Chapter 3: The first week, plans for the future, and the Hunter
Within the closed arcade, Game Center Crown, normally there would be no lights. But tonight was different, within the arcade there was only one light. The light comes from the Sailor V arcade machine with a small black cat manning the machine.
"Come on, why aren't you answering? This is Luna, code name 0091. Code phase: The moon rabbit makes mochi!" I said for the fifth time, hoping to hear the other end.
"..." silence again. I can't help but sigh, just as I found one of the Sailor Guardians a week ago. I've been trying to contact my partner, Artemis. Giving up on trying to contact him again, I pulled up a list of pictures and bios, three of them.
The first photo was of a handsome man with short black hair, Chiba Mamoru. He was in a car accident that claimed the lives of his parents and got amnesia, but what interested me was how similar he looks to Tuxedo Kamen. The two have builds, age, and even look too similar to be a coincidence.
The next photo was a young girl with blonde hair, with her hair tied with a large red ribbon. Aino Minako, or as Artemis's notes say Sailor V or Sailor Venus. She used to live in London as Sailor V and was a member of her volleyball team. She used to work with the London police, but after an explosion of her recent fight against crime was presumed dead. But Artemis stated the two moved into Japan a few days ago, with the two trying to find the other Guardians and the Princess.
The third and final photo was a familiar face, Tenma Shinku or Shin. I can't trust him, both due to his inhuman nature and how he seems to be at the right place at the right time. Usagi told me how they met in front of the jewelry store that the Youma monster set up. Looking into his past shows nothing out of the ordinary, born and raised in Chicago with his father, a doctor, and mother, a lawyer. He lived a normal life and showed talents in his writing skills from his love of studying myths and the occult. After getting a scholarship to Towa University he and his family went on a trip around Europe. That's when something happens.
During Shin's trip to Whitby, England he left his hotel room in the middle of the night to study the atmosphere that led to the famous Dracula novel. Shin was found on the beach after his parents couldn't find him and the police were called and were sent to the hospital. He had a high fever, aches, and extreme reaction to any sunlight in the room. After a month of these symptoms, Shin returned to a more normal condition or an even better condition. He became stronger, faster, and more confident in himself, and while he felt weaker under the sun and didn't eat anything with garlic due to the smell, which he has soon gotten over.
'This must have been when he turned.' I can't help but think that. But the real question was how? Looking over the medical files said that the only odd thing about his body during the examination was a red bump on his right shoulder blade. The bump looked like a simple bug bite, but what if it was some sort of bug that makes people into monsters? Was this part of the Dark Kingdom's plan? To turn some humans and make an army of monsters? Shin keeps raising more questions than answers here. For now, the best place for him might be near me and sadly, Usagi.
Usagi also heads over heels for him and Tuxedo Kamen. I know she was a normal teenage girl just a week ago, but Shin? He's far too dangerous under normal circumstances because he knows that she's Sailor Moon, something I still wonder how he knows.
The Guardians have an aura that makes it so that people wouldn't link the two so easily, but if transformed in front of people makes it null. And Sailor V only be active in London for a few months, so he couldn't know about the Sailors Scouts.
I can think about it some other day. I need to get Sailor Moon as strong as she can and find the other Sailor Scouts before we can attack the Dark Kingdom. Looking at the machine one more before turning to leave, hoping to hear Artemis.
"..."
The silence was suffocating, I can only hope Artemis was ok…
{Shin's P.O.V.}
Reaching a certain alley, I can't help but be annoyed by what happened last week. Opening my menu to see that thing that has been causing me such headaches.
Usagi Tsukino: Aff [50/100] (Locked) Obe [20/100]
Reward for reaching 50 affection with Usagi Tsukino. Perk [Magical Lovers] has been added.
[Magical Lovers]
Magical girls are drawn to you. Could it be your good looks or power? Whatever the reason girls that have magical powers and are followed by acute mascot are more willing to fall for you. Increase Aff and Obe gains with Magical girls.
It confused me how Usagi's affection meter was locked, even doing the time I spent with her when tutoring didn't increase. But the reason was clear if you think about it. Mamoru.
