Sasuke, Shikamaru, and Kato walked into Sakura's office while Naruto stood back leaning against the frame. This would be the first time he has spoken to Sakura since their accident. Kato ran back to his chair grabbing a bag of chips on the way. Sakura walked past Kato grabbing the chip that he was opening. He tried to protest, whining trying to grab his chips back. Sakura eyed him before tossing the chips into the trash.

"You just had an ice cream bar, Kato, I'm going to buy you some real food so you can stay off that sugar high of yours."

Shikamaru eyed Sakura as she spoke to Kato. Curiosity got the best of him when he realized Kato wasn't with his mother. "Why isn't he with Akane?"

Sakura mentally groaned, for a second she forgot that Akane had tested positive for tuberculous. She motioned for everyone to sit down across from her desk. She grabbed the file from her desk opening it for everyone to see.

"Akane has tested positive for tuberculous, there's a chance that she has infected most of the staff."

Shikamaru took the file from Sakura's hand rereading the test results. "Are you serious? Have you been tested yet Sakura?"

"No I haven't and yet we all need to be tested. Including you Mr. Scary Pants." Sakura pointed her finger across the rom to the blonde.

Sakura smiled sweetly at Naruto. He laughed lightly at her joke, he made himself walk further into the office. It's safe to say that everything that has happened yesterday is now in the past and that's how they're going to keep it.

"I'm not getting any blood drawn. That's a big no from me Sakura-chan." Naruto walked over to her desking sitting next to Kato. He placed his arms on the desk staring into her green eyes.

Sakura laughed, "You can either get something injected into you or we draw blood. You have until tomorrow to think about it, Mr. Uzumaki."

Kato raised his hand from his seat. Sakura glanced over to the young boy nodding her head as she did. "Yes, Kato?"

"Do I have to get blood drawn too Sakura-san?"

"No we're not going to draw any blood from you, we have a special way to get blood from you."

Sakura smiled at Kato, he gave her a big thumbs up then went back to drawing on a folder. Naruto glared at her, he was back to his childish antics. Sakura didn't give him time to even protest. She held up her hand making him stop.

"Naruto you're a grown adult. There is no way in hell I'm going to let you get a special way. With that being said I actually need to speak to Naruto alone so if you guys could please excuse us."

Shikamaru didn't hesitate at all,he walked to Sakura's desk handing her another mailla folder that he intended to girl her in the first place. "This is all you need to know about our next mission if we decide to go. There's also more information that our men have found about their home."

"Thank you, Shikamaru. Say hello to Ino and the baby for me."

"Will do, I'll catch you guys later."

Before he left he gave Kato a fist pump. He left without saying another word. Naruto eyed Sasuke who was about to leave. Sasuke looked at Naruto as if he was ready to kill him.

"No, I refuse to be his babysitter for you. I have better things to do than watch the brat."

Kato stood out of his seat. He marched his way to Sasuke pointing his finger harshly. "Hey! I'm not a brat!"

Sasuke rolled his eyes, he bent down to his level then have him a harsh flick on the forehead. Kato stumbles back a few times before he regains his balance. He ran back to Sasuke trying to kick him. Sasuke only grabbed his foot pulling up in the air watching him dangle.

Sakura gasped, "Sasuke stop you're going to make him pass out like that."

"Good." Sasuke walked out of the room with Kato still dangling upside down. Kato waved goodbye to everyone before Sasuke shut the door.

"Remind me to never let him babysit our kid. I don't know who's worst you or him." Sakura walked over to Naruto who was still sitting in the chair. She grabbed his hands pulling him towards the couch. She placed him there then took a spot on his lap. Sakura got comfortable with her head nuzzled in his neck, while he placed his chin on top of her head.

"Rough morning?" asked Naruto.

"It has been nothing but rough these past 3 months. Better yet to put the icing on the cake my mom came by today."

"Satan?!" naruto screamed jokingly.

Sakura smacked his chest lightly, "Naruto please."

Naruto closed his eyes sighing lightly before leaning back down on the chair. "You know I love your mom Sakura-chan."

"She loves you too she's just a little hesitant by the fact that you got me pregnant."

