Child, you have surrounded yourself with many Jinchūriki. That is very dangerous. Sakura slightly shook her head to get Jogi Hiko's voice to stop ringing in her mind. She had much bigger problems on her hands, a very alert and upset Naruto.
"Naruto. It's me." Sakura spoke softly slowly putting her hands up as if in surrender, "I'm going to slowly put down the take out food." She slowly set Gaara's food on the ground.
"SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT. YOU DONT FEEL LIKE SAKURA." Naruto sniffed the air like an animal. "YOU DONT SMELL LIKE HER EITHER."
"Excuse you, I smell fine." Sakura pushed her hair behind her. How rude. Could he really smell Jogi Hiko? Sakura did not want to talk about this right now. It had already been a long day. Couldn't this wait until tomorrow?
The two of them stood there staring at each other. Neither moving. A runaway grocery bag drifted in the wind arrived in the middle of their stance. It slowly started to ascend to the ground.
"We're not going to do this right?" Sakura couldn't believe it. One of her best friends in the world didn't believe who she was. Did she blame him? For the last week she didn't know who she was.
Let me take control. She could feel Jogi Hiko's anticipation.
What no! I don't ever want to let you take over my body again, cha!
Child. You will have to, Kurama is going to come out. Let's see what the Ōtsutsuki family's got. I doubt it's power.
Did Jogi Hiko just scoff? At Naruto none the less. That was looking frighteningly more like his inner demon every second.
Ōtsutsuki? That was the name of the god like family that had Kaguya as the matriarch of a branch family, including her children Hagoromo and Hamura. Kurama, the nine tailed fox, sealed inside Naruto was Hagoromo's creation. A Demi gods creation...and he was scoffing at it.
Naruto has control. I don't need you.
Woman. Does he look like he has control?
The grocery bag hit the ground. Sakura was slammed into a building right behind her with Naruto's hand on her neck.
"Naruto. What...are...you...doing?" Sakura gasped between his fingers. She didn't want to fight back. What if she blacked out again and Jogi Hiko took over?
Naruto was barring his fangs at his slowly being consumed in red chakra. "WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE HER, BUT SMELL DISGUSTING?"
Sakura gripped onto his hands around her throat concentrating her power to push his hands away and took off in the opposite direction. Sending mass amounts of chakra into her legs to speed away from him. Right now Naruto couldn't hear her. She had to get out of the city. Naruto could accidentally hurt the civilians.
Gaara tossed his hair out of his eyes in frustration. With Hakuto's confessions and multiple council members coming forward as additional witnesses there had been much to do.
He rubbed his temple thinking through the events. Now was not the time to worry about this. There was always tomorrow. At this point he had a long time friend to see and a beautiful pink flower.
Leaving her alone in the bed this morning had been insufferably hard. She was so soft and warm pressed up against him. When he had moved to leave she had whimpered like a kitten which had made it that much more difficult.
He smirked. Would she sleep with him again? He could always use Terry(the cactus) as an excuse to go to her room. His feet had already started him off to the nearest ramen shop where he knew Naruto would be indulging himself.
On the way there he saw a take out box on the side of the road and a smashed in wall. With civilians crowded around addressing the damage.
"Lord Kazekage!" An elderly man bowed to Gaara as he approached.
"What happened here?" Gaara's voice had turned tight.
"There were no eye witnesses sir." The man face turned puzzled. "Though, I swear I saw a flash of pink."
He walked over to the take out box. Inspecting it, Ramen. With a note.
I'll keep the bed warm, don't be too late.
Sakura.
Gaara's heart sank.
