HI

I woke up from my nap to see that Naruto was lying on the bed watching TV. The clock on the wall read 5:00 pm. I must have been asleep for hours. I would have stayed asleep longer if it weren't for the baby kicking me in my ribs. He was jumping around in there like he was hosting a party.

Naruto smiled once he saw that I was awake. "How did you sleep?"

I wrapped my arms around his neck, I slowly began to smile against his lips, "Good, I didn't know I was tired until I saw the food and bed."

Naruto chuckled, "Do you feel more energized?"

"I can take over the world."

I leaned back from our embrace to stretch my body. The new bed Naruto had in this house has done wonders to me. I haven't slept this well since I lived in my parent's house. I slept so well that I forgot that Naruto proposed to me today.

"I bet, come on we have to check up on Kato and Ino."

"I forgot about them...Where are my parents?"

"They left an hour after I took you upstairs."

Naruto and I stayed in bed for another few minutes just to talk about yesterday. We both didn't have time for ourselves, we wanted to live in the movement before it was stripped away from us again. We talked about the engagement, wedding ideas, and everything else in that category.

After gathering my things Naruto and I left the house to head back to the hospital. We had completely forgotten to grab Kato some food so we grabbed some things that my mom made and headed straight to the hospital.

We made our way to the hospital, Shikamaru didn't waste any time grabbing Naruto from me. They both went downstairs to discuss some things about the Tezo situation. Apparently, Shikamaru didn't want me to get stressed out but his facial expression already made me a little stressed.

"Did you find anything?"

I stood near the bed where Kato was. The paperwork and little notes from Ino's job earlier were also there.

Ino huffed, "Nothing other than what Kato told us. I tried to look into his childhood memories but they're all blocked off. It seems like some type of seal. I did find something else but Shikamaru told me that I couldn't release that information until Kakashi sensei said so. On the other hand, we still have the seal so I'm having my dad come by to take a look."

"Good." I bent over the bed to ease the pain that was coming from my stomach. Shinachiku has been kicking me nonstop since we left the house. It was fine earlier but now it's becoming more painful with each kick. One minute he will kick my ribs then the next it'll be my bladder. Sometimes he'll shove his big toe in my belly button and leave it there for hours.

"Hey, Sakura."

"Yeah Ino?"

"Are you okay?" Her voice comes out sincere. I knew she was concerned about me. She could practically see it in my face. I was in pain, I wouldn't let her know that. She'll just start treating me like a child then I'll be stuck in the hospital for more days with an IV in my hand.

"What do you mean?"

"You look a little pale. Have you eaten anything….Sakura, when was the last time you actually ate something...and I mean fully swallow without throwing it up."

"Ino…" I muttered out, this was the last thing I wanted to talk about.

"Sakura be honest because I can find out."

I sighed, there was no use in lying to her anyway. "It's been about three days."

"What!?"

I placed my hand over her mouth, scolding her lightly, "Keep your voice down!"

"You haven't eaten anything in three days!?" She screamed out, Ino grabbed my arms, shaking them lightly. I winced in pain as she shook my shoulders. My body was aching from the beat down I was taking internally, I guess she caught my pain because she instantly stopped shaking me.

I pushed her hands away so I could brace myself on the bed again. Now I was losing energy, my legs felt weaker than ever. I was so tired that I could not even bring myself to get up on the bed.

I groaned as I felt another kick to the ribs, "Not full meals but crackers and protein bars. Plus I have been receiving nutrients from the IV so it's not that bad."

It's true, my parents cooked a meal today at lunch but I faked as if I was tired so I could get out of it. The food that I did eat, I made myself throw it up. If not I would have thrown it up later. I would rather force myself to throw it up because if I allow my body to do it I will throw up until it's nothing but bile. Then I will sit there and dry heave for minutes.

"Sakura…"

"Don't feel bad for me, I'm perfect-...Uhhh!"

I cried out in pain as I felt and heard something internally crack within me. I instantly drop to my knees, an unbearable wave of pain shot throughout my core. I couldn't keep my balance on my knees, it made it even worse. I found myself on the ground in a ball crying out in pain. I began to heave out. The agonizing pain stayed put in my body. My mind was so all over the place, I couldn't come to terms with what's happening to my body. I just cried out in more pain as it happened again.

