Carmen ran away from Alfea and found herself in the ruins of a ancient temple. During this time, her body was taken over by the spirit of Volcana. Thanks to the help of the Scoutix, she was able to be freed and Volcana was defeated. Two mysterious figures watch the Scoutix. What could be waiting for them now? ~

Alfea

"That break sure didn't last long." Carmen said, sulking a little as she walked into the quad.

Rachel chuckled a little, turning to Carmen. "It didn't go by that fast Carmen. You just spent most of it sleeping."

"It's not my fault." Carmen said. "That whole thing with Volcana really wore me out. Not to mention that my magic is a little on the fritz now. I'm not sure what to do."

Catarina smiled and placed a hand on Carmen's shoulder. "We'll figure this out alright. I'm sure you're magic will be back to normal in no time. Let's sit down and wait on the others."

Carmen nodded and took a seat on a nearby bench. "I know Cat. It's just frustrating. I just don't get how my magic is like this now."

"It's probably a side effect from being controlled by Volcana." Felicity said, walking up to them.

Abigail walked up to them alongside Rosella and Daniel. "Give it time Carmen. Let's just enjoy the peace we have now."

"Until the next evil face wants to reveal itself." Daniel said.

Rosella sighed and shook her head a little. "Why do you have to say things like that Daniel?"

"We all know that it's likely to happen again." Daniel said. "Evil will always exist and someone has to stand against it."

Carmen started laughing and jumped up. "Then it's up to us to stop any evil that dares show its face. We're unstoppable."

"Someone's back to herself." Rachel said, chuckling a little.

Carmen smiled and stretched a little. "I'm glad to hear that Rachel. There's just one problem. After everything that happened last time, I'm not sure how I should be. You all still have access to your magic. I feel so useless like this."

Rosella smiled and placed a hand on her shoulder. "You are anything but useless Carmen. We'll figure this out together."

"We could always ask miss Faragonda about it." Abigail said.

Carmen sighed and nodded a little. "You're right. We'll figure this out. Ooo. Do you think we'll make new friends this year?"

"Of course we will." Rachel said. "There's always someone new to meet."

Felicity nodded, turning her attention to Carmen. "And we'll make sure that no one bothers you again. No one should make you feel worthless."

The fairies laughed a little and headed inside to their dorm. Daniel waved bye to the girls and made his way to the other end of the school. He had finally decided to stay at Alfea, opening up the door for other male fairies to also attend. Smiling a little, he walked inside and sat down on his bed.

'It's only me right now.' He thought to himself. 'Could there really be others like me out there? Even I know that male fairies are rare to find. It's still strange being the only one in this dorm.'

'Beware.' A female voice could be heard in Daniel's mind.

"Is someone there?" Daniel asked, looking around the room.

The voice continued to echo in his mind. 'He's coming for you.'

"Coming for me?" Daniel asked, confused a little. "Who are you?"

'He's coming for all of you.'

"Who is?" Daniel asked.

'Scoutix power.' The voice started to slowly fade away.

Daniel sighed and walked over to the window. "Was it all in my head?"

Abigail walked into her room and started unpacking her bags. She pulled out a small plant and set it near the window. "The sun shines perfectly on to you little one."

Felicity walked in after Abigail and smiled. "It's a lovely plant Abigail. Are you sure it has what it needs?"

"Thank you Felicity." Abigail said, smiling a little. "This plant thrives on sunlight. It doesn't need anything else."

"Do you think Daniel is here yet?" Felicity asked.

Catarina nodded and smiled. "He was in his room the last I checked. Daniel is by himself once again. Male fairies are still pretty rare."

"That may be so, but having him here might attract others." Rachel said. "It's a shame that he has to be alone, but it's not like he doesn't have friends. Zane has been keeping in contact with him."

Daniel sat down on his bed, taking notice to his phone ringing. "Zane. It's great to hear from you."

"You know that I'm always here if you want to talk." Zane said. "You sound as if you've got something on your mind. Is everything alright."

Daniel sighed a little and laid back. "I'm not sure exactly. I think someone is trying to reach out to me."

