Magical Alien Summer Ep 7: To Equestria and back again.
It was another sunny day in Canterlot City as there were no crimes involved. Although everyone was enjoying the quiet and peace, a certain 10-year-old wasn't at all. "AAHHHH! SO BORED!" Dan complains as he walks down the street while dialing his watch, looking through his list out of boredom "Nothing exciting to do! No bad guys, no new stuff around here. It's like today's a slow day. And I hate it." He kept walking as he nears the school. Looking up in dullness, when he noticed the pedestal out in the yard. He widens his eyes in remembering that Sunset mentions it is a portal to another place called "Equestria". He slowly grins as he gains an idea.
"A portal to another world, huh? Well, if there isn't anything to do in this world, then I can find plenty of stuff to do in another one!" The boy exclaims as he ran towards it. He starts feeling around the mirror sides for something that looks like a portal. He noticed something on the mirror that is facing the school, touching it to see it briefly rippled like water with a faint white glow. The boy smirks. "Bingo!" "What are you doing?" He was surprised as he looks back to see Sunset behind him. "Oh! uhh... Nothing?" The girl gave him a look that say 'really?' and looks back at the portal. "Uh-hu, and this 'nothing' has something to do with the portal to Equestria?"
"Come on, Sunset! Just give me a couple of hours in there. We're talking about a different world, filled with all sorts of amazing creatures! Filled with Dragons, Griffins, Castles! And-" "No, Dan. Listen, your powers are very similar to a race there called 'Changelings'. And from what I've heard, there not the friend loving bunch. If you go over there and ponies sees you in action, it will cause mass panic! Understand that I don't want you to go there because I'm trying to help and be a better friend then in New York. Understand." Sunset asked as Dan sighs out as he places his hands in his pockets and looks away.
"I understand." Dan mumbles out "Thanks! Come on, I've got nothing to do today, and we can play some games together at your house." She walks away as Dan starts heading back, looking over the portal when he got an idea. He grew his infamous smirk as he looks at the portal.
Later at night, at Dan's summer household, the boy was asleep until he shot open an eye and wakes up. Getting out of the guest room bed and changing into his day clothes as he sneaks out the room. He quickly peeks into his aunts' rooms to see they are fast asleep and quietly closes the doors.
He sneaks out the back door and climbs over the side fence, heading down the sidewalk. "Sorry, Sunset. But I'm not very good at listing to orders." He then dials the watch. "Let's see…Grey Matter? Nope! Tear-wolf? Heck, no! Heatblast? Nah-hah! XLR8? Yep!" FLASH The alien speeds towards the school, stopping in front of the portal as he stretches himself. "Okay, here we go." He got into a ready position and takes off towards the mirror. "EQUESTRIA! HERE I COME!" He went through the portal in a flash of white light, screaming as he spirals through the rainbow-colored vortex.
Intro:
A Galaxy is shown with some planets as outer space music is heard.
Just for a flash of green light to occur and shows the Omnitrix symbol with Dan's silhouette in the middle as the song picks up.
"It started when an alien device did what it did."
The 1st clip is Dan, discovering the Omnitrix as it latches onto his arm as he panics.
He then presses down on the dial as it transforms him into Heatblast as he cries out.
"And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid."
"Now he's got superpowers, he's no ordinary kid. He's Dan 10! (Dan 10!)"
The logo flashes a bit, before showing off aliens:
Grey Matter, Overflow, Shock Rock, Heatblast, Tear-Wolf, Goop and Astrodactyl.
"So if you see him, you might be in for a big surprise."
"He'll turn into an alien before your very eyes!"
The boy is then shown transforming into Tear-Wolf as 6 more aliens appear and zooms in:
Goop, Shock Rock, XLR8, Humungousaur, Heatblast and Tear-Wolf.
" He's slimy, freaky, fast and strong, he's every shape and size."
"He's Dan 10! (Dan 10!)"
Just then, a flash-animated Dan is running towards the screen and then flips and morphs into Tear-Wolf.