Naruto's eyes shot open. His entire body went tense as if he saw a ghost. He looked her in her eyes to make sure that she wasn't trying to mess with him. "Are you serious Sakura-chan? How does she know?"

"I told her...are you mad?"

"Why would I be mad?"- Naruto groaned- "She's your mom she has every right to know. I just wasn't expecting you to tell her right now"

"I know, She kind of blew up in my face."

"What did she say?"

"She basically said that she wanted me to move back in with her until you get stable."

"So your mom thinks I can't provide for my family either?" Naruto slouched further into the seat, he removed his hand from her waist placing them on his face.

Sakura placed both of her hands on his face. She removed his hands placing them back on her waist. She moved her legs so now she was straddling him.

"No that was before I told her about our child Naruto. It doesn't matter what she thinks. I know that I got you and you got me. So it doesn't matter what anyone thinks."

"I will never give up on you or our baby Sakura-chan. I'll make both of you as comfortable as possible. I swear to you Sakura-chan that I will provide for you guys. It's a promise of a lifetime."

"I know Naruto I believe in you."

Before Sakura could pull away Naruto pulled her in closer, giving her a passionate kiss on her soft lips.

"I love you."

Sakura snickered, "I love you too."

Shikamaru took off his smoke-filled vest before he entered the house. He left it on the back porch so Ino wouldn't bitch at him for smoking again. "Ino I'm home," he said as he walked through the back door. He walked into the kitchen noticing there was no food on the stove. Well, lunch, it was around one in the afternoon. His day was filled with Kakashi and the hospital. There was so much he had to do but he couldn't do it with an empty stomach.

The lazy ninja opened the frigid. Noticing that there were no leftovers or even a small piece of desert. He slammed the fridge closed, he began to scratch his head looking through all the cabinets for at least a snack.

"Shikamaru?" he turned around to see his wife who was dressed up staring at him. His son Shikadai was sleeping peacefully in her arms. "What are you doing." Shikamaru nonchalantly pointed to the stove then the fridge and lastly the table. "Where's the food Ino."

Ino eyed him weirdly then laughed. She walked to Shikamaru kissing him lightly. "We're having lunch at my parents today silly. It's their anniversary, I know you not to forget."

"Anniversary? Ino when did you tell me that."? Shikamaru said while walking past Ino to the stairs. He wiggled Shikadai's foot before he started up the stairs.

"I told you two days ago but I guess you were too busy fuc-"

Shikamaru quickly covered Ino's mouth. He pointed down to the baby. "This is such a drag Ino can't you keep our personals lives to ourselves and not speak about it in front of our child. "

Ino rolled her eyes, "How do you think he got here silly?"

"Not by hugging, I learned that the hard way." Ino laughed, she watched by the door of the bathroom as he got undressed. She began to rock the baby back and forth in her arms as he grew fussy.

"If I hadn't washed yet I would have joined you." Ino had a dirty smirk plastered on her face as she watched him strip in front of her. So soon left to go feed their child once he began to weep.

"Why does everything that comes out of your mouth sexual?" Shikamaru looked over his shoulder but she was nowhere to be found. "What a drag."

Shikamaru took a quick shower, he just stood underneath the shower head letting the hot water roll down his back. Once he was done he got out of the shower rolling his towel around his waist. He walked out to Ino breastfeeding their child in the rocking chair near the corner of their room.

Ino watched his every move. She watched as his muscles tensed every time he would try to put his underwear on. She even laughed at how concentrated he was when putting on his pants along with tying his hair back up.

"Shika?"

"Yes?" He turned to face her as he placed a shirt over his head. He glanced in the mirror once more before giving Ino his undivided attention.

"Have you heard anything about the new mission of yours?"

"No, nothing yet, the only thing I know is that we may have to go back there. It's so troublesome to think about. Kakashi sensei hasn't decided if we could go or not."

Ino pulled down her shirt to cover up her boobs, she placed Shikadai on the bed before walking over to Shikamaru.

"Is my baby stressed?" she cooed out, Ino wrapped her arms around his waist placing a chaste kiss on his lips.

