Before I start with the chapter I want to comment on two reviews that caught my eye.

One review seems to think I killed one of the Sailor Scouts off and I was confused why until I remembered the sewer scene where the older detective said Sailor V was dead, which was false. Sailor V was the codename Minako used before finally calling herself Sailor Venus, but to the public, she and Sailor V are two separate people and the last sightings of Sailor V ended with an explosion. I'm not saying it was the reader's fault for making this mistake but mine was the writer as I was not clear enough and for that I'm sorry and I will try to do better.

The second review called my speech about Usagi being the leader cheesy and cringe to the point he/she had trouble reading through it and I would have to agree to that statement. But there was a reason for it. One was my beta and other people recommending I give the scenes like the speech a way to add more interactions for the characters and to show some differences from their show version. Two, I'm trying to make Shin seem like the guy that will use everything he can for his goals, which in this case was taking Usagi away from Mamoru, and Shin did feel like he died a little on the inside, as did I, but he sees the importance of it. Usagi and Mamoru had very few conversions before the memories of their past lives and even then Usagi had feelings of love for him, I even have the two meet each other in town when Shin isn't with Usagi to show fate really was trying to make them be together. The two were literally destined to meet, fall in love, and marry after their rebirths, so in other words, Shin is basically fighting fate in this case and he knows he will need every little advantage he can get.

Also, Sailor Moon is a story about how love wins in the end so Shin figures he needed to be cheesy for a while, meaning there might be more speeches like this. But not for long as it's only for up until Usagi becomes Shin's girl which might be after either when the Silver Crystal comes in or the fall of the Dark Kingdom, so maybe one or two speeches at max. After that Shin sees no reason to do the whole power of love and friendship speech again as Mamoru is the biggest thing in the way to a complete Sailor Scout harem. The only other relationships from the shows I can find are Haruka and Michiru, both of who will end up in the harem, Chibi Usa and Helios, or as I call him the horse that will guest star on How to catch a predator. There are Syaoran and Aoyama but you already know my plans for them. But I want to say I appreciate the honesty as that does show me where there might be problems.

Chapter 5: The Guardian of Passion, Mars! A new form?!

Within a dark room with the only source of light and noise coming from a fire housed in a large wooden box with the only person in the room being a young girl. She was wearing the traditional shrine maiden outfit for a Miko. She has long black hair that reaches the end of her back and her purple eyes are staring into the fire with intense focus. For a normal person, all they would see would just see the fire. But the girl? She was special, she could see visions from the fire.

Within the fire shows two pairs of eyes, one pair of gray eyes while the other as orange as the twilight. She can tell both pairs hold great evil within them. And she knows her fate was tried to them in some form, just not sure how.

"A great evil is coming…"

{Shin's P.O.V.}

It has only been a few hours since our recuse which ended with Ami awakening as Sailor Mercury with the surprise meeting with the two main characters of Cardcaptor Sakura. Now we're in a family restaurant, with an awkward silence between us so I decided to break the ice after everyone placed their orders.

"Hello, my name is Tenma Shinku. If you two don't mind me asking, why were you two at that school and how were you able to do magic?" I ask, I know about the cards, but I can't let them know that and I do wonder why they went to the cram school after getting a call from Sakura's dad to be her tutor.

Sakura's eyes widened at hearing my name. "You're Tenma Shinku? Could you be the one that made these?" Sakura asks, pulling one of my tutoring forms from her school bag. I nodded to say that it was me. "I was checking to see how well the cram school teaches before meeting you to see which would have been better for me. Guess the school was off the table now, right?" Sakura said, trying to make a small joke, but you can tell she was afraid of Youma back there, she does have a fear of ghosts to my knowledge. "Also, you know magic?"

"Yeah, I'm not exactly normal. I'm a vampire to put things lightly. I even have magic too, but only over blood, be it my own or animals." I explained.

"But what about back in the school? You have taken some of the computers out and they just vanished." Ami said.

"That's another power I have. I can store things as long as they aren't alive or implanted into the ground like a lamp post or building. I took these computers because one, we don't know if those computers are safe for anyone to be on anymore even if the Youma has now died. Two, if there was still the mind control program on these then maybe we can make a counter move against them. And my third reason was maybe this can be our first lead to where the enemy could be hiding." I explained. But really, I plan to study how computers work and how to improve them.

I just realized the gold mine I can make. Iphones, Youtube, Amazon, and many more things from my time that were super successful. That was why I'm glad Sakura's friend and cousin, Tomoyo was here. If I can get close to her and Sakura then maybe I can meet with Tomoyo's mother, Sonomi. Sonomi was the CEO of a toy company, so I was planning to steal 'my' idea for the newest craze, Pokemon, it's 1992 after all, or in other words three years before Pokemon Red and Green were made and sold. Also, I haven't seen a single note of Game Freak or any name-brand from my world like Nintendo. Maybe because manga and anime can't normally have things that are licensed media meaning they don't exist here. Well, my gain.

"Wait, you're a vampire? How is that possible?" Ami asks, guessing she has yet left the world where things make sense. Also, our orders arrived too but our waitress wasn't asking questions. Probably just thinking we're some weird great that isn't worth her small pay to deal with more than needed.

