Hello! I am back! I did say I would try and upload again this month AND HERE IT IS! Thank you for the support on this so far! Enjoy!
A week had flown by so quickly, Rouge and Sally were flying over today to meet up with Amy to discuss the next part of their plan.
During that week, nothing too special happened. Amy spent as much time with Sonar as possible, who continued planning outrageously appalling activities for them. Though she had to admit, they did bond well in the remaining 6 days and the activities were a part of the reason why.
Sonar had been wonderful. Yes he was clueless about boutiques but he stepped up to help nonetheless. They managed to come up with a brief for when they would go looking at locations to choose where to open.
It was clear he had his gaze fixed on her. Constantly messaging her and calling during appropriate hours. He was glued to her. Not that she minded. That was exactly what was meant to happen.
Truth be told, she didn't mind this undercover mission. The character of Amy Elise somewhat came naturally to her, minus exaggerating her wealth at times. Other than that, it didn't feel like pretending. She was grateful that he was only interested in her money and wasn't creepy.
Lucky for her, Sonar had nothing planned for today. It was sort of like a day off for them. Sonar suggested a rest because 'exhausted minds don't work as well.' But Amy was certain that he was planning his next step. How to extract more of her self-proclaimed 'wealth.'
Whatever the reason, today was a good day. She could feel it. To reunite with her friends after what felt like an eternity. Excitement filled her. She had so much to talk about!
The pink hedgehog scanned her surroundings. Her hotel room was neat and tidy. Not much cleaning up was needed. Which was appropriate since her friends were planning on coming over right after they landed.
She had messaged Sally the address and room number earlier this morning but alerted them to come with a slight disguise. Just for safety. Sonar had proven to be unpredictable, so there was a potential he could be lurking around the area. He could bombard Amy's door at any time, which he hadn't been hesitant in doing before.
Sighing to herself, she went to her mini kitchen to prepare a few meals. Rouge and Sally would be famished and what better way to greet them than with food?!
.
"Aaahhhhhh I missed you soooo much!" The pink hedgehog said as she jumped on both her friends.
As soon as she opened the door, Amy lunged at her friends. She noticed the bat wore reflective glasses and a sun hat to hide her identity whilst Sally had her hair in a different fashion.
They all parted from their reunion hug as the chipmunk placed their suitcases to a side. Rouge sat on the bed with a bulky bag beside her whilst Sally and Amy took the mini sofa opposite her.
"How was your flight?" She casually asked, slightly intimidated about their purpose of visit.
Rouge had been discrete on the phone. Every time Amy would ask about the next phase of their plan she wouldn't say anything. No hints were revealed. Everything would be brought to light right now.
"The flight was fine. But as you know we've got a plan to discuss." Rouge started as she nodded to Sally.
"It's really important you get this right Amy. If you do everything how we tell you to then we should be getting quite a bit of money back." Sally said softly.
Those words terrified Amy all of a sudden. Everything depended on her solely. She had to admit everything up until now had been easy, but she had a feeling it was going to become much worse.
"I understand... What's the plan?"
Rouge immediately turned to the bag beside her as Sally turned to her phone. Amy was confused. Now was the time to be explaining phase 2 of the plan yet her friends were more interested in other things.
"This. This is what you're going to do." Rouge stated as she took out a number of designer items: a dress, bag, jewellery, and shoes. She could immediately tell they were made for extravagant occasions.
"We've bought these on a discount since I have a few contacts. But you have to convince Sonar to buy these overpriced." The bat stopped midway.
Amy gave a puzzled look. If they had already bought the dress and other things then Sonar wouldn't pay a single ring for them. He wasn't stupid. He wanted to steal from her, not spend his entire life's worth of money on her.
"That makes no sense to me." Amy clarified as the bat shook her head, not surprised that her pink friend lacked the knowledge on what she was suggesting. Sally lowered her phone and made her way to the door, gently opening it to reveal a visitor.
"And who's this!?" Amy stood up immediately. Her brain cells were dying in attempt of placing the pieces Rouge had just scattered together.
She eyed the boy in front of her. A young fox, probably a few years younger than her, stood beside Sally looking quite timid. Her sudden outburst frightened him, as would anybody.
"Amy relax, we'll explain everything." Sally spoke as the pink hedgehog lowered herself back to her couch.
