"This movie is stupid." Rogue sighed as she dropped her half eaten slice of pizza down onto the paper plate, "It took forever for them to get off the stupid ice planet, and now he's stuck on this... swamp planet with the creepy old green thing."

Remy knit his brow at her as she licked pizza grease off her fingers and shook his head, "Yoda?"

"Yeah, him. He's weird."

"Rogue, everyone loves Yoda. He's wise." Remy informed her, grabbing a napkin out and stuffing it into her greasy hands.

"I dunno, he seems creepy to me." She shrugged and wiped her hands off on the napkin before balling it up and tossing it onto the coffee table, "And seriously, how obnoxious would he get? Talk like a normal person. Alien... or whatever."

Remy grinned and pulled her back into his arms so her back lay flush against his chest, "You're so cute. Isn't she cute?"

"I'm not cute! I'm raising a very valid point!" Rogue tittered, swatting Remy's hand playfully as he nibbled on her shoulder, "I can't be the only person on earth to think Yoda is creepy."

Pyro looked across the coffee table at them canoodling on the loveseat and grimaced, "For cryin' out loud, would you stop that?"

Remy laced his fingers into Rogue's and ignored Pyro's complaint, "I'm tellin' you he's not creepy. Just keep watching."

"Yeah, I'll keep watching..." Rogue purred as she began to gently smooth her hand up and down Remy's thigh.

Pyro let out an exaggerated sigh, "Come on... we're tryin' to watch the movie!"

"Nobody's makin' you look, mon ami." Remy said with a smile, looking up at Pyro.

"I can't help it! It's in my peripheral, I can't focus on the movie when you're over there gettin' felt up by your girlfriend." Pyro frowned, turning to Kitty and Piotr, "Back me up here."

"They're not in my peripheral." Kitty stated, glancing over at the two canoodling on the love seat, "Thankfully..."

"Why don't you just focus on the movie." Piotr suggested, gesturing towards the TV screen, "Move closer."

Pyro gathered up a few pillows, muttering to himself quietly as he moved onto the ground in front of the TV, "It's weird is all I'm sayin'. At least the first time you two were hookin' up, you acted like normal people in public. None of this PDA crap." He snorted and turned back to the TV set, "Back then you'd just get a room."

"We're not gunna get a room. We're watching the movie." Rogue stated as Remy began nuzzle her neck.

"No, I'm watching the movie. My hands are to myself." He looked back at Piotr and Kitty on the couch behind him and pointed at them, "They're watching the movie. See that? See the space between them? I'm not gunna get up and squeeze into that space and start fondling Kitty." He gave her a wink, "Unless she's into that."

"Nope." Kitty said, crossing her arms and keeping her eyes on the TV screen.

"Right, because that would be not watching the movie." Pyro concluded.

"And because that's disgusting." Kitty added.

"You're right, it is disgusting in public." Pyro nodded.

"To be clear here, I'm saying that you fondling me is disgusting. Anywhere. Ever. Just so we're on the same page and everything." Kitty said with an eye roll as she tucked her legs up underneath her on the couch, "Just turn around and mind your own business."

Pyro huffed and turned back to the television, becoming instantly distracted from his own frustration by General Lando, and telling no on in particular just how much he loves General Lando.

After Pyro finally settled into watching the movie a few feet away from the TV with his arms wrapped tightly around his knees, Piotr casually stretched his arm out along the back of the couch behind Kitty. She squared her jaw and discreetly gave her head a shake, which only caused him to shift himself a little bit closer to her and playfully tickle the nape of her neck. She pressed her lips together and moved away from his fingertips, scooting herself further down the couch with a sharp look directed at him.

Piotr knit his brow at her and cocked his head questioningly and she let out a quick breath, leaning forward to start tidying up the mess on the coffee table,

"Everyone is done with this pizza right? I should go put it away. You're finished Rogue?" She glanced over at Rogue who gave her an absent nod as Remy nibbled on her ear. "Looks like you've moved onto dessert." She muttered under her breath as she gathered the garbage up and brought it into the kitchen.

Piotr was not far behind her, glancing back at the living rooms occupants before giving her a frown, "Is everything alright? Did I miss something?"

"No." Kitty smiled weakly as she put the leftover pizza into the fridge and shut the door, "I don't know I just... I don't think we should be too snugly."

