Note: This means the Grimm King and Queen were not revived at the end of Season 3, leaving Team YUKI and the world an air of reprieve. Also, the Vytal Festival was canceled earlier thus The Church of Salem could not make their attack. Adam and Cinder still dead, though.

Of Trendsetters and Sickening Sweethearts

"And we're back for another round of shipping, you filthy animals." Rick said dryly. "And the votes are in for the order: Coco first, Neo second, Penny third, and Summer will be last."

Coco flipped her hair aside with a big ol' grin as she worked the crowd as Kelly had nothing but an eye roll. Yuki readied himself mostly because he had spent time with her before much to his sheepishness. As Morty readied the portal to the dating zone, Yuki cleared his throat.

"You ready for this?" Yuki asked.

"More than ready." Coco said as the portal opened up.

The two went in the portal and Morty announced they needed to have a commercial.

Back at Beacon, everyone was buzzing about the date with the fashion queen of Beacon. Namely about Coco, herself. It seemed there was a mix-up on whether Coco was into guys or not. The debate just led to people asking Coco, but she remained silent. She just wanted to see how the date went.

Dating Zone

"For the date, I issue you a challenge to test your skills…in fashion. You will pick out an outfit for me for me to model while I will do the same for you, frosty. For four rounds, one for each season." Coco said with a wink. "We'll start with spring."

The two were in a massive dressing room full of clothes, and Yuki gulped sweating nervously.

"Of course, I will have Velvet judge your choice in what I wear. As for you, you can one of your team-" Coco said before Yuki interrupted requesting Ivory.

It was a logical choice. Lapis did not really do fashion and Kelly was too tight knit. Ivory knew fashion. The host sent Ivory over who playfully punched Yuki on the shoulder.

"Courtesy of Kelly for not picking her." Ivory said jokingly.

"I'm sorry, Kelly, but I need A-game." Yuki gestured.

"And it better be." Coco said dramatically. "First round's spring, really softballing it."

Yuki cracked his knuckles and got to work. Coco did not expect him to take clothes and alter them with tailoring before closing the curtains. Coco went off to her side closing the curtain.

"You think Yuki's going to win?" Velvet asked Ivory.

"Oh, he'll match up. He's not a fashion hound like Coco but had plenty of ways to match up." Ivory said with confidence. "Yuki's got the means and ways to go above and beyond."

Out came Yuki and Coco with the outfits for each other, but Coco noticed the bottle of nail polish and the extra accessories. Wordlessly, they took each other's picks and went into their dressing rooms to change. Yuki whirled out of the room in his new duds.

A blue leisure suit, with a black shirt and short dark grey boots with zippers on the sides. His fingerless gloves were a neon shade of green complimenting the neon green tie but contrasting his darker blue long trench coat.

"You look like a real dick." Ivory said with a grin. "A private eye out on the case."

The audience all clapped and some whistled at the new appearance.

"Not bad at all, suits you just fine." Velvet said as Coco came out.

Coco strutted out in a long-sleeved short black dress over a fishnet shirt and stockings along with black gloves and brown high heels. The dress sported brown lining on the high collar, cuffs, and around the ends. She also wore a pair of stud pearl earrings, brown fingerless gloves, jeweled bands around her ankles, black lipstick, and brown eyeshadow, and a pair of aviator sunglasses with a light brown rim.

"Coco…you look slimmed out. Mostly due to the black. Not that it's really a bad look though, you look really good." Velvet said as Coco looked in the mirror.

"Lacking in color, but ultimately a safe choice. You pass the first round." Coco said. "Next up, summer fashion."

Yuki's smile came up as he had plenty of ideas of how to approach and went off to prepare her outfit as Coco took to her side. They both came out, did the exchange, and changed. Yuki slid out in an opened white shirt with blue stripes, dark blue beach shorts with a wave pattern on the legs, neon green bandana around the neck, and matching sandals.

"Yuki, you look so ravishing." Ivory said coyly. "When you get a break from this, you have to wear that to the beach."

When Coco came out, blood trickled down Ivory's nose and the audience was cheering. Velvet was even taken aback. Coco was decked out a fancy chocolate colored dress with side ties showing skin on the sides and plenty of cleavage covered in fancy pearls, high heeled sandals, gold hoop earrings, gold bangles on her wrists, and held a hibiscus in her hand.

"Oh, you're missing something, Coco." Yuki said coming up fixing the flower in her hair. "There, all for a night on the town with me."

"This smooth bastard." Yatsuhashi said impressed.

Coco was thinking similar thoughts.

"Props to you for not just putting me in a bikini." Coco said admiring herself in the mirror. "I am so keeping this one. You pass this round…next, is Fall. The time for costume parties."