"On the records, it was because of a bug bite from a special bug." I said I know Shin's past well enough, and Meta told me the bugs only were made to turn people, animals, or objects into the monsters I needed to hunt for my other forms.

"What do you mean on the records?" Luna asks between eating the shrimp I order for her. I know she doesn't like me now, but her affection was at least now positive, twenty at that. I wonder why I have been gaining affection from Luna since she's a cat. I remember reading online that she temporarily turned human in one of the movies. Maybe the game will turn human permanently?

"Yes, on the records I was found on the beach and later gone to the hospital where my transformation happened, but there's more. That night I was walking on the beach… I was attacked and … murdered." I explain, causing everyone at the table to gasp. The best part was I'm not even lying.

"But… how? Why would anyone want to kill you, Shin? How does it lead to your change?" Usagi asks with everyone else on varying levels of shock. Luna even looks ashamed about how she thought of me, her affection and obedience went up by ten each. The power of pity was a powerful tool if used right.

"I'm not sure why, but I know one thing. I'm going to kill him… for I know that he was the cause for all the monsters I needed to hunt coming forth." I said as I took a drink. It sucks to remind myself how I died, still feel the phantom pains. "But that's enough of the dark stuff, we have a new Sailor Scout and meet some incredible kids. We should enjoy ourselves, plus I still wonder how Sakura was able to do magic."

"OH! I have these cards…" Sakura said holding up the iconic Windy card. "And with the Sealing wand I can use the power of the cards, but I was trying to find the other cards not… that." Sakura said with a slight shiver, she was afraid of ghosts after all so seeing a monster like the Youma would do that. "Cards were made by Clow, making them the Clow Cards, and they're a mixture between Eastern and Western magic, which everyone thought was impossible until Clow had done it. If Kero was here then he could explain things far better than me."

"Wow… to think this existed in our world but we never know it. Magic and monsters being real and Luna said she was from the moon meaning maybe aliens are real too." Ami said. I guess she found something good out of this.

"The world is a much bigger place than most people believe it is." I said. "Luna, I'm going to ask for a favor."

"What?" Luna asks after finishing her shrimp.

"I know we're going to show Ami the base after this, but I think we should also bring Sakura and Tomoyo too. We don't know if the enemy wouldn't go after them since they helped us and Sakura being one of the few magic-using humans we know of." I explain causing Luna and Sakura's eyes to widen at my statement.

"I hate how I can't even argue against that. The Dark Kingdom would treat children just to get to us. Sakura, Tomoyo, we are going to show you our secret base. I will even teach you both how to open it along with the others in case you need to hide in there. It should be the best shelter due to the powerful barrier placed around it." Luna said to the two kids who nod.

"While today has some scary moments, I was able to capture Sakura's first act of superheroism and even get ideas for Sakura's next outfit." Tomoyo said while holding the recording camera. At least she was happy.

After we finished eating and me paying, we went to the arcade and Luna showed us the button combination to open the base. Soon after that, I parted from the girls with Usagi, Ami, and Minako taking Sakura and Tomoyo to Sakura's place. Once I reach my apartment I open the mission page to get my rewards from the recuse.

It sucks to miss out on the other bonus reward, but I got two tokens and more importantly, Usagi was falling more in love with me rather than Mamoru. Might as well open the box first then the tokens, I have been wondering what it was.

I summon the box wrapped in gold paper and tear it into it like a kid on Christmas Day. Within the box was a … popup?

Welcome, you and your Game have been chosen to use the new Gaming System. This system removes the stats block and opens the Path System. If agreed to update, you will lose perks that relate to stats but will gain one major perk and in the case of the Monster System one race.

A system update and it removes the Stats page and costs me some of my perks?! But, again I only just started not too long ago so I'm not losing much, and gaining a race might be worth it, plus I still haven't found a way to increase three of my stats yet and only just started training. Yeah, I will take the update, besides my system was more a point-buy system, maybe the Path System would be better for me. But what do you think of this, Meta? This affects you as much if not more than me.

I think you should as well. The system was mainly based on point-buy as you said but with a stat page slap on top that feels out of place, but this feels more natural. Plus, I don't have to worry about doing as much math and the stats are more for the exp system. But I'm glad you're considering my side of things.

Of course, we're a team after all. We need each other to work and when big things like this happen, I want to know how my partner feels.

{Usagi's P.O.V.}

I met up with Minako and Ami after school and talked them into coming with me for my tutor session with Shin. Ami likes the idea of us studying while getting to know each other and Minako said her grades could use the help. We reach his apartment room and I knock on the door.

"Shin! It's me, Usagi. I brought Ami and Minako with me, I hope you don't mind." I said only to hear silence. Could he be out? I don't know why but I try turning the knob.

It's unlocked…

Now my heart was racing. Could the Dark Kingdom have found him!? Or did his killer realize he was still alive and decide to finish the job!? Sure, Shin's a vampire but if that guy turns a normal person into a monster, then what can he do normally?

"Ami. Minako. You got your transformation pens right?" I ask and they can tell I'm serious due to the tone of my voice.