Piotr let out a laugh and shook his head with a shrug, "Why? Nobody is paying attention, Katya. It is not like I was asking you to sit in my lap-"

"No, I know, it's just that Rogue is already aware of our mutual attraction to one another. It wouldn't be a stretch for her to notice something more there. I mean, if Kurt could figure it out, then it's definitely a possibility that Rogue could. Kurt's not exactly a genius, we had to explain Inception to him four times." Kitty said, glancing past Piotr to the living room to ensure nobody was eavesdropping. "In the same sitting. Four consecutive explanations."

"So?" Piotr crossed his arms expectantly and Kitty looked back at him with a confused frown as she discarded of the paper plates.

"So, what?"

"So, who cares if Rogue finds out?" He let out a breath and shook his head, "I know we agreed to keep things quiet until we were sure, but it's not as if we are exactly unsure now-"

"So you're saying you want to just start telling everyone?" Kitty crossed her arms and frowned, "I thought we were on the same page here."

"I'm not saying that at all, I am saying that you're over reacting. I wasn't trying to put the moves on you in front of everyone, Katya, I was just trying to enjoy a movie with my girlfriend! But apparently that goes against our boundaries. I am not allowed to touch you at all now?"

"Do you want everyone to find out?!"

"Would it really be so terrible?!" He shot back quietly, "You make it seem as if this is something shameful. I understand that you have certain issues here Katya, I really do-"

"Woah, issues?!" She hissed, struggling to keep her voice down, "I don't have issues, Piotr!"

"You have commitment issues, Katya. Don't try to act like this is news to anyone."

"I... so..." She let out a sharp breath and squared her jaw, "I don't even-"

"At some point we are going to have to come out with this relationship, right?" Piotr asked, his eyebrows arched as he waited for her to respond, "Or were you just planning on keeping the whole thing a secret until you grew bored?"

"That is not fair." She jabbed a finger at him, "You're totally putting words in my mouth."

"I wouldn't have to if you would answer me."

"I'm just not ready yet." Kitty said defensively.

"And I think you're using that as an excuse. Like it is some kind of get out of jail free card." He pressed his lips together and knit his brow, "I know you have problems making commitments, but you need to show some kind commitment here. I need something to know that you are not just... biding your time with me."

Kitty stared silently at him for a moment too long, and he rolled his eyes with a frustrated sigh. "Fine. I understand. This... thing we have, it is just some dirty secret to you." He said, turning to walk back to the living room.

"No! Piotr, I'm just not ready yet."

He stopped and turned back to her, "Are you ever going to be ready?"

She hesitated with a shrug before nodding, "Well... yeah..."

He sighed again at her unconvincing reassurance and turned to make his way back to the living room, sitting down in the arm chair previously vacated by Pyro. Kitty let out an exasperated growl in the privacy of the kitchen before returning to the living, dropping down onto her spot on the couch with a frown.

"Are Leia and Han a thing in this one yet?" Rogue asked Remy with her brow puckered, "Or are they still in this stupid love triangle?"

Pyro looked back at Rogue from over his shoulder and frowned, "What love triangle?"

"Well, I know that Leia and Han end up together, right?" She glanced at Remy through the corner of her eye and he hummed in her ear as affirmation, "But obviously there was this whole who will she choose thing with Han, and Luke. I get why she chose Han, clearly, but I'm not so sure he was the best choice, long term."

Remy snorted and started to laugh which caused Rogue to frown, "What? I'm just sayin' that I have to wonder how much thought she put into it, this renegade lone wolf guy is going to be King some day. Her father would have disapproved. Luke would have made the better King." Remy continued laughing and Rogue twisted her body to look at him, "He would have!"

Pyro turned to look back at Rogue from over his shoulder and gave her an eye roll, "You must live under a rock or somethin', Sheila. Luke and Leia are-"

"Don't spoil it for her!" Remy said through his laughter.

"Luke and Leia are what?" Rogue asked, frowning at the back of Pyro's head, "What!"

"No Sheila, you're right. Leia should have picked Luke." Pyro snorted at her from over his shoulder.

"I love how naive you are." Remy said, nuzzling his nose against hers, and she giggled in response.

"Am I like a Star Wars virgin to you?" She asked, planting playful kisses against his lips with nauseating sweetness.

"Just because Han Solo is the lone wolf type doesn't mean he's always going to be." Kitty said suddenly. Rogue and Remy ignored her and Pyro glanced back at her with a frown.

