Death nodded and gestured for everyone to follow her. The group entered the room and were suprised to see how many people were in the room. Remus walked farther into the room and joined a group near the middle while Death gestured for the others to head to the front of the room. While walking towards the front of the room Hermione asked the room for a stage at the front of the room so they could look over everyone in the room and be seen when speaking. The adding of the stage caused some people already in the room to turn and look at the stage to see what was happening.
The entire group including Death stepped up onto the stage and Death moved to the front and addressed the crowd, "Hello everyone. I know you have a lot of questions and I have been assured that those questions will be answered, but first I should tell you something that you need to know. My name is Death and all of you have died at one point in the past, but now I have brought you all back to life. It's a long story but be assured that everything is fine and the people behind me will be able to explain a bunch of information to you."
Death then vanished from the stage leaving the newly alive people to face the crowd on the stage. There were some gasps of recognition from the audience and before everyone could start talking all at once, Hermione stepped forward and called for everyone's attention, "Hello everyone. My name is Hermione Granger. I have some forms I need to you all to fill out that way we can best help you all reenter society and get caught up on everything that has happened since you have been gone. Now for organizational purposes can we have everyone split off into their Hogwarts house. Can we have Gryffindors in the back right corner, Hufflepuff in the back left corner, Slytherin in the front left corner, Ravenclaw in the front right corner, and those that didn't attend Hogwarts in the middle of the room please." Hermione gestured to each spot as she spoke and watched as everyone moved to the respective areas.
When everyone was in their spots the group from the stage went to their respective houses and passed out forms, except for Ron, Harry, and Hermione who went to the group in the middle to pass out forms and writing utensils. After everyone had finished filling out their forms and handed them back to the group from the stage, the main group moved back to the stage and most of them started sorting the forms while Harry, Ron, and Hermione took to the stage to address the crowd.
It was Harry who started speaking first, "Thank you everyone for filling out the forms. Now as most of you know my name is Harry Potter. This is Ron Weasely and Hermione Granger. After our friends finish sorting through the papers we will be able to better adress you all and get everyone figured out. For now there are something things that you all need to know. One thing is that Voldemort is dead. He has been gone for a few years now and some things have changed. I know for some of you the changes are going to be difficult to understand but don't worry. We will explain some of the changes in more detail if needed. Now one of things that has changed is Hogwarts. The rivalaries are no longer as deep. Slytherin and Gryffindor are actually quite friendly with each other now. There are also new programs in the school and Binns is no longer the History of Magic professor."
There was a small cheer that went up at the mention that Binns was no longer teaching. Harry, Ron, and Hermione each had a smirk on their face as they listened to the cheer. Once it was quiet again Hermione picked up where Harry left off, "Another difference is the Ministry. It is no longer corrupt. Kingsley Shacklebolt is the Minister and he has worked hard to change the Ministry for the better. There have been many new laws in the last few years that have been put there to better help people. Now I think they have finished sorting through all the papers and I think it is time to finish introducing ourselves. After we introduce ourselves and answer some questions we will split everyone up into groups based on your answers and figure out a way to help you all. Now I know I said earlier that my name is Hermione Granger but that isn't fully true. My name is Hermione Granger-Malfoy."
