Kuoh town park, late night
Kuoh town, quiet and peaceful at night. No sound was heard, nobody was walking around since it was in the middle of the night. Suddenly, a bright flash of light was lit in the center of the park and a figure appeared.
"Where am I?" A beautiful voice came. The figure slowly rose and was revealed to be a beautiful young woman with shoulder long gold-blonde hair, sparkling brown eyes and an amazing figure, like, it would make any man drool and most women jealous. On the back of her right hand was a pink tattoo-like mark, it looked like a bird or something. The girl was Lucy Heartfilia, Celestial Spirit mage of Fairy Tail, the now officially strongest guild in Fiore, Earthland. But Kuoh Town isn't in Earthland.
While Lucy was still busy trying to get her head clear, another figure appeared. It was a tall man with black hair and golden bangs. A small goatee was on his chin and he wore a bathrobe, looking like he just came out of bed. The weirdest thing about him were the 12 pure black wings on his back. Azazel, the leader of the fallen angels, let his eyes search through the park, trying to find the origin of the strange magical burst that ripped him out of sleep. Quickly he saw the blonde girl on the ground. He gracefully landed and fought against the urge to woo her, now was time for business.
"Well look at that. Who might you be, young woman?" asked Azazel in an as kind voice as he could muster. Lucy shot to her feet and looked at the strange man. "Who are you?" Was her reply. "I asked first" said the fallen angel. Unconsciously, Lucy took on a defensive stance, she had no idea who this man was, but his magic didn't feel right for her. "*sigh* So you want to be secretive? Fine, you will talk anyway, but first you will come with me" nearly faster than Lucy could react, the strange man was in front of her with his hand outstretched, clearly trying to grab her. But before he could even make contact with her skin, a bright glowing fist smashed into his face and a hole opened beneath Lucy. With a loud shriek she disappeared into the hole which closed itself quickly. Azazel on the other hand grabbed his bleeding nose and muttered "Interesting girl indeed. I must talk with her, but it would be better if I stay in the background for now" He summoned his wings and flew away, but he looked back towards the ground once more. "I must also be way more careful, something dragon-like lingers around her" and so he was gone.
Far away from the park
The ground opened itself and three figures emerged. First came a handsome young man with a stylish black suit and sunglasses, next came Lucy and the rear was a petite girl with pink hair wearing a maid uniform. "Thank you Loke and Virgo" said Lucy. The man, Loke, adjusted his sunglasses and smiled. "No problem, for you my beloved Lucy, I would fight the gods itself" Lucy sweatdropped and giggled nervously. "Princess, there is something we must tell you" Lucy turned towards the maid, Virgo, and mentioned for her to continue. "You are no longer in Earthland, this is another world" "WHAT?" yelled Lucy. "Am I in Edolas?" Loke shook his head "No Lucy, this world is called Earth, magic exists here but most people don't know about it. There is much more to tell but we don't have much time" Lucy looked confused before she was lifted off the ground. When she looked up she saw that she was now in the arms of Capricorn. "Wait a second, since when can I summon three spirits?" Asked a confused Lucy. "I'm terribly sorry to disappoint you Miss Lucy, but you can't. RIght now, we three hold our existence in this world with the help of the Celestial Spirit King. All of your spirits are in this world right now, but we don't have much time, quick." With that he leaped into the air, his fellow spirits following close behind. Lucy was now even more confused. What the hell was going on?
