Dear diary June July August

June 1st dear diary the gang is getting ready to spend the next 3 weeks at camp in Maine. Madeline and Ian will also be attending as Counselors. We are all so excited its our first time attending sleep away camp. We all bought most of what we need today. Dad made each of us a trunk to store everything in, mom helped me find capri pants shirts pajamas and 3 new 1 piece swim suits. We then stopped and picked up my new glasses plus special sunglasses and goggles. We then went summer shoe shopping as I have grown 2.5 sizes since September.
Tonight, dad helped me go through the list of different activities that the camp offers. I have decided to do photography, sewing, and cooking as my three extras. We will all have music sports swimming and a few other special things daily. He then took Susie Zack Kate and I to get cameras. He helped each of us pick out a good camera and then helped Zack who has chosen woodwork as 1 of his extras get a few tools, while they were doing this I helped Kate with putting together a sewing basket. I need to sign off we leave early tomorrow morning, and it will take almost 12 hours to get there.
June 2nd we arrived at camp north star around 6 this evening and we love it so far. There are 24 of us divided into 2 cabins one for boys one for girls. Madeline and Ian are our counselors, and we also have 2 Junior counselors in each group as well. We left at 5 this morning and dad drove us down before he took mom and the little girls to see his aunt and brother. We had dinner with the rest of the camp before going to a campfire. I had better sign off its time for lights out and I am exhausted.
June 5th dear diary we have been so busy its hard to find time to write so will only write if I get time through the 21st. sorry about that diary we are all having so much fun, but I need to sign off as its time for morning classes.
June 21st dear dairy like I said the last time I wrote in you I was so busy at camp I couldn't find time to write. We had activities all but 4 hours each day. I am helping mom plan a special party for the beginning of next month she is going to find out what the babies are. I will get the info on the 25th and need to find a special way to surprise for the others. Signing off I need to wash my hair and finish getting dressed for dinner at dad's cousin's home.
June 25th dear diary I have the envelope with the surprise information and have decided to have ALEX'S design a cupcake cake it will say Beauty or beast. And the first 2 cupcakes will Have pink or blue filing, this party is happening the 4th of July. I will write then as I need to get everything set up.
July 4th dear diary we had the gender reveal tonight and Elsie and Clara each split the cupcakes both had pink filling yes 2 new girls are joining the family. They will be named Gwyneth Elizabeth and Georgia Ann; Gwyneth was grandmas first name Elizabeth was great grans middle name. Georgia was dad's oldest sister who passed just over 3 years ago she had special abilities that she ended up passing away from, Ann was his moms middle name, we are all very excited this is a big deal as they are dad's first children and after mom had me she wasn't supposed to be able to have any more babies as she has a condition that means she has trouble keeping babies in until their due date. I was born 3 weeks early I was Supposed to be born the last week of September but came on the 10th which is my late father's birthday. yes, he and I share a birthday.
July 20th dear diary sorry I didn't write till now mom has needed me to help at the shop every day. The girls are causing her severe back aches and she has been dealing with Kidney stones again. I will write the 1st we are going to Disney for 11 days.
August 1st dear diary we got home late last night we had such an amazing trip the big thing that Happened is Daniel asked Ellen for her hand in marriage. She said yes and Ian and Madeline are also engaged now. These 2 events made this a very memorable trip as did Zack giving me a special ring, he and I have been best friends since I was 3 and he was 2.5 years old. we are now an official couple as are most of our friends. Signing off mom needs me to help unpack and do some laundry.
August 5th dear diary we spent today running errands as the wedding is only just over a month away. we went to a dress fitting and mom asked Ellen to walk her down the isle in a special skirt suit. She said yes and Daniel is going to walk with dad to the front as in dad's family a friend walks the groom to the alter. We then made sure the seating chart was all figured out. Mom had a verbal meeting with the food people to finalize the food. Then she dad and I went on a special dinner date they asked how I would feel about him adopting the girls and I. I told him I would love that. They asked me as I am old enough to know what's going on. The others will just be told what's going on as they won't really get it.
We all went, and they let me pick out special Disney pendants for us. Each is slightly different but represents a family mine shows Eeyore surrounded by Pooh and friends, Elsie's has the cats from the Aristocats, Emily's has The Lilo and stitch family including a few aliens, Clara's has Lady Tramp and their puppies. We presented these to the girls when we got home, they don't really understand what's going on, but they are excited. Signing off it's been a busy emotional day and I am wound up badly.
August 25th dear diary sorry for not writing we have had the bad kind of crazy few days mom was in the hospital for 2 weeks as she almost went into labor. Emily and Elsie have both broken their wrist Clara had to have her appendix out, and I had to have stitches. We are all doing better and we started school today. I am signing off until the 31st we have a lot of work to do as we will be gone 3 full weeks next month between the wedding and mom's store opening its first chain you read that write moms store has become a chain of stores.
August 31st in exactly ten days on my 11th birthday we leave for Florida and on the 18th mom and dad will be married. we all have been trying to get at least a months homework finished as like I said next month will be crazy busy.s