The fox simply stood as Rouge began his introduction, not once daring to cause more conflict. "This is Miles Prower. He will be with you for the majority of the time during phase 2 of the plan."
The pink hedgehog eyed Miles up and down. This boy was going to be her accomplice? She just couldn't get to grips with what was happening and why Rouge didn't trust her to do everything on her own.
"I don't need him." She clarified to which Sally shook her head vigorously in disapproval. Miles remained silent this entire time, revealing no thoughts on Amy's discomfort of him.
"Ammmyyy... You do need Miles. How else are you going to organise such a large party?" Sally said calmly unable to contain Amy's pestering.
"Woah hold on." Amy blurted as got up and started pacing around the room. "Why do we want a party!?" She said now standing directly opposite Rouge with worried eyes.
"You're going to arrange for a party to introduce yourselves to potential clients. Miles has a clothes store where we'll place the things I bought earlier. They'll be at a much higher price. You'll go in there to buy your clothes for the party." Rouge took a breath before continuing.
"Hopefully, we'll get quite a bit of money back. Miles will get his cut too." She finished.
The fox looked around not wanting to interrupt anyone that was willing to speak next. With no indication of this, he took the opportunity to speak out on the rest of the plan.
"I have a few people I know that have nice venues with catering services here too. I could convince them to overprice it for whatever date you plan so long as they get their cut too." Miles suggested.
"That's brilliant Miles, we'll get more money that way. You go do that. One more thing, during the party you need to keep an eye out on things...and Amy. Nothing should go wrong." Rouge warned as Miles nodded.
Miles complied and made his way to the door, reaching for the handle as Amy called out to him. "Wait Miles, is it okay if we talk?"
The fox turned back and scratched his head not knowing what to say. Part of him was afraid of why the hedgehog wanted to speak to him. The other part hoped she wouldn't go crazy stressed again.
"Sure." He concluded as he took a few steps forward.
By this time Rouge and Sally had gotten up, luggage in hand and ready to leave. They assumed it was for the betterment of their plan if the two players of their game got to know each other a bit more.
"Miles I'll send you an address, come by tomorrow." Sally stated as Rouge put on her disguise once more. The fox shook his head letting them know he will do everything they say.
"Okay then Amy, once you've finalised the details, call us! See you soon!" Sally waved as the pink hedgehog awkwardly said her goodbyes.
.
"So how much are they paying you?" Amy suggested, not knowing what else to ask. It had been a few minutes since her friends had left.
Miles had kindly excused himself to go make himself a hot drink. Amy just followed behind and waited by the dining table.
"Rouge said I'd get 15% of whatever Sonar buys from the store." He shrugged his shoulders casually.
"It's good enough. It'll help pay for my robotics programme." He finished, preventing the pink hedgehog from judging his pay.
"You own a store that sells a few brands of clothes. So I'm confused with the robotics." Amy mentioned curiously, now seeing Miles approach her as he put his mug down beside her.
"That's my uncle's store... He's given it to me temporarily, once I get my cut I'll give it back to him."
"That's good...Do you want food? Rouge and Sally left without eating and I completely forgot to ask." Amy changed the subject not knowing entirely how to approach his previous statement.
"I don't mean to be rude, but I've already ate." Miles said calmly.
Amy remained silent for a few moments. Sally and Rouge had really thought this through. Technically she wasn't the only one hired to be a part of this plan, there were others. Though how did Rouge find out about Miles? He looked as though he belonged to an average working class family. The bat was wealthy, it didn't make sense.
"..How did you become a part of the plan?" Amy asked as she raised an eyebrow at the fox.
"Your friends were in the city, looking for stores to place the designer outfits they bought. They came into my one and offered me pay." He shrugged his shoulders.
"I normally don't do this nonsense, it's basically illegal. But I need money for my programme. I want to be the biggest creator ever! Plus once they told me about Sonar, I felt bad for them." The fox shook his head.
"That's pretty amazing, I think you'll get paid a lot more than what you need for your robotics programme." Amy replied with a sweet smile to which Miles smiled back.
"Hey Amy," Miles paused, taking another sip from the mug, now wanting to talk business. Once he successfully gained her attention he continued.
"When are we executing this out? When will you come by with Sonar and when is the party?"
Amy paused. Sally was right. She did need help to get everything organised. She would need to let Sonar know that's she thinking of organising a party, send invites, arrange for the venue and catering (which thankfully Miles had contacts for her) as well as convince him to spend his money on everything.
