At the offer Izuku felt the burning greed of his quirk and could see the quirk within All Might. Pulsing with light and power acquired over the decades it spent with each wielder.

It could satisfy his quirk's hunger for months maybe even a year!

Would it be wrong to just take it I mean the hero was offering it to the boy.

No he could control himself he would not be consumed by his quirk.

"I'm sorry sir but I cannot take you up on your offer." Looking at the weakened hero he continued. "Not because of my father or any of that but because of me I am no hero I'm a villain at best I've been stealing quirks for years and I know that such a heroic quirk would be tainted by my darkness." Turning Izuku went to leave only for a skeletal hand to be placed upon his shoulder.

"Young man you may say that you aren't worthy because of what you have done. But your willingness to give up the power of One For All shows that you are worthy of its power." Smiling the shriveled and shrunken hero looked at the boy. "I understand your choice my boy but promise me one thing. Try to join U.A if you truly wish to bring your father to justice you'll need to do it right and for that you'll need help and that's something U.A can offer."

"Fine I'll join if only to bring my father." Turning once more the boy left.

In the months before the exam Izuku trained his combative quirks. Using to many quirks at once made him nauseous but they did create devastating attacks. Though using the Drunken rage quirk wasn't the best idea as it requires him to drink alcohol but it did work well in combination with Blood drunk. Both quirks would not work well in a heroic setting. Although husband newest quirk Sludge form was useful for evading enemies and working around to a better position to defeat them. He looked at the place he'd been training at as he left for the entrance exam it was a abandoned building that was collapsing.

He had been training for months and it was finally time. The greenette got dressed and left for the hero school nervous of the test. His quirk may be powerful but he can't use the quirks he steals well without some training with them.

He arrived on time and entered the school sitting down with the other hero hopefuls. Looking at the others he began to mutter a nervous habit thinking of ways to combat the mechanical villains.

Streching Izuku searched for an appropriate quirk.

"Hmm yes I think Meltdown would be perfect for destroying mechanical villains."

"You there muttering boy what do you think you're doing?"

"What're you talking about err engine guy?"

"I've seen you before stalking around alleyways before. You're either a criminal or a street rat trying to bring down the good name of U.A." Looking down at him the taller rich boy continued. "Well I will not allow it if you are only here to disrupt the proper students then leave now." The tall boy finished by laying a hand on Izuku's shoulder.

Slapping the hand Izuku yelled. "Shut up and stay out of business that you'll never understand Four eyes!" Walking away Izuku tried to stamp out the flames appearing due to Burning fury.

"Hello listeners it's time to START!"

"Well what're you waiting for hero hopefuls in the world of heroes and villains there are no countdowns go!"

Running through the replica of a city Izuku used his anger at the rich boy to burn through the robots and when his anger cooled he used Meltdown.

"Well it looks like that green haired boy is doing quite well for himself." Said the rat, dog, gerbil, bear thing known as Nezu one of the few animals to have a quirk. "But I wonder how he and his fellow hopefuls will fair against the zero pointer?" Leaning the small mammal hit a button sending tremors through the ground.