Yuki and Coco went off to make their selections, but before Ivory snapped of Coco in that dress.

"I am so going to be pleasuring myself to this." Ivory thought.

Not long after, they made the hand off and changed. Yuki came out decked as a samurai. He wore a black yukata with silver details and an icy blue cloud pattern on its bottom. He wore a dark black jittoku haori with his emblem on the back, and zōri with a neon green strap. With Frostbite by his side and his hair up in a top knot, he looked as if a relic of the past.

Velvet and Ivory gave their thumbs up and then Coco came out in a dark brown cropped tube top that reveals her midriff and navel with sewn-in off-the-shoulder straps, a flowing white cape, matching puffy pants with a light-brown V-shaped waistline, gold earrings themed around her emblem, a gold crown on her hand with a sapphire in the center, and gold curled shoes.

"So, am I a princess or a belly dancer?" Coco asked as Ivory threw up some lien.

"For my sake, I hope you can dance, baby. I'll make it rain." Ivory said suggestively.

"Queen. Jewel of the Desert. An oasis in need of an ovation." Yuki said smoothly.

"Kiss-ass." Coco teased. "But I know you're charming me, but I let it go. You pass this round…and I willing to end things here. You're not too bad, Yuki, a bit on the rough side, but you got style."

"Thank you both for being judges." Yuki said politely.

Both were returned back to the set of the show as Morty showed the score on the screen.

"75%. Not bad, Yuki, and all you had to do was pick out clothes." Morty remarked.

"Someone had to design Lapis' clothes." Yuki said with a shrug.

"Well lover boy, next time, we go on an actual date." Coco said leaving through the portal.

"Now, it's Neo turn." Rick remarked as Neo came up.

Yuki and Neo shared a look and went into the portal.

Back at Beacon

"I wonder what Neo is going to have them do on their date." Ruby asked.

"They're in an apartment…" Weiss said with a raised eyebrow.

Yuki and Neo leaned back on her couch as Neo decided that for their date, they could relax at her place.

The realization hit many as Neo and Yuki were just going to chill at her apartment. It did not help that Neo was not one to speak.

"Well this is boring." Yang remarked.

"But from the mannerisms and how chummy they were, they clearly known each for a long time." Ren said eyeing Yuki's tending of Neo.

"That's because she was his teacher for combat." Peach said surprising them as she walked on those watching the show.

"Well that explains why Yang can't beat her." Blake mumbled.

"Watch it, kitty cat. That fight between me and Neo did not happen in the here and now. I could totally take her." Yang said as Peach rolled her eyes.

"Either way, it's weird seeing Yuki go on all those dates. My mom is there on the stage…and I just want to be able to see her." Ruby said as a portal tore open in the room.

Out came Rick and Summer Rose.

"Normally, I don't do this, but since Summer is last to go. She asked if she could spend some time with her daughters." Rick said dryly as Rose tackle-hugged Summer not wanting to let go. "I'll be back for her later."

"It's so good to see my wonderful daughters all grown up." Summer said sweetly.

"Yuki better score high with you." Yang said under her breath as she hugged her supermom.

In Team CFVY's dorm, Coco was thinking about seeing her other on a date with Yuki. She remembered that female form he transformed into in an earlier meeting and wondered if he could do that again.

"He can very well be the best of both worlds." Coco thought with a grin.

"When will it be my turn?" Velvet thought.

Back at the Dragon's Den, Weiss, Blake, and Team JPNR were still 'watching' the show but were checking their scrolls or having a snack. Peach had returned to her office, Ruby and Yang went out their mother, and things seemed quiet.

"Man, are they still playing video games?" Blake asked texting Sun.

"Yeah, but they're streaming it. Oh cool, they're playing Grand Theft Remnant and going on a rampage." Nora said as this got their attention.

Yuki was helping Neo with a drive by mowing a gang of faunus before he ran over a civilian. He got out of the car, switched to his rocket launcher, and blew up the horde of cop cars behind him before getting back in the car. The two were at efficient team effectively marring a path of destruction. The only thing that took hits was the car. When it broke into flames, they rammed it into a police station before jumping out. Yuki rapidly inputted the cheat for an attack helicopter, and they made it rain bullets. They landed it on the roof of a parking garage, got out of it, and pushed it off of it to crush some poor virtual military men.

"Damn!" Nora spat. "They are on a roll."

"You're back." Morty said. "I'm almost jealous, wish I could get a girl to chill and game with."

"Never happening because you're a simp." Rick said cutting into Morty's self-esteem. "Let's crunch the numbers."

"100%." Morty said forlorn.

Neo cutely waved goodbye leaving through the portal, and Morty cited it was time for a commercial break.