I open the door and see nothing or nobody in the kitchen or living room area. Once we enter the apartment, we transform into our Sailor Scouts forms in case this was an attack. We check every room in a group, we are NOT splitting up. We checked the bathroom and the guest bedroom but still nothing. The only room left was the master bedroom, Shin's room.

I would be lying if I said I was prepared for anything. The words of what the Youma said still floats in my head. Does Shin really have feelings for me? Does he really love me? I think back to when he protected me. While Tuxedo Kamen carried me like a princess from a fairy tale, and it did make my heart race, Shin's shielding really stuck to my mind. Shin was willing to risk his life to protect me. I can feel a warmth coming within me, stronger than the feelings I have for Motoki and even the familiar warmth I feel whenever I think about Tuxedo Kamen.

Could it be that I'm falling in love with Shin? It's almost like a fairy tale. A simple girl meeting a great guy for their destiny to be tied together on the battlefield and having their love bloom. Those feelings awaken something in me. I need, no, have to get stronger. At first, I just wanted to be strong enough to protect my family and friends and to survive this. But now? Now, I want to get stronger to stand beside Shin, I don't want to be some damsel in distress needing to be recused whenever danger comes.

I open the bedroom door to see… nothing.

"Shin! Where are you?!" I yell for him.

"Usagi. Look." Minako said, pointing at something on the floor I overlooked.

It was some sort of slimy looking ball that was gray in color, but clear enough to see through it. It was as moving as if it was… alive? What was it?

"Sailor Moon, please move." Ami asks while holding an umbrella, which she must have gotten from somewhere in the room.

I moved aside to watch Ami slowly move and try to poke the thing with the umbrella.

Boing

The umbrella's tip causes it to juggle like it was some kind of jelly.

"Five more minutes… I'm still tired." the creature said, its voice sounding like someone was talking underwater.

We quickly jumped away from it. Minako was charging for her Crescent Beam and Ami was ready to launch a Bubble Spray.

"Who are you and what have you done to Shin?!" I demanded, the idea of something happening to Shin fills me with both fear and anger. I guess I really might like him after all.

"Usagi? How did you get in here? Also, I'm Shin. Why are you asking such questions?" It said.

"Lies! You're nothing like Shin. Shin is a vampire for one, not a ball of goo!" I said really to attack the ball.

Just as we were about to attack, the ball slowly changed its shape to look more human. It stands at six feet tall with long 'hair' reaching its back, being gray like its body with black tips and one standing slime tentacle on the top of its head with a yellow tip, but its eyes… its eyes are a familiar twilight orange.

Just like Shin's…

"Shin? Is that really you?" I ask with a slight hope that maybe this was Shin.

"Yeah, why are you asking…"Shin's question trails off as he has seen his hand. "Ok, now I get it."

"But how?! You were fine yesterday. How did this happen?" I ask as I touch his face, it was cool to the touch even though I was wearing gloves. Minako and Ami even stop charging their attacks at this point.

"I was feeling a little odd after eating but I thought it was nothing. I guess not." Shin said. Shin looks at his arm and it changes its shape into something like a whip. "Now this is neat." Shin said when the whip changed into a hook to claws and back to his normal arm.

"But Shin, can you change back? I doubt you can do everything in your normal daily life like this." I ask.

"Hmmm, I think I know how. Let me try it." Shin said. Soon his skin tone changes from the clear gray into the normal pale skin I know. I was relieved to see him changing back until I and the other saw one thing standing out.

Shin was naked and we saw it all. We screamed at the sight, but I did peek through my fingers. I have only seen one when I bathed with my papa and Shingo when I was a kid and even my papa wasn't that big…

"I guess that form caused me to eat my clothes. Maybe it was because I fell unconscious and the form's instincts made me do it." Shin said as he moved to his dresser to pull out some clothes. Damn, I never know how nice a guy's butt can look… even Minako and Ami were looking. We're teenagers afterall, we know about sex, and I have masturbated to hot guys from movies and Motoki before.

Shin soon put on simple sleep pants and a white shirt. "I guess I'm more than just a vampire, huh." Shin said.

"Could this be why your killer attacked you? Because he knows you're able to be more than just one monster?" I asked.

"Maybe. Even if so, this is a strong card for us. The Dark Kingdom doesn't know about this, meaning we have an upper hand on them for once." Shin explains. "But I need to test the limits. How fast can I change? Is there a cooldown period and if so, how long is it? Can I even mix them into one new form with the best of the best races?"

"You seem… oddly ok with being able to change into a ball of slime." Ami said.

"After transforming once, you become ok with stuff like this." Shin explains. "So, why did you all come anyway?"

Oh! That's right, we come to study! We undid our own transformations since everything was alright. "I told Ami and Minako about how you were tutoring me and thought maybe we could use this time to also help build our team relationship. I hope you don't mind." I spoke.

"Nah, I already agreed to tutor Sakura yesterday so what was adding two more. But I'm surprised that Ami wanted to jump abroad seeing as her grades are top-notch." Shin said. His reasoning does make sense, it was just that Ami was a study addict. She studies and reads textbooks whenever we have free time, but I guess you have to if you want to be a doctor just like Ami does.

