"Round 4 is on and we are live!" Boomstick said as the crowd cheered. "And the votes are in! Revy is coming on the first date. Now, let us introduce Yuki Azure."
[DBZ Supersonic Warriors 2 OST - Ice Field|[Trap Beat]|Madara Marc Exclusive]
A completely cold remix of Yuki's theme played as he skidded out onto the stage with an eager look to get back to the game. He had taken to trying a set of casual wear for the first date: an collared navy buttoned-up shirt slightly unbuttoned to reveal the crux of a black t-shirt, an opened aqua accented jacket, fingerless gloves, a pair of faded blue jeans, a silver chain, a pair of ice-blue aviators, and a pair of wheat-colored round toe boots. His guns were in his holsters with his blades hidden away now that he could summon them.
"Seeing the new benefits for this round, I took advantage." Yuki said coming onto the stage as the crowd cheered. "After taking a breather. Serena caught me up."
He removed the glasses to let it hang on the sliver chain to face Revy.
"Pleasure to meet." Yuki remarked.
[Music Ends]
"Ok, maybe you are worth what I'll get for going on this date." Revy said with a sigh. "At least I don't have to pretend you have good looks."
"Were you not given a picture of me? I thought th-Oh that was probably the last hosts." Yuki said with a sigh.
"Well, I'm not disappointed at all." Captain Syrup remarked. "I may just have to steal you from this riffraff."
"Fuck off, pirate bitch!" Revy said flipping her off.
Nerine watched him with intrigue and Jewelry was busy eating from the craft table only for Wiz to smack her over the head to point out Yuki was here.
"Oh, that's him?" Jewelry asked as Wiz nodded. "Hey, Yuki! Can you cook?"
"Cook? Yes, I can. Snack food, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desert. I can cook a storm like no one's business." Yuki said. "Save your appetite for later. I have someone in front already."
"All right, already playing the field, Yuki. Now pick your dating destination." Boomstick remarked.
"Old San Andreas." Yuki affirmed. "I'm feeling it's the best location."
"You'll be dropped off at your nearest safehouse there. Good luck trying to get Revy not to shoot you in the first five minutes." Boomstick said as Wiz activated the gateway.
Yuki laughed it off before he and Revy dove in.
~Enter the Dating Zone~
Revy and Yuki found themselves right outside a beach house at the Santa Maria beach. People were going by and the sound of waves crashing on the shore was abundant.
"Great, we made it with no issue. And it's not too far from the first date of our date." Yuki said before going to his garage to open it.
"And what's that? A fancy restaurant?" Revy asked sarcastically.
"No, we're going to Ammu-Nation, the USR's proud gun store." Yuki said as Revy looked at his like he was crazy. "I may fight in many other means, but I still like to use bullets."
Yuki wheeled out a slick black Annis Elegy RH8 with light blue circuitry patterning on the sides. Revy opened the door to the passenger side as he took the driver's side before got to driving.
"So, what's your deal? Those two hosts were super vague about you." Revy remarked.
"Well, I walked a long road of pain, suffering, a lot of violence, and war to walk out alive, powerful, and able to put a criminal past to rest." He remarked. "Though it's obvious you're still in the life. The chip on your shoulder, the look in your eyes, and the smell of gun smoke. Reminds me if the old days."
"Old days. You're talking like an old man." Revy sniped.
"Well I may be 19, but my past feels like decades ago. With how much has changed." Yuki remarked. "We're here."
He stopped the car and they got out to go in. For Revy, it was like a wonderland. So many murder machines and there was a shooting range.
"The way I see it, at the least, we can go down on the range and you can show me what you got." Yuki said.
"Fuck, are you trying to make this enjoyable?" Revy asked, surprised. "Because…you're not failing there, but don't think I'll just bend over for you that easily."
"I don't do easy. I relish a challenge." Yuki said with a twisted grin.
They went into the range as Yuki was itching to try his new guns. The Slayer God form had gotten him a new sword and upgraded his old pistols. They were more futuristic coming off as bigger Magnums in a gunmetal black color that had 'Parate occidi' inscribed on the sides of them.
"What's with the words on the sides?" Revy asked.
"They translate to a language that the victim well understands before they are shot. It means to 'Prepare to Die' in Latin." Yuki said as they each took a spot. "Now let's see your shooting skill."
"They don't call me 'Two Hands' for nothing!" Revy said as the target sprang up.
The two started blasting. Revy was showing exactly how she earned her nickname landing target after target while Yuki was gauging her skill. He promptly started picking up the pace which irked Revy before shooting a target before she could.
"Oh, you bastard." Revy said as they both into a shooting match to score the most points.
Targets were being destroyed left and right before the last one came up.
