Kuja Warrior meets Remnant Warrior

"You know, I wonder…at this rate, who's going to win the show?" Adrien remarked as he ate dinner alongside his 'brother'.

"At this point, our father will be carrying more women into his life." Blade playfully sniped. "Considering what I hear he did to that pirate girl."

"Didn't need that in my memory." Adrien said. "I have to deal with Chlo-"

His phone buzzed to which he saw it was a text.

"Show's back on. And the girls are gathering to watch it at the dorms, think we should go?"

"Actually, I was going to meet Kon and hit up the arcade. Considering that our father isn't above banging broads on television, I think I'll just take a recap. Coming?" Blade said finishing his food.

"I'm down." Adrien remarked.

"And we're back to continue Round 4 where Yuki will go on a date with the Kuja Warrior, Nerine." Wiz said as the crowd whooped a bit.

Yuki had changed to another outfit being an off-white Base 5 t-shirt under a blue and white letterman jacket, ash colored cargo pants, and a pair of blue and white Eris hi-tops while retaining his fingerless gloves.

"Um, I'm excited to do this, but I don't think I'll go as far as Jewelry did." Nerine said.

"That's a s-" *CRUNCH* Wiz had stomped down on Boomstick's foot.

"I'm not expecting you to do that unless you want to. The goal is to just spend time together." Yuki said sheepishly. "So how are we doing this?"

"I'd want to go to my homeland, but men aren't allowed there. The last one that ended up had to fight the leaders and their pet in an arena." Nerine said as Yuki grinned.

"Sounds like my kind of fun." Yuki said cracking his knuckles. "I need to stretch my limbs."

"I'd rather you not." Nerine requested. "You'd be busy fighting all the Kuja warriors, and I'm interested to see more of your country."

"Well, I can't refuse such a request." Yuki said gently before turning to Wiz and Boomstick. "Ready us to go New Liberty State."

As the portal was set up, the two went heading to enter it.

~Entering the Dating Zone~

Xenotime Street. The luxurious lofty penthouse that towered over the neighborhood of Northwood, and the two ended up right in the living room.

"Perfect, we're pretty close to where I want to do our date. But welcome to one of my homes in my country." Yuki said as Nerine walked up to a framed photo of his team.

"Wow, you all are really tall." Nerine said.

"Yeah, I think I only know one woman shorter than you." Yuki said as his phone beeped. "Oh good, it's here."

Yuki went outside on the balcony to pick up the package a drone would drop off before coming back inside.

"This is for you. Some clothes to blend in." Yuki said as he set it on the table. "And something to double as a gift."

She opened it to see a long sleeved mauve bodycon dress, dark colored leggings, a black leather jacket, gold bangles, fingerless gloves, and a gold necklace.

"This is…really nice. And it's in my color!" Nerine said giddy before shedding the cloak.

Yuki did not even get a chance to say he was excusing herself for her to change as she simply did it in front of him. It did give him glimpses of her pert body and she filled her new clothes nicely.

"You look great." Yuki said before clearing his throat. "How about I show you around the city? But tell me about yourself, Nerine."

The two were walking towards the elevator.

"Well, I'm a warrior for the Kuja tribe, an all women group from Amazon Lily." She told as he opened the elevator door. "I suppose I'm what you outsiders would call a historian."

"So, like the Remnant Amazons?" Yuki said as they entered. "We have a tribe of matriarchal warriors that used to roam around Remnant in it's older days. Though they do have men in their ranks."

"For breeding stock?" Nerine said innocently as the elevator took them down.

"Yes…and no. They had a tradition. If a man beats one in a straight fight, the Amazon gets to marry to that guy. I know this because I was on the hook for that…but I passed on the offer, even if their leader really wanted me to join the tribe." Yuki said as the elevator door opened for them to exit.

"Why?" She asked.

"One, I and the girl I beat were fourteen and I had no desire for marriage at the time. Besides, this led to a silver lining. She should grow up without worry of losing to any other guy as she's 'technically betrothed.' Ironically, Shampoo was the granddaughter of the tribe's leader…who badly wants me to join the tribe. Every year, she'd get on my case to marry Shampoo and join the tribe." Yuki mused. "But Shampoo and I are friends at least."

"She must think highly of you to want you to join." Nerine said as they left the building.

"She wanted not only to join, but to lead it alongside Shampoo." Yuki said walking up to his parking space before opening the door to his black and blue Vapid Bullet. "But let's this date started."