"I see." Zane said. "Tell me everything alright."

Daniel stared up at the ceiling, running through all he had heard. "There was this voice. They were warning me about something. I'm not sure exactly, but the voice I heard mentioned someone coming for us. Along with something about a Scoutix power."

"Scoutix power huh." Zane said. "That's oddly specific. You all sure are pretty powerful together, but I get the feeling that it's about something else."

"That's what I'm thinking as well." Daniel replied. "I could barely make anything out. Something big is about to happen Zane and I'm worried."

Zane nodded and started thinking. "Whatever it is, we can handle it. Just stay alert alright."

"Of course." Daniel said. "Thanks for talking to me."

Zane smiled and nodded some more. "Anytime Daniel."

Daniel hung up and released a small sigh. 'I hope this truly is something we can handle.'

Neptune

"Your little warning won't save them." A figure said, staring at Asteria. "It won't save you either."

Asteria winced a little, keeping her eye on the figure. "You underestimate them. They can handle anything you send their way."

"The power of Scoutix is what got you here in the first place." The figure said. "It wasn't strong enough to save you from me and it will be of no use to those fairies."

Asteria glared a little, not shifting her focus one bit. "They won't fall for you little tricks. If anyone can take on the true power of Scoutix, it's the Scoutix Club."

The figure smirked and restrained Asteria. "We shall see about that. Let them obtain the power. They will all become my little puppets."

"You won't have them." Asteria struggled as she was pulled back into her room. 'Be careful everyone.'

Red Fountain

"Is everything alright Zane?" Alex asked.

"I'm not sure." Zane said. "Daniel seems worried about something. A voice in his head."

"What voice?" Gale asked.

"He said it was like someone was trying to warn him." Zane replied, turning his attention to Gale. "Something about a Scoutix power."

Rexx chuckled a little and smiled. "The Scoutix does have great power between them."

"It wasn't about the Scoutix Club." Zane said. "It was a power called Scoutix."

Gale leaned against the wall and closed his eyes. "We have the Scoutix Club and now we find out about a power by the same name."

"Could just be a coincidence." Lyon said.

Alex sighed and shook his head. "I highly doubt that after everything we've been through."

"It seems like we're just danger magnets." Colton said.

Gale opened his eyes, focusing on the guys. "And we'll help out as best we can."

"Always." Alex replied.

Zane nodded and smiled a little. "I'm sure Daniel knows that as well."

Alfea

Daniel walked around the quad, looking down a little. 'I have to figure out who was trying to reach out to me.'

Catarina walked out into the quad, taking notice to Daniel. "Daniel? Is something wrong? You look as if you have something on your mind."

Daniel turned to Catarina and nodded a little. "I'm not really sure Catarina. All I know is that someone is reaching out to me. They need help."

"You don't know who it was." Catarina said. "And it's weighing heavily on your mind."

Daniel nodded and gripped his arm. "That's what I'm trying to figure out. They gave me a warning. Someone is coming for us Cat and by the sound of it, we need the power of Scoutix."

"I'm sure that our combined power would be enough to save this person." Catarina said.

Daniel shook his head a little. "I don't this voice was talking about us. If I'm right, it's a brand new power we need. In other words, it's a transformation."

"Interesting." Catarina said, thinking a little. "There are many different forms that fairies can take. We're already Enchantix fairies and that opens the door to forms beyond that. Let's head to the library and see if there's any information on this Scoutix form. That is, if such a form exists."

Daniel nods and follows her to the library. "What if we can't find out anything here?"

Catarina smiled and turned to him. "Then we'll head to Solaria. The castle library should have the information we seek if it can't be found here."

"I just hope you're right about this." Daniel replied as he started to search through books.

Carmen laid on her bed with her head hanging over the side. "I wonder where Cat and Daniel are. We haven't heard from them in a while."

"I'm sure they're fine Carmen." Abigail said, smiling a little.

Rosella nodded and sat down on the bed. "Knowing Cat, she's most likely in the library."

"Perhaps we should head there and see." Rachel said.

Felicity nodded and followed the others to the library. "There they are. Catarina. Daniel." She smiled and walked over to them.