"Also, I heard about this shrine nearby and I was thinking of getting some school charms for me, Sakura, and Tomoyo. Ami, Minako, and some of my school friends are coming too." I said my plan. I can't help but notice Shin was… shivering? "Shin? Was there a problem with going to a shrine?"

"Yeah… Places and objects relating to religion cause me to weaken a lot. The object itself doesn't affect me. But in the hands of a person of faith? Oh yeah, it works." Shin said. I really need to look up vampires when I have the chance. "Though maybe I can build a resistance to it after a while, I did with garlic, horrible smell if anything doesn't even really hurt honestly."

"Wait, you can resist your weakness?" Minako asks. "If so, you really are something, glad you're on our side rather than the Dark Kingdom."

Just imagining Shin working for them hurts my heart… but we don't ever have to worry about that.

"To an extent. Things like garlic and sunlight are doable as I'm a pure-blood vampire, though a low-class one, but fire and holy water will always be effective against me. But with this blob race, I can avoid one weakness." Shin said. "But that's enough about my powers, we have some learning and places to be."

Shin headed towards his kitchen, no doubt planning to get some snacks for the study party, with Minako and Ami soon following after him. I feel myself smile, hoping that the happiness we have continues forever.

{Shin's P.O.V.}

While teaching Usagi and Minako with at times Ami helping me I was able to go over some of the changes to my system. For one, the vampire race now has three paths for me to pour EP into being physical, magic, and passive. The blob also had three paths as well. Physical, passive, and abilities. I did put points into getting the [Mimic] skill.

You can copy one form down to the finest of details. Even their families would have trouble telling you two apart.

Did you really just message me that? Well, I do need to get you a body if we want to have that kind of fun. But on a more serious note, Usagi plans to go to a shrine, and if that shrine was the one I was thinking of then I'm going to meet Rei Hino, Sailor Mars. Rei was the only one with special powers out of the Inner Scouts. Rei would also be one of the hardest girls to get for my harem. Her psychic powers made it so she can sense evil energy, and while not foolproof it was something not to my liking, but it was something I was going to have to deal with anyway. Also, are we not getting the team really fast? Like the Inner Scouts are almost together and once that happens then the Silver Crystal comes in. Which was a whole can of worms of itself. Seriously, one tiny ass jewel can blow up the world and bring the dead back.

But that was for another day. For now, we just finished the session and I got some actual clothes. Usagi, Minako, and Ami might say they didn't but I know they were looking, which was a real ego booster if anything. Minako's affection even went up some from it, guess she was a boy crazy as she was in the anime. Just not as much. Soon enough we pack up to visit the shrine and along the way my hearing picks up on some rumors of people going missing. And it wasn't only from the demon bus. Guess my targets were doing some hunting on their own, but this was an issue. How long until the Japanese self-defense force starts rolling in and forcing curfews and the likes? If that happens, forget looking for dungeons, I will be lucky to be able to tutor any of the girls.

I guess I better start sending out my rats to find at least one of my three targets. Soon enough we reach the shrine and the very second I put my foot past the gate I feel like someone put four hundred pounds on while I was still human. So, in other words, It was fucking hell. I feel the sweat pouring down my face and every cell in my body screaming at me to get the fuck out. I can't put the energy into telling Rei's grandfather I had no interest in working for the shrine, but I soon see the main girl of the place, and damn she looks good. The whole shrine maiden outfit also adds a unique charm that the others don't have. Her black hair helps make her the image of the ideal Japanese woman, or a Yamato Nadeshiko. While her breasts are the smallest out of the four girls here, her ass was fucking built for well fucking.

The weird thing was she was surrounded by middle-aged women, and due to my hearing, asking her about her children. Some are saying her grandfather kidnapped them, some are asking if she sees the culprit behind these disappearances, and even one woman accusing Rei of taking her son to be used for her witchy rituals. I better step in before hands start flying and this would give Rei a good impression of me.

"Ok, those are some big accusations you're throwing out there, lady." I said, having all eyes now on me and Rei's eyes widening for a moment.

"WHO ARE YOU?! DON'T YOU KNOW NOT PUT YOUR NOSE IN OTHER PEOPLE'S BUSINESS?! ALSO, THIS WITCH TOOK MY SON FROM ME!" The woman said, pointing at Rei. "SHE ALWAYS HAD THOSE STRANGE POWERS! SHE MUST HAVE MADE A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL TO GET THEM! SHE AND HER FAMILY SHOULD PAY FOR ALL THE EVIL GOING ON!"

"Do you have any proof? I have seen the old man here and he's around the height of my knees, so I doubt he could be kidnapping anyway. Also, some of the missing people are cops and martial artists among the Demon Bus cases alone. If you're trying to add all the disappearances then you're saying she and her grandfather can be at like five different places in a day and still run the shrine. I understand that you're worried about your kid but using a middle school girl as your scapegoat is just pathetic." I said to the woman who looked like she was about to blow up on me until her acquaintances pulled her away and left the shrine.

"Shin! Is everything alright?" Usagi asks while Rei keeps on staring at me. "Also, who is this?"

