"Wait. We should view this duel to see what to expect.", Flynn said.
"When I control no monsters I can activate the effect of Junk Forward to special summon it from my hand.", Carter said.

"Now, I will set two cards and end my turn. Do your worst, unclean filth.", Carter said.

"Have you been living under a rock Walter? That card is myth or at least…till now.", Issachar replied.

Issachar looked absolutely mesmerized. Flynn turned to him with a funny look.
"That's Blue-Eyes your staring at…right Issachar?", Flynn said, skeptically.
"O-of course!", Issachar replied.
"I summon Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands.", Kaga said.

"I can use its effect to add one ritual monster or spell to my hand. I will add the ritual monster Reshef the Dark Being.", Kaga said.

"You got all of that?!", Walter questioned.
"I activate Final Ritual of the Ancients allowing me to ritual summon Final Ritual of the Ancients. I'll use my Blue-Eyes White Dragon as tribute.", Kaga said.

"Now, I will ritual summon! Level 8! Reshef the Dark Being!", Kaga said.

"Now, I'll activate Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your left facedown card.", Kaga said.

Carter snickered as his Draining Shield was destroyed.
"Next, I will activate the effect of my ritual monster. I can discard one spell card to take control of one of my opponent's monsters till the end phase.", Kaga said.

She discarded Advanced Ritual Art.
"I beg your pardon?!", Carter said, sweating profusely.
"Judging by your worry you can't stop me can you? I attack you directly with Goyo Guardian!", Kaga declared.
Carter flinched instinctively guarding the direct attack however the hologram did no physical damage to him.

"Now, finish this worm Reshef!", Kaga declared.

"Boring.", Kaga said, putting her hand on her hip before strolling away.
The Samurai remained silent starting up the stairs.
"That's impossible?! How could I lose to some unclean filth?!", Carter questioned.
"She's…strong.", Flynn thought.
Walter gaped looking completely dumbfounded and Isabeau was conflicted. Jonathan was definitely worried to see such a display from a potential future enemy. Issachar was genuinely impressed. She was the strongest ritual user he's ever seen. Flynn's mind was racing making sure to keep a mental note of that short duel before focusing on the current enemy.
"That was impressive.", Isabeau said, trying to make the air less awkward.
"Hah. There's no need to pretend. I know the reason you Samurai stuck back to watch that duel was to get information on what a Ring of Gaea member is capable of. After all, knowledge is power.", Kaga replied.
The air around them remained tense and awkward.
"Well…uh…Hoy, I'll duel next! You guys just run off ahead I'll make it quick!", Walter said, trying to hide his nervousness.
He got his gauntlet ready as they entered the next room. The others quickly ran ahead past the crown Samurai trusting Walter to deal with him.
"Who's next?", Flynn asked.
"I'm still bored. Hopefully this next Samurai will be less pathetic.", Kaga said.
They nodded warily before continuing to room 4. Before them stood another crown Samurai.
"I suppose I'll take this one and meet up with you soon.", Isabeau said.
They nodded knowing Isabeau's strength. Then, finally they made it to room 5 and Jonathan froze. His eyes and mouth were wide in disbelief.
"Hoy, Jonathan is something wrong?", Flynn asked.
"That can't be…", Jonathan said.
Flynn and Issachar looked over to the final member of the Big Five. He stood straight up with his arms crossed. They noticed how he seemed to glare at Jonathan. He had spiky black hair and dark colored eyes.
"I-I…I will. No…I must take this one! Go on ahead! Flynn! Issachar!", Jonathan said with a determined expression.
The crown Samurai was focused squarely on Jonathan ignoring Flynn and Issachar walking past. Finally they found themselves in the king's chambers. There sat the king with the official by his side. Suddenly the whirling of machines could be heard. The two Samurai looked around confused, moving away from the ground they were on in case it was another trap door.
Suddenly chains shot out from the two walls beside them. Flynn gasped in shock when the first chain caught his arm. A second chain came soon after catching his other arm. The chains had cuffs on the end restraining Flynn.
"Hoy, what are you planning?!", Issachar questioned.
"Your requirement to be by Lord Flynn's side at all times has always been an inconvenience. So, why not use it in our favor? I will make an example out of you in front of him.", the official said with a similar smile revealing a duel disk.
"Issachar won't lose to you!", Flynn said.
"I appreciate your faith in your fellow however he's greatly outmatched.", the king said with a smirk.
"Why did you cowards cuff him then, huh?", Issachar questioned.
"Well I wouldn't want Lord Flynn to interfere with your torment. He will duel the king after we're done.", the official explained.
Issachar simply growled, activating his gauntlet.
"Issachar, you can do this!", Flynn said.
With Walter…

"I activate the effect of Junk Forward allowing me to special summon it when I control no monsters! Then, I will summon Marauding Captain allowing me to special summon one level 4 or lower warrior monster from my hand! I choose Rose, Warrior of Revenge!", Johnson said.