"Miles make a note on your calendar. The party will be in 5 days." She said with keen eyes.
"Brilliant! And please, call me Tails." He said after typing in the event on his phone calendar. The fox reached his hand forward ready to shake Amy's. The pink hedgehog didn't need to think twice. She firmly shook his hand.
"Pleasure doing business with you Tails."
.
"Hey Sonar," Amy called as she saw him sitting by the edge of the sea.
"Amy, about time you made it."
The pink hedgehog slumped beside him and left out a heavy sigh.
"What did you want to talk to me about?" He asked tilting his face so he could see her.
After the events of yesterday, Amy made Rouge and Sally aware of the date she was hosting the party. She had agreed with Tails that she'd convince Sonar to stop by his store tomorrow.
She had wasted no time in messaging her blue companion earlier today revealing she had a magnificent plan in mind. Their location was set: by the water. The same place they first interacted and engaged in business after the volleyball incident.
"Well we need clients right? If we get the right ones then that'll promote our business." She stated to which Sonar nodded in unison.
"And?" He questioned further folding his arms.
"Long story short we're hosting a party!" She clapped her hands together in excitement.
The blue hedgehog pondered on the idea. It would be beneficial to attract clients, but was a party necessary?
"Do we have to host a party? Wouldn't it make more sense if we had a web conference with all the clients." He suggested instead.
Amy turned to him immediately annoyed at his poor alternative to her brilliant idea.
"You think the designers will take us seriously over a video call? Ohhh Sonar, you little naive boy." Amy remarked as she attempted to pinch his cheeks.
The blue hedgehog pushed her hands away and looked her dead in the eyes. "Don't EVER do that again!" He said half-jokingly but more serious.
The pink hedgehog giggled. He really disliked his cheeks being squeezed. She knew from the unsuccessful attempt she made a couple of days ago.
"If we host a party, the designers will be enjoying themselves. With them in a good mood, they're more likely to say yes and allow us to sell their items! It's sort of like a give and take." Amy explained.
"Well when you put it like that...let's do it." He let a small smile form.
.
It was later that day. The two hedgehogs were now sat in a cafe with their notebooks and pens, ready to scribble down designers they wished to invite and ideas about their party preparations.
Amy had told Sonar the sooner they organised the party the better it would be. He initially declined her request suggesting it would be chaotic to plan in such a short amount of time but when Amy mentioned this party was going to prove to her family how responsible she is, he agreed.
"Soooo...who are we inviting?" Sonar questioned as he tapped his pen on paper.
"Hmmm Shadow the Hedgehog would be a dream come true! He's one of the greatest designers out there." Amy fangirled.
"Suddenly I don't like him much." Sonar teased to which Amy gave him a dirty look.
"Okay. Fine, I'll write his name down. Who else?" He asked further.
"Julia is usually nice from what I've seen on TV interviews. Write her name down too." Amy ordered to which Sonar scribbled on the paper.
"Damon? He does some nice suits you know?" Sonar suggested. Amy nodded her head in agreement.
"Damon isn't even a question." She clarified.
Everyone knew Damon. If there was anyone in need of buying a suit, the first brand they'd search for would be of Damon's. He had made a large name for himself in the fashion industry. If the others knew Damon was coming, then they would do anything to attend the same party. The same was also true for Shadow.
Amy and Sonar spent the next half an hour or so brainstorming more designers down, ordering a few sugary treats in the process. Once they got about 50 names down, Amy realised something.
"Sonar we've only accounted for the designers themselves here. We've not considered their plus ones-twos." Amy brought her hand to her forehead.
"That means the catering services will charge more." She brought to his attention.
Sonar took the last spoonful of ice cream and put the empty cup down lightly onto the table. He raised an eyebrow at Amy.
"So what? That's fine." He spoke finally.
Amy grinned. She had trapped the blue hedgehog into paying more money, which meant Rouge and Sally should be getting back more of what they 'lost'. She had to admit, she really was a genius.
"Really? We could always cut a few designers off the guest li-"
"I'm sure. I know this is important to you so it's cool." He cut her off and finished his statement by shrugging his shoulders, leaning back onto his chair.
The pink hedgehog observed him. He tried to make it come off as nothing, but he was thoughtful. She sighed at how difficult he had to be. It would've been better if he were rude and cold to her, like he had been with her friends. Of course he had to be nice to her and make things more complicated! It was forbidden to say, but she was developing a soft spot for him.
