~At My House~

The time was now 9:00 PM.

Melody and Kara were still sitting on a couch in the living room.

They waited anxiously for the pro hero Endeavor to show up.

A knock at the door suddenly caught their attention.

All three dogs began to bark loudly.

"Put these dogs away," said Kara.

Without a response, Melody picked Jersey up and carried the little dog up to her bedroom before she shut the door.

Jersey whimpered as she scratched on the door.

"Stop that," Melody scolded.

Melody then led Deku and Tsu upstairs and into Sioku's bedroom.

Once all three dogs had been confined, she rushed back down to the living room and rejoined her sister.

"Come in!" hollered Kara.

Endeavor opened the door and walked inside.

He then sat down on the couch next to Kara.

"Good evening girls," he greeted.

"Thanks for coming Endeavor," replied Kara.

"Hi Endeavor," added Melody.

Endeavor cleared his throat before he spoke again. "Kara, when was the last time you saw Sioku?"

"This morning," Kara answered briefly.

"Did you allow her to go anywhere after school?" Endeavor added.

"Yes, I let Sioku go to her friend's house while I was gone for two hours. Sioku should have been home by 6:00," Kara answered frantically.

Endeavor sighed roughly as he stared at Kara and said. "I understand, but you cannot get worked up. Freaking out won't solve anything."

Kara sighed as she looked away.

Melody gave her a sympathetic look.

Endeavor then pulled out a folder.

He opened it to reveal the top paper on the right side.

A news report was written on it.

Kara looked at the news report and asked politely. "Excuse me Endeavor, may I please read that?"

"Of course you can," answered Endeavor as he handed the paper to Kara.

Kara's eyes widened with horror as she read the news report.

The contents of this report caused her to grow speechless.

She silently handed the report back to Endeavor.

Endeavor slipped it back into his folder.

Melody looked at her sister worried and asked. "Hey Kara, are you okay?"

Kara only shook her head.

"Kara, what did the report say?" asked Melody with a concerned expression.

"Sioku was kidnapped by a masked villain on her way to the train station. That's why she didn't come home tonight," Kara answered sadly.

Melody rushed over to Kara before she hugged her sister tight.

Kara gratefully returned the hug.

"I hope one of the heroes will bring her soon," Melody whispered.

"Me too sis," Kara replied softly.

The two girls were suddenly startled by the ringer of a cell phone.

Endeavor reached into his pocket and pulled the object out.

"Hello?" Endeavor started.

A female voice spoke to him on the other end.

"Hold on ma'am, you found her? Where is she?" asked Endeavor now wearing a hopeful expression.

Kara and Melody exchanged a look as they listened.

Endeavor let the female voice continue speaking to him.

"Okay, I'll give Sioku's family the good news. Thank you," Endeavor said before he hung up the phone.

He then slipped the object back into his pocket.

Kara stared at Endeavor with a curious expression and asked quietly. "Who were you just talking to?"

Endeavor let out a sigh before he answered. "A nurse just called me. Sioku is at the hospital near UA High School. She is in stable condition."

Kara and Melody breathed a sigh of much needed relief.

Smiles returned to their faces once again.

"Thank you so much Endeavor," said Kara with a grateful smile.

"Any time Kara," he replied.

Kara placed a hand on her sister's head and said smoothly. "We'll go visit Sioku tomorrow morning."

"That would be great," Melody whispered back.

Endeavor grabbed his folder before he stood up.

He then headed for the door.

"Thank you for everything," said Kara,.

"You're most welcome," he replied.

"Have a good night," added Melody.

Endeavor walked out before he closed the door behind him.

Kara and Melody slowly released each other.

"You can go let the dogs out now," Kara said softly.

Melody nodded before she headed upstairs.

She then let all three dogs out of the bedrooms.

Tsu and Deku excitedly bolted down the stairs.

The dogs ran across the living room before they hopped onto the couch beside Kara.

"Get down dogs!" shouted Kara while shooing them away.

Deku and Tsu whipped Kara with their tails as they jumped back down on the floor.

"Go lay down," Kara commanded.

The dogs happily settled in on a different couch.

Melody then disappeared into her bedroom for the night.

Kara pulled out her phone and called Ariel's number.

Ariel picked up the other line almost instantly.

"Hi Ariel, I'm sorry for calling you so late. The pro hero Endeavor just gave us an update on Sioku," Kara started.

""It's all right Kara, I don't mind at all. What did Endeavor say?" Ariel replied.