"What's going on!?"

I looked through my teary eyes to see Naruto running back into the room. He came down to my side to observe my body. Ino did the best she could as well, I could feel her foreign chakra circulate through my body. At that moment I felt that no healing could stop the misery I was in. I just sat there crying out in pain as Naruto tried to console me.

Ino gasped out. Her hands flew out to cover her mouth, "No...there's no way."

Naruto grabbed Ino's hands from her mouth. He placed them back on my body so she could heal me. "Ino what's going on? Why is she in pain!"

"The baby just broke her rib... three of them."

My eyes widened when Ino uttered those words. The pain really hit then. It was as if my body reacted to the words she said.

"Someone get granny here now!"

Naruto helped me take shallow breaths so my lungs wouldn't rub against my ribs. I was still in an unbearable amount of pain, I was also still on the floor. They tried to move me but I only cried out more. I wanted to keep as still as possible so the baby wouldn't try to kick me again.

Tsunade came rushing in. She was quick to take notice of the situation in the unraveling."What's going on here?"

"The baby gave Sakura-chan three broken ribs."

"What? Are you sure they're broken?"

I nodded my head slowly. I couldn't breathe straight nor could I move my body. I could practically feel my ribs move each time I would take a shallow breath. Tsunade came over with her hands to heal my ribs. The feeling of her chakra entering my body instantly felt good. I was in such a daze. I have never felt more lightheaded in my life.

"How are you feeling?"

After a few minutes of healing me, I began to feel slightly better.

"Better." I moaned out, I was still tender to the touch but I could breathe a little better now. I could also speak without my ribs rubbing against my lungs. There wasn't much else to complain about.

"We need to take this baby out."

"No, it's too early."

I swatted her hands away from my growing belly. Every time she was around she would only tell me bad news about the baby. There was not one thing that she has told me that made me actually happy about the pregnancy. Of course, I loved my baby and I would never do anything to hurt him but I'm just tired of everything dealing with this pregnancy.

I heard her groan out loud. She glanced over to Naruto as if he was going to change my mind about it.

"Sakura, you keep this up and you're going to die. We need to get this baby out of you."

"I said no." My words came out weak but they were stern.

"Sakura-chan...I think it's best too."

I gave them both glares from hell, "No, and No. Leave me alone about it."

"Sakura, are you okay with dying?"

I rolled my eyes at her, "If it means my son will be okay I'm fine with that."

"Sakura-chan...why? Don't you care about how I feel about the situation?"

"Do you care how I feel about the situation?" I shot back, venom pouring out of my mouth once I did. I felt bad as soon as I said it. His face instantly fell. His eyes darted away from mine. I never meant for it to come out as harsh as it did. I was just frustrated because for one I was sitting here with three broken ribs. Two they started targeting me about giving birth, they both knew how I feel about it.

I reached out for him but he gave me the colder shoulder even though I was basically in his arms.

Naruto blows air out of his nose. He threw his hands up in defeat."Your body, your choice Sakura-chan."

I could hear the sarcasm in his tone. That's not what he truly wanted. He wanted this baby out of me yet he was still agreeing with me. He was doing it again, he was casting his feelings away to benefit what I wanted. I just wanted people to understand where I was coming from.

Sasuke entered the room, he was out of breath and sweaty. The sheer look on his face gave me a bad feeling in my gut. "Sorry to break up the party but we're needed at the borders."

"What?" We all said in unison, we looked at Sasuke to continue after he was done catching his breath.

"There has been an attack on Konoha. Nothing major, we don't need to evacuate people but we are needed at the borders."

"Fuck! Is Sakura-chan going to be fine?"

"I will make sure of it, Naruto. You go and I'll take care of her."

Naruto left the room without saying anything else to me. He was most likely upset by what I told him but it was my choice. I understand that he is the father but it's my body. I can deal with the pain. I'm carrying this baby and I know what's good for us.

Ino and Tsuande both helped me in bed. They began to take my vitals to make sure that I was actually okay besides the three broken ribs. "We're going to put an IV in you. I'll come to check on you every 15 minutes. We need to allow the ribs to heal."