The main driving point of Sailor Moon was her and Mamoru's love for each other. They were destined to love each other as the two were reborn after the fall of the Silver Millennium. Usagi herself was preventing the affection from going up, albeit subconsciously. The only way to remove the lock was for Usagi and Mamoru to remember their past lives, so I need to make sure Usagi sees me as a better lover than Mamoru. This was easier said than done because while Mamoru was a bit of a jerk to Usagi, he also showed that he cares for Sailor Moon and even protected her from a fatal attack.
Standing over the manhole cover and climbing into the hole. As I slowly move down, I make sure to replace the cover before sinking into the depths of the tunnel. Leading me to my underground base.
This was my biggest purchase in the Shop costing even more than to evolve but it was worth it. While evolving will make me stronger and maybe even gain some skills, however, a base provides far more. I can train to my utmost limits, making items like potions once I get the material, tools, and text to know what I'm making, to even storing the weapons I got from my raids. Adding even more rooms doesn't cost EP, only money. Which drains my wallet until all I have now was two million yen.
The base was also special in the manner I can buy rooms. So far, I have a gym, training room, library, and workshop. I also have three empty rooms with one being an armory, but it's just a couple of tables with the guns I grab from the Midori family. The other one was simple with a bed; in case I need to work on a project overnight. Hell, I have been here every day when I'm not with Usagi or finding the next Niji family HQ to hit.
Going to the gym I decide to work on getting my STR stats higher, while I'm eight times stronger than a human. That's only because of the multiplier, so I need to boost my base stats to get more benefits from my multiplier. I also need to buy some proper workout clothes because the number of jeans I ripped from doing weighted squats was annoying. Stripping out my clothes only to be left with another soon-to-be ruined jeans, I look at myself in the gym's mirror.
A week of hard workouts was starting to see results. My arms are thicker, my chest and shoulders are broader, even the starting of abs are beginning to form. Which resulted in a small CHA bonus of five. My physical stats have all been boosted since I started training but I still need a way to raise my INT, WIS, and LUC stats. I also trained my [Blood Magic] today as well.
[Blood Magic] and [Altar Appearance] werethe only two skills I was able to get after the base. [Altar Appearance] was pretty simple to understand, all it did was allow me to change the shape and look of my face and hair. [Blood Magic] on the other hand was more complicated, it's based on whose blood it's from. So far, I was able to test it with three different blood sources: rat's blood, human blood, and my blood. All three can be used in a similar vein to water bending from the Last Air Bender but the difference comes soon after that.
The rat's blood and no doubt other animal blood's the weakest among the three. It can be used as a whip and even hardens it but that's about it. Human blood can be turned into shapes and basic throwing weapons and can hold its shape for around an hour after I stopped putting in magic to keep it in shape. But it starts softening after that and I must pour magic into it again to harden it. Using my blood gives me the best result as not only does it last longer than normal blood and can make even more complex shapes. I even made the wobbler engine!
… model size but still.
But that's enough stalling around, making my way to the weight bench while grabbing several hundred-pound weight discs. The only bad thing about the base was I must buy the equipment, and magical stuff costs even more. Placing the disc until the bar has three hundred on each side, totaling six hundred fifty pounds with the bar added to the earlier six hundred-pound discs. Time to start my reps.
+ 5 Affection with Metatron [25/100] for giving him a show
{The Next Day}
{Usagi's P.O.V.}
The school has been moving even more slowly since I became Sailor Moon. Last week I worried about test grades and having to stand in the hall, but now the world's endangered, and Shin, me, and the other Sailor Scouts are the only people that can protect it. But we don't even know where to start looking for the other Scouts. Luna told me Sailor V was one of our allies and plans to meet her soon, but doesn't know who or where to find the other Scouts, only that she can sense the energy of the Scouts to differentiate them from normal humans. Maybe others can help, like that new group the Mew Mews? But could their powers even work on Youmas? Do they even have powers or are they just some idol group making a new gimmick? As I was mowing over what's now my life, two girls came in front of me.
The first one was Kurumi Erika, with dark blue, shoulder-length wavy hair, and eyes of similar color. In a way we both are very similar, we are both cheerful and energetic girls that love fashion, but while I'm clumsy, Erika's brash. Her brash nature has caused several people to distance themselves from her, as she tends to force people to join her fashion club. Even then I would say Erika was a good person overall.
