REVIEW REPLIES:

Trancy1317: Hi there! I'm glad you liked them! It's great that you found it funny, and I hope that you love this chapter as well!

DaughterOfHecate: YES, SHE IS! OMG, I wish I had remembered that earlier! It sounds epic! I couldn't remember whether or not she had trained with Lupa or not, so I just assumed. Nevertheless, you just gave me a brilliant idea, so I'll see what I can do! I hope that this chapter was worth the wait!

Summer: Hi! Yeah, that seems to be a specialty of his. At this point, poor Hazel is just so done that she couldn't care less, lol. Glad you think so! Unfortunately, the 'interacting' isn't until next chapter, but I hope you enjoy this all the same!

Nico suddenly broke out into a mischievous grin, "Remember that wizard school I mentioned?"

Nico knew that he wasn't the best at making up plans on the spot.

He was no Artemis, and he was certainly no Annabeth. While he was by no means stupid, he usually preferred to act before thinking.

But out of all the plans he'd ever concocted, this one took the cake for Most Bizarre.

Apparently, Hazel agreed.

"Yes?" She trailed off, eyeing his grin in a slightly unnerved way.

Nico waited for a moment, relishing the look on her face when the implications of his statement dawned on her.

"You want me to stay at your wizard school?" she squeaked, her mouth promptly falling open.

Nico's grin broadened, "You heard me."

Hazel started waving her arms around frantically, pacing as she talked, "Do you know how crazy that sounds? First of all, I'm not a witch!" she insisted, sounding surprisingly offended, "Second, do you even hear yourself? How am I supposed to hide in a school? An entire building full of people waving wands and flying around on broomsticks! I'll stick out like a sore thumb." she fretted.

Nico placed what he hoped was a comforting hand on her shoulder, "Relax, Hazel. Trust me, I've got a plan. No-one will even know that you're there!"

Nico's Super Awesome Foolproof Plan consisted of 3 steps.

1. Get Artemis and Draco in on the plan, and maybe even Theodore and Blaise. The more people he could rope into his scheme, the better. He wasn't quite sure about letting any of his Gryffindor friends into the plan. It might 'go against their morals' or something ridiculous like that. Then again, considering the trouble that Harry and his friends seemed to get into on a daily basis, that might not be a problem.

2. Get Hazel Slytherin robes. No-one spares Slytherins a second glance(except other Slytherins of course, which might be a problem), so Hazel wouldn't need to worry about seeming like an intruder.

3. Find her a place to stay, preferably away from the Slytherin common room, and prying Gryffindors (you never could tell where Gryffindors would decide to poke their noses next).

It was as simple as that! There was no way that this could go wrong!

...Right?

*********A lot of convincing arguments later*********

"I'm still not too sure about this." Hazel said reluctantly, fidgeting nervously.

"It'll be fine!" Nico repeated for what seemed like the millionth time that evening.

"You said that there's a magical barrier that keeps out non-magical things, right?"

"So?"

"So, what if it can tell that I'm not a witch and tries to throw me out or something?" Hazel asked.

Nico resisted the urge to roll his eyes, "I don't think that that's going to happen, Hazel. Demigod magic is probably good enough. I mean, I got in easily enough."

"Wait, you're not really a wizard then?" asked Hazel, looking rather confused, "I just assumed that you had wizard magic as well as demigod magic."

"I do." Nico answered, becoming rather confused himself, "At least, I think I do."

"Is wizard magic a family thing or something of the sort? If it is, then maybe one of your ancestors was a wizard." Hazel suggested, "That would explain the wizard magic."

Nico froze. Hades' words came rushing back to him.

His mother had been a wizard.

...And he had forgotten to do research about his family. Again.

It just didn't make sense that, after all that time and effort he'd spent scavenging for clues about his family, he just refused to remember that the information he needed was in the school library, within his reach.

Maybe, Nico thought, the reason he kept putting it off was because he didn't want to know. He didn't want to find out that his ancestors had used magic for evil, or something equally off-putting. He had got more than he had bargained for when he had tried to summon his mother. He just... didn't want this to end up the same way.

What was it that people said?

Ignorance is bliss.

And maybe it was...

He was snapped out of his thoughts abruptly by Hazel waving her hand in front of his face.

"Are you alright, brother?" she asked, concerned.

Nico shook his head slightly in an attempt to clear his head, "I'm fine." he assured her, "Just... thinking, that's all."

Hazel didn't look convinced, but she let it go all the same.

"Ready?" Nico asked, extending a hand towards his new sister.