"Nobody cares, Kitty."

"Maybe he just needs some extra time to adjust to the idea of a relationship, after being involved in so many bad ones." She stated.

Piotr cut his eyes to her and Pyro turned back to the TV, grumbling about watching the next movie alone.

"And it's not as if he's ignorant to the fact that he's got commitment issues. He's aware of them, thanks. But he's trying, alright? So maybe Leia just needs to back the eff off and let him get there!"

Remy pulled his face away from Rogue's and looked over at Kitty with an eyebrow raised, "What the hell are you talking about?"

"I just feel like... Leia puts a lot of pressure on Han." Kitty muttered with a shrug.

Remy looked back at the TV and knit his brow, "Is this some more subtext shit? Why can't you just sit and enjoy a damn movie without looking for subtext?"

Piotr squared his jaw and turned back to the TV, watching silently for a moment before standing up, "I'm going to call it a night." He announced as he crossed the living room, "I've had a long day-"

"What?! You can't go to bed now, it's only half over!" Pyro said, appalled by Piotr's decision to leave before the movie was over, "You're gunna miss all the best parts!"

"I've seen it before, Pyro. I know how it ends." He muttered.

"Yeah, but the best parts!" Pyro continued, "Like when Vader-"

"Nope!" Rogue shouted suddenly, plugging her fingers into her ears, "Spoilers!"

"What do you mean spoilers, you keep bitching about how stupid this one is." Pyro scoffed.

"Yes, well it's getting better. And if I've got to sit through the dumb thing, I don't want to know what's going to happen." Rogue said with a frown.

"Oh please, you two ain't even watchin'. Maybe only when you come up for air." Pyro rolled his eyes back to the TV and went back to ignoring them and Piotr continued off for his room.

The remainder of the movie was spent in silence, with Rogue and Remy alternating between paying attention and shamelessly making out, much to Kitty's chagrin. She'd decided that Pyro had been right; it was disgusting. Once the credits began to roll, Pyro stood up from off the floor and stretched his arms out dramatically as Rogue silently shook her head.

"So... Vader cuts Luke's hand off, and then is all "Oh, by the way, I'm your father. Wanna come hang with me?" And he seriously thought that approach would work?"

"Luke was lucky." Pyro said with a yawn, "Vader could have beaten him with one hand tied behind his back. He spared his life. Nepotism, you know."

"And then what... they just gave Luke a new hand? Like this thing happens all the time?!" She shook her head again, "And that guy Lando just handed his pal Han and Leia over to Vader?! I totally did not see that coming."

Remy chuckled as he gently ran his fingertips across her tummy, "You're so cute..."

"I like Lando." Pyro said absently as he stroked his chin, "He's got a cape. And a mustache. It's pretty bitchen, y'know. I think maybe I should grow a Lando mustache."

"No... don't do that." Remy knit his brow, "You're a ginger. It won't be the same."

"What is that supposed to mean?!" Pyro asked with an offended scoff.

"It means that ginger facial hair is gross." Remy clarified with a smile.

"That is racist!" Pyro said, jabbing a finger out at Remy with a scowl, "Tell him Kitty! He's being racist!"

"Hmm?" Kitty glanced over at him and gave a vague nod, "Yeah, mustache."

Pyro furrowed his brow at her strange response, turning back to Remy and Rogue, "I'll show you! You're wrong, I'll show you..."

"Oh god... he's not gunna build another stupid Lego city, is he?" Rogue groaned, watching as Pyro stomped out of the living room to his bedroom. "Like when he was all pouty that Kitty saw his junk and she wouldn't show him her tits in return?"

"I'm not sure how that would be showing us we're wrong..." Remy said thoughtfully, "But I wouldn't put it past him."

Kitty stood up and stretched announcing that she was going to bed, recognizing that Rogue and Remy clearly didn't care having resumed their snuggle session. She made her way down the hall, pausing for a moment outside Piotr's room, noticing the light filtering out through the bottom of the door. With a sigh, she continued to her own room, quietly shutting the door behind her.

She hadn't been able to enjoy the rest of the movie as much as Rogue had. Her argument with Piotr had been weighing heavily on her mind the entire time. Not to mention the fact that Rogue and Remy's love fest had become irritating. She hated to agree with Pyro, but it was distracting. And weird. Definitely very weird. To see the two of them getting on so... disgustingly normal was almost unnatural.

