This surprised her but she did so, much to the head's anger as Naruto caught him by his hair.
"The only plan we got is to get these kids out of this place and to the ship. There, you guys make a distress call to the nearest Marine base and let them know what's happening. I'll stay behind and cause as much destruction I can to keep most of them busy while also looking for Oden." This plan surprised them which Nami shakes her head.
"If your staying than—"
No." He turns to meet her shocked eyes. "I'm entrusting you and the others to keep these kids safe while I'm dealing with the enemy, they need you to help them escape...besides I don't have to hold back then." This got disagreement from Nami yet she just looks down as she knew he was right. At this point, the guards were hurrying as one gave the orders without care.
"We've gotta do something and fast!"
"Those brats are in the way!"
"Who cares!"
They finally come to a stop as the one in charge aims, causing Naruto's eyes to widen along with the rest of the crew and children.
"But the master—"
"He'll be angrier if they—" He stopped at finding a fist barreling right at him and couldn't utter a single word as it collided with his face and sent him flying back and through a wall much to the shock of everyone at seeing a pissed off Naruto who was proceeded to get aimed at by them all.
"All you kids, follow Nami and my friends and get out of here now!" Is gaze focused one who pulls the trigger and merely moves his head back to allow it to shoot another in the head.
"Zack, you shot Paul!"
"Oops—" He was cut off by a foot slamming into his stomach, sending him crashing into others as they flew back from the impact of the strike while the group began running in the opposite direction.
"Crap, they're taking the kids!" As one shouted, they start to contemplate to leave half with Naruto when their eyes widen as a loud stomp was heard, having all those looking away to turn in slow motion.

His mechanical foot caused all the water in the air too offset immediately, changing the balance of all those around him to falter as they were pushed back in the air from the powerful shockwave much to everyone's shock before witnessing Naruto raise his other leg.

He brought down the foot, heel first into the ground which causes a huge upward wave of air to be created, sending everyone in the air to fly back from the explosion and into the nearest wall much to Kin'emon's shock at what they saw.
"Let's head back and find Oden as well as the weapons vault, Samahada might be in there as well along with Oden's swords." He starts to run but quickly stops with annoyance upon seeing more guards charging into the room.
"Are you sure this is a good idea, Senpai?" His eyes met Naruto's. "I'm nothing but a distraction when you—OW!" He was shut up by Naruto flicking his nose.
"Shut it and let me focus, rather not you take a bullet." His words equaled to a swallow while Naruto entered a fighting stance.