The other's the new kid that transferred last week, Hanasaki Tsubomi. Her hair and eyes are both maroon in color with her hair done in a twintail style with each tail reaching her elbows and tied with a flower scrunchie. She was a shy girl when she first arrived, being barely able to say her name.
Both girls were wearing the school uniform with a sash, handband, and even a flag with the katakana for the word 'fashion club'
'A club drive?' I can't help but think that, seeing that there are only the two of them.
"Usagi, please join the fashion club! It will be fun!" Erika almost yelled "Come on Tsubomi! Help me here!"
"... please join the fashion club." I guess even being a friend of Erika doesn't cure shyness, since I almost didn't hear her and she was a foot away from me.
"Tsubomi! You need to speak up if we want people to join us! Follow my lead!" Erika said to which Tsubomi replied with "Yes!"
"Please join the fashion club!" the two girls said to me. A part of me was jealous of them, worrying about needing club members and not fighting life and death battles against and even with monsters.
"I would love to join, but both my mother and Sensei would keep from joining due to my grades." I explained to them, while true I also need the time in case of Youma attacks. I also need a plan to get stronger as well. My Moon Tiara Action, while Luna told me that I can control where it flies and can make it bind the enemy rather than hurt them, can only do so much. Even if I take Karate or Judo, what good would they do against the Youma?
Maybe Shin has an idea? He's a vampire, so maybe he knows how to use magic in other ways. I need to defend myself outside of one attack, I should try boosting my stamina as dodging seems to be my only other opinion.
"USAGI!"
"WHAAA!" I scream, I even almost fall out of my chair from the surprise.
Looking at who yelled at me to see Naru, even Erika and Tsubomi are still there.
"Naru? When did you get here?" I ask, trying to calm my heart from the scare.
"Usagi, I said your name five times. Erika and Tsubomi were also trying to snap you out of whatever trance you're in." Naru said. Was I that out of it? "Is there something wrong? Usagi, you know you can talk to me or Haruna Sensei."
I wish I could tell people about this. Me being Sailor Moon, the Youmas, Luna the talking cat, Shin the vampire, me having to save the world even before turning fifteen, and all of the craziness that's now my life. But I can't. I can't even bring myself to tell Mama about this. I can't have her worry every time I have to become Sailor Moon might be the last time she will ever see me.
"I'm fine guys." I said I need to think of an excuse quickly. "I'm just thinking of my tutor." sorry Shin.
"Your tutor? Oh yeah, I remember you saying you got one after you failed the last test." Naru said, thanks for reminding me. "AH! Now I get it~" Naru's look of realization turned into a sly grin "Your tutor was a hunk, right? No wonder you're more scatterbrain than normal. It must be love~" Naru said in her teasing tone, even Erika and Tsubomi looked interested.
My face turned a bit red hearing that. I know I feel something more for Shin than most other guys I looked at. Shin helped me during that fight last week and even revealed he was Crimson Hunter and that he's a vampire. The fact he was willing to tell me his secrets says a lot to me. But are these feelings love or something else? The way I feel for both Tuxedo Kamen and Motoki is different from how I feel about Shin. With those two my feelings are purer, dreams of being a housewife and fairy tale love stories. But with Shin, it feels more forbidden. Maybe it's due to me being human and him a vampire?
I will ask Luna if there are special traits that the other Scouts have later, I need to enjoy what little of a normal life I can.
"By the way, Usagi have you heard about the genius girl in the other class?" Naru said but my mind keeps drifting away, I need to meet with Shin to find the other Sailor Scouts.
{Within the sewers}
God, I hate this job sometimes.
"Sir, do we have to search down here? I doubt any kid would come down a dark, stinking tunnel." the newbie said.
I looked at him, seeing how he was trying to move around the literal shit to keep his new suit from being ruined. Kiyoshi was a young man, just promoted to detective in the Tokyo PD and he has a charming face too. Soft looking face, bright blue eyes, and shiny black hair with a fit body for the job in a blue suit. He's also known for his nice personality and gentle handling of people. In other words, he's the good cop to my bad cop. Seeing how I've been in the force for over twenty years and people say I look like the cop from crime dramas. Gray hair, dull eyes, the starting of a gut, and my wrinkled gray suit.
"Yes, we need to look down here too. Or do you want the doll warehouse case? I'm fine with you going there and not helping me find missing children because you don't want your nice suit dirty. I'm sure their parents understand, dry cleaning has been pricey." I said. The guy at least looked ashamed from what I just told him.
