Hello everyone, sorry to disappoint you but this is not a new chapter :(
I've decided for myself that I didn't want to write this one shot into a whole story, mainly because I recognized one thing, and that is when you try to rewrite a whole series, either you take forever to finish or you'll never finish it. And I don't like leaving unfinished things but I currently have another Idea for another Fairy Tail crossover, where I maybe post the first chapter in a few days. That story will have around 10 chapters. Now I will also reply to your Reviews.
Maximum Rhapsody: do you think this One Shot can become a longer story?, but where are the worlds of Fairy Tail and High School DxD connected?, where both magicians and supernatural beings can somehow travel between both worlds by sagas or arcs, or do you also think in the future a story can be made that I dealt with a relationship between Natsu, Lucy and Lissana?
→As I said, I won't write more, sorry to disappoint. One of the reasons is mainly, in the scenario of a Fairy Tail x Highschool dxd crossover, when a Fairy Tail character lands in the Highschool dxd world, he or she is either overpowered or useless. Same goes the other way. And when you take more characters and throw them into the other world it becomes somehow messy. I've read many crossover stories, many of them are really good but still, I think you get what I mean. And where are the worlds connected? Well, the Eclipse gate is the answer. That thing can transport you through time, but according to Einstein and his mostly proven theories, time and space are one connected construct, so if that thing can send you through time, why can't it send you through space? One overloading and bam, random effects. That's at least my opinion :D
spagnottijordan:Why is nastu more powerful than the red dragon and everyone else. And I'm pretty sure great red could shatter all of reality if he so pleased. So why is fairytale universe more powerful than the dxd verse.
→I get what you mean and in the case of the great red you're definitely right. But in the other part, Dragon Force gives you the power of a dragon and in nearly every franchise that has dragons, the more angry a dragon is, the fiercer he fights. That's why I wrote it like this. Also I think I mentioned that I always wanted a story where Natsu kicks the shit out of the dxd world without asking questions or something like that.
Peroroncino:Good story but pls don't make this a One Shot only we want more chapters soon
Ok this is a good story and don't make this a one shot story that would be really boring pls update soon
→Thanks a lot for the praise, I really appreciate it, and I'm terribly sorry to disappoint you but I think I've listed my reasons for not continuing already pretty clearly. But still, thanks a lot for the support.
NoaRien:Loved it I only wished you had them both come at the same time and made it a full story.
→Thank you for the support and the feedback. I get what you mean but for the full story part, read above, the other part….Just Lucy in the Highschool dxd verse and getting into trouble seemed funny to me. And then suddenly the Deus Ex Machina of Natsu arriving and saving her, sooooooo coooool * _ * (At least for me :D)
the Composcreator: Not really a fan of how one sided Natsu beat up the others. Yes def strong, but not complexly outclass. And it's not as if drafon scales completely deflect/block all magic.
→ I mean I can't force you to like the story but I respect your opinion. But please allow me to explain. In Fairy Tail, Acnologia ignored an Unison Raid from the whole Fairy Tail guild, it didn't even harm him. Or in the Dark Souls games, if you use magic against a dragon it's like throwing paper at him. In nearly every franchise with dragons that I can think of, it is said that Dragons are practically invulnerable thanks to their scales. Then the part with Vali, we've all seen it, when Natsu gets angry he suddenly triples his power, and Vali tried to kill Lucy while Natsu was in Dragon Force, so yeah, the Divine Dividing would be pretty useless since Vali wouldn't have enough time to steal more of Natsu's strength before Natsu kicks his ass.
Yeah that's it from me for today so I hope you understand my reasoning and see you whenever I manage to post a new story. Bye :D