"Sioku has been rescued from that masked villain by one of her friends. She is now at the hospital," Kara answered.

Ariel's voice came out slightly worried as she spoke again. "Do you know why Sioku is in the hospital?"

"No, but Melody and I are going to see her tomorrow morning. I'll give you another update as soon as I find out more information from the doctors," Kara answered calmly.

"That sounds like a good idea, thank you. I'll talk to you tomorrow," Ariel replied.

"Have a good night," said Kara before she hung up the phone.

Kara decided to leave the big dogs downstairs and headed up to her bedroom for the night.

~At The Hospital~

I lay asleep on the bed with Magne sitting by my side.

Magne sat down in the chair and watched over me.

I was also hooked up to a few monitors.

Instead of my normal clothes, I was dressed in a plain white hospital gown.

The nurse would come and check on me every few hours in case I needed anything.

~Morning~

I woke up to the sunlight shining brightly through the window.

My ears were once again met by constant beeping sounds coming from the machines that I was hooked up to.

Unfortunately, my condition had only declined.

I felt my body burning up from the inside.

Sweat covered my body as I panted.

My muscles were very weak as well.

Magne smiled in surprise as she looked at me and said softly. "Good morning Sioku, are you feeling any better?"

It felt good to hear her soothing voice again.

However, I couldn't get up to hug her.

"No, I don't feel good at all. I feel worse than yesterday," I answered weakly.

Magne lowered herself down to my level and spoke softly. "What's going on Sioku?"

I tried to focus on the comfort of her whisper-like voice.

"I'm really sick," I answered quietly.

Magne glared up at the ceiling as a thought entered her mind. "This is all Chisaki's fault. "He will pay for hurting you."

A knock at the door suddenly pulled Magne out of her thoughts.

"Come in," she answered.

Two female nurses entered my room.

I jumped in fear at the sudden burst of noise.

Magne put a hand on my shoulder in reassurance.

I tried to relax under her touch but to no avail.

My mind and thought process were clouded by terror.

The uncontrollable fear of being in the hospital over powered my positive thoughts.

"Hello ma'am, how is she doing?" one lady asked Magne.

"Sioku told me that she feels much worse than yesterday. She is burning up and can't move," Magne explained.

"We'll check her out," replied the other nurse.

I trembled as the nurses examined my body.

One of them turned to Magne with a concerned expression and said. "Sioku's illness was caused by the loss of blood. She has a high fever as well. We'll have the doctor come in and treat her immediately."

"Thank you so much," replied Magne.

The two nurses then exited my room.

I closed my eyes in order to block out the sun's brightness.

Magne put her arm around me and whispered gently. "Don't worry Sioku, I'll be right here with you through everything that happens. I will not leave your side."

I attempted to nuzzle her in response.

A few minutes later, a male doctor entered my room.

"Hello sir," Magne greeted.

He prepared more medicine in the IV machine before powering it up again.

The doctor then turned to Magne and said. "This medication should treat Sioku's fever and keep her hydrated."

"That's a relief," she replied.

I jumped nervously at the repetitive beeping noise.

"Calm down Sioku," whispered Magne.

I closed my eyes even tighter in order to try and block out the situation.

However, doing that didn't help at all.

Chills rapidly crawled up my spine.

My heart raced with fear as I started to breathe heavily.

Magne pulled me closer to her and said lovingly. "Hey, Sioku, you're going to be okay. I'm right here, please focus on me."

Fortunately, I could still hear her voice.

I sank into Magne's gentle embrace for comfort.

She gently stroked my hair in order to help me calm down.

It seemed to work for a while.

"Is she all right ma'am?" asked the doctor.

"No sir, Sioku has always been afraid of medical facilities. Her last incident has made that fear even worse," Magne explained.

"I don't blame her," the doctor replied.

I suddenly felt my chest begin to tighten up.

My breathing grew shallow as I gasped for air.

I was having a full blown panic attack now.

Magne placed her hands on my shoulders and said frantically. "Sioku, are you all right? Please talk to me!"

There was no response from me.

I was in too much pain to answer her.

The doctor quickly grabbed an oxygen mask off the wall and placed it over my face.

I tried to catch my breath but to no avail.

All of the sounds around me slowly faded into complete silence.

I slipped into the dark void of unconsciousness.

Without warning, I fell into another violent seizure.

"Oh no... Sioku!" hollered Magne.