This week has been something of a nightmare. First, the Midori family's HQ went up in flames with no word coming from their inside man. Then the disappearances around here started with people's pets going missing. We believed that it was something like kids leaving the door or windows open and they slipped out, then kids started disappearing too. Just remembering the hollow looks in the parents' eyes, the mother holding a plush toy, a father with a baseball glove. Worse was they're not the only disappearances as of late, several people from the mannequin warehouse also gone missing. There's also no connection between the two disappearances and the fire, so we are looking at three different criminals or a new criminal group.
Then there were the media asking him if they could speak to Sailor V not too long ago. She's not a fucking cop! She's just some kid way over her head and was surrounded by irresponsible adults!
… that's why she died. A fucking kid, who looks no older than my daughter, died because some cops are not willing to do their jobs and wanted some sort of mascot. Now there's another group I need to find and shut down, one kid dying in the line of duty was too much.
"Also, don't call me 'Sir'. I don't need to feel even older." I complain. "This was the only thing that all the children's disappearances have in common, several of them disappear around areas with a manhole. The testament of Tanaka Jiro also says that he heard screams but no sounds of a vehicle, and Jiro was five hundred feet from the victim when she was taken. The only reason why he was not a suspect was that he was around eighty and the man could barely run, let alone kidnap a kid and hide her with any of the other missing children." I explain why we must look down here, I also don't want to be here too.
"Kenji, some of those kids have been gone for a week. … How bad do you think this was going to be?" Kiyoshi said.
"... Just keep looking." I ordered. I don't even want to think about what happened to them. All I can hope for this was some mass ransom case or not anything else.
We looked around to find any clues if the children had been taken down here, but the only thing down here was shit, cockroaches, and rats. The only odd things since coming here are the pests. Normally roaches run into the darkness as soon as light shines on them, but these roaches stood still for a moment before running. There was even a rat following us and I know it because that rat was missing a good part of its left ear. Something's not right. These pests are acting too weird for my liking.
"Kenji? What's wrong? Did you find something?" Kiyoshi asked.
"Something doesn't feel right. Why are the rats and roaches acting like this?" I told Kiyoshi.
"What? The bugs and rats got you worried? Yes, they're not running away but maybe some homeless people live down here and become not afraid of humans." Kiyoshi says.
Maybe he's right. These cases have been pressing down on the PD, I have barely been able to sleep, and can't remember how many times parents would run up to me begging about any leads into the case. Days of heartbreaks and nights of hard liquor and fast food or convenience store food. Going days without seeing my own family. Maybe I'm just cracking under the pressure.
Hopefully, we will have a breakthrough soon, but we still need to check more of the sewers. We went deeper and only to see more of what was before shit, bugs, and rats. Sometimes we see something new: pieces of clothes, beer bottles, cardboard boxes turned into makeshift homes, an oil drum with burned wood, and some basic tools and cookware. No doubt this was a homeless camp, everything in disarray but that could be noted to us coming in and searching, no question some of them might have been drug users.
We both turn on our flashlights and look around the camp, seeing as this was our best lead for the case. We split up to check everything faster. I started with the 'houses' and I need my handkerchief to filter the smell to be more bearable. The only things I found were more dirty clothes, a sleeping bag with an awful smell that I don't plan on opening, more makeshift tools, and used needles. I grab a knife, which's no doubt dull enough to be thrown away but still able to be used. I shine my light on the knife, a standard cooking knife one can get from the supermarket, the handle was worn out and the blade has several nicks and chips in the blade. The thing that caught my attention was the dried greenish stain on the blade.
What could this be? I doubt anything comes from a fruit or vegetable; mainly do the fact I doubt the homeless here would spend what little money they have on healthy stuff. Might as well bag it and tag it, the boys in the lab can figure it out. I was about to put the knife in an evidence bag, "KENJI!" Kiyoshi yells at me. I rushed over to Kiyoshi to see what caused him to yell like that, and I wish I hadn't.
It was dirty, brownish-red in color with several bite marks from no doubt the rats in here, but the thing that caused the pit in my stomach was what it was.