"Hell's bells! A level 10 synchro monster?!", Walter questioned and Johnson simply smirked arrogantly.
"Indeed. I will show you the power of a chosen one! I call upon the mystical beast of the forest! This great lion is feared by even the strongest monsters! Synchro summon! Level 10! Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree!", Johnson chanted.

Despite Walter's surprise he didn't seem very alarmed.
"I draw! Hehe nice!", Walter said as the shadow of the dragon watched from the shadows.

Johnson's brow twitched in annoyance at Walter's lack of fear.
"Most unfortunate for you! This duel's already over! I activate Dark World Lightning!", Walter said.

Effect: Target 1 Set card on the field; destroy that target, then discard 1 card.
"I can target one set card on the field then destroy it. Then I discard a card. I am going to discard Broww triggering his effect allowing me to draw a card.", Walter said.
Lightning struck Johnson's facedown leaving only his synchro monster.
"I fail to see how the duel is over.", Johnson said, unamused.
"Patience now. I activate Dark Fusion allowing me to fuse my Evil HERO Malicious Edge with my Big Piece Golem! Arise a dauntless fiend from the great inferno! You hold the power to rock the entire world! Fusion summon! Level 8! Evil HERO Dark Gaia!", Walter chanted.

"Dark Gaia's original attack becomes the combined attack of its fusion materials! Dark HEROic Legion!", Walter said.

"T-that can't be?! How can it's attack be so high?", Johnson questioned.
"Now, I'm gonna normal summon Evil HERO Infernal Gainer.", Walter said.

"I can banish this card to target one fiend monster I control and allow it to attack twice every battle phase I control it.", Walter explained.
Johnson gaped in complete disbelief, stumbling back.
"Of all the rotten luck…", Johnson murmured.
"I attack your Leo with Dark Gaia! Infernal Hell Blaze!", Walter declared.

"Then I attack you directly with Dark Gaia! Infernal Hell Blaze!", Walter declared.

"You've got to be kidding me…", Johnson said as he fell on his knees.
He clutched his stomach reeling in pain from Dark Gaia's attack.
"Master, I detected a strong spirit nearby! Watch out!", Burroughs warned, which made Walter jump.
"What now?!", Walter questioned as he looked around.
He squealed as he saw a massive dragon appear in front of him. He winced in extreme pain when his signer mark reacted. Johnson scrambled back practically wetting himself. It was a muscular black dragon with a red underbelly. It had three devil-like horns on its head. It had spikes on its wings and waist. It's tail was pointed like a blade. It had deep red armor and demonic wings. It had yellow eyes and a blue tongue.
"It seems what I heard from Eiza was true...You are strong.", the demonic dragon said.
"Who in blazes are you?", Walter questioned.
"I am Red Dragon Archfiend! The strongest signer dragon obviously!", the demonic dragon boasted arrogantly.
"For real?", Walter questioned.
"However…I don't care about that destiny crap! I only follow strength! That's why I didn't let myself be controlled by the Asura Kai like those other weaklings! You are strong so I will accept you as my signer!", Red Dragon Archfiend said.
"Woah…Awesome!", Walter said.
"I did not expect it would be that easy.", Walter thought, sweat dropping.
The dragon turned into flames which strunk down into a single card.