BLAM!
It shattered as both nailed the shot at the same time.
"Fuck! Who won?" Revy said looking at the scoreboard. "Fuck me, you're kidding!"
Revy had 45 points while Yuki had ten points over her. He put his pistols away as Revy was gaping.
"To be fair, I have my aura unlocked and I got sharper reflexes. Still, that was impressive shooting there." Yuki said as Revy put her guns. "But I got more planned for us. But we're going to get you a machine gun and a hoodie. Where we're going is going to be a bit cold. Air conditioned and all that."
He simply bought an Ammu-Nation camo hoodie for her to wear before they headed to the car where Yuki realized a hidden compartment that had a machine gun, the Gold SMG, a gold-plated, standard length IMI Uzi submachine gun with the folding stock removed.
"Damn! Talk about bling-bling." She said cocking in. "Extended clip, scope, and a luxury finish."
"Consider it a gift form me to you." Yuki said as he was driving again.
"You can't be serious. This thing is worth at least maybe a few grand." Revy said. "Maybe more."
"It's no issue at all. After all the fighting I did, I walked away a very wealthy man." Yuki said. "Well wealthier. I remember how I got it started…by stealing millions from the terrorist group that tormented me in the past. What were they going to do? Call the cops."
That got Revy to snort.
"And it snowballed from there to where I am now. But I don't really want to go on about it. What's wealth if you don't have a use for it?" Yuki said chuckled.
"Easily for him to say." Revy thought.
The drive cut through the countryside with them ending up in the neighboring state of San Fiero where he took her to the Corvin Stadium.
"We're here to the second part of our date. The Blood Bowl, a demolition derby where the goal is shoot up as much cars as you can. One drives, one shoots on the side. 21 get in and it's only one winner if they can collect the most checkpoint and starve off their timer." Yuki said as Revy looked interested.
It sounded like her kind of entertainment.
"So, we're getting front row seats?" Revy asked.
"No, we're participating in the next match." Yuki said as Revy looked to the golden gun. "Let's see your drive-by skills."
"Damn, Revy is blasting away at those cars." Boomstick said before cheering at another explosion.
Jewelry was bored with the guns and was having a nap in the corner, Nerine was furiously writing out notes, and Captain Syrup was having popcorn.
"I have to admit, he's working the charm a lot better than I expected." Wiz said.
The audience back home was enjoying the carnage with Yang making note to check out the event when she got the chance.
BOOM! Another car down. In a in Bloodring Banger modified Vapid Glendale, he was doing the driving through the checkpoints while Revy took the shots to keep the opponents off their backs.
"How much longer?" Revy asked.
"I'm actually doing pretty good, you're shooting is keeping them at bay." Yuki said swerving to dodge another car before getting an SMG himself. "But we got company on the left!"
He fired off a few rounds into the tires of the opposing car on the tire causing them to spin out and crash leaving Yuki to take the next checkpoint as the crowd cheered. Yuki drifted in a semi-circle before getting the repair powerup to fix the car which led another person take the next checkpoint. Though the next one appeared right in front of Yuki.
"There we go!" Yuki said zipping through as the stadium blaring a horn signaling the match was over. "Looks like we won!"
Yuki and Revy would walk out of the stadium with a Blood Bowl trophy and a cash prize that Yuki let her help.
"You know your country isn't all that bad if that's one of things your people do for entertainment." Revy said as he opened the car for her to get in. "I almost wonder what you'll top it with."
"I'm afraid the last part is going to be more low-key than that. After all that, I figured we can relax after all that." He said as he began driving. "And it's not that far a drive."
Yuki had driven her up nearby Missionary Hill to it's peak where the headquarters for a news station were. However, his real target was the bench that overlooked the city. He sauntered over to a nearby ice cream vendor getting one for himself and Revy before they sat at the bench.
"Look at it, ain't it grand?" Yuki remarked as Revy looked out at the city.
"I have to ask, do you miss the old days?" Revy asked. "You said you were in the life."
"I don't. While I had my good days, I had bad ones too. I was not in the underground for too long, but long enough to have people fear and respect my name. In the end, the gang I used to run with has legitimized to be the backbone of my company and we've moved on to be all in positions of wealth." Yuki remarked. "Though, the wealth isn't what makes me happy. It's getting myself and my friends all out of the warring to where it's not the constant chaos of Old Remnant. Where we actually see ourselves settling down."
Revy was eating her ice cream quietly.