This seems to snap Rei out of her self-made trance. "I'm Hino Rei, and while I do appreciate the help. Did you really need to be so blunt about it?" Rei said with a judgmental tone.

"Sometimes you have to be blunt for people to listen. Also, I can't stand people accusing people for only being a little different from them." I explain, but really it was to get some easy affection.

"Yeah! How can they blame such a pretty girl?!" Usagi said.

Rei did blush a bit, not sure if it was from me or Usagi, and nodded. "I guess I'm just too tired to argue against the accusations at this point. People have been blaming my grandfather rather than me, today was the first time anyone accused me of anything. It just gets so tiring trying to fight against the police, parents, and just about anyone that heard at that damned Demon Bus."

Just as I was about to Rei ask about the Demon Bus, even though I already know all about it, a handsome blonde-haired man with gray eyes wearing a shrine priest outfit came walking up towards us. Jadeite, one of the four Shitennou and the first big bad that Usagi, Ami, and Rei faced in the anime.

"Rei, was something a matter?" the disguise Jadeite asks her.

"It's nothing Jed, just the same as usual." Rei replies. "Just people thinking the Shrine Master was the person behind the Demon Bus, which was ridiculous."

"I see." 'Jed' said. "Allow me to thank you for standing up for our Shrine maiden. Many people had forgotten that the disappearances had started almost two weeks ago."

"It's no problem. But I do wonder about what this 'Demon Bus' thing was all about. I know Rei and her grandfather have nothing to do with it, but something was up about this." I spoke. Rei did look like she was about to yell something until I said they have nothing to do with this.

"Not much is known about it outside the bus had the number sixty-six on it and all of its victims were from people that were last seen at the shrine. The police think that my grandfather was the culprit, but they can't find any proof even when they search the shrine." Rei said.

After saying that, Rei's grandfather calls for the two of them. Jadeite did look at us for a moment, probably thinking he feels like he knows us from somewhere, and leaves with Rei. Ami and Minako came to us and I gave them a breakdown of what Usagi and I just learned.

"This sounds like something to do with the Dark Kingdom. It fits the motives of the last two with how they're trying to get energy from a large group of humans." Minako said.

"But how are we going to deal with this? The store and school were at least easy to find, but I don't know where the people are being held at." Ami said.

"For now, I think the best course of action would be to throw one of my rats in the bus and see where it leads. We can't be much help if we end up trapped ourselves." I explain and luckily all the girls agree with me, but it doesn't mean they like it. "Also, we should tell Luna about Rei, it could be possible she's one of the Sailor Scouts as I feel a magical source from her as well."

This made the girls' eyes widen. Hearing of another scout just as we got Ami was big. We agree to go to the arcade as Luna has been spending most of her time looking over the data from the computers I have given her. Along the way, I decided to buy books from the Shop on coding, computer software and hardware, game console builds, and everything to make games and better computers. Glad the Game makes it so I don't need to sleep, plus from the update, it took [Lovely Face] and [Good Impression] but upgraded [Fast Learner] to [Genius Mind].

The update was worth it. All four of us leave the shrine, and I feel way better, and head our way to the nearest bus stop from the shrine which was also the rumored Demon Bus stop. But as we got there one man was looking around, and he had to be Mamoru. Soon enough he spotted us and seemed a little annoyed that I was here but a terrible idea popped into my brain.

{Usagi's P.O.V.}

UGH! Why is he here too?! I'm starting to think he was stalking me because we met five times! The jewelry store, the arcade, the bus, Ami's old cram school, and in town! Sure, some people might say that was just a strange coincidence, but there's a limit to coincidences! And for some reason, my heart beats faster around him! WHY?! Shin makes sense as he treats me nicely and helps me with Sailor Moon, but he just insults my hair and grades, even though I scored an eighty on my last test which Haruna sensei and Mama were overjoyed to see.

"Why are you here?" He asks us.

"Because we need a bus to get home? Why else would we be at a bus stop?" I said to him as if he was the real idiot here. I have ignored how my heart feels like it's breaking when I said that. Why do I feel like this? Why does it feel like I know him from somewhere long ago? None of this makes any sense.

"I see his tutoring didn't make more polite, but I should guess that based on how he acts." Mamoru said, insulting Shin in the process.

REALLY!? Shin and I are the rude ones when the first thing you said to me was an insult to my test score?! I was about to yell at him until Shin put a hand on my shoulder with a look to calm down. I'm still angry but I know if I explode on him, he'll know he got to me and don't want to give him that pleasure.

"Ok, there's no need to ruffle feathers here. I'll admit that I could have done better when we first met but you're also at fault for insulting Usagi for something so minor, but there's no need for it to control our lives. I'm willing to say sorry and even give you an olive breach so to speak." Shin said while pulling out a bag of gummy bears. That was one of the weirder powers Shin has but it does save a ton on my snack budget if Shin can use magic to make them for free. He even has stuff I can't even find in stores.

Mamoru looked at the bag to see if there was anything off about them. Shin sees this, pulls out another bag of the same kind of gummies and eats some. "See? The only thing about them was that they're just normal gummies. Not spicy or anything."