"It seems the quest is going well.", Burroughs said.
"Haha. It's my kind of card. Extremely aggressive. I can't wait to rub it in Jonathan's face after he was so proud to find his!", Walter said.
Walter ran up the steps with renewed vigor leaving Johnson in the dust.
Outside…
The roar of two dragons could be heard. Skins jumped as the blade hidden in his back reacted again. Stardust Dragon roared back within its restraints.
"Don't tell me those guys somehow got two already! It's getting harder to keep Stardust Dragon restrained", Skins thought.
With the king…
The king let out an annoyed snicker to see Walter was already on his way not long after the duel between Issachar and the official started.
"That low born filth will not interfere.", the king said, before he seemed to contact someone.
This drew Flynn's attention hearing Walter was coming. The prentice was still struggling within his chains. He was completely trapped no matter how much he tried to struggle. His hands were too far apart for him to reach his gauntlet. He sweated as his signer mark appeared on his arm glowing for a moment before disappearing.
In Walter's way appeared a mind controlled spirit. The prentice raised his gauntlet in response.
With Kaga…
"How pathetic…I guess these Samurai really won't be an issue at all.", Kaga said, before yawing.
Her opponent was on the ground already crushed from her might. When she walked in she saw Isabeau's duel in progress.

Isabeau looked over to Kaga briefly, noticing her walk in. She then returned her focus to the duel.
"I will attack Goyo Guardian with Gottoms! X Great Sword!", Isabeau declared.

"Now, Goyo Chaser's attack points fall back down to 1900.", Isabeau said.

"Then, I will attack your Goyo Chaser with X-Saber Galahad! When he attacks an opponent's monster he gains 300 attack!", Isabeau declared.

"Then, I will attack you directly with Souza! Double X Tornado!", Isabeau declared.

"Congratulations. You won before I fully got up the stairs.", Kaga said as Isabeau caught up with her.
"Wow you're fast. I expected Walter to arrive first since he started his duel sooner.", Isabeau replied.
She looked back in concern hoping Walter would be done before she won.
"Hopefully he catches up soon…", Isabeau said.
"If he's no weakling like those crown Samurai he should catch up soon.", Kaga replied.
They froze when they came upon Jonathan's duel.
In Tokyo…
Asahi sighed as she sat back.
"I hope they get back soon…speak of which…umm. Dad is coming back right?", Asahi questioned, still not entirely sure he survived the first attack.
"Don't worry your old man is made of tougher stuff than that. I informed him of our location. Him and the other survivors are on their way to Shinjuku.", Nikkari said.
"That's a relief!", Asahi replied, happily.
Nanashi looked above thinking about the battle going on the surface.
"They should be back much quicker if the time difference thing is true. Damn. I wish I had a duel disk.", Nanashi said.
"Come on. We'd never let kids like you onto the battlefield. The world isn't quite that fucked yet.", Manabu replied.
Nikkari nodded agreement dreading such a day. If such a day were truly to pass they would be in very deep shit.
On the surface…
Fires raged in the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado. The masters and some of the others scrambled to stop those among them who turned their attention to the citizens after defeating all the crown Samurai.
"Hey, stop asshole! These guys have nothing to do with anything!", Nozomi yelled as she got in front of a Hunter and Asura Kai member.
"Get out of our way, bitch! There's so many whores and useless kids here we could make a fortune!", the Asura Kai member yelled.
"Fuck these guys! They stole the sun from us! I say we should just kill them all!", the rogue Hunter yelled.
Nozomi looked back at the Mikado citizen cowering fearfully. She stood in front of them refusing to move.
"Are you guys retarded?! You're not touching a single person! If you attack them, everyone in Tokyo will be painted with the same brush and they'll have a genuine reason to attack Tokyo!", Nozomi replied.
"Like I give a shit! Those assholes are the ones who started this fight!", the rogue Hunter barked back.
"Yeah…they attacked us first so we're justified!", Hunter 2 said.
"Stand down, you idiots! We're trying to end this conflict here! If you attack now a full on war will spiral out and countless more will die! Friends! Family! Is your revenge really worth it?", Skins replied.
"You're just saying that because you want to keep that group of angels on your side.", the Asura Kai member replied.
Skins sweated, doubting the prentices would ever forgive them if they attacked innocents. Though a possible war against Mikado would be much more devastating.
"Listen to me! If one of you attacks an innocent person, you're blacklisted! You'll never work for the Hunters again if you do so!", Skins threatened.
That made most of them relent, but there were still a few who didn't want to reasoned with.
"Damn it, Flynn! Where did you go?", Skins thought as he sweated.
In the king's chambers…
Flynn growled feeling powerless in his position. He just had to have faith in Issachar right now. He hoped everyone was alright. He could hear the distant cry of a dragon in his mind as it desperately tried to reach out to help him.