She got in as he took to the driver's side. He started it up as Serena had his GPS locked on the location before he started driving fast.

"So you're a historian? I happen to be a bit of a history buff. When you work with the Goddess of Time, it's apart of the job." Yuki remarked.

"I mean I did accept the offer to learn more about men and…wait, did you say you worked with a Goddess?" Nerine said blinking.

"Yeah, I did. Your world doesn't have deities?" He asked cutting corners.

"Hold up, you worked with an actual deity." Nerine said mind blown.

"Well, I used to. I stopped with her…because I ascended to a higher plane as a deity myself." Yuki said as Nerine stared at him.

"You're a god." Nerine said. "You're not joking or boasting…"

"No, I'm the God of the Grimm Slayers, the Silver Eye Warriors, and of Technology." Yuki mused.

"I have so many questions! Are you immortal? Are you worshipped? Do you have followers? What's it's long being a god?" Nerine said with notebook and pen in hand.

"Technically, even before the deity thing, I could potential live forever using my semblance. Yes, I am worshipped, but that's more for Silver Eyes. And what's it like…it's basically like being a leader. I was already team leader and have led operations, battles, and wars. Being a deity puts a lot of responsibility on your shoulders. You got people worshipping you and believing in you. And there's the offerings…" Yuki said before pulling up to the place. "We're here."

The place Yuki was hyping up? The Libertonian, which got groans from the audiences.

"Welcome to Libertonian, it's a history museum." Yuki said as Nerine was excited.

The two walked up to the main entrance where security was waiting.

"Mr. Azure, Serena already informed and paid us for staying past closing. You got a half hour." The guard said as Yuki bowed respectfully. "No, please, you're quite welcome. Not going to complain with a bonus to my and the other staff's pay."

Yuki and Nerine went in.

"You're surprisingly humble for a deity." Nerine said as she took in the sights of the exhibits.

"I had a rough upbringing. Not much in room for being an entitled prick when you watch your childhood be burned to cinders." Yuki said calmly. "But allow me to show you some of the exhibits that detail Remnant's history."

Yuki was surprised to see the museum did have a section dedicated to the exploits of him and his team. Mostly covering their alliance with Chronoa, Yuki's battle with the White Fang, and the War for the Multiverse.

"You worked with Luffy?!" Nerine said looking at a painting of the battlefield. "And his pirate crew?!"

"Oh yeah, you and Jewelry are from the same universe as him. Yes, I had fought with him and his crew. It's funny, he has the same power as my father. Rubber body." Yuki said.

"So like all men, can you stretch your body?" Nerine asked.

"I can, but I don't think all men can do that." Yuki said awkwardly. "How about I show you more of Remnant's history aside from what I made of it…this is embarrassing."

"Why be sheepish about me?" Nerine said as they walked to another section.

"You must understand. My team and I lived as shadows, not getting praise or credit for what we did. Until our actions came to light…" Yuki said with a sigh. "I was used to being considering a myth, a horror story feared about the criminal underworld, one who stared down the corrupt. And it all came full circle in being a public wealthy figure."

He let those words hang as they toured the museum before leaving it. Nerine had her hands full of souvenirs and a few books.

"Well, you seem rather aware of your new lot in life. You didn't really let it change you." Nerine said. "So, what's next?"

"Now, we get something to eat. Any preference?" Yuki as they got in the car.

"As long as there's meat." Nerine said. "And could you cook for me?"

"Not going to say no to that." Yuki said as he began to drive. "Allow me to show you through Star Junction."

Yuki swerved into the street before cruising through the neighborhood telling of it's history and importance.

"It's certainly much louder than home. It's also you people don't seem to sleep." Nerine said as he laughed.

"The people do, but the city never sleeps." Yuki said before putting on a bit more speed.

Back at the penthouse, the two returned for Yuki to go to the kitchen. He was pleased to see that the groceries Serena ordered was delivered. Without having to touch it, he got the stereo to turn on to put on a playlist.

[Cues: Nightmares On Wax – On It Maestro]

He split off a few clones to speed the cooking along before he walked over to Nerine who was already deep in a book.

"I'm beginning to think that Hebihime was missing out…." Nerine said as he sat on the couch next to him. "Aren't you supposed to be-"

"I am. I just split myself into multiples to handle the cooking." Yuki said. "Thankfully, it shouldn't be long before they are done. Some of it is pre-cooked, but what will be fully cooked is the meat. How do you feel about smoked barbeque ribs."

