Goa'uld Galactic Politics

It has been over 4 years since SG-1 travel back in time and had no way to get back to their own time; With a Little help from an old ally Oma Desala help them adapt to their new situation; After discussing with her and among themselves that decided that they would try to use their future knowledge of future events to try to change history for the better; In those 2 years Qetesh* along with her fellow teammates have being working constantly to put in motion their plan to sow the seeds of a new Goa'uld or Jaffa Galactic Republic/Empire that can endure and survive the coming storm with the arrival of the Tau'ri to the wider Galaxy. She has as well along with Raziya* how has become in the 2 years her most trusted Political Adviser given his extended knowledge on the Goa'uld Empire's power structure; As well with the massive amount of information they have received a months after their arrived from the Goa'uld empire's central database and her spies spread across the wider galaxy.

They have been able to collect valuable information on the situation of the current state of the Galaxy like the current majority of the Major Goa'uld System lord players within the Empire; As well with the massive amount of information to get the situation of current Minor Goa'uld system lords; For example they have learned that on the other side of the Galaxy that after the mysterious Death of the Supreme System Lord Ra that both the Goa'uld System lords: Apophis(Brother of Ra) and Heru'ur(Son of Ra) have been for the last 2 years both fighting with each other for the control the Ra's Massive Galactic territory; They have been expanding into to claim as their own and to tell the Jaffa within Ra's former Territory that they are their new gods; They have recently learned that on October 28, 1996 that the Goa'uld high council of System lords intervened and give both Apophis and Heru'ur an ultimatum to end their conflict with each other; The Goa'uld high council of System lords said that Ultimatum was for them to stop their conflict with each other since they now both control all of Ra's former Galactic territory. If they didn't do as they said the Goa'uld high council of System lords would declare war on them and being the full force of the Goa'uld high council of systems lords' military might to destroy them and take their Galactic territories away from them. Finally, after given the Ultimatum both Apophis and Heru'ur came to the Goa'uld high council of Systems lords meeting station and signed an armistice treaty with each other on March 5, 1997, ending their conflict with each other leaving them to consolidate Ra's former Galactic territory into their own Galactic territories.

With all this information they have gathered and received from the Goa'uld empire's central database and her spies spread across the wider galaxy this resulted with Qetesh with help from Raziya become very good at playing the game of Galactic Politics in the Goa'uld Empire. In fact over the years she has began known among her follow under-lord Goa'uld system lords that serve Camulus in his Galactic territory as 1 of the most resilient and clever under-lord Goa'uld System lords under Camulus rule. Both Qetesh and Raziya found out a few months after they arrived that in order for her to not be removed from her position as Minor Goa'uld under-lord system lord under Camulus that she was required to give Camulus ¾ of all her Galactic territory dominion's resources to him to use keeping his Galactic territory intact; In return Camulus won't remove her from her position as a Minor Goa'uld under-lord system lord under him and won't interference majorly in her Galactic territory internal affairs; As for her Galactic territory internal Political affairs both Qetesh and Raziya have been over the years sowing the seeds of a new Goa'uld or Jaffa Galactic Republic/Empire that can withstand the coming storm of the Tau'ri have recently began to grow at a rapid rate; While they were coming up with plans on how to form a New Goa'uld or Jaffa Galactic Republic/Empire they told Vala that if she wanted to stay in Power and not been overthrow by a Populous uprising that she would need to somewhat decentralize her absolute power and share a moderate amount her Political power among the Populous and their Planetary Leaders; They told Qetesh that the reason why is give them some representation and Political anatomy to govern their themselves to handle a moderate of their Planetary and Galactic affairs; As well some amount Political and Economic Freedom however they still needed to answer to her and she would have the final say and decision.

For the past 2 years both Qetesh and Raziya with some of her Jaffa bodyguards traveled to all the planets under her control and collected all the Tribal and Town leaders on the planets and negotiated with them. In the negotiations between them Qetesh told them that she would share a large of her Galactic Political Power with them; Qetesh told them that she would give them for the 1st time in any Goa'uld empire history a moderate amount of Political anatomy(Resulting in her sharing roughly 50% of her Political Power with them.) to govern their themselves to handle a moderate of their Planetary and Galactic affairs; As well some amount Political and Economic Freedom however they still needed to answer to her and she would have the final say and decision in Galactic affairs but not Planetary affairs leaving that to them to handle; Qetesh and Raziya told them that each of their planets would have 1 Galactic representative(For a total of 24 of Galactic representatives.) that would need to be reelected every 4 years into a Parliament Legislative body Galactic Government to representative them and bring up Galactic issues to their Galactic Governors that would bring them to her; Qetesh and Raziya told them that their Galactic Representatives would elect among themselves 2 of their Galactic representatives to become 2 Galactic Governors that would by elected every 6 years that would deal with Galactic Affairs along with Qetesh.