He bites at the screen as a black and green '1'. appear next to him.
2: Humungousaur is next as he grins and slams his tail down, making a sonic blast.
3: Grey Matter leaps at the screen, only to go splat in a comic fashion.
4: XLR8 appears and zooms away.
"Armed with powers, he's on the case!"
"Fighting off evil from Earth or space!"
5: Upgrade wiggles his legs around as he raises his arms.
6: Shock Rock generates lots of power and blasted a large beam of blue energy across the screen.
7: Overflow flies upward on his water blasts.
8: Astrodactyl displays his whips and then rockets away on his jetpack.
"He'll never stop 'till he makes them pay!"
"'Cause he's the baddest kid to ever save the day!"
9: Goop emerges out of his puddle form and throws a long punch in the air.
10: Heatblast chucks a fireball at the screen as Dan himself lands on the ground with his fist, cracking it as he gives a big grin.
"Dan 10! (Dan 10! D-D-D-Dan! Dan 10! D-D-D-Dan!)"
Tear-Wolf is then shown leaping form some trees as he looks fierce.
Shock Rock poses as he finishes transforming.
Sunset and the Rainbooms are shown powering up into their magic forms.
Heatblast chucks a fireball.
Dan is then shown slapping down on the Omnitrix.
The Mane 6, Spike, the royal sisters, the royal crystal family, Discord, Starlight Glimmer, Trixie and reformed Changelings and Dan in griffon form stood together as they glare at an adversity as the Omnitrix boy just smirks with crossed arms.
Twilight is shown fight a giant bird monster as she uses her Geode's magic to slam it down on the ground.
Humungousaur roars out as he finishes transforming.
XLR8 is shown running on top of water.
The opening finishes up as the aliens all got sucked into the Omnitrix as Dan shows it while green rays came from it as the title appear next to him.
Dan 10: Magical Alien Summer.
In a dark, giant library, all was quiet in the darkness. Not even a peep from a single mouse. But just then, a large machine behind a upside down horseshoe shaped mirror starts activating as pink energy flows through it into the mirror, making XLR8 zoom out of it and through a set of double doors, speeding through a hall as he crashes through a group of ponies as they smashed into the walls and doors and outside of a crystal/tree castle building.
"WHOA! Hit the brakes!" XLR8 quickly digs his heels into the ground while leaning backwards, screeching to a stop outside of a village-town as XLR8 dusts himself off. He then takes a look around, amazed by the sight of no city, finding a nature-filled world. "WHOA! So, this is Equestria! It's so… old-school!" He then notices a sign next to him and reads it. "'Welcome to Ponyville.' Weird name. But then again, this is an alternate dimension. Reminds me of Canterlot City and Bellwood."
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP FLASH "Well, now that I timed out, I'll just-" He was able to take a step, only to trip on his own 2 feet and fall face 1st into the dirt. Making the boy groans as he got up and rubs his head in discomfort. "Oww... What was that?" But as the kid glances at his hand, he is shocked to see them became yellow eagle talons! With the Omnitrix attached to his left like his human form. "What the?! What happened to my hands!?" He then stumbles into a puddle and looks at his reflection, only to be surprised that his head became a bird! "AHHHH! BIRD HEAD!"
As the boy clams down, he looks at himself and saw he is now a different being altogether! He now has a white eagle head with green markings around his green eyes that are a bit more slitted. he still has his cap as it covers his now feathered hair as some of it sticks out in a spike fashion and has green highlights. His body is now a lion cub's lower body that is colored the same shade of brown as his human hair as he has a tail with a tuff of white on the end. He has a yellow beak. He also is wearing a green scarf around his neck. But the thing that surprises him the most is the pair of bird wings on his back that is a lighter tone then his lower body.
