Hello, everyone. Your girl's back to update another chapter for you all. Bakugo will learn that U.A. won't accept any kind of bullying and disrespect towards other students, especially for the ones in the Support Course. Izuku will talk to some of his new classmates once they learn what happened. I don't the canon characters as they rightfully belong to their owners while I only own my OCS.
Word got around that a student from the Hero Course nearly bullied another student from the Support Course during free period and that Eraser Head had managed to stop them before things turn ugly. A few students whisper among each other how unheroic that such a student is allowed to be at the top hero school of Japan while their behavior isn't what they call heroic or noble.
School was almost over now. Izuku counted until it was time to go home. The green-haired boy thought of just going home and spend time with Tomura and Kurogiri for the rest of the day after that encounter with Kacchan. However, he still hasn't given his answer to Mei yet whenever or not to hang out after school to help her with her new invention. He thought about just sucking the bad feeling and go with her since it seems to be too rude to deny her request of hanging out with her. Plus, it's the first day of school. So it's a good start that everyone will want to get to know each other better now than later.
"Tomorrow, I'll you all the studio where you'll be working on your inventions, kiddos," Power Loader said.
Many of the students, especially Mei, became excited upon hearing they're be heading to U.A.'s support studio tomorrow and talk to each other about what they might create tomorrow. Many couldn't wait to show off their inventions to their classmates and teacher. Power Loader smile at their excitement to start creating their inventions.
However, there's one more thing that Power Loader needed to talk to his students before class could officially be over for the day. Clearly his throat to let his students know that he was becoming serious now, to which many of them soon became quiet.
"Just a few hours ago, a student had attempted to harm another student during free period. Thankfully, one of the teachers had managed to stop the act before things could turn worst," Power Loader said to his students, wanting them to understand how serious this is.
Hearing that, many of them had already heard about the incident while Izuku flinches and worried that Kacchan will come and find him once school was over. But they still couldn't believe that a student from the Hero Course had tried to harm another student on the first day of school. Some thought that this was just a false rumor to make the hero students look bad. However, hearing this from Power Loader, they began that the rumor was indeed true.
"Please understand that U.A. won't tolerate this kind of behavior or attitude to your peers. There will be serious consequences for bullying, such as suspension and expel from U.A.," Power Loader said in a very serious tone to let the students know how serious he is.
"Yes, Sensei," The students of Class 1-H said to him.
Power Loader smiles from hearing his students are at least taking this seriously like he hoped.
Fumiko raises her hand to ask her teacher more about what happened in the incident.
"Sensei, may I ask what happened that caused the student to attempt to bully another student on the first day?" Fumiko asks her teacher.
"I'm afraid that I'm not sure either, Suzuki. For now, let's hope that this kind of incident won't happen again," Power Loader said to her.
The bell finally rang and the students could now go home. The new students of Class 1-H got from their desks and headed out to the door. Their first day at U.A. High was amazing to many of them since they got their chance to be at one of the schools of the country. However, Izuku was taking his time of getting out of class since he wanted to leave before Kacchan sees him again.
Izuku slowly went towards the door as both Eiko and Yuki being the last ones to walk out of the room. Izuku thought what he might say to Mei since the pink-haired girl looked like she was excited to have someone with her this evening. However, before Izuku could even leave, the green-haired boy felt a hand on his right shoulder. He yelps and back away from the owner of that hand. He almost thought that Kacchan had managed to get in his classroom and his Quirk on him again like before. But the boy only saw his homeroom teacher instead, who had a concerned look under his helmet.
"Midoriya, sorry for startling you," Power Loader said as he drew back his hand.
"N... no it's fine, Sensei. I was just thinking of something," Izuku said, embarrassed by his yelp in front of his teacher.
Izuku clenched his schoolbag tightly. He spends the day of worry about Kacchan seeing him and the latter ended up threatening to kill for daring to be at U.A. as him. Izuku hopes that his childhood friend isn't too much in trouble since Kacchan worked so hard to be here like him.
"Midoriya, do you know the Hunting Dog Hero: Hound Dog?" Power Loader asks.
Hearing the Hunting Dog Hero's name, Izuku soon talks about how the former is known for his incredible smell. Even says that he thinks Hound Dog is pretty cool despite the latter's scary appearance. The green-haired boy says that some dogs could look scary but can be very sweet. Power Loader smiles at his student talking about his co-worker like this. It seems that Hound Dog might like this one.
"Well, Hound Dog is also the school's counselor. You can talk to him if you feel like you're having trouble. That's what he's here for," Power Loader said to the young boy.
"Hound Dog works here as a counselor?" Izuku said with his eyes widen so big that it was almost like they could fall out of their sockets.
"You can see anytime you want like during free period if you like," Power Loader said.
"Thank you, Sensei," Izuku said, bowing to his teacher and finally leaving the class.
"Poor kid," Higari said to himself after Aizawa told him what happened earlier.
Hallway
Izuku slowly walks the hallway as the other student from the other classes after his walks past him while he looks down on the ground. Today wasn't exactly what he wanted. Kacchan no doubting hates him more than ever. Izuku felt that his bully will end up killing him for nearly destroying his chance at becoming a Pro Hero now.
The tiny green-haired boy felt that Mei had already forgotten about him since she might have actually found someone else more interesting than him. Besides, it wasn't like he was going to keep up with her since she could manage to create machines by herself.
"Hatsume-san will probably feel embarrassed to be seen with a Quirkless person anyway. She must likely felt sorry for me since I told everyone that I'm the only Quirkless student in Class 1-H," Izuku thought as he mentally shut the sounds of the laughter of the other students after their first day of school.