Mamoru takes the bag, I guess he decides he might as well act mature if Shin was doing it. Mamoru said his goodbyes and leaves, a part of me didn't want him to leave but the bigger part was happy he did.

We waited for the bus to come, we even used our disguise pens for me, Ami, and Minako to look like police officers to keep people away from the bus stop with Shin leaving some rats to hide under the bus bench and going down somewhere to hide. We might not be able to save the people taken now but we can at least try preventing more victims. Finally, the bus arrives with only the driver. While the driver looks at us, waiting to see if we are getting on, two of Shin's rats climb in and hide somewhere in the bus. After seeing nobody was getting on, the door closed, and drove away.

I can't help but exhale the breath I didn't know I was holding. Phase one was done, we rushed to see Shin from his hiding place a few blocks away.

"Shin, can you see anything?" I ask.

"Not yet, I can still feel the bus moving and… wait a minute. It stopped and the driver left. The outside is strange… like the sky is purple and there are buses floating around. Guess they put the victims in some sort of pocket dimension. Holy shit… Jed is in there talking to the driver!" Shin said. Jed? As in the Jed that works with Rei?!

"We have to help her!" I said, already making my way back to the shrine.

"And tell her what? Our friend here sees the culprit by using rats he can see through, and the victims are in another space? Usagi, I understand you want to help Rei, so do all of us, but if we fight at the Shrine Shin will be weakened and we might not be able to save the people he holds hostage." Minako said.

Damn it… She's right. If I tried to explain anything to anyone they would just think we're either kids trying to play some sick joke or crazy.

"Usagi, everything will be ok. For once, we know what we are fighting against and even learn the person behind the Youmas. We got the upper hand here." Ami said while holding my hand. "Luna might even know a way to save those people in the pocket dimension."

"Even better was the driver isn't even a Youma like the last two. It seemed only to drive the bus and it turned to dirt as soon as it was finished telling its report." Shin said.

That's good to know we're only fighting one person, but we better meet up with Luna fast and prepare for tomorrow.

{Hikawa Shrine}

{Rei's P.O.V.}

I look into our shrine's sacred flame, trying to use my powers to see a vision of where all the missing people are. I know that might not be possible. but I should at least try! At this rate, our shrine will run into the ground and be forced to move back in with my father. I can feel myself shiver in disgust at the thought. I always tell people the reason I hate my father was because when my mother was dying, he couldn't tear himself away from his work, saying it was more important, being a high-ranking politician.

… But that's not the whole story. It did play a huge part in my hatred for him, but what broke the camel's back was what I found in my room one day. Or rather in my wall. I only found it by accident, I was moving some stuff around my room when one of my makeup bottles fell and I slipped on it causing me to hit the wall and opening a small trapdoor.

Inside was a camera recording my room, where I change every day. I felt shocked, disgusted, and betrayed at the thought of my father spying on me and it has only gotten worse. I deleted the parts of me falling and found the camera and replaced the batteries with some dead ones to make it seem it was just dead, but then I remembered my father's safe. My father always keeps the key with him around his neck and I just thought it was some important paperwork from his job, but now I don't know. One day my father came home drunk, something about passing a new bill, and took the chance to see what he was hiding. I took the necklace off after he had fallen asleep and opened the safe to see in my absolute horror and disgust.

It was pictures of me… pictures of me undressing, masturbating, and some of just me sleeping. There were ones from the bath as well. The worst part was how old some of these were. Some dating back to when I was ten! And I even found blackmail on the doctor who treated my mother on her final days!

My father blackmailed the doctor to both fake the cause of death and to help kill my mother. My mother found what my father was hiding and was about to call the police until he knocked her out. What really caused her to die was the brain trauma, no wonder she can't even talk. The doctor explained it was a combination of a stroke and brain tumor, but now I know the truth.

I grabbed as much of the papers as I could and hid somewhere only I knew. The next day I showed him what I found, he told me the police would never arrest him due to the blackmail he has on them, but as soon I said I was planning to use the media that shut him up. He never got around to it as he was more focused on keeping the cops off him. So, I told him if doesn't want to rot in jail with a ruined image to leave me alone and I will live with my grandfather and he will send a large sum of money every month to the shrine under an unknown name.

I wanted to see him rot for what he has done, but I know he'll just find some loophole to get out, he'll be ruined but free at least. I also wanted to hurt him where it hurts most, his wallet. He always valued money higher than anything else.

Stop it Rei. You have bigger things right now. I focus hard on the flame, opening my mind to the fullest it can be to see those eyes again from before. The gray ones feel familiar but at the same time not. But the orange ones I know very well, were from the man named Shin from what Usagi said. I sense that both eyes hold a great evil in them, but Usagi seems like a nice girl and he stood up for me when that woman was calling me a witch. Maybe he's at a crossroads between good and evil?

My thoughts were cut short as the flames cleared up around the gray eyes, showing more of his face and his blonde hair. It was Jed! But Jed was wearing a uniform, like one a military office would wear, and I can taste the evil aura from him.

I need to stop him now! As I rose up from the floor the shrine door opened to show Jed, or whoever he was.