"Thanks Sonar." She whispered in a breath, so quietly that he just about heard her.
.
"You seriously didn't think to pack one decent outfit?" Sonar complained.
It was now the next day. Amy has vowed to Tails that she would stop by his store today and the main step of their con would occur today. She ignored Sonar's whines throughout their journey, but it got to a point where she needed him to shush.
"I'm not very good at planning ahead, so no." She said carefree.
The blue hedgehog hated the concept of shopping. It was tiring and pointless to have the female tag along. All they would do is stare around and touch things, try on a few outfits and then only buy one. To him it was a waste of precious time.
But he didn't have a choice! Amy dragged him along. His poor friend didn't have enough money to buy her outfit on her own so he offered to pay instead. He simply hoped she was quick about it. He knew she needed someone extravagant for their party. After all, how would the designers react if they saw their hosts wear unacceptable clothing?
His thoughts vanished as he saw Amy stand outside a store, peeking through the glass to observe the goods inside. He gently followed her steps standing shoulder to shoulder with her. Curious to see what she was looking at, he placed his hands on the glass to get a closer look.
There was a large variety of clothing: lavishing dresses, casual clothing, bags, jewellery, suits and any other accessories that existed. Sonar sighed slightly, the large variety meant that lots of time was going to be spent here, something he wasn't very keen on.
"Let's go in!" Amy clapped her hands.
Without gaining Sonar's approval she walked in, forcing the blue hedgehog to grumble and follow behind. Once he entered he noticed a young fox at the cashier who greeted them. Amy immediately started rummaging through the evening dress section. Sonar simply stood by a mirror, fixing up his quills.
He didn't know how much time it took Amy to find her dress but it was far too long of a wait for him. She came back with her arms full of fabric, on top of it jewellery boxes, a bag and finally heels which barely balanced on top of all the things.
The blue hedgehogs jaw fell to the floor as he carefully looked at the price tags. He looked up to an agitated Amy.
"Maybe go try this on? You might find you don't like it?" He suggested, mostly in attempt to lower the amount he was going to pay.
The pink hedgehog nodded as she juggled all the items to the changing room. She came out a few minutes later with the dress on, stumbling with the heels as she tripped on the fabric. Sonar rushed to her side to stop her from falling and hurting herself.
She nervously chuckled, tucking a strand of hair behind. Realising she was clinging onto Sonar's shoulders, she regained her balance and bowed gracefully.
"What do you think Sir Sonar?" She nervously fiddled with the sides.
He was speechless. He coughed twice to stop himself to snap himself out from staring and actually say something. She looked beautiful. A red ballroom gown with silver stones around the bodice. The skirt of the dress covered in lace which added class, and Amy looked wonderful in it.
"I...e-r...y-ou look great." He stuttered hoping his face didn't reveal how flustered he was feeling.
"I love it too!" She declared as she swirled her dress back and forth in front of the mirror.
.
Amy was now back in her normal clothes. She quickly brought everything to the till where Tails scanned all the items, coming up with a total bill of 30,000 rings.
"Woahhh...that dress is a LOT more than I thought it was." Sonar exclaimed, annoyed that he had to pay this much.
The pink hedgehog pouted, and Sonar faced her. Leaving this dress meant that he would have to waste more time to search for a new one. It was probably best to buy this one to end this hassle once and for all.
"Uhhh fine. What's the total again?" He said now searching for his wallet.
"30,000 rings Sir. You guys look like you're going to something posh." Tails commented.
"Nah we're hosting the party." Amy clarified as the fox nodded.
Sonar handed over the cash to Tails, who placed their items in a bag along with the receipt.
"Sonar we need to find a venue now." Amy reminded now holding the heavy bag and walking away from the counter.
"Do you know of any good ones here?" He asked Amy. Realising she was struggling carrying the bag, he offered to hold it.
"Excuse me," the young fox said rushing over from the counter now standing in front of the two hedgehogs.
"I know a venue here if you're wanting to impress. It's not too far from here. Here let me write the address." He quickly brought out a scrappy piece of paper and scribbled the address onto it.
"Thanks." The blue hedgehog said as Amy waved him goodbye.
.
"45,000 rings is the best I can do I'm afraid. That includes the venue and catering services." The male concluded.
