The Prime Minister was giving a speech and Ianto was walking tough the living room, slowing to turn his head. He reached for the remote and turned up the sound as the Prime minister announced something called a Lockdown. A Lockdown?

Ianto stood with his mouth open as the man told the world at large that for the next four weeks there would be on essential travel and as of right now… everyone was to prepare for staying in their houses form midnight onwards.

Ianto stood making some calculations and knew he had everything he needed for twice that long… the real problem is the little voice in the back of his mind asking if in that month's time… would they open up?

Ianto had the phone from his pocket in his hand as he strode from the house, the text messages flowing as vehicles took to the roads. He knew the next couple of hours would be critical, telling himself that panicking would not help as really… he DID have everything sorted.

Oh god. Christmas.

Ianto found himself in the Storage House going over what they had, his mind whirring as he knew he also had this covered, the extras for upcoming birthdays the next year also in there… yeah… he stood there asking himself if he had gone a bit mad at some point as he did not remember even purchasing some of the stuff in there… Jack.

"Oh… Cariad" he said softly, with great affection. Jack had been adding to it, the gorgeous man.

Ianto moved across to the Christmas Barn full of the sleighs and other decorations, including the tree ornaments. Ianto felt nostalgia rising as he started to look forward to this Christmas, all the family here including his father. Taddy would have loved this.

Ianto sighed and closed his eyes knowing it was not a good time to think of his lovely Taddy that was gone now… not the time to think of bad things. Nope. Let's be positive.

Ianto went into the attic and checked the 'Santa Gifts' and was relieved to find the little hidden seals on the door not disturbed. The kids had not managed to get this open.

There would be enough for everyone.

And he was determined to make this memorable for more than just a stupid virus.