My seizure prevented me from waking up or listening to her voice.

I was still trapped in a temporary void.

Magne's face contorted with fear as she watched.

"Please remain calm," urged the doctor.

Magne desperately tried to hold my body still in an attempt to stop the seizure.

"Please come back to me Sioku. I'm here for you," she said softly.

The seizure began to pass after one minute.

The violent seizing eventually faded into slight twitching movements.

"She's coming out of it," the doctor assured.

"Thank goodness," whispered Magne as she sighed in relief.

All of the sounds began returning to my ears as I woke up.

I opened my eyes and stared at Magne in confusion.

Magne leaned over me in a protective manner and said smoothly. "Oh Sioku, I was so worried about you. Please don't scare me like that again."

My expression instantly changed from confused to remorseful as I replied. "I'm so sorry Magne, I didn't know that was going to happen."

She reassuringly placed a gentle hand on my forehead.

"Excuse me Sioku, have you ever had a seizure before?" asked the doctor.

"Yes, I had one when Chisaki captured me. My fear of his machines caused it," I answered sadly.

I shivered as a flashback of Chisaki's experiment room entered my mind.

"That's probably what caused this one," said Magne to the doctor.

Magne's presence began to help me finally relax.

I closed my eyes and drifted off into the darkness.

Magne gently released her hold on my body in order to give me some space.

However, she still watched over me as I slept.

~Back At My House~

The time was now 7:00 AM.

Melody woke up to the beeping sound of her alarm clock.

After getting out of bed, Melody quickly changed into an outfit before she brushed her hair in front of the mirror.

Jersey shook off and then hopped down onto the floor.

She sat by the door and waited patiently.

"Hold on Jersey," said Melody.

The dog wagged her tail while staring at Melody.

After grabbing her bag, Melody hurried over to the door and opened it.

Jersey immediately bolted down the stairs.

Melody calmly followed after her.

Deku and Tsu had already been waiting in the living room.

They were also playing a wild game of tug-of-war.

Jersey barked repeatedly while running circles around the other dogs.

"Let's go outside," Melody commanded.

Deku and Tsu dropped the rope before they raced after Melody and Jersey.

Melody then let them out the back door.

Kara heard all of the noise and headed downstairs.

"Good morning Melody," she greeted.

"Same to you," Melody replied.

"Did you just let the dogs outside?" asked Kara as she looked around.

"Yes," Melody simply answered.

The girls then made a quick breakfast before they headed out the door.

Then they drove straight to the hospital.

~At The Hospital~

After finding a parking spot, the girls hurried inside the building.

The friendly receptionist helped Melody and Kara check in.

Once they received a wristband, Melody and Kara entered the elevator.

The elevator took them straight to the fourth floor.

After exiting the elevator, Melody and Kara walked down a long hallway.

They stopped at a door on the end.

Kara knocked on the door.

The doctor kindly let Kara and Melody inside my room.

They were instantly surprised by beeping sounds coming from the machines.

"Good morning sir," greeted Kara.

Hello," added Melody.

"Good morning ladies," replied the doctor.

"How is Sioku doing?" asked Kara.

The doctor took a deep breath and looked at the girls.

"Sioku is very sick right now. She lost a lot of blood when that masked villain captured her. I am giving your sister some medication that will help keep her hydrated. She also had a violent seizure today," he explained.

The doctor's last sentence caused Kara and Melody to become speechless.

The two girls exchanged a somber look before they turned back to the doctor.

"Sioku has never had a seizure before," Kara said in confusion.

Melody simply nodded in agreement.

"Will Sioku be okay?" asked Melody.

"I'm doing everything I can to help her," the doctor assured.

Kara spotted Magney who was still sitting by my bedside.

She turned to the doctor and asked. "Excuse me sir, but who is that?"

"She is the person who rescued Sioku from the masked villain and broght her here. She also reported him for this incident," the doctor answered.

"That's good news," Kara replied.

Kara and Melody then walked over to the other side of my bed.

They stared down at me with worried expressions on their faces.

I remained asleep under the covers.

Kara gently put a hand on my forehead and said to the doctor. "Sioku's head feels really warm."

"I didn't know how sick somebody could get from losing blood," added Melody.

The doctor turned to Melody and said with a serious expression. "Yes, losing a lot of blood is very dangerous for the body."

"Is she contagious?" asked Melody.

"No, you two should be just fine around your sister," the doctor assured.

