Sakura woke up to an empty bed once again. She was expecting Naruto to come back in and get some rest but it seems like he chose other options. It was around 6 am bright and early. She hears a knock on the door that woke her from her daze. Sakura got up and put on her shorts then opened the door. "Good Morning Sakura."

Iruka was holding a cup of tea in one hand and in the other was some eggs and rice for breakfast. "I thought you should have a healthy breakfast before you head off to the hospital today." He sat the tea and food down on the nightstand with a smile. "I have to head off to the academy if you need anything please give me a call." Iruka turned to leave but the rosette grabbed his arm.

"Have you seen Naruto?" she asked worriedly.

"He's fine, he should be home for dinner tonight. Don't worry Sakura." He patted her arm lightly before he exited the room. Sakura laid on her back on the soft bed. Her hand naturally made its way to her stomach rubbing it softly. "I wonder if you're a girl or a boy." She chuckled lightly, "What if you're a boy with my hair color….. I'd still love you the same." She got up to look at herself in the mirror. She lifted up her shirt then stared at her growing belly, it was getting bigger and bigger by the day. "I need to get bigger clothes or else I'm going to rip all of my clothes."

Sakura left the mirror to her food. She ate it cautiously. The little Naruto that was in her belly showed her no remorse when it came to food. Sakura gave a stern look at her belly "Alright, I'm going to eat this food, and you better like it."

Deep down into Konoha's forest was a blonde throwing blows into every tree he could touch. "What do you mean you're mad at me!" he screamed. Naruto stopped his blows at the tree, gripping it harshly to calm himself. He was fighting with himself once again trying to regain power.

"You're an idiot we could have made him pay for what he did."

"No! You nearly killed him Kurama and scared the shit out of Sakura-chan, I told you to ask before you start taking over."

"Hmph! Maybe if you had some balls then he wouldn't have hurt her."

"If you don't stop I will lock you away! I swear to you!" Now he was face to face with the fox glaring at him with anger. Kurama stared at him with a scowl on his face also. He slammed his paws on the ground shaking the water around him, not phasing Naruto one bit.

"If we don't kill him then he'll hurt what's ours again...think about our pup!"

"The baby is fine and he won't hurt Sakura-chan no more, If you keep acting like this then you'll hurt her. Not physically but mentally and emotionally." He reached out to fist pump his long-time friend but Kurama refused.

He turned his back, shoving his face into his arms."Deal with it on your own."

Naruto left him alone knowing that he was stuck in his ways. If he would have let Kurma take control last night then there would be no more Kiba. Naruto clenched his fist shoving towards Kurma "I promise I'll take care of it."

Naruto came back into reality gazing at all of the damage he did in the forest. He took a look at his bruises noticing that they were still swollen and purple. It didn't seem like any of them healed even the ones from last night.

"OH COME ON KURAMA, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!"

He returned to his inner self eyeing the fox. He walked over to touch his nose but he only sat there fake sleeping. "Come on you fury fucking bastard, you're really not going to heal me….I mean us!"

Kurama opened one eyelid then yawned. "Deal with it on your own."

"That's all right because Sakura-chan will heal me. HAHAHA the jokes on you bastard!"

Naruto turned to walk away and pouted, he looked back at the fox with puppy dog eyes, "You're supposed to be my friend.".

"DOBE!"

He returned to reality looking around for the voice that was calling him. "Up here, Idiot."

"Naruto looked up to see Sasuke sitting in the tree with a rock in his hand. He tossed it in the air a few times before he struck the blonde with it.

"Oww Teme! What the hell!"

"Come on stupid we have to make it to the hospital." Sasuke jumped from the tree landing a few feet away from the blonde.

Naruto rubbed his head trying to take the pain away. Deep down he heard laughter from Kurama ring throughout his head. He growled at Sasuke "You're going to pay for that one!"

Sakura was on duty again at the hospital. Not with her regular patients but with Akane and Kato who was turning out to be her favorite of them all. She knocked quietly on the door, she greeted Akane who was now staring out the window getting some sunlight. Kato, who was playing with markers and crayons ran and gave Sakura a bone-crushing hug around her legs.

"Sakura-san!"

She bent down to his level to greet him properly. "Good Morning Kato."

He jumped out of her arms looking around behind her. He walked to the door opening it peering outside. He saw two Anbu staring at him which caused him to shut the door quickly. Sakura laughed heartily, "What's wrong?"

"Where's Naruto and Sasuke?"

"Naruto is at home sleeping and Sasuke….well, I have no idea where Sasuke is."