Lucy's new house, 10 minutes later
Capricorn landed in front of a cozy house in the center of the town. He gently set Lucy down and opened the door for her. Once Lucy entered she nearly fainted. All of her Spirits, golden and silver keys, were running around the house, seemingly busy with decorating and placing furniture. "Come brat!" A sharp noise came from behind Lucy. She turned around and saw Aquarius, who led her towards the couch where she gratefully sat down. Virgo and Capricorn were quick to place a cup of tea and a small meal in front of her. While Lucy ate, Scorpio placed a small book on the table, Taurus and Sagittarius were still busy with some big pieces of furniture. Loke and Aquarius were discussing something, Cancer did some decorating, Aries was busy filling pillows with her soft wool, Plue snuggled against Lucy, Lyra played a relaxing tune, Horologium and Crux were sorting books on a bookshelf and Gemini was flying in front of Lucy in a circle. She wanted to ask them to stop before between the two a portal opened. Inside the portal, the Celestial Spirit King appeared. "My old friend, it pains my heart to see you in this situation." He said in a sad voice. "What do you mean?" "As you may know, you are in another world. Listen closely now my old friend. When Natsu Dragneel destroyed the Eclipse Gate, a burst of Magic caught you and brought you to this world. I send all your Spirits to you so they may help you. This house is yours now, use it for shelter till we can return you home. We managed to enroll you into a school not far from where you are, please visit it so you can maintain a low profile. And now for the most important part. This world has no Ethernano, meaning your Magic won't regenerate when you use it. So use your keys and magic only when your life is in danger. All the other information you'll need is in the book on the table" He grunted and grabbed his head "My powers are starting to leave me, so I must return the spirits to me. Please stay safe my old friend, I promise we'll find a way to return you to Earthland, till then, may the stars guide you"
After he said that, the portal and all the spirits disappeared. Lucy was shocked, she was all alone in another world and her magic is strongly limited. A scary thought. Scary enough to let her shed a few tears. The second her tears started to fall, she felt a comforting warmth lay upon her, and she would swear she saw the toothed grin of Natsu, her partner at Fairy Tail and also, the secret love of her life. "You're right Natsu, there's no point in crying over spilled milk, I must make the best out of it" With a new fire in her eyes, Lucy grabbed the book and began to engrave all the information into her brain.
6 months later, castle of Diodora Astaroth
Lucy was scared. She could definitely NOT explain how it came to this. But let's start at the beginning. After Lucy read the book, she went to school the next morning, where she was told that she was in class 3-B. Thanks to her high intellect, she always had top notch grades. Also, she quickly became friends with two girls from her class, Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima. Those three would always walk around together, and soon they were called "the three heavenly queens of Kuoh" After a few weeks Lucy found out that her two friends and the whole membership of the Occult research club, were devils. Weird, but not the weirdest thing she ever saw. After Lucy told them where she came from, they offered to help her search for a way back home, which Lucy accepted grateful. The maybe biggest achievement of Lucy in this world was, that she defeated the fiancee of Rias, Riser Phenex. But, he brought it upon himself. When he visited Rias, he immediately started hitting on Lucy, something that annoyed her to such an extent that she slapped him hard before delivering her infamous Lucy Kick to his balls. Needless to say, Riser was furious, especially after he learned that Lucy was a human. That's why he challenged Lucy to a duel, if he won, Lucy would become his slave, if she won, the marriage between him and RIas would be canceled. So Lucy summoned Gemini and, with their help, used the ultimate magic of the stars, Urano Metria, to blast Riser into the next Millennium. That got the attention of many High-Class devils who then tried to get her to join their peerage. But Lucy always declined. But what really got on Lucy's nerves was Issei Hyoudou, the Pawn of Rias and, if she got that correctly, the actual incarnation of the legendary Red Dragon Emperor. Issey was a pervert with heart and soul, he was worse than Macao and Wakaba combined. He was always ogling her breasts and tried many times to see her naked, but each time he failed.
That's what happened in the last six months. But now, Lucy had an even bigger problem. Some high class devil with the name Diodora Astaroth, came to Rias and tried to get her Bishop, Asia Argento. After Asia and Rias refused, he simply kidnapped Asia, and while he was at it, took Lucy as well. So that's why Lucy was currently cuffed at her hands and feet on some kind of weird cross. Beside her was Asia, in a similar situation. Diodora was standing before them with a sadistic grin on his face. "Yes, soon all of your magic will be sucked out of you, and then, THEN I can have my way with you. I will first break your bodys, then your wills. YOU TWO ARE MINE NOW FOR ALL ETERNITY!" After he finished that sentence, the door to the room the three were currently in, exploded, and Rias alongside her whole peerage stood in the door, ready for business. "HAHAHA, looks like everyone is here now for the party. Red Dragon Emperor, Rias Gremory, I invite you all to watch how I break these two women. And I think I will start with the human scum" WIth another sadiscal laughter, that only got louder once the group of devils started attacking him, only to be stopped by a green glowing barrier, he turned around and walked towards Lucy. And Lucy was scared. This man was going to have his sick way with her, take her innocence away, something she swore she would only give to the man she loved, but he was in another world right now. Her magic was basically at zero, the cuffs sucked it away slowly. And boy did that hurt. "Well then, let's begin shall we? HAHAHAHAHA" Yelled Diodora. He reached for Lucy's breasts but before he could touch her, hell broke loose.
