Author's Note: Hi! I have made a few changes to If Not For Umbridge, some are to try and fix some of the issues with the story, while others are to change the direction and fates of some of the characters. In this, those changes are minimal, but for the sequel, those will have quite huge effects and basically alter everything I wrote for the last few chapters. So, I'm going to be restarting the sequel here with more regular updates than before as I was stuck with what direction to take the story and honestly didn't like what I'd written.
For anyone looking for a condensed version of the changes, I'll be summing them up on the first chapter of the next part, but if you fancy a re-read ahead of that then feel free to go back and read what I've done!
Consequences of Living will therefore be taken down and Part Two of the story will be continued after this Author Note. I'd like to thank you all for reading, reviewing and just taking the time to have this story in your lives. It always amazes me that people actually want to read this, so thank you for sticking with me and I plan on repaying that with the updated version of this story and what comes next. As I've made some changes, again mostly minor until the final five or so chapters, I'd love to hear what you think is in store for Daphne, Harry and the crew and what you'd like to see me improve on. Fanfiction is as much about me learning what makes a good story as it is just telling these stories, so any feedback you have I'd love to hear it.