"Holey moley! I'm... a Griffon?!" The boy turned Griffon exclaims as he looks all over himself, only to notice the wings on the back as they start flapping as he hovers above the ground. "Wait! I got wings now and I can fly on my own?! I CAN FLY ON MY OWN!" But just as Dan took off, he crashed into a tree as he slumps down in pain and groans out. "Note to self: Flying with wings is way harder than flying with a jetpack." As the kid recovers and shakes off the crash, he decides it would be best to just walk for now.
The boy ducks down in some bushes and sneaks into town by them, moving from shrub to shrub as he pokes his head out look around. "Kind of like one of those small villages in RPGs." Just then, heard voices as he follows his ears as he gets closer to the castle.
"Chrysalis and the changelings are back! They pony-napped all of the most powerful ponies in all of Equestria!" Dan pokes his head out to see 2 ponies, one of which is Trixie's counterpart, a black bug/pony hybrid with light blue eyes, fangs holes in its legs and buzzing sparkly wings. But the boy was confused by what looks like a mishmash of animal body parts stuck together. "Whoa... talk about a walking zoo. Wonder if Animo made him?" The boy questions out as he decides to duck down and clicks the watch, turning towards Grey Matter and transforming into him as the other noticed as the small alien pokes his head out. "This should help me get a closer look."
He quickly made his way towards the being's tail as it leans into the other pony's face. "They took Flutteryshy?!" "Yes!" "Where?!" Grey Matter latches on the white tuff, just as the being snapped, teleporting all of them in a flash of light.
The group teleported on a cliff, wearing gear on them as he chaotic being whips his tail towards the forest, sending Grey Matter fling off as they haven't noticed. Grey Matter screams as he lands on something bouncy. "Ooohhhhh... My stomach feels weird." His cheeks puff up as he swallows his alien vomit. "Okay... Another note to self: Be more prepared when someone teleports. Well, on the bright side, I landed in this soft, nice..." He glances down, only for his eyes to widened at what he's in. "Spider web?!" He pulls as hard as he can to break free and managed to pull one hand off and works on the other. He managed to free himself when he heard a buzzing sound and saw a dragon fly heading into the web. Grey Matter saw this and managed to get his back free as he bends down.
"If I can time it right, I can use the bounce force of the fly's impact to loosen the sticky adhesive of the arachnid's web and bounce forward with added momentum to loosen the bounding agent. Wait for it..." The fly smacked in the middle of it as Grey Matter used the bounce and bends the web back further and springs forward, using himself as a slingshot and manages to break free, smacking into some leaves. "Made it! Though I can't say them same for him." He comments as he saw the spider went down and chomps on the helpless fly, making the alien flinched in disgust.
"Yeesh... I'm out of here." Grey Matter then stands and runs towards the direction he flew from. He turns back into Dan halfway, which is lucky for him. He made his way to the cliff as he saw the large hive-like castle in the distance. "A giant bug-like castle? now there's something you don't see every day." He glances around and saw, in the distance, the others were halfway there. "If that's where everybody's going, count me in!" He slowly made his way down the hill and starts running after them.
Dan was panting as he leans against a rock. "Okay... Maybe running the whole way wasn't such a good idea." He took a few more deep breaths as he peeks out to see the other got by the guards and went in a hole. "Going to need a find a way past the guards. Or... I can just let myself in, Humungousaur style!" He grins out as he dials in the dinosaur and slaps down, only to get Goop, instead. "Fine... I can sneak past them." He turns into a puddle and slithers behind some other rocks, grabbing one and chucking it away as the guards were alerted and went to check it out, missing Goop slipping past them and into a hole as it closes up.
Goop moves forward, only to stop and gasp as the interior of the hive, which is not only huge, but also has holes that opens and closes a lot. "Well, guess there's no going back." He took some steps in random direction as he tries to figure out heads or tails of the hive. Just then, a buzzing sound got his attention as he glances back and quickly slithers behind some stone pillars as a patrol flew past him. "Maybe those guys can help." He slithers after them, unnoticed. He kept following them until they ended up at a large spiraling staircase with many holes in the pillar. "Well, guess I'm getting closer and closer to the Bad Guy." As the patrols have all left, Goop was able to time out safely, making him walk up the stairs as he kept his guard up.
