Hello, everyone. Your girl's back to update another chapter for you all. This one will have the teachers meeting up to discuss the upcoming new school year and the new students coming. All Might will be teaching the Third Years in this story instead of the First Years. I remembered someone asking me who'll get One For All in this, but you all probably ready know who'll it be.

Toshinori Yagi had just finished up some paperwork after a long day. The visiting students who had to finish their entrance exams a few hours ago to try and enter the Support Course sure did leave some impressive effects on both Nezu and Power Loader. Toshinori wishes the best for those students since trying to enter at U.A. can be extremely hard.

The Symbol of Peace hopes that Nezu wasn't too hard on the kids during their exams. But he knows that U.A. will show no mercy towards anyone no matter their class. He couldn't chuckle when he remember when he waited for his results to come back and was waiting for them awhile walking back and forth like some kind of chicken. Those were good times to him he had with Nana.

Right now, Toshinori was heading to a teacher meeting that will discuss the new year and the new students that made it. This will be his first teaching meeting ever and he'll get used to this since he'll be teaching the Third Years.

Sir Nighteye, his former sidekick, and Nezu had called him a few months ago on a potential successor among the soon-to-be Third Years: a young man by the name of Mirio Togata. At first, Toshinori was a bit hesitated on letting both Nighteye and Nezu on picking the next holder of One For All for him. However, when he finally met Mirio when Nighteye introduced them and saw the boy in action, Toshinori knew that he saw a possibility of the next number 1 hero of Japan.

But surprisingly, Young Mirio wanted All Might to at least if there's someone else more worthy of being his successor instead...

"You were almost late," Recovery Girl said as All Might enter the room.

"Sorry about that, Recovery Girl. I was just finishing up some paperwork," Toshinori said as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Well, never mind that. Just remember when these meetings will start, All Might," She said as she took her set.

It wasn't long until the other teachers and staff members came to the meeting room. All Might quickly turn into his hero form since not many of the staff members of U.A. knew about his true form. Toshinori could easily tell that some of them were awestruck by the mere sight of him being in the same room as him. But he wanted to try and get along with everyone as soon as possible since they're co-workers now and are mentoring the next generation of heroes.

Soon enough, Nezu appears and sat in front of everybody as the principal of U.A. High. The mouse/bear/dog animal cleared his throat before making speaking to his co-workers.

"Now that the entrance exams of all the Courses are finally over, we'll have new students here who'll show remarkable talents to us. Now that the Symbol of Peace has joined us at our wonderful school, the students will definitely try to work harder than ever," Nezu said with a cheerful smile, looking at Toshinori in a way to tell him to stand up and introduce himself.

"Yes, thank you, Principal Nezu. It's such an honor to be able to work with you all. I look forward to teaching the students with you," All Might said.

Many of the teachers and staff were again amazed by the strong aura that All Might carried. However, only one teacher was more annoyed by the Symbol of Peace than impressed by him: The Underground Hero Eraser Head.

Shota Aizawa wanted to go back to sleep before he goes on patrol later tonight. He had no idea why the Symbol of Peace wanted to teach, but at least he was teaching the Third Years for his first teaching. Besides, that way Shota won't have to deal with All Might all the time if they're teaching different years.

"Just what is he up?" Shota thought as he began to count the seconds of the meeting to be over and done with.

While everyone else was introducing themselves to the number 1 Pro Hero, Eraser Head stay back, hating the idea of being in the spotlight. Unfortunately, his best friend and fellow Pro, Present Mic, had other ideas.

"Come on, Shota-kun. This our chance to finally meet the Big Guy of Japan. We're under the same roof as him! Where's your excitement?" Present Mic said as he was beginning to drag Shota to meet All Might.

"In my sleeping bag," Shota answer while being forcibly dragged by his best friend.

Toshinori was glad that he was able to make a good first impression on U.A.'s staff.

"What's up, All Might?!" Present Mic shouted as he and Eraser Head stood in front of the Symbol of Peace.

Toshinori immediately recognizes them as Eraser Head and Present Mic. From what he heard, these two are best friends despite their different personalities. However, All Might couldn't help but think about how these two kind of reminding him of Nana and Gran Torino.

"Eraser Head and Present Mic, correct?" All Might said, despite knowing he got their names right.

"He knows our names, Shota-kun! He knows our names!" Hizashi said excitement while this annoyed Shota greatly, but not at his friend.

"Of course he does, Mic. We're Pro Heroes," Shota said while rolling his eyes.

However, the introduction between All Might and the staff soon came to an end. Nezu cleared his throat again to get everyone's attention again. Everyone went back to their seats and waited for the principal to start again and reveal what will happen for the new year.

"Thank you all for introducing yourselves. However, there's still so much to discuss for the time being," Nezu said with a serious tone.

Hearing the principal speaking in such a tone, everyone in the room knew that this is important for them to listen. After all, the safety of the students is their first priority as their teachers.

"Early this morning, Pro Hero Lighting Strike went missing. Her current whereabouts are unknown. She was said to have gone undercover for a missing case, and she hasn't reported back the last few hours," Nezu explains as a screen appears behind him to show the entire staff of the missing heroine.

Lighting Strike was a young woman with black hair and blue eyes. She was tall with a slender body and pale skin. Her hero costume was dark blue and black with a lightning symbol on the middle of her chest. Her boots were long and black while her gloves were dark blue that almost reaches to her shoulders. She also wore a dark blue mask that was almost a lighting resemble.

"Are they're sure she's missing?" Midnight asks, although worried about the worse.

"Well they're not entirely certain yet, but they do believe that something has happened to her. The fact she hasn't still made reports back is very alarming to the police," Nezu said.

"You said she was doing a missing person case, what was it?" All Might ask, having a sinking feeling of what he will hear from Nezu.

Nezu took a deep breath. Even he was disturbed by it.

"Apparently, five middle school students went missing one evening after school only a few months ago. The police haven't anything of yet. No leading suspects of have been found yet," the principal said.

Hearing it was those five kids that disappeared, all the teachers gasp at the now sudden disappearance of Lightning Strike as well. Clearly, that might someone was kidnapping people. They could feel a cold chill of the thought of some villain kidnapping any of their students as well.

Hero Name: Lighting Strike

The downside of this Quirk is that the powers aren't natural electricity and the user needs electric machines to use it.
