Here we go.
Some of the parts were written at school and from memory. The dialogue will not be 100% accurate. Let's just say it's like a.. tiny butterfly effect from Jake's actions.
Oh and btw I'm using my headcannons for this sorry not sorry haha

DETERMINATION
Chapter 5 – Heartache
That certainly was a good nap! And this wasn't some weird dream! I'm still stuck In the underground In a possibly infinite loop of resets that I may or may not know of! … that was a joke, but maybe I am...
Anyways, as expected, the pie was there, waiting for me to eat it. It looked succulent, like paradise was waiting a few meters from me. Of course I didn't eat it right now, but it took all of my willpower.
With the pie in my… pocket? Inventory? Well, probably in my inventory because it was my intent, I touched it and it disappeared, I think I probably need to reach in my pocket to get it.
Anyways, with the pie in my 'inventory', I left the room, looked at water sausages, and headed to the living room. It hurts to do this, but I have to move on.. not before taking the rest of the pie! I am not intimidated by the size of it whatsoever! Having all those slices might be OP but I don't give a fuck.
'Don't you dare say anything about the slices Chara.'
*…
I say anyways a lot don't it?
After putting that delicious looking pie in a pocket space, I went to Toriel to begin the fight. Won't be much of a fight though, as I won't fight.
"Up already, I see? Blah blah blah " And unlike the game, since this is real life, and she is a lonely old Lady, Toriel continued to talk for what seemed like an eternity, until she finally reached the end of her 'canon' dialogue.
"… This may come as a surprise, but i've always wanted to be a teacher. Actually, this may not be so surprising. STILL. I am glad to have you living here."
"Uh, I don't live here." I responded even though I didn't want to hurt her.
"What.. what are you talking about, y-you DO live here now. Umm, would you like to hear about the book that I am reading? It is called "top TEN facts about SNAILS! (the last one will surprise you)"
"Toriel, please just let me exit the Ruins."
"Umm… how about I tell you the last fact right now! Did you know that Snails sometimes flip their digestive system as they mature?"Toriel said while sounding desperate.
"Toriel, I want to leave."
"… Stay here. I have to do something."
I, of course, follow Toriel into the basement. It's not like i'm going to let her ruin my only chance of freeing the entirety of the monster race.
"You wish to know how to return, 'home', do you not? Ahead of us lies the end of the RUINS. A one-way exit to the rest of the underground. I am going to destroy it. No one will ever be able to leave again. Now be a good child and go upstairs."
"I appreciate all you've done, but staying in the ruins would be really fucking boring."
"If you continue, they… Asgore … will kill you. I am only doing this to protect you."
"No one will die. Not even Asgore."
We walk a bit more and were finally in front of the door, the door that will bring me to Snowdin forest and allow me to meet one of my favorite Undertale character, no matter how cliche it might be.
"Oh ? Are you still approaching me ? She started saying. Even though I told you multiple time to go upstairs ?"
"I can't escape the underground without getting closer." I reply
"I am only doing this for your own good."
And as per usual, the entire world flashes between its normal self and an empty void, I think i'll never get used to it.
(Toby Fox: Heartache)
(Sorry I don't do fights very well, hope i'll improve in this fic)
As soon as the combat starts I select Mercy and Spare, prepared to spam it into oblivion.
Toriel creates fireballs with her two hands and proceeds to throw at me inside of the white box
"…" We're both silent, as this is something we both don't want to do, but it is necessary.
I dodge almost all of them but one manages to hit me on my right shoulder and my hp goes from 20 to 17.
I select mercy and spare once again, with no attention to stop. Another attack that I manage to dodge completely this time passes by and do the ol' mercy spare trick.
" …. ?"
I dodge her next attack perfectly, starting to get a bit smug. Mercy once again, and the fight goes pretty much as expected. She starts to make her attacks dodge me, and all I have to do is spam spare. I don't even know how this works since I'm not saying anything to her, I'm just pressing mercy.
"Why… do you keep sparing me?"
"… Because I don't want to hurt you."
"But what are you proving by doing this? That you can resolve anything with mercy? ? No! There are times where you simply cannot use mercy. If you keep doing this… Asgore will kill you."
"No, he will not. But, I won't kill him either. I will find another way, I promise this to you Toriel."
"… I…" She responds, unsure of what to do. "Please. Trust me, you won't regret this."
"… Very well. The ruins do get small once you're used to them… it wouldn't be right to take your freedom away. My fears, my loneliness, for you I shall put them aside."
The fight ends and Toriel hugs me. "But please, do not come back. I hope you can understand my child." Small tears come out of my eyes but Toriel wipes them off "Be safe." she says before leaving.
'I've… been treating as nothing more than a game, have I not? But these people are actually real… what was I thinking?'
*… I was the same way at first, too.
'Huh? What are you talking about?'
*When I first fell into the underground, I discovered that power… the power to control reality. That power is extremely similar to the save feature of a video game, so I acted as if it was one. But after a while… I became attached to my new family and realized it wasn't a game. At least, you realized it faster than me.
'… Well… I've got to tell you something. I've been dishonest with you.'
*In what way?
'I didn't tell you the full truth. I… how do I say this… don't exactly come from this world'
*What.
'Okay so, basically, back in my old world, this was actually a game, and I somehow got transported into a universe similar to that game.'
*… But if it was a game in your world, why would the save exist in this one?
'Because it was a meta game if you know what I mean. The save feature was an actual element in the plot of the game.'
*… I… see. So that wouldn't mean this universe is actually a game, right?
'No, of course not. Probably. I'd know about it, because it seemed like the protagonist we controlled while playing the game knew about us and was separate from us. OH! By the way, you were the narrator of the game!'
*Interesting… anyways, I think we should move on. You can tell me more about the game and the knowledge you have about this world and make me have a bigger existential crisis later.
I do as Chara says, moving forwards and meeting my ol' pal Flowey!
"Clever. Verrrryyy clever." Flowey starts.
"Thanks! I try, you know?"
Flowey pauses and gets visibly annoyed.
"I- You-" He says, before composing himself.
"Look at me! I'm so witty and cool! That must mean people love me right?" He says mockingly.
"… but that witty personality only serves to hide how insecure you are. How lonely and friendless you are."
"…" I look down to the floor with a sad expression.
"Gosh, you're pathetic." Flowey says with a scary face.
"… Well, I do have one friend, his name's Joe" I start.
"… Who's Joe?"
I smile, then start to laugh. It gets to the point where I'm laughing maniacally while Flowey watches, confused.
I finish laughing. "Joe mama. I befriended her for a few hours… she was pretty nice, she gave me a piece of pie."
Flowey stands there, shocked. Not only from my terrible joke, but also from the fact that I just hinted knowing about his true identity. He doesn't move for a few seconds, then just straight up leaves.
"Well, that takes cares of that." I say, before moving towards the exit.
Okay, it's the end of the fic! I hope you guys enjoyed it, it was great to make and-
wHAT? You need me to keep going? Guess I have no choice then.
Oh and sorry for telling Chara it was a game, it felt natural.