Dan pops his head out of a ledge to see the 2 drones heading through a big set of doors that has 6 guards in front of it. "That must be where the throne room is. Now, how am I going to get past those guards?" Dan ponders as he rubs his chin in thought. Only for his wings to flare out as he groans and stuffs them back down. He glances at the Omnitrix and finds it's charged up again. "Please give me someone useful." He pleas as he pushes on the core. FLASH
The boy's body turns into water as he become armored from head to toe. He spins around and blasts water out in a whip like fashion before holding his fist out, posing
"What was that?!" One of the guards exclaims as Overflow rocket up and glares down. "Special delivery! One instant pool party!" He exclaims as he uses his powers to create tidal wave and washed the guards down as they screamed. "Now for the rest of the hive!" He rockets upward and starts spinning fast and spraying water all over, flooding some of the holes as they washed out some Changelings. He then notices a nearby hole and exclaims. "Secret entrance, sweet!" He went inside and ran further in, only to be surprised to be outside the hive, near the top. "WHOA! I'm out at the top!? I bet the others don't know this." He then climbs up to the point as he saw a hole that leads inside. He glances back to see a swarm heading towards him as he quickly fires a massive stream that blasts them away and hops in, timing out as the hole closed.
The Griffon steps down the dark tunnel as he notices a light at the end and made his way towards it, only to be stunned at seeing the pony counterparts of his friends, his aunts, a baby dragon that looks like Spike, and Trixie and strange being, hanging upside down in slime cocoons as they slept. "What the?"
"By replacing the most beloved figures in Equestria, my drones can store all that love meant for them and return them here, to me!" He glances down to see the sparkle wing Changeling being captured by a massive group of its fellow changelings. The boy then noticed a taller, female one that has a crown, bigger wings, armor on her stomach and back and a small crown along with snake eyes the same color as her mane and tail: dark cyan blueish green.
Dan mumbles out as he watches. "That must be the leader." She sat on the throne as she continues. "Every pony will do as I say! And my subjects and will feed on their love for generations!" She starts laughing as the other hiss in agreement while Thorax looks terrified. "Oh, man! There not just bugs! There vampire bugs! And the watch is still charging." He groans out as he glanced at red glowing watch.
"What if you don't have to?" Dan glances back down to see the Queen tosses the remaining pony away as 2 of her guards pins her as she glares down. "The hunger of Changelings can never be filled!" "Exactly! Thorax left the hive and made a friend. He shared love, and now he doesn't need to feed. You don't have to live your lives starving all the time!" Dan looks back in thought at her words. "'Starving'? That's why there doing all of this? There just hungry?" But as the boy ponders, he noticed the queen was stomping towards Thorax. "The only thing Thorax has found is what happens to those who turn their back on the hive!" But as Dan shifted, he accidently knocked over a rock, sending it clattering down to the ground as it got the room's attention. "What was that?!" The queen whirls back as she looks around, making the boy quickly run back in the tunnel as the leader noticed.
Dan made his way down a tunnel and turn right into another one and presses against a pillar, catching his breath. "Okay! Stay calm... Maybe she didn't notice." He took some breaths until he heard buzzing, slowly peeking out as he saw the Queen, flying down the tunnel as she stops and gazes around. She then went off as Dan peeks out and sighs at her being gone. "Okay. Think I lost her." He went down the same tunnel, back to the throne room.
But just then, he screeches to a stop as he saw something that puzzles him, making him back up at what looks like his reflection. They both stared at each other as he scratches his head as the other Dan did the same. They both then start doing the same thing: leaning in, narrowing their eyes, opening their beaks and pulling their eyelids. They tapped their chin in thought as they both turn around, glancing back at each other. They then did a perfect fist pump and then made a mean face. Dan then went into some goofy face expressions as the reflection matched him. He then tires open and closing his wings as the copy did the same thing as well. Dan then shrugs and turns around as he ponders, unaware of the other Dan glancing back him with a evil look. Dan then snaps his claws as he turns around while posing with the Omnitrix as the copy did the same. Dan clicks the button as the core pops up with a beep, only for the boy noticed the mirror's watch didn't activate. "HA! FAKE!"
