Mad Enhancement: C: After drinking Joseph's blood, Dio's power reached a point where his sanity began to slip. The most obvious instance of this is when he shoves his own finger into his skull to prove how much his new power had energized him.

Personal Skills

Body Modification: B: The body he now inhabits isn't his own. He possesses his original head, grafted onto Jonathan Joestar's body at the neck.

Vampiric Tendencies: C: After acquiring Jonathan's body, this skill has degraded somewhat due to the Hamon energy flowing in the body.

Bloodsucking: C(A): After acquiring Jonathan's body, this skill has degraded somewhat due to the Hamon energy flowing in the body.

Charisma: A: Dio has been described as a beautiful and alluring man. In a few short years he was able to gather a small army of stand users under his command, with nearly all of them following him out of pure loyalty and several even being willing to die for him.

Battle Continuation: A+: Due to his undead nature, Dio can survive Nealy any injury. His only vulnerable spot is his head and even that can repair itself unless it's completely destroyed.

The World: All Time Stops: Anti-Unit/Anti-Time: A+: DIO's stand which manifests as an astral avatar at his command. The stand is capable of fighting with ability equal to B rank physical stats with immense speed and strength. However any damage the stand takes is transferred to DIO. The true ability of this stand is to stop time. Anything he interacts with in stopped time will momentarily move freely but stop shortly after losing contact with dio, but will immediately regain any momentum dio applied to it the moment time resumes. Apon summoning, it can only stop time for 5 seconds at a time, but the more Dio uses the ability and becomes accustomed to it, his limit increases. Theoretically, if he used the ability enough times he would eventually be able to freeze time indefinitely.