It was the tibia, or better known as the shin bone, and judging by the length it must have come from one of the missing kids. "... Dear God…" I said brilliantly, this was something I didn't think would happen when coming down here. Then I noticed Kiyoshi's light was not aimed at the bone, slowly I moved my sight towards what he was pointing at. The rush of emotions was something I never felt in a combination of.
Shock, amazement, disgust, and true horror and fear.
It was a cockroach, but this one was the size of a small dog. And it was not alone…
Tens of them! Maybe even more than a hundred of the things! How was this possible?! This is something you only see in movies! Then I hear another noise.
I quickly turned and shone where the noise was coming from. This time it was a rat, except like the roaches massively increased in size. The rat was around the size of a large dog and two more like it soon arrived behind it.
"We need to get out of here…" I said as quietly as I can, the roaches in Japan don't bite but they can fly and fly fast in their normal size.
"But what about the evidence?" Kiyoshi said, no doubt going a bit crazy at his discovery. Not that I can blame him.
"Leave it. We need to get out of here." I ordered.
The rats are slowly moving towards us and judging by the noises the roaches are making, we need to move it.
"RUN!" I yell out, Kiyoshi quickly on my heels as we run.
The noises behind us, the madding squeaks and cheeps from the pests tells me they're not too far from us. I drew my sidearm as we ran, while I doubted Kiyoshi and I could kill all of them, it's possible our, firing could scare them off. We keep on running until all of the sudden, the noises behind us stop.
I wanted to keep on running but for some reason, Kiyoshi stopped to look at the monstrous size roaches and rats. I can't leave him here, so I try to grab him to get us out of here, only to see why both the pests and he stopped.
Amid them was something in a humanoid shape, wearing rags made into a hooded cloak.
"Kiyoshi, shine him. My name's Sato Kenji, I'm with the Tokyo Police Department's Community Safety Division." I keep going on and on with the whole police speech to study the person's details and my GOD he looks disgusting. He could have been called handsome if his face isn't puff up and caked in slime, the craze looks in his eyes and seeing him having wings that are slowly flapping.
… You know what? Fuck this.
I raise my sidearm and open fire on the freak. I doubt he would come willingly anyways
While my aim was true a thick long body wrapped around the culprit, protecting him from my bullets
Of course, things can't be that easy. Kiyoshi pulled out his sidearm and fired at the rats and I figured out what it was that protected the freak, a mukade. I dealt with those bastards in my house several times when I was a kid. And it has to be the size of a tree too because it's not like we're already up shit creek without a paddle.
"Why must you fight? Why fight against your god?" the thing said. At least we know it can talk. "You should just be my sacrifice, just like those young ones…"
"Young ones? Do you mean kids? You were the one taking them!? Where are they!?" Kiyoshi yelled at the monster. This was the first time I ever saw him so angry…
The thing just smiled and said "They were such great sacrifices. They were … delicious…"
A new emotion was added to the mix now, anger. And judging by the look on Kiyoshi's face, he's also angry.
The mukade uncoils around the monster and Kiyoshi opens fire. A few of the shots hit their mark judging by how the bastard grabbed his right shoulder. Then Kiyoshi's gun started clicking, signaling that it's out of ammo.
"Kiyoshi! Run! We need to leave NOW!" I yell out, preparing to make a run for it.
"BUT KENJI HE -!" Kiyoshi yells out his displeasure of leaving this monster here alive.
But I know we don't have the weapons to take down the bastard and his army. I'm down to my last few shots.
"NOT NOW! JUST RUN!" I yell out the most important order I have ever given in my life.
Kiyoshi looks pissed but follows the order. We both run the fastest can. I can feel my sides hurting, I can't catch my breath, and I feel my heart was about to explode in my chest. But I still run, I can't stop because I hear one thing.
"... GeeeEEtttTT TttTTHHhhheEEemMmM!"it yelled out.
As I run, I hear a thud sound coming from my right and my stomach sinks when I hear yelling.
"KENJI!" I turned around to see Kiyoshi yelling at me as a large mass of cockroaches with only his upper half being uncovered, but that was soon covered to leaving only the squirming mass and Kiyoshi's screams.
… I run, I run even faster than before. I wanted to help him but there was nothing I could do! How could I save him in that mass?!
… No. I just wanted to live. I was hoping that Kiyoshi keeps those things busy long enough to get the fuck out of this hell hole.
I refuse to die by roaches! Wait … isn't it that…
THE LIGHT!
