The saiyans and the alien clashed in mid-air with a flash of bright, white light. There was a loud boom that rippled across the crumbling city, toppling one building that had previously been damaged.

Kuriza squinted through the glow and dodged each punch and kick as it came, or blocked them. He smiled.

"Ha!" he said.

"You monkeys thought you could use your speed to knock me out, but it looks like that's backfiring on you!"

Kuriza flew backward quickly and Goku chased him, catching up to him a moment later. His speed was more than Kuriza could handle and he caught 2 quick blows to his chin. He dashed back again, this time ready with a kick that Goku could not block, and Goku hit his leg and fell to the ground. Vegeta Jr rushed Kuriza, but his attack was unsuccessful. Kuriza knocked him away with a wave of his hand, and the Saiyan fell to the ground beside Goku.

Kuriza hovered above them, a smirk crawling across his face.

'Honestly that's the best the great Saiyans could do against me?" Kuriza laughed with his hand on his forehead.

"Oh, it's laughable," he said, and laughed some more. Vegeta Jr stood back up, followed by Goku Jr.

"Don't act too confident now. It might come back to bite you!" Goku then said to the alien before dashing towards Kuriza.

In response, he kicked the Saiyan back towards a collapsed building, but he would quickly stop himself from crashing directly into it. Then, Vegeta Jr rushed towards Kuriza, striking him directly the side of the head while he wasn't looking and causing him to stagger back a slight bit. Goku Jr then dashed towards the alien, kicking him in the chest and sending him back a few more feet. The two rushed towards Kuriza afterwards and in unison, the two saiyans attacked him together in a somewhat effective before sending him flying across the ruined city with a combined punch from the two.

"We can actually do well as a team, Vegeta." Goku Jr said, chuckling a small bit as he sat down on the ground. He panted for a few seconds as he did, clearly out of breath.

"You may be right for once, Goku." Vegeta Jr replied. The Saiyan bent down onto the ground.

"But still, we might be in for more that we bargained for with that dude…" He then added. Then, within a few seconds, a purple blur came out of the ruins that laid on the other side of the city and went upwards, making a streak of light as it did. Within a few moments, Kuriza dashed down and landed in front of the two.

"This isn't as disappointing as I first thought it would be. That is, when you both work together." He spoke in a rather enthusiastic way, dusting off his shoulder pads as he did. He suddenly rushed towards the Saiyan duo, smacking Vegeta Jr into a pile of rubble with his tail, causing rocks to go flying when he hit the piles. In response, Goku Jr would attempt to start his own counter-attack against the alien by throwing a barrage of punches at Kuriza, but he simply blocked the blows and knocking the Saiyan away with the back of his hand. However, as he knocked Goku away, Vegeta jumped out of the rubble and threw some powered up ki shots at his foe, staggering the alien.

The other Saiyan used Vegeta Jr's distraction to his advantage and he rushed behind Kuriza, striking him in the back as his rival kept strikng him with the ki blasts. This strategy continued for a few seconds with the two dealing a bit of damage to their otherworldly foe. However, Kuriza would let out a burst of energy, sending Goku Jr back a few meters, as he was too close to the burst. He would then sling his hand down in a slashing motion, sending a slash-shaped wave of energy at Vegeta Jr, which hit him head on and sent him flying.

Goku dashed towards his foe again, however, Kuriza expected this and he leapt up and out of the way of the Saiyan's counter-attack. He then used his feet to grapple him by the face and afterwards, he slammed Goku Jr into the ground and sent him sliding across the ground once he let him go. Vegeta Jr flew towards him directly afterwards, striking him in gut in mere seconds, sending Kuriza staggering back a bit. In response, Kuriza swung his hand towards the Saiyan, hiting him with the back of his hand and sending him flying. Then, Goku Jr rapidly blasted Kuriza with ki attacks, which pushed the alien back quite a bit. Vegeta Jr would then rush towards Kuriza, slamming his fists into his otherworldly foe with a few powerful blows and he finished his assault with a powerful punch, which sent him crashing into a building.

However, Kuriza was not finished just yet. The alien would quick destroy the building he had crashed into with an explosion of Ki, completely obliterating it before dashing towards Vegeta Jr and decking him with a punch to the cheek, which sent him flying towards a building. Fortunately, Goku Jr would catch him before he could collide with it, setting the boy on the ground afterwards.

"Dang… This dude is strong." The Saiyan then stated. Vegeta sat up, clearly tired and worn out from all the fighting he had dealt with.

"That thing's a monster! He is the strongest thing I've ever seen." He replied.

"Hey Vegeta, I have a plan, but your going to have to hold that dude off." Goku Jr then said.

"Just spit it out already, I don't have the time for any shenanigans!" Vegeta Jr shouted.

"Ok so my grandma taught me a technique that she said her father used to use when he was an martial artist. But it takes a bit of time to charge up, so I need you to distract him while I charge it up." He explained.

"Fine. I'll hold him off for you. This better work." He replied in a reluctant manner. He charged at Kuriza yet again in order fight the alien while Goku Jr started gathering energy and cupped his hands together. While He did that, the tired Vegeta Jr was being treated like a ragdoll by Kuriza, who slapped him around and sent him crashing into the ground, rubble or buildings. He then threw him onto the ground, knocking hm out cold.

"This is starting to become just the most pathetic thing I have ever participated in." Kuriza spoke as he landed on the ground, sounding extremely disappointed. He just stared down directly at the unconscious Saiyan who laid on a pile of rubble that was a few feet away from him, obviously disappointed about the lack of an fight the Saiyan had put up against him. Then, Kuriza started to hear something that was coming from behind him.

"Ka… Me…"

"Wait, what the hell is that?"

"Ha… Me…"

"I-Is that that other Monkey!?-"

"HA!"

Suddenly, Goku Jr fired a massive blue beam of light directly at Kuriza at point-blank range. The alien did turn around in an desperate attempt to launch his own counter-attack to intercept and block the attack, but it was no use. He was capable of blocking the Kamehameha Wave for a few seconds at first, but he was quickly pushed back by it and he was consumed by the beam's light as the beam stretched on for dozens of miles. Goku Junior chuckled as the beam dissipated and smoke and dust covered the area. He had done it. He had defeated this new threat to the earth with the help of his rival. Or so he thought.

As the dust settled, a silhouette was still visible in the crater the beam that the young Saiyan used made. Goku Junior's eyes widened with shock as he saw who it was. In spite of all the power he put into it, his attack had done barely anything to damage Kuriza. The young tyrant dusted his shoulders off as he glared at his foe.

"That attack was impressive indeed, but it had nothing in terms of sheer power to actually do any harm to me." He said, walking up to the Saiyan.

"I'll let you and your friend over there train so you can at least give me some sort of an challenge. Don't disappoint me next time, monkey." He added before rushing behind Goku Jr and backhanding him, knocking him out on the spot with an single hit.