"As I'll ever be." she replied nervously, accepting his hand and squeezing it tightly as the shadows closed in on them.

******Line Break******

As it turns out, Shadow travelling between continents twice in the span of approximately 2 days(time works strangely in the Underworld. It was hard to tell how long it had been) was a Very Bad Idea, even with some discreet godly help.

The two half-bloods were lucky that they even landed in the Slytherin dormitories.

Unfortunately, that's all that was lucky about it.

The moment they rematerialized, Nico felt himself hovering in the air, suspended there for one glorious second before gravity took hold and the siblings crash-landed on someone's occupied bed.

The high-pitched scream that followed seemed dulled as Nico felt his eyelids droop, and was it his imagination, or were his fingers fading in and out of existence?

Shadow-travelling from America to Scotland twice in two days is far too much for a twelve year-old demigod, no matter how powerful.

*****Line Break*****

Artemis Fowl valued sleep.

Unlike others , he wasn't usually a night owl, and preferred to sleep early and rise early, in order to sufficiently rejuvenate his mind.

He most certainly did not appreciate being woken up before 6:30 AM.

Especially when being woken up involved being squashed by two random people falling on top of him in the middle of the night.

One thing Artemis discovered about being woken up in such a way: It hurts. A lot.

It also ensured that he wouldn't be going back to sleep any time soon.

Artemis was so full of pure terror that he wasn't even ashamed of his ridiculously high-pitched scream.

It's hard to care about much when two people suddenly flop onto your stomach.

Once Artemis had calmed down enough to actually attempt to grasp the situation, he realized that the strangers who had fallen on top of him were, in fact, not strangers. At least, one of them wasn't.

"Di Angelo!" He hissed furiously, not bothering to keep his voice down, seeing as everyone else in the dormitory had already been woken up by his screaming, "I swear, if you don't have a good explanation for all this, I will throttle you, with or without Butler!"

This was a rather unusual threat for Artemis to make, seeing as typical Fowl threats did not involve the Fowls themselves participating in the violence. The Butlers were usually far more adept in that field.

Unfortunately, Nico didn't appear to be in any condition to explain, seeing as the boy was out cold and- was he dissolving?

The other person on his bed, turned out to be a young girl, about their age, with wise golden eyes, that seemed older than they should, which were currently wide and panicked. She was shaking Nico frantically, trying to make him wake up.

'Help', She mouthed desperately.

Artemis wasn't given the chance to comply.

He let out a shriek as he felt someone place a hand on his shoulder.

"Relax." Draco Malfoy ordered, "And please explain what in Merlin's name is going on?"

Artemis winced, trying to ignore his aching stomach, "I wish I could. But I'm afraid that I haven't the foggiest clue."

"Why did you have to wake us all up at this ungodly hour?" Blaise asked grumpily, blinking the sleep out of his eyes, "This had better be good."

His eyes widened as he took in the scene in front of him, "Oh."

Theodore, who appeared to be the only who had noticed Artemis' pained expression, furrowed his eyebrows in concern.

"Are you alright?" he asked, eyeing the frantic girl on Artemis' bed warily.

Artemis was not one for sugarcoating, "No." he said bluntly, "Two people just fell on top of me for Merlin's sake! Of course I'm not alright." he cried, sounding more than a little unhinged.

As you can see, Artemis is not the most pleasant person to deal with when he hasn't had his beauty sleep.

The inhabitants of the dormitory stared at him in surprise, unaccustomed to such...um, strange behavior from the usually composed genius.

"Okay then." Theodore said patiently, after a moment, "I'll just go and get Professor Snape-"

"NO!" yelled Artemis, "We can't let Professor Snape see all of, well, this!" he said, gesturing wildly to the snoring Nico and the terrified girl in front of him.

Click. Click. Click.

The four boys and the strange girl froze as they heard the sound of approaching footsteps.

Very distinct footsteps. Accompanied by the swishing of a cape.

It was easy enough to guess who it was.

"Too late." squeaked Draco.

A.N:

Hi folks! Umm... I'm back?

Sorry for leaving y'all hanging for so long, but I went on vacation with my family, and I couldn't find the time(or the wifi) to sit down and write.

Hopefully this makes up for it!

Also, I have a question for you all:

Should Artemis find out about Nico's secret by himself, or should Nico tell him?

I've already got a pretty good idea of where I'm going with this, but I just thought I'd ask you what you think.

Anyway, hopefully it won't take me this long to write down the next chapter.

I'd love to know what you think!