Only for the other Dan to snarl as he tackles him, morphing back into the Queen. "WHO ARE YOU?!" Dan gags out as he waves in front of his face. "BLEAGH! Two words, garbage breath! Mouth Wash!" He then flaps his wings and flew up and out of Chrysalis's grasp. "And just call me the kid who's going to kick your butt! Or... Tail. Or... Wait! What am I supposed to call them?" The Queen merely snarls as she lights her horn up in a dark green color as Dan notices and flew out of the way. "Looks like I'm getting better at these wings. And hey! I wasn't done thinking!" "I don't know who or what you even are! But it doesn't matter, because I'll have great pleasure draining your love with your friends!" Dan notices his watch was charged as he spoke out. "Lady, you have a sick mind, you know that?" FLASH
"And I think some Shock Therapy is what you need!" Shock Rock exclaims as he stretch his fist and punches the queen down the tunnel, sending her tumbling back on her throne as she recovers and noticed Shock Rock was barreling down towards her with a bat, causing her to teleport away as the weapon made some cracks in the throne. The alien leaps off as the Queen narrows her eyes at him. "What kinds of a changeling are you?" "One of a kind!" She charges at him as they alien blocks with a shield, making her fly up and fire some magic blast as Shock Rock dodges and returns fire with energy blasts. "Enough of this! Minions! Destroy this thing!" Shock Rock notices the other bugs were swarming him as he spoke out. "Why are you letting her boss you around?" His question made them stop as they glanced at one another. "Well... she's the Queen and we always follow her lead." "I guess you make a point! And you guys got a good operation going! Too bad you're not respected at all!"
"What do you mean?" "Yeah! We're apricated! The Queen helps us feed! We won't be here without her." "And you all feed on love, right? Then what's so scary about trying something new? how about you do what... What's your name?" "Starlight Glimmer." "What she suggested. That whole 'sharing love thing' Unless you're all chickens?" He grins out as the changelings frown. "We're not chickens!" Shock Rock starts acting like one to taunt the others as Chrysalis has an eyebrow raised. "I'll show we're not chickens!" Thorax cries out as suddenly fires out rings of pink energy at the queen. It knocks the Queen into her throne, cracking it more as she looks in disbelief. Thorax was then engulfed in pink light that start glowing brightly, making everyone shield their eyes.
There was a brief flash of white light that revealed a new Thorax. He was taller and his skin changed to a light green on the legs and head with dark green on the body. He has some orange on his neck with 3 gem stones on it. He has 2, beetle-like horns on his head with purple eyes. He has purple wing shields with a glittering tail and wings.
"This is what happens when you share love instead of taking it! You should give it to him!" The pony points at Shock Rock. "WAIT?! WHAT!?" The others do that as they did the same thing at the alien. He though he was going to be destroyed, only when they hit him, he suddenly felt powerful, like he was strong enough to blow up an entire state! "YEAH!" He yells out as his body flares out with blue and pink energy and made a giant ball of the stuff and holds it above his head as he forms a giant hammer. "HEY, QUEENY! I THINK IT'S TIME TO DROP THE HAMMER ON THIS PLAN!" He rushes forwards an leaps up as he pulls back as the queen leaps out of the way and swung down at the throne. "NOOOO!" BOOOM The top part of the castle exploded in a shockwave of blue and pink. The dust settled down to reveal Thorax, Shock Rock and the pony under a magic shield that she made at the last sec.
They all look around to see all of the Changeling were the same size, but were colorful and good, like Thorax. They then noticed that all of the cocooned ponies were being released with bits of slime on them. The trio all smiles at each other at a job well done as Shock Rock times out, stunning the other 2 as Dan clicks his teeth and gun fingers them. "Fluttershy?" The Chimera cries out as he hugs Pony Fluttershy, much to her delight.
