Out of curiosity... do you intend to delve deeper into Burroughs' story? Much of the game she only appears as a computer program before the truth about her is revealed, but even before that, Burroughs showed herself to be much more than a computer program.
Flynn's Burroughs adored him and during the game it was implied that she liked to talk about Flynn to the other Burroughs of the other samurai, implying that each show is different. -Lucian Naruto
Can't say too much about future stuff, but as the series goes on you'll start to notice all their Burroughs are distinct.
Note: I was play testing stuff and I just realized Dragonecro's tokens don't disappear. I misread its effect so I fixed that.
Chapter 7 Last Will Part 2
"I draw!", Flynn said with intensity.

"I activate Pot of Greed allowing me to draw two cards.", Flynn said.

"No matter how much you draw you can't defeat a monster this strong!", Daiki replied.
Flynn looked down at the card he had in his opening hand.
"You must be eager to get justice for sir Daisuke.", Flynn thought.
The card in his hand was Polymerization which he revealed to Daiki. This drew the others' attention since Flynn has never fusion summoned before.
"We'll see about that! When I win you will return sir Daisuke's niece! I activate Polymerization to fuse Plaguespreader Zombie with Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon. Ghastly dragon awaken from the depths of darkness! All shall fear the great dragonic manipulator of souls! Fusion summon! Level 8! Dragonecro Nethersoul Dragon!", Flynn chanted.

As he said fusion he put his hands together as if he was praying and closed his eyes. The two zombies swirled together into a vortex merging themselves into the dragon. This made Daiki snicker in annoyance.
"Nice. Glad to see I'm not the only one in our group using fusions anymore. That dragon looks badass.", Walter said.
"That card works very well with Flynn's deck. He was able to easily get Plaguespreader Zombie in the graveyard with it. Even if Daisuke isn't here with us anymore. His monster is supporting Flynn for him. Don't worry he'll save your niece.", Issachar thought.
"Heh. So you use pathetic zombies too? Just like that weakling Hunter. Didn't exactly expect that from an angel or Samurai whatever you're called. That annoying dragon is the only valuable card that loser ever owned.", Daiki said.
"You're wrong. These monsters aren't weak. I summon Pyramid Turtle then I activate the effect of Plaguespreader Zombie allowing me to return a card from my hand to the top of the deck to special summon it.Then I will activate Zombie World." , Flynn said.

"I tune Plaguespreader Zombie with Pyramid Turtle. Cerulean beast that prowls through the night! Here's some prey for you to dine on! Synchro summon! Level 6! Celestial Wolf Lord, Blue Sirius!", Flynn chanted.
"A synchro monster. He really must be from the surface. None of those pitiful Hunters still possess any.", Daiki thought.
"I set a card. Then I attack your Gaia with Dragonecro! Soul Reaper's Claw!", Flynn declared.

The dragon swiped at Gaia, but it was easily dodged. The knight then stabbed the dragon in the chest with its lances.

"Dragonecro's effect activated your monster's attack becomes zero and I can special summon a token with the same amount of attack points and level. However when your monster is destroyed it disappears. Since it doesn't target it affects your monster! Ghastly Replica!", Flynn declared.
Gaia Drake, the Universal Force ATK 3500- 0
Before the fusion faded away it ripped out the soul of Gaia causing it to fall limp. It held the soul of Gaia and with the last of its energy created a spectral clone.
"This is for sir Daisuke! I attack your Gaia with its clone! Phantasmal Spectral Strike!", Flynn declared.

"Damn it!", Daiki cursed.
"I attack your facedown monster with Blue Sirius! Full Moon Fang!", Flynn declared.
"Surface weirdo…You attacked my Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu. When it's flipped face up I can add an equip spell to my hand. I choose Axe of Despair.", Daiki said.

Flynn was stunned as he had the audacity to pull out another two cards from his sleeve right after.

However, he suddenly flinched as he could hear ghostly howling that sent a chill down his spine. The undead spirits were angry, very angry.
"I activate Ancient Rules allowing me to special summon a normal monster from my hand. I choose Cosmo Queen.", Daiki said with a devilish smirk.