Kara and Melody breathed a sigh of relief.

Magney quietly stood up from her seat before she inconspicuously slipped out of the room.

Kara sat down in the empty chair next to my bedside.

Melody pulled up a chair and sat down on the other side of my bed.

They silently watched for two hours as I slept peacefully under the covers.

The silence in my room had suddenly been broken when Kara's phone started ringing in her pocket.

Kara frantically pulled the object out of her pocket and answered it. "Hello?"

Ariel spoke to her on the other end. "Hi Kara, do you know how Sioku is doing? Did anyone find her?"

Kara's voice came out gently as she replied. "Please don't worry Ariel, one of Sioku's good friends rescued her yesterday. Sioku is at the hospital resting. Melody and I are in her room right now."

"Is she okay?" asked Ariel.

Kara's facial expression saddened as she answered. "No, Sioku is really sick because that masked villain forcefully extracted a lot of blood from her while she was in his captivity. She also had a seizure today."

"I understand, thank you for the update. I'll inform Recovery Girl and Class 1A for you," Ariel replied.

"You and Shinso have my full permission to come visit my sister after school. Bye for now," Kara said before she hung up the phone.

Melody looked up at Kara and asked curiously. "Who was that?"

"Ariel," Kara answered briefly.

The silence returned to my room once again.

~On the Bus Going to UA High School~

Ariel's face saddened as she placed her phone back into her pocket.

Tears threatened to sting the corners of her eyes, but she quickly forced them back.

Shinso noticed the sudden change in her mood and spoke up. "Hey Ariel, what's the matter?"

"Kara just gave me an update on Sioku. She and Melody are with her right now. Sioku is at the hospital, and she woke up feeling very weak. Her temperature was high as well. She also had a seizure today," Ariel explained.

Shinso gasped at that in terror and asked. "Oh no... what in the world made her so sick?"

"Kara told me that a masked villain forcefully extracted a lot of blood from Sioku while he had her trapped in his experiment room," Ariel answered sadly.

Shinso comfortingly wrapped his arms around Ariel before he spoke again. "I remember watching a news report on Tv last night. Sioku was kidnapped by that masked villain on her way to the train station. She never returned home."

"I saw it too," Ariel whispered back.

Ariel and shinso stayed silent for the remainder of the bus ride.

~Back At the Hospital~

A half hour later, the girls heard a soft knock on my door.

"Come in," answered Kara.

A female nurse calmly entered my room.

She carefully studied my stats on the monitors that I was hooked up to.

The nurse then turned to my worried sisters with a relieved look in her eyes.

"Sioku's condition seems to be improving now," she said.

"Thank you very much ma'am," replied Kara.

"We really appreciate you for helping her," added Melody.

"You ladies are most welcome," replied the nurse with a kind smile.

She then gave my body another thorough exam.

"Your sister's fever has gone down to 98.2 degrees. She is recovering well," the nurse informed.

"Thanks again," replied Kara.

In the midst of their conversation, I woke up and opened my eyes.

"You're looking much better Sioku. I'll go report your improvement to the doctor," said the nurse.

"Thank you," I replied softly.

The nurse then exited my room.

Kara smiled and wrapped her arms around me.

"Hi Sioku, how are you feeling?" she greeted softly.

"Really tired," I whispered back.

"We missed you Sioku," added Melody.

I let out a heavy sigh and said with remorse. "Kara, Melody, I'm so sorry for making you worry. I didn't mean for any of this to happen."

Kara smiled at me in relief and replied. "It's okay Sioku, I'm not mad at you. We already know what that masked villain did to you."

"His name is Kai Chisaki, and that maniac also has a daughter. He is part of an evil organization called the Yakuza," I explained.

"How do you know so much about this guy?" asked Kara surprised.

"I purposely overheard their conversation while I was restrained in his experiment room," I answered before I laughed.

Kara smiled at me in amusement.

"Sioku, why did Chisaki take blood from you?" asked Melody.

"He's after my cell activation quirk," I answered fearfully.

"Really? Why?" she continued in utter shock.

"Chisaki never told me the reason," I answered quietly.

Kara then put a hand on my shoulder and spoke quietly. "Hold on Sioku, do you know anything about Chisaki's daughter?"

"Unfortunately no," I answered with a frown.

"Do the police know about Chisaki?" added Melody.

"Yes, the nurse filed a report after my friend and I explained the whole situation to her," I answered in relief.