Starlight went to help out Pony Twilight as she asks. "Starlight? What happened?" "We defeated the Changelings without magic. They found a new leader. And the Changelings are good now. And we also met some sort of special Changeling Griffon." She explains as Thorax nods while Dan causal greets. "S'up?" Princess Twilight was surprised at the last bit. "Well done, Starlight Glimmer." Luna's pony self said as she walks up. "It seems you have learned a great deal after we last spoke…" Just then, a crumbling sound got their attention as they saw something moving under the pile of rubble. Chrysalis rises out, all injured as she weakly had her horn glowing and hisses with bits of blue electricity coming off her, only to get a dreaded look at seeing the number of people glaring at her with horns glowing as Dan hovers and smirks with cross arms.
Starlight approaches the former Queen and talks to her. "When Twilight and her friends defeated me, I chose to run away and seek revenge! You don't have to! You can be the leader your subjects deserve." Starlight holds her hoof out to her. Chrysalis was about to shakily grab it… only to smack it away with a glare. "Spare me your nonsense! But it is not you I'm angry at!" She stands up and shoves Starlight away as she points at the boy. "I don't know how you did that transformation or who you are, boy! But there is no amount of revenge you could ever conceive of that will come close to what I will exact upon you one day!" "Sheesh... Do you ever stop talking or do you like to hear yourself blab on?" She growls with a twitching eye then takes off as the others ran to the ledge to see her fly off, stumbling for a bit.
"Well, she'll won't be bothering anyone for a while." Dan comments Twilight puts a hoof over Starlight's in comfort. "Thorax, as the new leader of the changelings, I look forward to discussing how we can improve our relationship in the future. However, for the moment, perhaps it is best that we leave the Changeling Kingdom to the changelings." Celestia said as she approaches Twilight. POOF "Splendid idea! Now who's ready for some celebratory tea at Fluttershy's?!" The chimera guy said as he curls around Fluttershy. "OH! Uh, everypony?" Starlight walks up as she suggests something else. "Actually, now that you can snap your claws and send us absolutely anywhere again, I think I have a better option."
At a small village in the middle of nowhere, the ponies were putting up decorations for a festival as Starlight approached them. After some words were exchanged and greeted, she along with 4 other ponies left off as the others followed along with Dan as well. As the boy was sitting by the pony Rainbooms, a scream caught their attention as they glanced to see Trixie on a flying pig passing by them with animal guy, whom Dan learns was named Discord, following behind. "Flying pigs. Sunset Shimmer is never going to believe this." "Wait! Sunset Shimmer? How do you know her?" Dan smirks as he kicks his feet up and leans back as he flies above. "Well... If you want me to tell my awesome origin story, then okay." "Why do I have the feeling this fella is like another Rainbow Dash." Applejack groans out.
"YYAAAHHH! OOOOFFFF!" Dan fell on the ground as the portal spat him out. "Ugg… Note to self: Next visit, talk to Princess Twilight about installing mattresses on each end of the landings." He stands up and dusts himself. "Well, that was intense and pretty cool! And even sweeter that I was a Griffon with wings! How wild is that?! And I made sure I got back in time before anyone notices." He walked a few steps, only to bumped into something. He looks to see a familiar pair of pants with high-heeled black boots, one of them tapping the ground. He looks up to see a glaring Sunset with her arms crossed. He then notices 2 people on the steps and looks behind her to see his Aunts in silent anger. Luna had her arm's crossed while Celestia had her hands on her hips.
"Anything you have to say about yourself, young man?" Dan looks up in silent terror and squeaks out. "Ummm… busted?" "In my office, now!" The older sister said as they head inside. Dan groans out, realizing that he is in big trouble. But as he went up the steps, he stopped and looks back at the mirror, smiling at a new world of adventure and friends. He walks in, knowing that he'll see his new friends soon.