Behind Rias and her group, a swirling cloud that looked like it was made out of stars, appeared. And from the clouds came a giant flood of fire. The devils jumped into the air at the last second, they could feel it, those flames would have killed them. The barrier that once stood strong against any attack was obliterated in less than a second. Quickly the wall of fire reached Diodora and the girls, Asia screamed in fear, Diodora also jumped into the air and Lucy shut her eyes, hoping that the flames would kill her before Diodora could touch her, but something better happened. The second the flames touched her skin, they froze. But that quick contact made Lucy's eyes shot open, filled with hope and relief. Those weren't ordinary flames, those were the flames that saved her countless times, she felt it. Those were dragon flames. And she felt another thing, the shackles that held her once in place were gone, but she couldn't feel the ground under feet, instead she felt four tiny paws on her back. She turned her head and there she saw them. Shining in a bluish light, two white angel wings were behind her, together with a small blue body "Happy" muttered Lucy with tears in her eyes. "Hey Lucy, sorry it took so long" replied the blue exceed, Happy. Happy flew higher and over the heads of a bunch of baffled demons. He gently sat her on the ground behind the cloud. Because now someone else came out of the cloud.
When the cloud started to spit out flames, Rias was surprised. But when suddenly a muscular man with pink hair came out of it, she was completely in awe. The man, who was currently crouching on the ground looked strong, and the magic pressure he emitted made him appear even stronger. Suddenly he spoke in a surprisingly gentle voice towards Lucy. "Are you alright Luce? Did they hurt you? I'm so sorry I took so long, but Beardie had trouble figuring out how to bring me here" Lucy was crying tears of joy "Now I'm alright Natsu. I always knew you'd come" Lucy launched herself towards Natsu and hugged him tightly. "He-he sucked my magic out. It hurt so much Natsu. I never felt such pain! I was scared he would rape me" The second she said that, Natsu froze. They sucked out her magic? He experienced that two times already, he knew how painful that was, physically and mentally. And they did it to Lucy? Now his draconic instincts were in charge. She was his mate, they hurt her, they must pay. "Who was responsible?" Muttered Natsu, more to himself than to Lucy. He turned around and looked into the room. All devils present nearly fainted from fear, every possible vulnerable part of Natsu's body was now covered in scales. His eyes were draconic slits and burned with rage. Rias and her peerage slowly pointed their fingers to Diodora, who was currently trying to figure out a way to escape. "YOU!" Screamed Natsu. He threw his head back and inhaled deeply "FIRE DRAGON'S" he started before he shot his head forward and screamed "ROOOAAARRR!" A giant stream of flames shot out of his mouth, their target was Diodora, who failed to dodge in time. With a painful scream he was slammed into the wall. "YOU BASTARD! YOU DARE TO HURT ME?" he yelled in rage, but Natsu was already in front of him, his whole body engulfed in flames "FIRE DRAGON'S SWORD HORN!" He slammed into the devil who spat out a big amount of blood. Choking, he laid on the ground, clutching his stomach in pain. But Natsu was not finished, he grabbed Diodora by the neck and slowly lifted him up. "You hurt Lucy, now you will pay for it" Natsu lifted his fist and lit it on fire, before he paused. He turned around and looked towards Happy. "Happy, get Lucy away from here, she shouldn't see this" Happy, with a grim look on his face replied "Aye sir" and grabbed Lucy once more before he flew out of the room. "Now where were we?" Asked Natsu the scared Devil. With a feral grin he threw his fist back "I remember, FIRE DRAGON'S IRON FIST!" Natsu slammed his burning fist into Diodora's face hard and broke several bones with it. He then threw the half conscious devil in front of Rias before he walked slowly towards him, engulfed in flames. "STOP!" Yelled Rias. Natsu threw her a quick glance before he continued walking towards his target, no, his prey. "I SAID STOP" Yelled Rias once again. Natsu ignored her, his gaze was fixed on Diodora. Now Rias had enough. She stepped in front of Diodora and held her arms out. "You had your revenge, we will take him to our highest court where he has to take responsibility for his crimes!" Natsu stopped in front of her and said "If he hurt the love of your life, forcefully ripped the essence of her soul out of her body, would you be satisfied with a trial?" Rias was shocked by this sentence, but before she could answer him, Natsu gently shoved her away and once again grabbed Diodora. "Please let me go, I promise to stay away from her" stammered the high class devil. His left hand was glowing in a purple light. Suddenly, Natsu was engulfed in a pillar of purple light, Diodora laughed madly now. "HAHAHHAHAHA, YOU FOOL! THIS IS THE LIGHT OF OPHIS, IT WILL DESTROY YOUR SOUL!" "CRIMSON LOTUS: FIRE DRAGON'S FIST!" A barrage of fire encased punches rained onto Diodora. "I will let you feel more pain than you could imagine" said Natsu. The punches were merciless, after five minutes the barrage stopped and Diodora was no more.