"You can say that. I still have to figure out what we're going to do about Akane and Kato. I know they're going to attack soon. They're just laying low for now. I also remember him saying something about regretting taking them in. Also, why would he not kill Kato and Akane but he killed everyone else? Why did they survive? How did Akane manage to survive this long with a six-year-old?"

Shikamaru took a deep breath. He finally managed to relax once more when he felt Ino's lips against his. He kissed her again before he could stop it she deepened the kiss. He felt her leg wrapped around his waist, her arms began to roam under his shirt. He mentally groaned as things got heated.

"I'm going to take Shikadai into his room and when I get back you better be in your underwear on the bed." Ino winked at the lazy ninja.

Shikamaru groaned "I just took a shower Ino."

"The count down begins now Shikamaru!"

Ino ran to the bed taking her sleeping child into her arms. She gave him an air kiss before walking out of the room. She swayed her hips as she did, knowing it would catch his attention.

"Troublesome woman."

After the conversion and a few heated kisses, Sakura went back to her normal schedule while Naruto, Sasuke, and Kato went to get lunch. Before leaving Sakura tested her and Kato for TB. In 24 hours she would know if they had it or not. Neither of them had symptoms or even a fever. Sakura was just ready to lay down in her own bed next to the love of her life.

Once they arrived home Naruto opened the door for everyone to go in. They haven't been in the house since last night. Sakura still had a weird feeling about the apartment but Kato was stoked about it. He ran back and forth from the kitchen and the living room.

"Wow! Look how big your tv is, and look at how many snacks you guys have!"

Sakura giggled at Kato, he reminded her so much of Naruto in his younger days. She watched as the young boy eyed the bbq chips on the counter.

"I would give you a snack Kato but you have been eating junk food all day."

"Aww, please Sakura-san."

Sakura placed her finger on her lip as if she was thinking. She looked in his direction and gave him a stern no. Sakura tug Kato out of the room into the room where Sasuke slept.

"Here you will be sleeping with Sasuke. Please do not cause any trouble in here."

Kato ran to jump on the bed. He began to toss and turn on the bed then snuggled deeper into the pillows. "I have never had a real bed before. This is so awesome Sakura-san."

Sakura giggled as she watched him roll around the bed like a happy puppy. He even jumped on it a few times laughing heartily.

"Thank you so much Sakura-san."

He ran to the rosette give her a bone-crushing hug. She gladly returned the hug. "You're welcome, Kato."

Kato ran back to his bed, he pulled the covers over his bed laying down on it. Sakura shut off the lights but she never left. She watched Kato for a few minutes admiring him. Tears began to brim her eyes the longer she sat there. Sakura finally mustered up the courage to leave and go to her room. Her bedroom was empty there was no sight of Naruto in her room. She began to strip out of her clothes placing them in the dirty clothes. As she did she glanced at her growing baby bump. She wasn't that big but you could tell she was pregnant.

"You're getting bigger."

Sakura jumped from her spot. She turned around to see Naruto standing near their window with a huge grin on his face.

"Why must you scare me?"

"I thought you sensed me."

"If I would have sensed you I would have said something."

Naruto laughed, "Are you about to take a shower?"

Sakura walked over to the bathroom nodding her head. She walked to the shower turning it to the hottest setting. Sakura started to walk back to the room when she stopped in her tracks. Standing in front of her was her boyfriend in ramen underwear.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm joining you in the shower. I feel like we have a lot to talk about."

Naruto stipped naked, he walked into the shower. He nearly jumped out of the shower when the boiling hot water touched his skin. "This is one of the reasons why we never have shower sex."

Sakura laughed, "No the reason why we never have shower sex is that you keep slipping on the tile.

Naruto began to laugh, he knew everything that she was saying was completely true. Sakura stipped her clothes before entering the shower. She stood under the showerhead letting all of the hot water hit her. They took turns underneath the showerhead, Sakura even helped the blonde wash his hair since he never did it right. They both dried themselves placing on their nightclothes then entering their bed. Naruto placed his hand softly on her growing bump caressing it softly.

"Sakura-chan."

"Hmmmmm"

"I think I want a son first."