I put all my energy into one final sprint. I even closed my eyes to focus solely on running.
Then I slam into something hard...
I opened my eyes to see that the exit was sealed by another mukade. I turn to see the thing coming towards me with a new feature, a long tail with a stinger. Much like what you see on a scorpion.
"Ha… Ha ha… HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!" I can't help but laugh at what just happened. It was something you would see out of a horror movie.
… I guess this was my punishment for leaving my partner behind…
But I'm not going to be eaten alive…
I raise my gun to my temple…
Sorry Kiyoshi, for leaving you and being a dick when we first partnered up...
Sorry Yuki, it seems we can't go to Europe together. I know it would have been great…
… Sorry Fumiko, it seems like daddy isn't coming home tonight…
I feel the tear well up as I place my finger on the trigger.

{Cardcaptor's worries}
"Hooeee…" I can't help but sigh after today.
"Sakura, what's wrong? You seem down by something." my best friend Tomoyo said.
"It's just my test grade. It's not as good as I wanted it…" I said, looking at the seventy. While it's not a failing grade, my grades have been falling since I started looking hard for the cards. Between Kero telling me to find the cards and both Syaoran and Meiling going after them too. Then there's Syaoran being my love rival for Yukito, and with how many times getting a Clow Card almost cost me my life.
"How about we get some sweets? I heard about a nice cafe in the park near the school." Tomoyo said.
Maybe sweets could be nice and eating sweets without Kero stealing bites would be nice.
Tomoyo and I walk around the park after school. I see a bulletin board around the lake, showing many missing flyers of people's pets and even family members.
'Could this be from a Clow Card?' I thought, maybe I should ask Kero about a Clow Card that causes people to disappear. Soon we arrived at a cute cafe.
"Welcome! I'll be with you in one moment." one of the maids says.
We took the time to look around the store, seeing the cute decor, the cute maid outfits and seeing girls in our age group and middle school girls eating sweets. The shop's bulletin board lists today's specials but the thing that caught my eye was two flyers.
One was a tutoring form with the information to contact someone named Tenma Shinku and the other was for a cram school called Crystal Seminar. Both have good points to recruiting clients, Shinku offers free one-on-one tutoring if the client's grades don't grow, while Crystal Seminar advertises that their classes are free and a genius girl with blue hair and eyes goes there too.
Maybe I can use these to help my grade before Dad or Touya do something about it.
"Excuse me! Would it be alright if I take these flyers with me?" I asked the maid in the red version of their uniforms.
"Sure! We have plenty of them in the back." the maid says.
"Thank you." I said, grabbing both flyers and putting them into my bag. I know Kero will complain about me getting a tutor or going to cram school, but I need my grades to be good if I want to search for them. Maybe this was a good sign.
{The Hunter's side}
A man was sitting at his desk, writing a field report on the recent member of their guild.
It's been months since that man came to town. Nobody knows where he comes from or how he got such skills.
Ever since he arrived, he has slain hundreds if not thousands of monster girls from the surrounding area. People saw him leave in the break of dawn and returned at the break of the night. Sometimes he even went for days at a time, many thought one of the monster girls claimed him as her husband, only to return caked in blood.
There are several tries for the Order to recruit him, seeing how was well known for his hunts at that point, but only to refuse. Saying that he 'doesn't work with fools and their pathetic heroes'. He told the Order about how many of their heroes have fallen into being nothing more than breeding horses.
He's not wrong. I can't even remember the humans winning any battle against the Demon King's Army. Just stories of monster girls taking everyone that lived in those poor towns. Men and boys being mind-controlled into nothing more than sperm banks, Women and girls being turned into literal raping monsters. Fathers being forced to have sex with their turned daughters, Mothers raping their sons after losing their minds, and sisters carrying their brother's children. And the Demon Army says all they wanted was love and a husband.
But the Order was not good either, wishing to kill all monster girls even if they are peaceful. Their Chief Goddess keeps making more and more heroes and they fall. They also refuse any of their followers to read the Monster Girl Encyclopedia, a book that explains the habitats, powers, and several other useful information of their enemies because they fear their followers would fall under temptation.
The Order's full of racist idiots and the Demon Army's full of rapists. Neither side was a good option, and people know it, most of us are just counting down the days until the Demon Army attacks.