Outside her small Galactic dominion territory Politics Qetesh with her trusted Lo'taurs: Raziya coming with her has been traveling for the past few years throughout Camulus's Galactic territory negotiate(With Raziya mainly in the Political background helping her.) with her follow Goa'uld under-lords to cooperate in trading Galactic resources with her to have supply her small Galactic dominion territory with construction materials; Both Qetesh and Raziya has been finding out that it is moderately difficult to extremely difficult in negotiation with her fellow underling Goa'uld system lords. In fact in their travels Qetesh was able to escape 3 assassinate attempts on her live by assassins that have after few days of very intense interrogation revealed that they were send to assassinate her by her fellow underling Goa'uld system lords: Deimos, Charon and Athena; Qetesh had as well learned from the assassins that they were send to kill her because their master's where becoming jealous of her and her small Galactic dominion territory because of her small Galactic dominion generating large amount of economic growth; Qetesh has been having a very intense rivalry with her main rival Athena do to them have a history of alliances and betrayals.

Beyond the assassinate attempts on her live she continued her travels to visit more her follow underling Goa'uld system lords to try to cooperate with them in trading Galactic resources with her to have supply her small Galactic dominion territory with construction materials; In a few meets with her fellow underling Goa'uld system lords: Esus Qetesh found something different then the rest of her fellow underling Goa'uld system lords. After several meetings with him she found that he is somewhat more reasonable them the rest of her fellow underling Goa'uld system lords; Both Qetesh and Raziya learned from collecting valuable information on the situation of the current state of the Galaxy that in Qetesh's Small Galactic dominion territory that her Galactic territory she has 1 planet: Kahf Jabali Ghani* with a lightly Moderate amount of naquadah deposits where she could barely keep her current existing Galactic territory infrastructure maintained; This caused Qetesh and all of former SG-1 members that if going to 'Modernize' or expand her Galactic Territory infrastructure further that they would need to trade for it with her follow underling Goa'uld system lords; Thanks to the collection valuable information on the situation of the current state of the Galaxy they have gathered and collected they learned that Esus is 1 of 2 underling Goa'uld system lords that has a planet with rich Naquadah deposits and mines to supply his own Galactic territory's Civilian and Military industrial complexes and infrastructure; As well to trade with other underling Goa'uld system lord within Camulus's Galactic territory and with other Goa'uld system lords with Camulus's permission.

In 1 of their meetings with Esus Qetesh with help from Raziya was able to manipulate Esus by using his arrogance in believing that he controlled the overwhelming majority of the Naquadah within Camulus's Galactic territory and that he had so much Naquadah available to him to use that he didn't know what to use the extra Naquadah his Jaffa miner and slaves mined. Qetesh was able to negotiate with Esus a trade treaty in which Esus would trade 20% of his Naquadah Surplus to Qetesh Galactic territory to help her Galactic Territory to grow her Galactic territory's economy; However on Qetesh's part of the trade treaty Qetesh agree to give Esus 15% of her Galactic territory's Trinium surplus to his Galactic territory to help his Galactic Territory to grow his Galactic territory's economy; Another part of the trade treaty(which was hotly debated among her and former SG-1 team members.) was that she would have to give Esus a total of 72,398(Some 2.5% of the Quetesh Galactic Dominion territory Population.) of her Jaffa civilians and slaves to him for him to use as he pleased within his Galactic territory in order to get access to 20% of his Naquadah surplus. Beyond the Trade treaty with Esus both Qetesh and Raziya decided over the past 2 years that since they can't negotiate most of Qetesh's fellow underling Goa'uld system lords to a bare minimum and focus only on her small Galactic dominion territory interest and Galactic Geo-Political develop within Camulus's wider Galactic territory.

*Kahf Jabali Ghani is a planet that supplies Naquadah to Qetesh's Small Galactic Dominion territory to use as Goa'uld Empire building materials; The planet has a lightly Moderate amount of naquadah deposits with 20 moderately sized Naquadah mines spread across the Planet to refine raw Naquadah ore into it's different alternate forms. The Planet has a Population of 27,525 that live on the planet along with the Jaffa miners and slaves along with advanced Goa'uld Mineral Processing Facilities to refine raw naquadah ore into different types of refined Naquadah like liquid naquadah among others to use as Goa'uld Empire building materials.