Sonar and Amy had made it to the address the fox had gave to them. The manager had given them a tour of the venue, showing the decor and lighting they had to offer. It was perfect for their party.
Though negotiations got them nowhere. As much as they would've loved for him to reduce the price, he simply wouldn't budge and it was all thanks to Tails. Amy knew the manger was one of her allies.
"Please, you would be doing us a HUGE favour." Amy asked, pretending to act as sincere as possible.
"Sorry folks. You've come to me and have asked me to get a venue ready for 3 days time. It's really last minute and this is the best I can do. Take it or leave it." He gave his last warning.
Sonar turned to Amy with a frown on his face. The manager just wasn't listening to their situation.
"Sonar just leave it, it was stupid of me to think we could plan everything this quick." She reviewed.
"And that dress you bought? That would go to waste wouldn't it?" He brought to her attention.
He turned to the manager, "Alright I agree, just make sure everything is properly set up for 3 days time. We'll be there by 18:00 to check everything."
The manager plastered a huge smile on his face, happy with their end deal. He gathered the payment and began discussing if they were happy with the arrangements he had shown previously or if the two hedgehogs wanted something different.
.
After a long day at work, the two finally made it back to Amy's hotel room. Sonar dived onto her bed instantly without thought, hugging the pillow close to his chest.
"Everything is finally done." He said satisfied.
"I hate to break it to you, but we need to send the invitations out." She alerted him, trying not to ruin his mood.
He shoved the pillow on his face and let out a groan. Amy reassured him everything was under control and she would manage everything. "Hey, take a nap, I'll call a guy to get the invitations ready and sent."
And that's exactly what he did. The poor hedgehog was so exhausted he let out loud snores and even mumbled in his sleep.
Amy moved to the kitchen area to make her phone call once certain that the blue hedgehog was unconscious. She immediately dialled Rouge now that she had the golden opportunity to talk to her.
"Everything went according to plan. Party is in 3 days. Send the invites out of the list I forwarded earlier." She whispered as soon as the bat answered.
With the key information given out, Amy cut the call, never once letting Rouge speak. It was too risky with Sonar a wall away from her. Satisfied with phase 2 of the plan being successful, she went to make herself a meal.
She lowered herself to open the bottom cupboard to take out a pan to cook in. Though doing so resulted in all the utensils scattering onto the floor creating a noise so loud even Amy became frightened.
She turned hoping to have not woken her partner but frowned at the sight of Sonar rubbing his eyes.
"Whatch-you do?" He questioned; his voice deeper than usual which she grew fond of instantly.
"My bad. The pans decided to host a party for themselves." She joked.
"Seems like the pans got inspiration from a certain hedgehog ehhh?" He added on.
Amy let out a small laugh at his response, now tidying the rest of the pans back into the cupboard space. She got up to face Sonar with her arms crossed.
"You should go get some rest."
"Yeahhhhhhh..." He said walking round the corner and crawling back into her bed again. Amy rolled her eyes.
"I meant go back to your OWN place you dumb hog." She said now throwing off the covers in one hand and holding the one pan she intended to cook with over his head. With that, Sonar jumped out instantaneously.
"Okay violent woman. I'll get out of here." He said with his hands up in defense, now walking out of the door and closing it politely behind him.
Amy smirked at his behaviour. It was little things like that which made her like him. A total weirdo that she could just about tolerate.
.
"Urghhhh why is this tie not tie-ing!?" Sonar complained as he fiddled with the fabric.
He had gotten to Amy's house early the night the party was supposed to be happening. Mostly because he wanted to show off how amazing he looked in a suit, but he forgot about how disastrous he was at ties. Hence, he rushed over to Amy's place.
Not soon after, he started complaining non-stop at how 'ridiculous' ties were and 'who invented them in the first place?'
"I'm getting nowhere with this." He complained as he tossed the tie over onto the bed.
Amy hadn't even got dressed yet, Sonar's sudden presence stopped all of her preparations as she began searching a video on how to tie a tie.
"Quit nagging. Bring the tie to me." She ordered. Sonar's pestering had brought Amy's mood down miles, he was like a toddler out of control.
He yanked the tie and marched over to Amy huffing at her attempt. She fiddled it around his neck and began folding the tie, pausing the video to see if she was doing it right. A couple of moments later she moved the knot upwards and fixed his collar.