"Good job Sioku, you've been very brave. I'm so proud of you," Kara praised.

"Thank you," I replied with a big smile.

Kara slowly released me before leaning back in her chair.

I closed my eyes and Drifted off again.

The nurses continued to check on me every half hour.

~At UA High School~

Ariel and Shinso had just arrived at school.

The bus came to a complete stop after it pulled into the parking lot.

After exiting the bus, Ariel and Shinso hurried inside the large building.

Then they hurried over to Recovery Girl's office as quick as possible.

Ariel knocked on the door as soon as they stopped at her door.

"Come in," answered Recovery Girl.

They rushed inside after Ariel opened the door.

Shinso quickly closed the door behind them.

"Good morning you two," greeted Recovery Girl.

"Same to you," replied Ariel.

"Hello," added Shinso.

Recovery Girl sat down at her desk and asked. "What brings you to my office?"

"Shinso and I have both good and bad news for you. It's about Sioku," answered Ariel.

"Oh my, what happened?" Recovery Girl continued.

"Hold on Recovery Girl, did you watch the news report on Tv last night?" asked Shinso.

"No, I don't watch television that often," Recovery Girl answered with a confused look.

"Sioku was kidnapped by a masked villain on her way to the train station yesterday. The villain trapped Sioku in his hideout and forcefully extracted a lot of her blood. One of Sioku's friends rescued her before the villain could do anything else. She is in the hospital right now because the blood loss made her sick. Sioku also had a seizure today," Ariel explained.

Recovery Girl's confused expression instantly changed into one of concern as she said. "This news is hard to hear, but I am glad to know that Sioku is safe and being taken care of by the doctors. You two must go to class now."

"I'll give you an update on Sioku's condition tomorrow morning if I hear anything else from her sister," replied Ariel.

"Good bye," added Shinso.

Ariel and Shinso quietly exited Recovery Girl's office before they parted ways.

~At the Warehouse~

Magne quietly walked into All for one's room with a saddened expression on her face.

She then plopped down on the sofa with a heavy sigh.

"Good afternoon Magne," greeted All for One.

"hello Master," Magne replied softly.

"How is Sioku doing?" asked Tomura.

"Did something happen at the hospital?" continued Dabi.

"Sioku woke up very weak with a high fever this morning. She couldn't move her body or eat anything. Sioku also had a violent seizure before I left. Her family is in the room right now," Magne explained sadly.

Tomura and Dabi joined her on the sofa.

"Sioku never told us that she has a history of seizures," replied Tomura.

"She doesn't, this particular seizure was caused by Sioku's uncontrollable fear of medical facilities. Sioku also had one while she was in Chisaki's captivity," Magne replied.

Dabi's face saddened as he let out a shaky breath.

Tears of sadness threatened to sting the corners of his eyes.

A ball of emotion formed in his throat.

"Master, may I please go see her?" he asked brokenly.

All for One looked at Dabi with a concerned expression and answered. ""I'm sorry Dabi, but you'll have to wait until Sioku can give you permission via text message. I don't want you to risk getting caught and arrested by the pro heroes."

"Understood," Dabi simply replied.

Magne comfortingly embraced her distraught friend.

Dabi leaned into Magne's chest in response.

"Don't worry Dabi, Sioku will pull through. She is a true fighter," Magne said softly.

Dabi only nodded in response.

"I agree with you Magne," added Tomura.

"I'm sure that she is very grateful to the three of you for rescuing her from Chisaki. The most we can do for Sioku right now is pray for her," said All for One.

"That's a wise decision Master," replied Kurogiri.

~Back At The Hospital~

I woke up again four hours later.

My body definitely felt a little stronger now that I had some good rest.

Kara and Melody were still sitting beside my bed.

I slowly pulled myself up into a sitting position.

"Good afternoon Sioku, how are you feeling?" greeted Kara.

"I feel okay," I simply answered.

"Are you hungry at all?" continued Melody.

I felt my stomach growl and laughed nervously.

"Yes," I simply answered.

Our conversation was suddenly interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Come in," answered Kara.

The same female nurse entered my room.

"Hello ladies," she greeted.

"Good afternoon," replied Kara.

"Hi," added Melody.

The nurse then approached the front of my bed and asked. "How are you Sioku?"

"I'm feeling better," I answered with a small smile.

"I'm happy to hear that," the nurse replied.

She then used a thermometer to check my temperature again.

"Sioku's temp has gone down to 96.8," the nurse informed.