Catarina smiled and looked up from her book. "Hey girls. What brings you here?"

"We were wondering where you two were." Carmen said, sitting down across from Catarina.

Daniel chuckled a little and turned to Carmen. "I get the feeling that it was more like you were the one wondering Carmen."

"We're trying to find some information on some unknown power called Scoutix." Catarina said.

"A Scoutix power?" Rosella asked.

Daniel nodded and explained the voice that had reached out to him. "I don't even know who it was. All I know is that they are in trouble. It's like their being held prisoner somewhere."

"We were thinking of checking out the Solarian library if we couldn't find any information here." Catarina said.

Felicity nodded and smiled. "We'll lend you two a hand."

"It also wouldn't hurt to talk to Faragonda about it as well." Abigail said, flipping through a nearby book.

The rest of the girls nodded and joined in on the search, finding nothing they needed. They all sighed a little and put all the books away.

"All these books and not a single one even mentioned Scoutix." Carmen said, sulking a little.

Catarina smiled and stood up. "Let's go speak with miss Faragonda. Perhaps she knows something."

Daniel nodded and followed the girls up to Faragonda's office. "It won't be too much longer before we lose daylight."

"Hello girls. Daniel." Faragonda said, ushering them inside. "What is it that you wanted to talk with me about?"

Catarina smiled and turned to Faragonda. "We're trying to find information on the Scoutix power."

"Yeah." Daniel said. "Someone has been reaching out to me and they mentioned it. None of the books in the library mentioned anything about it."

Faragonda nodded and stared out the window. "That power is quite dangerous. There's only been one fairy to ever achieve it. Her name is Asteria and she's been missing for a long time now. The fact that this voice mentioned the Scoutix power, indicates that it's Asteria herself."

"It's a transformation?" Rosella asked.

"It is indeed Rosella." Faragonda replied. "It was created by an ancient fairy named Nafasi. This transformation was originally meant to balance the cosmos. The power itself was split between eleven planetary guardians."

"How dangerous is it?" Rachel asked.

"You must understand one thing first." Faragonda said. "Asteria was only able to will herself into the transformation. At that moment, she became the Nymph of Scoutix. However, the power she has is not a true Scoutix. No one has been able to find a clue about her whereabouts. That is, until now. Daniel. You're the only that has heard from her."

Daniel nodded and gripped his arm. "If she's been missing for a long time, why is it that she's able to contact me?"

"I get the feeling that perhaps the two of you share the same Guardian." Faragonda said. "In order to earn Scoutix, a fairy must first gain the power of Harmonix. Once you have done that, you must connect with one of the Guardians. I warn you Scoutix. There is more to this transformation than meets the eye. Asteria wasn't the only one to go for it. Others tried and failed. Most of them either gave up or fell into an eternal slumber."

Abigail gasped and looked down a little. "So if we try to gain this power, there's a chance that we could fall into this slumber as well."

"Precisely." Faragonda said. "Focus on earning your Harmonix and Sirenix first. Afterwards, you can decide for yourselves if you want to go towards Scoutix."

"Sirenix?" Daniel asked. "I thought we just needed Harmonix."

"In order for you to gain Harmonix, you must take on the Quest of Sirenix." Faragonda said. "Know that if you will have a limited time to earn Sirenix before you lose your magic. This is just a small step you will need to take to get Scoutix."

Catarina nodded and stood up. "In order to even begin our journey towards Scoutix, we must take on the Quest of Sirenix. I'm sure we can handle that much no problem."

"Exactly Catarina." Faragonda said. "Once you have obtained Sirenix, I'll explain Scoutix a little more. Good luck to all of you. And I'm sure your specialist friends are aware of everything."

Daniel nodded, turning to Faragonda. "Of course they do. I mentioned it all to Zane. I'm sure he told the others as well."

"Then it's settled." Rosella said. "Our journey towards Scoutix begins now. Let's get going everyone."

Faragonda nodded and smiled a little. "Good luck my fairies. And know that you'll always find allies when you need them." She watched as they walked out and stared out the window once more. "You'll need all the help you can get."
