During the late night party to celebrate the bird Flik and The Circus Bugs had been discovered and boy was he in trouble. Not to mention the monarch Princess Atta had had just about enough of him.

"I want you to leave Flik." She told him sternly. "And this time, don't come back."

Flik looked heartbroken upon hearing this. But seeing as he had no other choice, he left with the circus troop.

As soon as they were leaving, Atta couldn't help but feel a slight hint of guilt upon what she just did. But no one seemed to notice.

The next morning it was foggy the ants had managed to gather just about enough food to satisfy the grasshoppers. Which was good for they had arrived.

"You ants are a little short of food." The grasshopper leader known as Hopper told them. They all looked nervous. "But I guess I'll let it slide, this time." The ants all sighed in relief.

"However..." This got the ants worried again. "I will expect you to have this much food every year from now on." The ants all gasped at this.

"But Hopper there's barley any food left on the island. If we did this every year than there wouldn't be that much for us." The Queen stated trying to reason with him.

"That's not my problem." Hopper told her. "Now you ants get out of my sight before things get worse." He ordered.

Thumper and the other grasshoppers chased the ants off all the way back into the anthill.

Later in the day when the sun was rising. Flik was in the back of P.T. Flea's carriage downhearted.

"Oh the poor fellow." Slim stated.

"Hey maybe we can cheer him up a bit." Francis suggested.

"Don't worry Flik the circus life isn't so bad." Heimlich reassured him

"Yes you can be part of our act." Slim offered him.

"Here like this." Francis demonstrated by slapping Slim and catching him.

"Slapstick! Get it? I'm a walking sick." Slim told him but it didn't help.

"I'm sorry P.T. Flea showed up right when things were finally going good for you." Rosie told him.

"It wasn't your fault. Any of you." Flik told the Circus Bugs.

Later in the afternoon they arrived at the city.