Then he came, Siegfried Sliver.
Everyone at the adventurer's guild thought he was some new kid biting more than he can chew, especially after he took the werewolf quest. Many better adventurers tackled that quest and none returned, even the guild girl was trying to stop him from but he went anyway and we thought that kid was done for.
Until he returned caked in blood with a crying man and around a dozen werewolf heads in a bag, some were even children. No doubt from the crying man. But two weeks later both the man and Siegfried returned. As a new adventuring party.
The process of the monster girl's magic should have made the man hate Siegfried, but all the man said was 'he opened my eyes'.
The two keep taking impossible quests, returning with crying men and more monster heads, and some of those men even join their party.
They're now known as the Hunters, they're fast, strong, and brutal. One girl, a new adventurer, called the group sick monsters that take pleasure in killing defenseless children.
Siegfried silenced her when he told the real facts of the war. How heroes were failing, humanity losing, women and girls being turned into sex-mad monsters, men and boys being turned into mindless sex slaves, how many lives monsters ruined, but the real blow came from one of Siegfried's men. The first man he brought back.
Michael told his story; one most people were familiar with. He and his childhood friend became adventurers when they reached the age, were caught by a group of monster girls, his friend was turned and raped him, and then they have monster kids. He said how he thought he was the happiest man in the world with a harem with his childhood as his wife until Siegfried showed up.
Siegfried slaughtered them all, except the childhood friend and the kids. Michael even fought Siegfried, trying to protect what was left of his family. While Michael was stronger than when he started due to living in the wild, Siegfried has shown unnatural levels of growth. He took down Michael as if he was a joke.
Michael told the girl how he begged Siegfried to spare his wife and children, but Siegfried asked if she was the woman he loved all his life. Was she his childhood friend or someone just wearing her face? Michael then told everyone what kind of person she was before her turn.
A kind, quiet, and sweet girl. Someone who wanted to be an adventurer to support their orphanage that raised them as children. How she cried days on end when a bird died from hitting their window as kids. And how she's nothing like her monster self.
Lustful, prideful, and even a bit sadistic. His wife was nothing like his childhood and Michael said at that moment he realized the truth.
On the day his childhood friend, Mary, turned. they killed what truly made her the MAry he known. They twisted her form into some perverted monster that looks like her. And he believes it, he let it rape him. Over and over again until she was impregnated. His children were not children born from their love but from mind-numbing magic and rape.
And one day those children will force that pain on someone else too.
The person that killed Michael's wife and children wasn't Siegfried, it was Michael. He was crying that day because Siegfried opened his eyes to the cold, hard truth.
Soon more and more of his men tell stories just like Michael. And the party was built on two promises: one was to prevent anyone from feeling the same pain they still feel to this day and the second was to kill every monster girl in the Demon King Army and any that allied themselves with them.
Siegfried, while the cold-blooded person I have ever seen, he's also the best chance humanity has in this war.
This has been the Guild Master William; I plan to make more reports soon.
Author's Note
Here's chapter 3 everyone, and while not much didn't seem to happen in terms of plot, we did get some big stuff going. Sailor Mercury aka Ami Mizuno, Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura, Vermin God's power showcase, Shin's training, and base, Usagi's mental struggle, a new magical group known as the Precure Heartcatch, and the biggest of them all. Siegfried Sliver, Shin's killer and main enemy.
I want to thank you all for reading my story and what I want to say. I appreciate every one of you people following, favoriting, or even just reading. Now for something different for all you that reach this point.
Gaming as the Monster. What if?!
Starting in Jungle de Ikou
When I first became a Gamer, my thoughts went to what world would I start in? Would it be RWBY? DXD? Or maybe even, Akame Ga Kill?
But no.
Here I am. In the middle of a flooded Tokyo. On top of a whale. That was summoned by some chibi-looking demon with an annoying voice. And seeing a nine-year-old girl dancing until she orgasm, that she was taught by the most racist looking witch doctor, who's also the spirit of the earth.
… Fuck this. Fuck Revenge. Fuck ruling this world. And FUCK the idea of building a harem here!
Even [Darkest Taboo] telling me fuck this, even it doesn't find this hot.
Splash
I'm drowning myself.
Boss, the [Gamer's Body] makes it so you don't need air…
… God damn it.