"Okay."

"Anything else hurt you?"

"My body just aches."

"Would you like some medicine for that as well?"

I gently rolled over in the bed with my back facing away from her. I silently began to curse at myself because of the pain that was cooking back. "No, it's fine. I just want to be left alone for a while."

She walked to the door but never left. I never heard the door open so I knew she was standing there looking at me.

"Sakura… you're strong but not strong enough to keep carrying this child. This baby will kill you, the bigger he gets the stronger he gets. He's also relying on the chakra you have left and that's nonexistent. You're pale in the face and I'm sure you have lost over 2o pounds already. Just trust me before it's too late."

*For anyone asking where Kato was. He moved into the corner to finish coloring. He sat there the entire time minging his business *

Naruto POV

I was infuriated with Sakura. I have never seen her act more irrational in my entire life. She wanted to give her life away for our sons!? She could give birth right now and everything will be fine. Yet she seemed to not give a damn about what I thought. It's all about them and never about me.

"Naruto, get your head out of your ass and pay attention."

"Whatever Sasuke." I sneered back, I was not in the mood to play border portal police. However, this could be a good way to release my anger. Though, I think this has to be one of the worst times for me to let go of my anger.

There was an explosion that went off at the borders but nothing to cry about. They weren't enough to blow the village with. There were mummified people who were easily taken care of by the chunin that were already here. The gates of the village were closed so they could not come in.

There was one problem: How did they get here?

"Eww, they're eating eachother."

It was true. There were two zombie people who were eating eachother. This seemed all too familiar. Mummified people, I have seen them before but I couldn't put my finger on it. They were practically harmless people but for some odd reason, I had a bad feeling that I couldn't quite shake off.

I grew irritated with the fact that we were just sitting here watching the chunin fight. What's the real problem here? Why are we here?

"Why are we even here? I'm going back to the hospital." I started my way back to the hospital.

Shikamaru grabbed me by the collar of my jacket. I eyed him to release me but he held me there beside him. "Stay right here. We just got reports that Suna was just attacked. Their attacker was described to be Tezo and by the looks of the mummified people; it looks as if he is here."

"What? I thought you said he comes every three days?"

"Yeah, same. I thought he did as well. This visit is going to be different from the other ones. I think we should start evacuating people into the hideouts."

"What makes you want to do that? We don't know for sure that he's coming here."

"The Kazekage said he brought an army with him. We need to start preparing even if he do-"

A red flash appeared in the sky, the impact of it instantly made me lose my hearing.

Shikamaru's sentence was cut short but he was still saying something.

Was that a bomb?

There was a gush of wind that followed. I could see mayhem down on the streets of Konoha, everyone was running, but from what?

"Naruto got out of the way!?" Sasuke's voice came out as a whisper to my ears but I managed to pick up what Sasuke was saying. I jumped from the wall onto a small building nearby. There was an enormous boulder coming my way, if it weren't for Sasuke I would have been smashed.

My hands found my ears through the chaos, I popped my ears so I could hear what was going on. To my surprise, I heard no orders coming from anyone, only screams on the villagers running away.

I looked around for the person who was responsible for causing this. The only thing I saw was people running around and my teammates trying to recover from the explosion. "What's going on!? Who's throwing those damn boulders."

"That thing right there!"

I followed Choji's finger to the walls of the village. There was a mummified man standing on top of it throwing boulders into the village. Not too far from that one, there was one setting the boulders on fire so he could throw them.

"We need to stop them."

"No, let them handle it. Our problem is Tezo. We need to find him before he pulls out something bigger than this.

"Right."

"Naruto, I want you and Sasuke to check the outskirts of the village. Choji I want you to help stop those mummified people from throwing those boulders. I need to report back to Kakashi sensei but if any of you see Tezo do not engage. Wait for backup then proceed.

Sasuke and I nodded our heads. We both headed outside of the walls of the village. We maneuvered around the zombies out towards the forest that surrounded the village. He had to be somewhere close if the zombies were near our village. We didn't know if he was controlling them or if he was even close to the village. We only had our gut feeling and we had to stick with that.