"The United States of Remnant you see in front of you is something I helped to forge. It used to be four kingdoms constantly at each other's throat, add monstrous creatures that would kill her for having a negative emotion, stunted development, race wars, and an immortal lich…you got a walking nightmare. Take the most crime ridden place you know…that would still be better than Old Remnant." Yuki continued before smiling. "But that's all behind me. I walked away with ascended from being a mere mortal, insanely wealthy, and all of my enemies either dead or in no shape or position to come against me. I don't know what the winds will bring, but for now, I'm assured."
As he finished his ice cream, Revy was thinking. Yuki was younger than her, but he sounded far more matured reminding her of Chang. A bit of Balalaika as well as his eyes showed he had seen war.
"But I will admit….I do live for the fight." Yuki said with a dark grin.
It was one that Revy knew far too well…it was a common feature on her face.
"I can tell you do, but it's those eyes that made me want to make this date enjoyable for you. There's something twisted…something that's just like me." Yuki said as a cold wind blew past.
That got Revy's attention. He was hinting at his past which she had a feeling it was not exactly a pretty story. This surprised her considering how…he could pass for someone normal the entire time. He got up finishing off the ice cream.
"But I believe it's time to wrap this date up." Yuki said calmly.
"Wha-you're just going to end it like that?" Revy asked.
"If you want to spend more time, you'll have to come back for a second date. I didn't want to just put all my cards on the table." Yuki said cheekily before telepathically summoning Serena. "There you are."
Serena pinged right in of them catching Revy off-guard and about to draw before Serena caught her hand. Serena had changed more drastically than he did having faint green tribal marks on her chest, arms, and back. She wore similar clothing to Yuki.
"Revy, don't fret. This is Serena, part of me I supposed. It's funny, I never bring up I had superpowers." Yuki said mirthfully.
"And it lets you summon some blue broad?" Revy said as Serena let her arm go.
"Just the tip of the iceberg. But first…Serena, we're ready to return." Yuki mused.
"Nearest portal back is at the Doherty Garage." Serena said before vanishing.
"Perfect…I'll fly us there." Yuki said using his semblance to 'store' the car into 'hammerspace'. "Now that this is stored away."
Revy's eye was twitching as in no way did the host mentioned he had abilities like this. Revy was not the scream in panic. She had been seen all matter of insanity in Roanapour. But some guy carrying her bridal style while flying over the city got her screaming.
"And everyone from your world has powers?" Revy asked.
"Yeah." He remarked. "Everyone does."
That got Revy to inwardly concede any notions about him having it easier than her. She knew Roanapour would be complete chaos if everyone there started developing superpowers. She had to cling to him much to her embarrassment. He came down on the sidewalk in front of the garage before putting Revy on her feet. She punched his shoulder.
"Don't surprise me like that!" Revy snapped.
He chuckled get out the car out of storage before putting in the garage. He casually returned her the Gold SMG, the trophy, and the cash in it to her. The portal formed in front of them as he took her hand as they walked through it.
They returned to roaring applause. Wiz was waking up Jewelry while Boomstick was casually finishing a beer.
"Congrats on the date. You managed to go through it with Revy only snapping at you once. I'm supposed she didn't even threaten you." Boomstick said. "Good choice on the Blood Bowl."
"Let's get some results." Wiz said as the scoreboard revealed it to show the score.

"You must have a pretty strong impression. She insisted on this being a one-time thing." Wiz said handing Revy a briefcase. "Looks like you were wrong."
"No thanks to you, pencil neck." Revy said snatching the briefcase. "But, I have decided that a second date won't be too bad."
The door for her to make her leave opened as she turned to Yuki.
"I'll be seeing you. Maybe we can tour more of your neck of the woods." Revy said going to the door before stopping. "One question though, can you slice bullets?"
"I wouldn't be a good swordsman in my world if I couldn't." Yuki said as a fanged grin formed on Revy's face before she left.
"So, Yuki? Who's next?" Boomstick asked.
"I'll tell you after this break!" Yuki said as the crowd all started laughing. "No, I'm serious."
"Cut to commercial!" Serena said.

(A/N: I bet you're wondering how. Well, there's actually a bit of logic to it. Before I explain that part, let me bring up some canon lore. It's clear in the manga, but only implied in the anime: Revy does hate Roanapour, she hates what she's become but struggles to change because she doesn't know how to. It's also in part to why her relationship with Rock is complicated over the course the series as Rock's 'innocence' that helped her gain some of her humanity back is methodically being destroyed. She lived on 'dirty air' her whole life. Now to why Yuki scored well, it's more to do what she sees in him. Stability. He, like her, had been in the life, but unlike her, he crawled out. And that simply he interested her leaving a good impression with a tease for more if she returned. Though on a pragmatic side, you have her realizing it would be for more profitable to return for a second date then have it one and done. First reviewer for this chapter gets to pick next.)