That got Nerine to stop reading and drool hungrily because the smell of it was coming from on the balcony. One clone was grilling the meat on the grill outside, another on the fried rice, one was boiling corn on the cob, and the last one was heating up some cookies.

[Cues: Nujabes – City Lights]

Nerine spied a library of books in his living room along with a workbench with several gadgets.

"You're probably going to need a whole new notebook." Yuki said before getting his phone out. "But that's something I can deliver on it and then some."

A simple matter of ordering online, having Serena teleport at the distributor to take the package, and having her drop the package in his 'hammerspace' for him to take out of thin air.

"Here you go." Yuki said giving the box to her.

She opened it up to find a pack of spiral notebooks each with different designs on the covers. There was also a pack of pens of various colors. She squeed at it.

"It's the simple touch to it." Yuki said sheepishly. "And it looks like the food's done."

[Cues: J Dilla – Thelonius]

The clones had set the table outside before dispersing as Yuki and Nerine sat down to eat. Nerine was quick to dive into the food.

"Would you believe if I told you that it was the Amazons who among those who taught me to cook?" He said as he opened the bottle of apple cider.

He was glad he went light on the meal, making it easy for himself to make quicker. He poured the bubbling liquid in the glass. He did not gesture for them to clink glasses. He just let her enjoy the meal before finishing his so he can unveil desserts. Chocolate chip cookies.

"You know I think your cooking could convince the Kuja to maybe make an exception on the island…" Nerine said before a few cookies down.

"An island full of people who can throw hands sounds like my ideal vacation." Yuki said before sipping his drink. "I've been itching for fighting new opponents."

"You'd be hard pressed. Hebihime's unbeatable." Nerine said as Yuki had a wide grin.

"Unbeatable? Is she bulletproof? Fireproof? Could she survive the weight of the ocean dropping on her?" Yuki asked her.

"I'm sure she could handle it. She'd mop the floor with you." Nerine touted. "She can turn people to stone by looking at her."

"Oh, so logically, if I blind her, and I can beat her." Yuki said as Nerine paused. "What? Trust me, I have a knack of observation. Beating her might not be easy, but it won't be impossible."

"Maybe next time, we can have our next date on Amazon Lily." Nerine said finishing off her meal before taking a drink.

"So there is going to be a next date." Yuki said calmly.

"Don't expect me to be ready to do what you did to Jewelry…" Nerine said sheepishly. "But yes, they'll be a next date."

[Music Ends]

Nerine and Yuki had returned through the portal back to the studio to modest applause. Boomstick looked bored with his arms crossed.

"Ugh, this was pretty boring." Boomstick said with a yawn.

"It was a nice change of pace." Wiz said before Yuki noticed something. "Oh, about Captain Syrup…she bowed out."

"Why?" Yuki said.

"She cited something about you being not her type, so congrats on completing Round 3." Boomstick said working on the machine to show the results.

Nerine – 110% - (20% First meeting bonus, 20% performance bonus)

"Not bad at all." Wiz said. "How do you feel completing Round 3?"

"Pretty good." Yuki said as the portal opened for Nerine to return home. "Be seeing you."

Nerine had the box of her things and bid goodbye before leaving through it.

"So what's next?" Yuki asked.

"To replace Syrup, we have a special request from one of our backers." Wiz said as Boomstick looked excited.

"She's the classic April O'Neil." Boomstick said before grumbling. "A product of the good ol' 80s..and 90s."

"We will be going on a bit of a break again, but this will be a bit longer. Yuki, you'll be able to go home and recuperate." Wiz said as a portal for him opened. "We'll be seeing you back on the set soon for the final date of Round 3."

As Yuki left, Wiz turned to the audience.

"After the final round is down, you the audience will be voting for who out the sixteen dates thus far will be returning for Round 4, the Second Date round. As per our rules, as both Nerine and Jewelry scored over one hundred percent, they are assured to return. And if our final contestant does that well, that she'll be assured a return spot as well."

(A/N: Nerine was pretty easy to write and do the date for. I ultimately decided to have Syrup bow out as I just couldn't really get a good feel for writing her. April O'Neil's taking her place and this is going to be fun. Be ready to vote for who you want to return in Round 4, and before you ask, yes, Nerine and Jewelry will return.)