"That's great news," replied Kara.

Melody breathed a sigh of relief.

"Can I get anything for you lovely ladies?" asked the nurse.

"May we please have some food and water?" replied Kara.

"Of corse, I'll go get a lunch tray from the kitchen right now. I'll be back in a few minutes," answered the nurse.

"Thank you," I said graciously.

The nurse then exited my room once again.

"I looked at Kara as a thought crossed my mind.

"Hey Kara, will I be able to go to school tomorrow?" I asked.

"I will only let you go if you're feeling 100 percent better," Kara answered.

"Fair enough," I simply replied.

Kara then pulled my phone out of my bag and handed it to me.

"Thanks Kara," I said with a smile.

"You're welcome Sioku, you should contact your friends now since you're feeling better. They were very worried about you yesterday," she replied.

"You have a good point Kara. My friends are most likely on their lunch break right now anyway," I added before laughing.

The beeping machines didn't bother me as much anymore since I now had the perfect distraction from them.

I sent a text message to my group chat: Good afternoon everyone, I am feeling much better now. I appologize for making you all worry.

Shinso replied to my message: Hey Sioku, I miss you so much.

Ariel also texted back: Hi Sioku, I hope to see you at school soon.

I messaged back: I'm excited to see you guys as well.

Kirishima added: Sioku, when will you be back at school?

I answered: Kara said that I can come back tomorrow if I'm feeling 100 percent better.

Shinso replied to my message: Awesome!

Izuku joined the chat and said: Hello Sioku, it's great to hear from you again.

I put a smily face on my message and replied: Hi Midoriya, when did you join our group chat?

Izuku answered: Ariel invited me in yesterday.

I messaged back: Welcome to the group, I'm thinking about inviting Denki as well.

Kirishima replied: That will be very nice of you Sioku.

I set my phone on the table when we heard another knock at the door.

"Come in," I answered.

The nurse entered my room while carrying a metal tray that contained food and drinks.

"Hello again," she said happily.

My sisters and I smiled at her in response.

She carefully set the tray down on a table beside my bed.

"Thank you very much," I said in relief.

"You're welcome," she replied before turning her attention to the machines I was still hooked up to.

She carefully removed the IV line from my arm.

I was relieved to finally have it removed.

My sisters and I then shared the food.

The nurse then sat down in one of the chairs and looked at Melody and Kara.

"I need to keep Sioku here overnight for observation," she said.

"Will she be able to go home tomorrow?" replied Melody.

"Sioku will most likely be released tomorrow morning if her condition continues to improve," answered the nurse.

"That's wonderful," Kara added.

"This means that I could possibly go to school the day after tomorrow," I replied excitedly.

The nurse stood up before she cleaned my table off.

She then exited my room.

Kara gave me a hug before she stood up from her seat.

"Sioku, Melody and I are going to head home now. Ariel and Shinso should be here to visit you shortly," she said.

I returned the hug and replied gratefully. "Thank you for coming to see me today. I look forward to going home with you tomorrow morning."

"Have a good night Sioku," added Melody as she joined Kara.

You two do the same," I replied with a smile.

My sisters then walked out of the room.

~After School: On the Bus~

Ariel decided to sit beside Shinso since Sioku was absent.

They sat silently while lost in their own thoughts.

All they could think about was visiting their best friend at the hospital.

Ariel finally decided to start a conversation and asked. "Hey Shinso, do you think Sioku will talk to us when we get there?"

"It depends on how she's feeling," Shinso answered softly.

"You're right," Ariel simply replied.

The bus arrived at their stop 20 minutes later.

Ariel and Shinso then boarded the train heading for the hospital.

As soon as the train came to a stop, Ariel and Shinso hurried over to the large building.

Once inside, they checked in at the reception desk.

Ariel and Shinso then entered the elevator.

The elevator took them up to the fourth floor.

Ariel and shinso continued walking down a long corridor until they reached a door at the end.

Shinso gently knocked on the door.

"Come in," I answered.

My two best friends cautiously entered the room, not knowing what to expect.

Their facial expressions instantly changed from worried to delighted as they saw me sitting up in bed.

I gasped with joy at the sight of their friendly faces.

"Ariel? Shinso?" I said with pure excitement.

"Hi Sioku, you're looking great. How are you?" replied Ariel.

"I'm feeling much better," I answered with a grin.

Shinso plopped down in a seat next to my bedside.