None of that had to do with jealousy. She wasn't at all jealous that Rogue got to indulge in a little PDA, she was perfectly fine with the limits she and Piotr had set. Specifically when it came to keeping things secret. She sighed as she pulled her clothes off and tossed them in the hamper, wondering if maybe Piotr had a point. Maybe she was just using the secrecy as an excuse to keep things from getting too serious.

In her experience, serious was scary, and scary was bad.

She pulled her pajama tank top on over her head and slipped into her shorts, sitting down hard on the edge of her bed with a frown. If this was what it all boiled down to, then she had to make a decision. Now or never. Cut their losses and move on, or show him a sign of some commitment.

So with a deep sigh she pushed herself to her feet, quietly phased through her bedroom door and tiptoed across the hall. She came to a stop at his door, nervously shooting a glance down the hall to make sure she was still in the clear, pausing only long enough for a quick knock before phasing herself into his room.

Piotr was sitting on his bed with his back against the headrest, using the lamp on his nightstand to sketch. He lowered his sketchbook to his lap when she walked in and looked up at her, "Hey."

"Hey." She pressed her lips into a thin smile.

"How did the movie go?" He asked.

"It went well," She said with a nod, taking a few more steps into the room as she spoke, "Rogue really got into the last half, and Pyro's thinking about growing a mustache."

"That should be interesting." Piotr commented with a wry grin, closing up his sketchbook and setting it aside.

"Well at least maybe he'll start focusing on grooming his facial hair instead of..." She trailed off with a grimace and Piotr let out a quiet laugh. She smiled and sat down on the edge of his bed, awkwardly clearing her throat, "So listen, I'm... I'm sorry if you- I'm sorry for what happened earlier. You're not a dirty little secret, Piotr. And I've been thinking... if you really want to tell everyone about us, then... I'm okay with that."

Piotr let out a sigh and gave his head a shake, "I don't want to tell everyone."

Kitty knit her brow, "You... don't."

"No." He shrugged simply with another sigh, "You were right. If everyone found out, the whole dynamic around here would change. We would have basically no privacy." The corner of his mouth tugged up and he reached up to tuck her hair behind her ear, "And besides, I kind of enjoy sneaking around."

"So then what was that whole thing about in the kitchen?" She asked throwing a hand in the air.

"I never said I wanted to tell everyone right now, I just wanted to know that you aren't using secrecy as an easy escape, should you get cold feet. I wanted to make sure that you were planning on eventually telling everyone or if this was just a permanent secret to you." He frowned, "I wanted to make sure that we are not just... fooling around."

Kitty shook her head and softly said, "We're not."

"Good." He said, running the back of his knuckles along her jaw as he scanned her face, "Because I care about you a lot."

"Me too." She said, placing her hand over his and leaning into his touch, "I mean, it is... scary. But you know, that's not always a bad thing, right? Roller coasters are scary, and I love roller coasters."

Piotr grinned and nodded, "It is... thrilling. That word is better suited."

"Thrilling." She repeated with a coy smile, moving her hand to his chest, "It's about the sneaking around, isn't it?"

His grin grew and she inched closer, "A little bit."

"Oh, so that's what it was then." She said, planting a few kisses on his neck before adding, "You wanted the thrill of getting caught earlier."

He laughed quietly and shook his head, "That is not..." He trailed off when she moved her mouth up to his ear and began playfully nipping at his lobe. "That's not what I meant."

"No?" She breathed into his ear, and he slipped a hand around her waist slowly, "Then what else is so thrilling?" She asked, moving her mouth over to his. He kissed her back, tucking his hand into the hair at the base of her head sighing at the feel of her delicate fingers slipping beneath the hem of his t-shirt. She slowly worked the fabric up his chest backing away from him momentarily to pull it up over his head before tossing it onto the ground.

He looked back into her dark lidded eyes and ran his tongue along his lower lip, "You're sure?"

"I'm sure." She breathed, sliding her hands down to the hem of her own tank top and tugging it up and off in one fluid motion, and dropping it onto the floor on top of Piotr's.

He stared at her silently for a moment before lifting his eyes up to meet hers, "Well-" He cleared his throat quickly, "Pyro is going to be so jealous."

She let out a quiet laugh before closing the space between them, pressing her lips against his in a deep kiss. He gently traced his fingertips up her spine, blindly reaching out with his other hand to fumble with the lamp before switching off the light.