He was about to get another card from his sleeve before his duel disk started beeping. Burroughs suddenly made a beeping noise drawing their detention.
"Cheating detected if you continue to pull out cards outside of your deck again I will be forced to materialize a monster spirit to stop you. Doomkaiser already seems willing and ready. If you cheat one more time Doomkaiser will be automatically materialized.", Burroughs said in her normal tone though it sounded like a veiled threat.
Daiki flinched fearfully at this, looking nervous. He flinched more when the translucent spirit of Doomkaiser was visible behind Flynn growling angrily.
"Aw fuck…", Daiki cursed.
"Burroughs?!", Flynn questioned.
"Cheating won't be tolerated. The ancient agreement that was made when duels were established as the way to solve conflict in this world forbids it. I had thought something like what happened with Wilson would transpire again. I believe this is an ampt countermeasure.", Burroughs explained.
"Thank you, Burroughs. I owe you one.", Flynn replied with a smile.
Flynn forgot the gauntlet he had was the same one Issachar used in his match with Wilson. That's why his Burroughs developed a countermeasure against cheating.
"What a great idea!", he heard another Burroughs say.
"Fine then. I attack your Sirius with Cosmo Queen!", Daiki declared.
The queen fired a photon blast at Flynn.
"I activate my trap Defense Draw allowing me to reduce the damage to zero and draw a card. Also when Blue Sirius is destroyed I can make one of your monsters lose 2400 attack. Lunar Blood Curse!", Flynn countered.
The ghostly howls re-emerged as he drew his next card.

"I activate my Union Skill! Assault Strike! When my life points are under 1000 once per duel I can have a monster I control attack twice!", Daiki countered.
"W-what?!", Flynn questioned.
The queen fired another blast at Flynn. Flynn looked down at the card he just drew.
"Glad I just got this.", Flynn thought.

Daiki then flipped Flynn off causing him to raise his eyebrow.
"You're the one who cheated, you just drew three cards from your sleeve this turn!", Flynn replied.
"I end my turn!", Daiki replied.
"That was close. I see why the Hunters were so worried. These men have no honor. Thankfully Burroughs was able to help me out there.", Flynn thought.
"I draw!", Flynn said.

Flynn read the card effect on the gauntlet intently.

"You attacked my Pyramid Turtle when it's destroyed. I can special summon a zombie monster with 2000 or more defense from my deck! I choose Goku En.", Flynn replied.
"You've gotta be shitting me…fuck!, Daiki ordered.
"This is the end! I draw.", Flynn said.

"Go, mister!", the girl from before thought.
"Goku En attacks your Cosmo Queen! Azure Inferno!", Flynn declared.
The fire enveloped Daiki and set him flying back.
"Damn you, Samurai!", Daiki cursed.

Flynn grabbed Daiki by the collar glaring daggers at him.
"Where's the girl?", Flynn asked.
"There he issss.", the possessed master said as he neared the park.
More duels were in progress as Flynn dueled.

"When I win you'll let those kids go! I tune Dark Resonator with Vice Dragon! Dragon of pure darkness slumbering within the depths of shadow! Arise and burn down everything that opposes justice! Level 8! Dark End Dragon!", Issachar said.

Issachar frowned, feeling a bit bad despite what the man was a part of. But then he looked back at the tied up kids.
"I shouldn't feel bad right? But surely these men can't be pure evil. They must have some reason for doing this.", Issachar thought.

Hinata flew again, being slammed against the wall by the dragons' attacks.

Issachar looked over to Flynn who gripped Daiki's collar tightly. It was surreal for him to see Flynn like this.
"You dumbasses don't understand how things work here! The spirits need offerings so they don't go attacking the underground districts!", Daiki said.
"Then, just beat the spirits rather than bending to their whims!", Flynn replied.
"You're crazy…we can't do that! The best we can do is try to coexist!", Daiki replied.
"You're telling me your content letting your fellow man live out most of their life trapped in those tiny districts like cattle?! The spirits will never truly respect you or be your equals if you act so pathetically.", Flynn replied.
"Che! I never expected an angel to understand a human like me anyway.", Daiki replied.
"I won. Now, where is she?!", Flynn questioned.
"That was the binding agreement you made, Daiki.", Burroughs said.
Daiki flinched as he heard Burroughs' voice again.
"D-Damn…She's one of those rugrats there.", Daiki replied, pointing over to the kids.

"I activate the effect of Chevalier de Fleur. Once per turn she can negate the activation of a spell or trap card. Whirlwind Counter!", Isabeau countered, blowing away the trap.
"You've gotta be shitting me!", Haruki cursed.
"I end my turn.", Isabeau said.
"Damn it. No wonder the boss made those cards. Without them we don't stand a chance against these monsters.", Haruki thought.
From a monitor room Tayama watched the duels going on closely. He could see reinstituting those cards were necessary to defeat those from the surface.
"Are the Meklord decks all ready yet?", Tayama said.
"They are being sent out through the ranks as we speak.", an Asura Kai member said, bowing to Tayama.