"JED! YOU DARE CAUSE SOME MUCH PAIN AND USE MY GRANDFATHER AND OUR HOME AS YOUR SCAPEGOAT?!" I yelled, pulling one of my charms, and both Phobos and Deimos, my crows, came to help me.

"Seems like you finally figured it out. I was planning to save your energy for last but it seems people are stopping using the bus so I can't afford to wait any longer." Jed said as a green flame covers him. Once it fades it shows him wearing the same gray uniform from my vision.

Even if it costs me my life, I rather die fighting to protect my home rather than do nothing!

"EVIL SPIRIT BEGONE!"

{Shin's P.O.V.}

GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!

"GUYS! WE NEED TO MOVE NOW" I yelled at the girls as they were talking to Luna about how we might be able to save the hostages.

"SHIN! WHAT'S WRONG!?" Usagi asks.

"IT'S REI! SHE'S BEING ATTACK BY JED!" I said, almost even said his real name.

Everyone's eyes widened at that. Ami and Minako grab their bag for their transformation pens while Luna grabs a red version of the pen in case Rei was Sailor Mars, which she was.

"I KNOW WE SHOULD HAVE GONE BACK! MOON PRISM POWER! MAKEUP!" Usagi said before going through her transformation.

"WHY DID HE JUST ATTACK HER NOW?! HE HAD BEEN WITH HER FOR A WHILE, SO WHY NOW?! MERCURY POWER! MAKEUP!" Ami asks as she does her change.

"IT MUST HAVE BEEN BECAUSE WE GOT IN HIS WAY TODAY! HE MUST HAVE THOUGHT THE COPS REALLY WERE GOING TO BLOCK THE BUS STOP MEANING HE WILL NO LONGER GAIN ANY MORE ENERGY SO DECIDED TO GET REI BEFORE MOVING ON! VENUS POWER! MAKEUP!" Minako reasons going into her own change.

I equip my outfit and even decide to add one of the guns into my outfit. It might not do anything against Jadeite but at least it gives me another attack option. But really, I truly thought Jadeite won't make a move until tomorrow. Seems that I was wrong.

"But how are we going to reach her?! Going on foot will take too long and Sailor Teleport doesn't let us go in that dimension if we don't know where exactly to land, we can only really get out!" Usagi said.

Luna explained that the Sailor Teleport can send us anywhere that the Sailors know of, meaning that if they tried to teleport into that pocket dimension would either not work at best or us being lost in space at worse.

"We can use it to land in front of the shrine but be careful. Mainly you Shin, you're weakened by the shrine ground." Luna said as she jumped on Ami's shoulder. Guess she was starting to warm up to me, good.

We form the circle to teleport just in time for Jadeite to beat Rei and her crows judging by the lack of sound and the feeling of cold coming from the place. We land after using the teleport, the girls run ahead after I pointed which building Rei was in since I was trying to readjust from the feeling from both the teleport and the holy debuff. As soon as I regained my senses, I rushed into the building to help the girls. Hopefully, the fight will go into the dimension. Once I reach the room Rei was fighting in to see a giant portal, I can even hear sounds of the fight starting beyond it. There were also large chunks of ice around the room. As I approach a familiar mission popup show.

Rei Hino, Sailor Mars, is now in big trouble and it's up to you to awaken her true power.

I guess [Slime Form] might not be much use in this fight, ice and the cold was what stopped the Blob after all. I take a deep breath and steel myself; Jadeite was far stronger than normal Youma and I don't know the true level of his power. He seems to have ice magic, but in the original anime he can move planes around, two in fact. Jadeite was probably the weakest of the four, but I can't be sure comfortable with him.

No time for me just to stand here, if I hesitate against the Dark Kingdom then I won't stand a chance at later enemies. I leap into the portal, the sounds of the battle becoming clearer. I look around to see what's going on.

The buses were still in the air, just like how I saw it though my rat, I saw Usagi, Ami, and Minako fighting against Jadeite, and I found Luna trying to wake the unconscious Rei. Jadeite was currently holding the girls back by using his magic to summon a giant blizzard. I quickly form a blood spike and throw it, and all that practice seems to be worth it as I hit him in the shoulder when he seems to be a hundred feet away.

"UGH!" Jadeite grunt in pain. "Great, I was hopeful I only have to deal with these pests but now you as well. But this might be better. With this I can -"

"Ok, great. Can you save the whole 'I'm the bad guy' speech for next week? I have plans for tomorrow and I would rather not waste time hearing the same thing as the last guy, just using different words." I said, interrupting Jadeite.

"...What?" I take that as my signal to move it. I rushed towards Jadeite and sadly Jadeite was already throwing sharp chunks of ice at me. I guess he can't use his blizzard again, either because he doesn't have enough mana or because he can't afford leaving one of us free. I keep moving towards Jadeite, dodging the few chunks hitting me though most missed because Jadeite needed to dodge Minako's beams.

While I still don't know any hand-to-hand combat moves, there was one thing I could do. I use my blood magic to make a knuckle ring on my fingers, and I throw a left straight. Which Jadeite dodge with ease by moving his head slightly to the right, but that's ok. Before my fist move passed his head, I turned the knuckle into a small knife that I held in a reverse grip. The move resulted in a large cut into Jadeite's cheek. It was a simple trick, but one that helps me open more options in fighting. I thought too simply with my blood magic, making just sharp weapons and whips.