Kato frowned, "Awww man."

"Don't worry Kato, I'll get you a treat only if you are good."

"Okay, Sakura-san!" He gave her a cheeky grin then ran back to play with his markers and crayons. Her heart fluttered at his actions. Kato reminded her so much of Naruto. Sakura thought for a second about how her kid would be. The thought always circled her mind. Naruto sitting and playing with their baby boy or girl. She couldn't wait to hold their child in her arms.

Akane laughed causing Sakura to jump from her daydream. Now wasn't the time to daydream about her future child. She had business to handle with Akane.

"Akane-san how are you feeling today, I can see that you managed to get out of the bed."

"I'm feeling fine Sakura, Have our blood work come back?"

"Actually I was about to head over there. I was just checking on you guys. How about I go check out that blood work then come back. Yeah?"

Akane smiled sweetly, "I would love that and maybe we can get a little breakfast too?"

"I'll be right on it, I'll inform my nurses."

Sakura bowed before leaving the room. She walked to the end of the hallway where her team was. The whole hallway was cut off for only her team and Shikamaru's team. Which was beneficial, now she didn't have to walk all around the building to get bloodwork.

"Good Morning Sakura-san," Yuna said, She was left in charge of the labs when Sakura wasn't around.

Sakura waved to her team before getting down to business. She looked at all of their paperwork noticing that Kato only had a birth certificate and no medical records. "We're gonna run tests on Kato to make sure he doesn't have any deadly disease or any allergies."

"Hai"

She grabbed Akane's medical record but they stopped right after Kato was born. Everything before that was simple check-ups and obstetrics check-ups. Nothing too fishy about her records, no allergies or diseases.

"Sakura-san you might wanna take a look at this." Yuna shoved the vanilla folder in Sakura's hands. Sakura noticed that Yuna had a terrified expression on her face. "Are you okay?"

She shook her head slightly. "No Sakura-san you might want to just read it."

She opened the folder burning her eyes into the paper. Sakura gasped, throwing the folder near the computers. "Get Kato out of that room! Make sure every nurse that steps in that room or even on this hallway has a suit on. I want everyone tested RIGHT NOW!... I can't believe she has tuberculous." Sakura turned to speak to Yuna once more but she had another folder that she was holding.

"Read this one, Kato's white blood cells are non-existent. He only has red and they are barely there also. "

Sakura snatched the folder from Yuna. Everything Yuna said was correct, his white blood cells were basically nonexistent. "Get him tested for TB then sit him in my office for the time being. I want every drop of information on them as fast as you can get them."

"Hai Sakura-san."

Sakura walked back to her office to clear her head. Akane had TB and not only was she around her but 7 others were including Naruto. 'What if I catch it?' The thought kept circulating in her mind as she walked through the busy halls. First and foremost she needed to get Naruto and herself tested just in case. It would be terrible if this happened and cost them their child. A cold chill ran down her spine as she thought of it. Then Kato's white blood cells were nonexistent so basically, he had no immune system. Sakura let out a frustrated growl pulling at the ends of her hair.

"Sakura Honey!"

Sakura turned to see her mother at the entrance of her office waving her hand. "Mom? What are you doing here?" she said in an irritated tone.

Mebuki pulled her only daughter into a warm embrace. "To speak to my only daughter obviously."

Sakura accepted her mother's hug. Once pulling back she eyed her mother noticing that she was fidgeting a lot more than usual. "What is it, mom? I'm really busy."

Mebuki sighed gesturing her head towards Sakura's office. "Why don't we talk here?" Grabbing Sakura's hand she walked into the office sitting down quietly in front of her daughter. She reached out across the desk grabbing Sakura's hand once again. "Your father and I have been talking lately."

Sakura sat there with her free hand resting on her cheek trying not to get bored with the conversation. "About what Mom?"

"We think that it would be a great idea if you move back to us."

Sakura snatched her hand away from her mother. A scowl appeared on her face as she sat up straight in her chair. "Why mom? Why now all of a sudden."

"Because Sakura, you and Naruto are not stable. I can see it in your eyes. Maybe if you move back with us you can save money then buy yourself a house."

"I can't do that right now. I have to focus on other things. Plus I don't want to leave Naruto."

"Well, maybe he can move in as well Sakura!" Mebuki clasped her hands together, the biggest grin plastered on her face.

Sakura sighed, she began to grow aggravated with her mom's presence. "I can't do that mom. Naruto and I are at a time where we both need one another."

"Well, why is that? I'm sure whatever it is we can get through it."

"Mom I'm pregnant," Sakura blurted out.