Natsu turned away from the group of young devils. He did what needed to be done, so now he wanted nothing more than embrace Lucy and bring her home. But the second he turned away, a loud yell stopped him. "HEY YOU BASTARD!" The dragon slayer turned around and was instantly met with a bright red fist to his face. Issei, with his activated balance breaker, punched Natsu directly into the face with all his might and even more. "HOW DARE YOU TOUCH THE PRESIDENT AND LUCY? I WILL BEAT YOU UP!" The brown haired boy shouted with rage. "Partner, you should back off now!" Came the distressed call of Ddraig. Issei was confused "Why should I do that Ddraig?" "He didn't even flinch when you punched him! And also, his magic, it feels dangerous" Issei stared wide eyed at Natsu. Truly, the pink haired man wasn't even pushed back in the slightest. "So you want to play with me?" The angry voice of Natsu came from behind the fist. Effortlessly, Natsu removed the hand from his face, his eyes holding a dangerous glimmer in them. "You're a dragon huh?" Natsu punched Issei in the face, or helmet, and the pawn flew through the whole room "That's too bad for ya. I'm Natsu Dragneel of Fairy Tail" He jumped up, his fists ablaze before he yelled "AND I'M THE FIRE DRAGON SLAYER! FIRE DRAGON'S WING ATTACK!" He swung his arms around and streams of fire engulfed Issei who screamed in pain. Natsu readied his next attack but now finally Rias reacted. She fired a burst of her power of destruction at Natsu's back, Akeno and Koneko joined in with their magic. But to their surprise, the magic blew off the second it touched Natsu's skin. "Dragon Scales? I've never heard of such a powerful spell" said Ddraig with well hidden fear in his voice. Natsu just chuckled. "Exactly. When I'm like this, I'm more Dragon than human. Dragon scales to protect me from any harm, physically, mentally or magical. The only thing that could possibly hurt me is Dragon Slayer Magic, but I have to thank my dad and uncle for what they gave me" ''No…..it can't be" Slowly the panic was starting to leak into Ddraig's voice. "I'm afraid it is. Dragon flames, flames that burn everything, even Magic!" Natsu grabbed Issei's throat and lifted him up, Issei nearly pissed his pants when he saw the angry look in those Onyx eyes. "The only reason I'm letting you live is because all of you protected Lucy" He brought Issei closer to him and growled "But if you ever stare at her with such a gaze again, so filled with lecherous intent, I will burn every part that makes you a man! GOT IT?" He screamed the last part and Issei nodded furiously. Natsu released him before he turned towards Rias. "As the master you have to keep those who work under you in check, spoiling them will bring nothing but problems" And now he walked away, leaving Rias and her group confused and scared.
Natsu was now walking outside, he already wasted enough time here. While he was grateful that those kids protected Lucy when he couldn't, the lecherous stare of the brown haired kid pissed him off to no end. But one thing confused him. Each time he entered the dragon force, the scales vanished the second his opponent was defeated….."Crap Lucy!" Natsu sprinted as fast as he could towards Lucy's scent, only now he noticed the other scent that was close to her. Another enemy. He roared loudly in rage, the battle was not over yet.