As Jadeite throws a punch of his own, I dodge it with my right lowering to my hip. The side where I keep my gun. Morphing the blood knuckle into its liquid state, pull the firearm out of my waistline and into my hand. I'm not sure how effective a gun was to someone like Jadeite.

I read somewhere that the Shitennou were humans reincarnated just like the Sailor Scouts and Mamoru, but Queen Beryl or Metalia turned them into evil servants of the Dark Kingdom. Therefore, maybe a bullet in the soft parts of his body such as his eyes.

BANG!

There was more of a kick than what I was expecting but not enough to move my hand. Sadly I missed due to Jadeite teleporting away from the shot, it seems he doesn't have a charge time. But now where the fuck did he go?!

"KYAAAA!" I heard a scream, one that I'm familiar with!

I turn to see Jadeite holding Usagi from behind her, with one hand holding her hands and the other around her neck. "Now, now. You lot have been a thorn in my side for far too long. I don't think I need to tell you that if you move I will tear her little throat apart, but I plan to kill you all anywaaaaAAAAAAA!"

DAMN! I can't say I was expecting that! Usagi grabs Jadeite by the balls and crushes them. I can practically hear the squash. Even I feel bad for the guy and he was trying to kill us, she no doubt broke one of them. She even slammed her head into his nose as he bent to hold his damaged goods. But that's strange… Usagi would never fight like that. She was never a dirty fighter as she normally was saved by one of the other scouts or my Mamoru, but oddly enough I like it. It shows that Usagi can change, and I believe for the better. She was going to be the queen to my king so she needs to be better than her cannon self, she was smarter already but I plan for her to go higher than that.

But I can think some other time, we're still in a fight after all. Usagi throws her tiara and instead of using it to attack, she uses it to bind the still recovering Jadeite which captures him easily. Normally I would rush in to kill Jadeite but I can tell when a climax was coming and Rei has yet to turn into Sailor Mars.

"Rei! Use that pen and yell Mars Power Makeup!" Luna told Rei, who finally woke up earlier, giving her a red version of Ami and Minako's pen. Rei takes the pen and gains a look of determination, not questioning the talking cat but I guess given her powers makes sense.

"MARS POWER! MAKEUP!" Rei yells to begin her transformation. Just like the other girls, Rei too became naked while transforming. Which shows off that while her breasts are in the low A-Cup range, her ass was the biggest out of the four girls. The pen shots out large torrents of flames, swirling around her before turning into red ribbons as soon the flames touch her skin. Soon Rei stands in a red version of the Sailor Scout uniform however Rei's shoes are red high heels and her earrings are a six pointed red star.

"This is your power Rei! The power of the planet of fire and passion! You're Sailor Mars!" Luna told Rei as she looked at her glove hands, probably feeling a surge of power and energy from the transformation. "Now! While he's still trapped, use your power! Yell Fire Soul!" Luna said.

Rei nods at Luna and turns toward Jadeite, clapping both hands together with her thumbs and index finger pointed out to make a finger gun. She closes her eyes and focuses her energy into her fingertips to form a fireball and aims at Jadeite.

"FIRE SOUL!"

Jadeite was able to destroy Usagi's tiara but wasn't able to move out of the way of the giant fireball in time before it hit him!

"AAAAAHHHHH!"

The smell wasn't the best, the smell of burning hair and flesh was quite gross. But sadly Jadeite counters the fire by encasing himself before he was damaged too much. But his face wasn't spared, judging by the left half looking like melted plastic and his once beautiful blonde hair had a third of it burned away.

Jadeite touches his face, wrenching his hand away as soon he touches his burnt flesh. He made a small chunk of ice to see how bad it was, which he crushed as soon as he saw how his once handsome face was now Phantom of the Opera. I can taste the rage building within Jadeite as he stares down at all of us with the girls being horrified by his new look.

"..." Jadeite said nothing as he looked at each of us, and I proper to take him down by going into my true form. It would be a huge risk but I know Jadeite wasn't going to sit down lightly after losing half his face.

"Sailor Scouts… Crimson Hunter… you will pay for THIS!" Jadeite saids, before teleporting away.

Huh. That went better than I thought, sure we didn't kill him but better for him to run now anyway. He was a minor villain in all regards as he was 'killed' before Sailor Junpiter was part of the group, so how much of a threat will he be even if lives? We got a new Scout and that was all that matters. All that's left is Jupiter, the Silver Crystal, and destroying the Dark Kingdom.

Holy shit! This took a while to make. Sorry for the wait everyone. It has been pretty busy for me with how my sister got married, getting a new job, going back to my old job after my new job can't train people for shit, and among other things. First I want to say thanks for those offering some monster races from here, some were pretty cool. But yeah, now Sailor Mars is in the group now and reaching a big part of the story soon. Next chapter might be a bit different from normal but I think it's a good idea. Also I have been trying to write two new fics, one which is Harem Stealer, and don't worry, I'm not dropping Gaming as I hate it when an author makes a new story and never updates his old works.