While the green-haired boy thought about how he was going to tell his neighbors and mother about his first day, a few of his classmates were standing in front of the entrance door and waited for him since they didn't get the chance to talk to him all day. Mei was with them since she didn't saw Izuku coming out with her and the others. She still hasn't answered her question about wanting to hang out with her after school.
"You think Midoriya-san will want to hang out, Hatsume-san?" Aikto asks his pink-haired classmate.
"Not sure since he hasn't told me yet," Mei said as she looks for her partner.
It was just her, Aikto, Chiyo, Junko, and Fujio standing in the hallway while the rest of their classmates went home or hang out. The students of Class 1-H wonder why their green-haired classmate hasn't shown up yet. Thinking that he was talking to Power Loader again since the teacher seems to have taken an interest in him. Possibly because Izuku's Quirk Analysis is pretty impressive.
"Wait until I get my hands on that bastard!" A very loud and aggressive voice shouted throughout the hallway, making the other students stop walking and see a very angry blonde boy walking towards the front doors of the school building.
A few students quickly got out of his way as they didn't want to end their day dealing with a living bomb. The students of Class 1-H look on with disbelief that a student like him would be allowed t be on campus. Sure not everyone will be friendly like that bully from what they heard about, but they could at least be respectful towards others regardless of their disagreements.
"That shitty Deku had to ruin everything! If I ever see him outside of U.A., I'm gonna beat his useless, Quirkless ass!" The blonde shouted as walks out of the building.
"Quirkless?" Almost everyone thought as a few of them began to start walking outside again.
"Did you think he's the student from the rumors?"
"Bullying a Quirkless kid so low. Just how insecure do you have to be?"
"I have no idea people like that excited in real life."
"Kind of feel bad for the other kid. Getting picked on for being Quirkless."
"I wonder which Course is that Quirkless student from."
Hearing that the other student from the rumors is said to be Quirkless, the five students of Class 1-H look at each other with worriedness since they literally only know one Quirkless person at the school.
Mei was about to run and try to find her partner when she saw him walking to where she and the others were at very slowly with his head hanging down. Sighing in relief to see him alright, the pink-haired girl walks up towards him and to hear his answer.
"Midoriya-san!" Mei said exactly as she stopped in front of him.
"Have you thought about your plans since school is over for the day?" She asks as she waited for his answer.
However, Mei could see the tiny tears getting ready to form in the green-haired boy's eyes even when his head low. She felt that she already knew the reason for the tears, but she decided not to bring it up right now.
"You know there's a pizza place that's really good and cheap, too. If you still want to hang out, we can go there and discuss our baby. Or if you feel don't feel like doing anything tomorrow, we can hang out another time," Mei said to her classmate.
Hearing her saying, Izuku couldn't believe that Mei Hatsume still thought about hanging out with him regardless. Lifting his head up, Izuku saw Mei smiling at him while four of his new classmates were standing in front of them. The little green-haired boy felt his chest being tighten since the only friend that he had recently been hanging out with is Shuichi who still has better things to do than being around a little kid like him.
Izuku felt his feet began to walk to his other classmates on their own. He had no idea what to say to them since he didn't talk to them when he did. Worried that they might think he's weird since all he did today was mutter and being quiet while everyone else was socializing with each other.
"Hey, Midoriya-kun, Hatsume-san said about going to a pizza place and talk about some new machine you two are working on. Hope you don't mind four more crashing your party," Junko said once Izuku was in front of them.
"Another girl talked to me!" Izuku thought while his face was turning red again and while Mei was had caught up to them.
"I... I," Izuku shuttered while trying to talk properly to his black-haired classmate.
"Sure. The more the merrier since it might help a lot with more people," Mei said, helping her partner.
"Alright, pizza tonight. Hopefully, they have an eating contest there. I should definitely call my mom and tell her to just cook for herself and my sisters," Aikto said as he clenched his fist like he was gonna fight.
"Wer..." Izuku began to say since he felt that he didn't deserve this from his classmates.
"Weren't you all will be embarrassed to be seen with me?" The green-haired boy asks shyly.
"Embarrassed? Why did you think that, Midoriya-kun?" Chiyo asks him.
"Because I'm Quirkless," Izuku answered her while looking away from her and the others.
However, Izuku soon felt the eyes of his classmate, Fujio Chisaka, looking at him with strong force within them. The tall purple-haired boy towered over Izuku before speaking. The other students were afraid of the purple-haired boy and walk away before they heard his voice and his tone.
"You seem like a kind person, Midoriya-san... With or without a Quirk," Fujio said to his much tinier classmate.
"Yeah. You seem like an okay person to me, man. We're in the Support Course. We're not gonna show our Quirks or something. Only those heroes-in-training are going do that for a bunch of people," Aikto said
Hearing all of this, Izuku felt his tears getting dried. For once in his pathetic life, Izuku actually has teachers and classmates that truly care about him and not caring he doesn't have a Quirk like everyone else. Coming to U.A. was indeed the right choice since he didn't know if he could survive another year of being bullied again, even with Kacchan gone.
"So, do you still want to hang out now or maybe another time?" Mei asks for the last time.
Izuku then smiles a little at his kind classmates. Smiling brightly like the sun, only without the whole eye-blinding.
"Sure, I'll love to hang out with you guys now," Izuku said happily.
While the green-haired boy and his new classmates began to walk out, Number 16 watch the human boy leave again. It wanted to follow the boy again, but Power Loader was nearby and he might stop it from trying to leave again like last time. The tiny robot wonders what's life like outside of U.A. since the school was the only place it had ever known.

But he definitely will have a reputation of him being a bully to a Quirkless student, which ends up as a problem to the rest of Class 1-A. Also, I'm not sure if I should bring Stain early in this story yet.