"There. My my, what a dashing young man we have here." She said as she stared him up and down.
"Well my dear, he's not dressed for you." He winked at her with a cocky smile on his face.
Amy jumbled on her words, she had been joking but it seemed as if Sonar was flirting with her? Possibly? She didn't know. But she couldn't let him see her in her flustered state.
"Okay now get out, I need to get ready. We need to check the venue at 6." She pushed him out the door.
"I'll wait in the car, message me when you're done." He said as he walked out the door.
The pink hedgehog spent a good forty minutes getting ready. Putting the dress on had been the major obstacle. Everything else was quickly done.
She took one final look in the mirror. She stood tall, thanks to her heels. She swirled her dress and looked at her hair. Her hair was supported by a pearl clip at the side of her parting, the bottom of her hair hung in loose curls. The design of the bodice was enhanced with a diamond necklace adoring her neck. Finally, to complete her look, she had a small matching red bag. She was satisfied that she met the standard.
Amy quickly messaged Sonar to come up and escort her to his car. She felt timid going down all dressed up. Within a minute she heard a persistent knock on her door.
"Ames you took so— Woah you look gorgeous." He complimented now finally glancing at Amy and taking his attention off his phone.
"You don't look so bad yourself." She replied to which he nervously scratched his quills.
"Okay we're really late. Let's get going." He alerted after checking the time.
.
They had made it. It was now 18:30 and they had half an hour to make final checks on the venue before the guests arrived. Sonar helped Amy out of the car, lifting her dress too to stop if from getting dirty. A true gentleman.
From a distance outside they saw extravagant lighting, and a carpet laid out for their guests to enter. The outside door was arranged in balloons and a huge veil hung on top of the carpet with purple lamps hanging off inside of them.
"I don't think we have anything to worry about." Amy commented, turning her head to smile over at Sonar. He returned her smile.
"Let's go in."
They had thought that the outdoor arrangement was brilliant however the venue itself had no words. Mesmerising would be the closest way of describing it.
Flowers were neatly placed onto the different tables with the names of each designer present at the seat. The theme of purple lighting continued inside, only to a much higher scale. LED lights filled the ceiling, making it seem as though they were directly under the stars. The veils covered the sides of the room, tied together with lavender coloured bows.
"What do you think?"
The two turned their heads quickly to be greeted by the manager they had spoken to a couple of days prior.
"You have outdone yourself Sir." Sonar complimented, shaking his hand with gratitude.
"You're very welcome. The guests should be arriving soon." He reminded them as he walked off in what seemed to be a 'staff only' door.
The two hedgehogs wasted no time as they returned back outside and positioned themselves close to the carpet laid for their guests.
Slowly but surely, the parking lot filled with expensive looking cars, with each designer coming out and gathering by the carpet. Sonar and Amy greeted them one by one allowing them to enter the venue in a lined fashion. With most of the guests inside, they still waited for a couple more minutes.
"Shadow hasn't appeared yet." Amy said with a frown on her face.
"And Damon too. Let's wait a few more minutes, I'm sure they'll show." He reassured her further.
A couple of moments later a car showed up and parked far behind. The slam of the door caused the pair's eyes to wander to mysterious figure. Amy's eyes glistened as she sensed some familiarity in the stranger.
"Sonar! Shadow's here!" She clapped her hands.
"And he also has a guest. Not a surprise, everyone brought plus ones." He scoffed, remembering he was the one paying for it all.
The two hedgehogs waited patiently as Shadow and his guest approached them. With each approaching step, Amy felt her heart flutter. Shadow the Hedgehog was at her party, something she'd never thought would become a reality ever.
Though her excitement substituted with dread as she noticed his guest. No, it couldn't be? She looked the male up and down as her suspicion became true. Those amber eyes Amy could never mistaken. Silver? She could feel herself throw up. If Silver was here, that meant all her lies about her identity would come out.
Sonar noticed how quiet she had become and teased her, trying to lighten the mood. "Amy relax, you don't want your idol thinking you're a weirdo."
Little did Sonar know that this was the least of her worries. She had nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Silver was 5 metres away from her. That was 5 metres away from him spilling the truth. There was no way out, it was checkmate.
A/N: Ohh snap! How will this play out? Reviews are always kindly appreciated, they motivate me to write the next chapter of the story much more quicker! So you know what to do ;)
