So you have bene asking and so... you horrible people.. is has come. The flu that is not just the flu is about to hit the lovely village of Shangri-La making Ianto take drastic action even as others scoff that it is just the flu and everyone is being silly. We shall see.

Maisey's Birthday.

Ianto was glad they chose December for her birthday, no one knowing her real date, and as he watched the kids rampage in full party mode he knew everyone had forgotten about this flu going around.

Maisey had got something she had always wanted and Ianto was not sure how to feel about it. Not his child so … Walter must know the risks involved as the child again lovingly stroked the small paint ball gun.

Jack was overly excited as well, Owen sort of but had a look that told Ianto Jack had tested the gun before today… oh no. A gun. No. Ianto knew he had been spread thin lately but surely not. Surely the menfolk had NOT armed themselves for war games or …. Ahhhh shit. Animal wandered past with a gun on his hip. Bright yellow with yellow paint balls visible in the small bottle canister attached.

"Jack?" Ianto called out as calmly as he could.

"Yeah baby?"

"Paint ball… dangerous if…"

"The old McVicor place is not worth fixing up so we are turning it into a training house. Like SWAT… we will have dummies for bad guys and …. What."

Jack. Tell me you did NOT get the child one."

Jack's eyes widened as he looked over and the Captain Kitty Hawk manic also dancing about and said in a small voce "No?"

"JACK!"

"Aw come on. He gets to kill bad guys… really shoot them with his little gun… come on. Me and John will be there… Connor too. Did you know Connor was a crack shot in the team… he is so excited to be able to shoot things again… I am thinking… maybe... If we get all the safety gear that the living room is the Turn Out room. Then maybe the back yard can be for some action too… like… what. Hey. Ianto? Lover?"

Ianto walked away again with a weird feeling of… amusement now.

Big kids playing cops and robbers.

In a village full of Hoodlums.

Mind you.. it did sound like fun.

Hawk was going to be impossible if Jack really did get him his own little gun.

Oh god this kid is dynamite.

But then again… Ianto smiled down at the one asleep in the front pack in his chest … this one might be worse. Seems like each one is a more advanced nutter than the last.