"Hey Sioku, I'm so happy to see you again," he said.

Being in Shinso's relaxing presence made me forget that I was still in the hospital.

It seemed like the beeping monitors around me didn't exist.

I felt as if my friends and I were hanging out at school.

I joyfully threw my arms around him.

He comfortingly embraced me in return.

I rested my head on his shoulder.

Ariel sat down in the other seat beside me. "Shinso and I really missed you Sioku."

"I missed you guys too," I whispered back.

A long period of silence passed between us.

Ariel looked down at the bandeges on my arms and asked curiously. "Sioku, did you get IV medication?"

My mind flashed back to the violent seizure that I had this morning which caused me to frown in fear.

Shinso soothingly pulled me closer to him.

I snuggled against his chest in response.

"Yes, I answered with a sigh.

"That sounds rough," replied Shinso.

"Yeah, but I sure pulled through for everyone," I said with a proud smile.

"We are all relieved to know that you're safe," Shinso replied softly.

I turned to Ariel and said with an amused grin. "Midoriya told me that you invited him into our group chat. Do you like him?"

Ariel's face turned bright red at that as she replied. "What? Heck no!"

I couldn't help but giggle at the sight of her flushed cheeks.

I paused suddenly as a thought crossed my mind.

"How is the UA sports festival going?" I asked curiously.

"It's on hold right now," answered Shinso.

A look of utter shock spread across my face as I continued. "What? Why?"

"The teachers are giving those who won the cavalry battle some time to practice for the upcoming one-on-one matches," Ariel explained.

"That makes sence," I said briefly.

Ariel smirked at me and asked playfully. "Sioku, when are you and Shinso going on your next date?"

Shinso and I blushed as we stared at each other stunned.

Ariel burst into a fit of laughter at the sight of our flushed faces.

"Wait a minute, it's not like that! Shinso and I are just friends," I countered in a flustered tone.

The three of us continued laughing at each other.

There was finally lively energy flowing throughout my room.

Ariel glanced out the window before she turned back to me.

"I'm sorry to cut our visit short Sioku, but it's starting to get dark outside. Shinso and I are going to head home now," she said.

"Rest well Sioku," added Shinso as he reluctantly released me.

"Hopefully I will see you guys at my house tomorrow afternoon. Bye for now," I replied with a small smile.

"Good night Sioku," said Ariel.

I waved at her in response.

My friends then exited the room.

The silence had returned once again.

I was beginning to feel scared and lonely.

After grabbing my phone off of the table, I sent a text message to Dabi.

Five minutes later, Dabi replied to my message.

His message read: I'll see you soon Sioku.

A wide grin stretched across my face as I sighed dreamily.

I laid back down under the covers and waited patiently for him to arrive.

A half hour later, I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," I answered.

The door slowly opened to reveal Dabi standing in the entrance with a relieved smile on his face.

My eyes lit up with pure elation as I watched the purple skinned man walk toward my bedside.

He sat down in one of the chairs beside me.

"Good evening Sioku," Dabi greeted softly.

I was instantly attracted by his whisper-like voice.

"Same to you Dabi," I replied.

Without hesitating, I sat up and pushed the covers off of me.

I then moved closer to Dabi while smiling at him.

Dabi affectionately lifted me onto his lap.

I snuggled against his chest as he lovingly embraced me.

"I've missed you so much Sioku," Dabi whispered in my ear.

"I missed you too," I replied while staring at the content look on his face.

Being in Dabi's warm embraced made me feel like I wasn't in the hospital anymore.

I felt as if he and I were back at the warehouse.

My face saddened as I placed a hand on Dabi's shoulder.

"I have some bad news to tell you. That masked villain Kai Chisaki knows about my friendship with you and the others," I said.

Dabi glared at that and asked with disappointment. "How did he figure this out? Did he force you to give him information?"

I could hear the anger laced in his voice.

"No, Chisaki knew about us before he met me. He also knows about my cell activation quirk," I explained sadly.

Dabi held me closer to him in a comforting way and asked. "Sioku, is that why he took blood from you?"

"Yes," I answered briefly.

Dabi placed a hand over my head and spoke softly. "Don't worry Sioku, my friends and I won't let that man hurt you anymore. I promise that we will always protect you from him."

"Thanks Dabi," I whispered back.

Once Dabi and I released each other, I climbed back into bed and slipped under the covers.

Dabi stayed by my side until I fell asleep.

He then quietly exited my room.