"Who the hell is this guy?" thought Lucy in irritation. Shortly after Happy brought her outside, another young man appeared. He had middle long silver hair, an admittedly stylish choice of clothing and two white and blue wings on his back. The man started rambling something about true power and that he was the strongest, Lucy didn't know because she quickly lost interest in him. She only wanted to hug Natsu and return home. And then she would finally tell him how she felt.
Vali Lucifer, the legendary white dragon emperor, was on cloud nine. Even long before the summit meeting that was held in Kuoh academy, he heard from his "Mentor" Azazel that a mage from another world had appeared. After he heard that, he used every connection he had to learn as much as he could about this mage and her world. Most of the information he got was boring and useless, but two things caught his interest. Firstly, the guy she seemingly often mentioned when she was talking to the red dragon emperor and the peerage of Rias Gremory possessed a magic that was rumored to defeat dragons. Second, mages from the other world were unable to regenerate their magical strength in this world. "Vali, I know what you are planning, and I must urge you to stop it while you still can" Came the voice of the dragon that resided within Vali, who just scoffed. "Relax Albion, what threat does this so-called dragon slayer pose? I'll just drain his energy till he can't even stand anymore. But till then I hope he will put up a good fight" The dragon just sighed in response, already knowing that he can't even hope to change the mind of his stubborn host.
"Now girl, I think it's time to begin" said Vali with a creepy grin. Lucy, who just stood up with Happy in her arms, tilted her head in confusion. "Begin? With what?" Vali's grin just got wider and more feral "Your execution!" He yelled before a white dragon like armor engulfed his body and he drew his fist back. Lucy's and Happy's eyes widened in fear, they had no idea who this guy was and now he wanted to kill them?
All in all, Vali's plan was simple. First he would beat up the girl. That would hopefully lead to the appearance of the dragon slayer. Second, he would beat the dragon slayer up. Third, he would beat the red dragon emperor up to make it clear that he was stronger. But nope, it all came different. Before he could even start with step one, Vali found himself flying through the air. Before he could even register why he was flying, he smashed into a building. Next he felt an immense pain in his gut. He looked down and saw that his armor was completely destroyed where he felt the pain. And his clothes underneath were smoking. Enraged he jumped to his feet and glared in the direction he was flying from. And there he stood, engulfed in flames. A young man about his age with bright pink hair and a white scarf. What confused Vali were the scales that were all over the man's body. With a feral grin, Vali summoned a new armor and flew towards the man. Once again he pulled his fist back and threw a powerful punch forward, which the man countered with his own punch.
"Pleasure to meet you, my name is Vali Lucifer, the white dragon emperor!" yelled Vali in excitement. "Do I look like I fucking care?" answered Natsu in his gravelling voice. This bastard tried to hurt Lucy. No way in hell he would let him off the hook easily. That's why Natsu quickly drew his other hand back, and formed a fist before a stream of fire erupted from his elbow "FIRE DRAGONS FLAMING ELBOW!" Vali was way too surprised by this unique attack, so he was hit directly into his face and like before, he flew back for a few hundred meters. "HAHA, this is it, but now it's my turn! DIVIDE!" His wings glowed blue before he felt a giant burst of energy, in fact, it was so huge, it hurt. "Wh-what is this?" gasped Vali. "That's what I tried to warn you about Vali." Replied Albion. "But how can this be?" He looked up and saw Natsu running up to him, his flames flaring strongly. "HOW CAN YOU STILL HAVE SO MUCH POWER? I JUST STOLE HALF OF IT! AND YOU SHOULD BE UNABLE TO REGENERATE IT!" Yelled Vali in frustration.
Natsu simply laughed. He skidded to a stop and glared at Vali with hate in his eyes. "You think such a trick would work against a dragon? It's true, here is no Ethernano, but Beardie told me that my Dragon Magic wouldn't be bothered by it. You definitely crossed the wrong line by attacking Lucy. Now I'm all fired up to kick your ass. And I just need one move for it!" Natsu bent his knees before a giant burst of Magic erupted from him, his flames turned golden and scorched the ground. "DRAGON SLAYER SECRET ART: HIDDEN FIRE FORM: CRIMSON LOTUS: PHOENIX BLADE!" Like a spear, Natsu slammed full force into Vali, destroying his armor, shattering his pride and knocking him out.
Natsu sighed deeply, the scales on his body were slowly disappearing. He turned around and saw Lucy smiling at him. "Let's get you home Luce" said the dragon slayer. With a cute "eep", the blonde celestial mage was lifted into the air. Natsu held her bridal style and pressed her body tightly against his chest. "Beardy will take us home" He said in a calm voice. "WAIT!" Yelled Lucy. Natsu looked at her confused and she quickly wiggled her way out of his arms. "Before we go I need to say goodbye to my friends here" Natsu scratched his cheek and mumbled with an embarrassed look on his face "Oh I forgot" Happy landed on his head, munching a fish and snickering "You sure are dumb Natsu"
Inside of the former estate of Diodora stood the occult research club, still shaken by the events of the last few minutes. "HEY GUYS!" They all looked towards the voice and saw Lucy running towards them, smiling and waving. "LUCY!" Yelled all of them. Before anyone could say a word, Lucy saw the state Issei was in and asked "What happened to you? When Happy brought me outside you looked fine" Issei glared behind her and said "Why don't you ask that pinkie over there" "Watch who're you calling pinkie ya punk. I can still wipe the floor with you." Lucy turned slowly towards Natsu, who instantly paled. What happened to her in the last three months? She was almost as scary as Erza. "N-A-T-S-U D-R-A-G-N-E-E-L" spoke Lucy in a dangerous tone "Whoa hey, before you beat me up, the kid started it, I just finished it." Lucy glared at him before she turned back towards Issei, then back to Natsu "THEN WHY IS HE SO BEAT UP?!" The pink haired dragon slayer had now a surprisingly serious expression before he spoke "I was in dragon force, my instincts were in charge. But I guess I should say sorry for the ass whooping kid, so yeah, sorry and no hard feelings alright?" Lucy smiled at his mature response while Issei just grumbled. Now it was Akeno's turn to speak "My my~ Lucy my dear, I didn't know that you were hiding such a hunk in your world~" She slowly traced her fingers across Natsu's body and instantly she was flooded with pure energy, this was insane "And he's also very strong. Hey there hot stuff. My name is Akeno Himejima, and you are?" Natsu, confused by her actions, grinned and replied like he usually did "My name is Natsu Dragneel, fire dragon slayer of Fairy Tail and the proud son of Igneel!" Akeno giggled at his introduction and continued feeling his muscles, but before she could do more Lucy pulled her away. "Hands off you horn dog" hissed the celestial spirit. Akeno poutet but complied.
After a few minutes of introducing Natsu to the ORC, it was time for the farewell. "Will we see you again Lucy?" Asked Asia with a few tears in her eyes. "I don't know. Maybe, maybe not. But you will forever be my friends and I will never forget you" Everyone smiled at that. "And I have to thank you for protecting Lucy while I couldn't do it" Said Natsu. "But now we really need to go, BEARDIE! TAKE US HOME PLEASE!" And with that, Natsu, Lucy and Happy were engulfed in a soft golden glow. All three Fairy Tail mages did the iconic finger pose that translated to 'Even if I can't see you, no matter how far away you may be, I will always be watching you' The members of the ORC had tears in their eyes, they didn't want Lucy to leave but they knew it was for the best. "Oh and RIAS, AKENO!" Yelled Lucy, almost completely engulfed in the golden light. The two girls looked at her and with a grin Lucy pressed her soft lips onto Natsu's and shoved her tongue into his mouth. Both girls jaw dropped to the ground, Natsu was nearly fainting and Happy was giggling "She liiiiiiiikessss youuuu~" Lucy pulled away from her dragon and with a smug grin and a look of superiority called her last words to her two best friends "I WAS FIRST!" And with that the three mages disappeared in a cloud of golden light.
The ORC went back to its normal life, but they still held the teachings they got from Lucy in their hearts. And Lucy got home safely and started a new chapter in her life, a life where she was together with the man of her dreams. Lastly, Natsu? Well, he saved his mate and would from now on always fight to protect her.
I always wanted a Fairy Tail/ Highschool dxd crossover where Natsu is simply kicking everyone's ass without asking any questions XD and I also thought it would be a good idea to test how good (or bad?) I write NaLu. Yeah let me know in the comments what you think about it and bye.
